I have booked jio phone via my jio app and paid rs.500/- from sbi debit card but transaction failed. But after some time i get the mail of deduction of 500 rupees from my bank account. But i haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from jio. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Help me regarding this issue.

    Sir i booked through my number [protected] your jio phone on[protected] evening the amount was cut from my bank account of 500 rupees and i got the order id as fv0000017js2 but i did not receive the confirmation message to the above mobile number upto now. The amount when i checked with the bank statement was cut on[protected] evening... Then what i have to do plz. Solve my issue and reback the money to my bank account as soon as possible... Arun

      I have booked jio phone and paid 500 rs from sbi debit card but transaction failed. So, i thought it's a server error. But after some time i get the mail of deduction of 500 rupees from my bank account. But i haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from jio. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Help me regarding this issue.

        This is very sad to say that reliance infocomm is sending wrong bill to me they want me to pay advance for next month early which i am not going to pay. Many times i have informed the company but no body is listening to me. This is very bad from the reliance gsm. Please solve my problem soon. My postpaid number is [protected]. Several times i told them to send me the bill of what i have use and than i will pay the bill but they dont listen to me nor willing to edit the bill i have no choice now except consumer court.

                  I have post paid number [protected] of reliance india mobile delhi/ncr, someone from sales team called me that my number is selected for rs 299 monthly rental and it's for 4g unlimited, unlimited call free but now after 7 days i received a sms from reliance to inform me that i have pending bills of 399 and i have only 6gb not that as they told me unlimited with no fup for a month and also they told me that i don't have to pay any extra rupee than 299 but my service provider is charging for tax now.
                  I want to close my sim and want to over every subscription.

                    Hello sir/madam,
                    I had applied for Reliance jio sim through e-kyc on[protected] and I was told that it would be activated by evening. But, I received a message that my application for sim has been rejected and was told that I would get back the ₹408 I paid as soon as I go back to the store. But when I went back to the store they refused from giving any refund right away and told us that it would take atleast one month to get back our refund and started talking arrogantly. Then the next day they asked me to come back and register my complaint and when I went back they told me that the guy who registers is not available and will come back at 10pm, which is actually the closing time of the store. I request you to please help in this case and get back my refund.

                        with regret i would like to inform you that my telephone connection was disconnected. actually, i could not able to receive the messages you have sent regarding the submission of documents. when i recharged the mobile then also you have not informed the disconnection. now my connection disconnected. I approached your customer care. But no body is hearing my complaint. my all corresspondence are with this number. near abount 15 years i am using this number. if i lost the connection there will be much problems in my life.

                              I submitted a port request on 16th march 2017 and I got UPC CODE from reliance as RR587269 and I got a Jio sim on 17th march 2017 in Jio prime offer. But still now this Jio sim is not activated. So I called to Jio customer care and they told your request unprocessed due to wrong UPC generated from reliance so you can request once again for port . But this code valid till 31th march 2017 so I can't get new UPC code after I called to reliance for reason for why generated wrong UPC code but reliance executives told RR587269 is the correct UPC code Jio not submitted KYC to our end so we can't able to stop or disconnect reliance network. After that I called to Jio care they told once disconnected that time insert Jio sim otherwise provide us new UPC code for reprocessing. So I really frustrated these to vendors reliance 4g and Jio 4g so I requesting you please guided them do not give these types of torhers to customers.

                                We owe a business at a place where the Reliance Infocomm server is located. However, once we received an Electricity Bill of PGVCL in the name of Reliance Infocomm at our business place instead of Reliance Infocomm office, and hence one of our accounts personnel have paid the same electricity bill of Reliance Infocomm without the knowledge of the Actual Bill Holder.

                                And after knowing mistake of wrong payment of bill by our concerned person of the accounts department, he have complaint regarding this issue at the reliance infocomm office many a times; However, till now we have not received the answer to the same issue.

                                Hope you got the root of the complaint we have mentioned here.

As you will not find the credit party so we request you to please release the same payment in the name of the Payee of your Electricity Bill of PGVCL for the month of Jun-July 2016.

I am just fed up with all these unnecessary charges every month.this month i came to know a new term called "adpaystrmgmlysubscription" and was forced to pay rs 90 for which i never subscribed. Even i am not aware of this term that what the hell it is.
                                  So now this is how reliance wants to earn money...surprised

                                      Since day before yesterday your SEB portal is not working . I tried to contact on phone given online but phone is not existing .
                                      Why you are not updating your contact no. online . Why consumer will suffer after paying you .
                                      Please update phone no. and also make sure that your SEB portal is working for consumers .

                                        This is to inform you all that I am getting a second bad experience with reliance infocomm postpaid service. I have been billed last month for a service which I never activated for a VAS from my postpaid mobile number of reliance.

                                        I indeed unsubscribed the same. But again this month they have sent a bill asking for an extra payment to pay for a service which is so called a VAS by them.

                                        This is indeed a perfect crime against the customers of reliance postpaid service.

                                        I am going to disconnect the postpaid service from Reliance ASAP. I made an online chat with a guy named Komal. He told me stay online. There was no reply from him for more than an hour.

                                        Such a worst experience. Don't trust such worst service providers.
