I had bought a JioFi device about one month ago which cost me Rs. 2900.
With it I received a Jio sim with number [protected].
The benefit of JioFi was that I received Jio Preview Offer with it which meant unlimited 4G data.
But now it has been converted to Jio Welcome Offer.
Due to this there is a limit of 4GB daily usage.
Therefore I cannot get unlimited data Preview Offer which was promised with JioFi device.
There are atleast 4-5 users for this JioFi device. Hence the data is exhausted quickly.
I bought JioFi hoping that it would suffice our needs but what is the use if there is a limit of 4GB on this sim also, rather than it should be only on those sims which are for individual users.

I feel like I have been cheated after paying Rs 2900.

And the original plan was to give Preview Offer for 90 days from the date of purchase and later on that was increased to 31st Dec also, still they converted my Jio Preview Offer to Welcome Offer. Please HELP

    My no. is [protected], i purchased lyf handset with free jio sim which was activated around 20th aug'16.
    I used the unlimited uninterrupted data service for about 8 days only as i had to move to a location where jio services were unavailable.
    Now after returning back to my home i see that the speed which earlier used to be around 1.5 to 2 mbps has been reduced to 200 kbps and on top of that most of the sites doesnt open.
    Now to my biggest surprise jio has put a cap of 4 gb data usage per day and 128kbps speed after consumption of 4gb per day (which is actually equivalent to stone age internet service of dial up speed where nothing ever opens, not even myjio app on lyf handset itself).
    The promise of free unlimited 4g internet without any data cap per day was the only thing which made me and many more like me to buy the useless handset of lyf.
    This is unacceptable and is huge cheating on behalf of reliance jio.

    I want my services to be moved back to unlimited 4g internet without any cap asap.

      I have bought my jio sim from jio care chittoor on 6-9-16, and waited till 9-19-16 for the activation but its not activated yet when i visited jio care they are not responding properly. people who are related to staff are getting their sim activated or in some centers those who bribe the staff their sim is getting activated. mukesh ambani on the launch of jio has promised that the activation will not take more than 15 minutes but in reality its just a myth. jio is just doing some marketing stunts to attract customers.

        I have purchased a lyf handset for jio preview offer for unlimited 4g access on 15th of august, 2016 and my jio number is activated on 24th august and it shows that i am eligible for jio preview offer with unlimited 4g access for 90 days which will end on 24th november, 2016. Suddenly on 5th september my plan was migrated to jio welcome offer with 4gb data capping per day. It is totally unacceptable and i feel cheated. I have purchased this lyf handset only to avail jio preview offer o[censored]nlimited 4g access and now they have opened it for all and cancelling previously promised offer for existing customers. I have only able to use unlimited jio preview offer for 12 days. If a company cheat customer even before the official launch, then i will seriously doubt their intentions after official launch. Move me back to jio preview offer o[censored]nlimited 4g access and remove the capping for remaining 78 days as promised before or take back the worthless lyf handset and give me full refund of rs. 4199/-. I have tried to contact jio customer care several times but there is no response. My jio number is - [protected]

        they also cheated me too. i buy a lyf mobile in oct 2016 and in may 2017 my phone is not working (phone is under warranty of two years) but when i reached to lyf service centre they refused to cover warranty even after 6 months. Just they just a cheating company

          Hi,

          I have suffered a lot to get a jio sim. I have visited Ecity Reliance digital store more than 10times in past month but they are changing the rules for getting a sim again and again.
          I visited on sept 3rd they wrote my name and number and said we will call and then you have to come to get the sim. When i didn't get the call i visited two times and they said wait for the call and on 13th sept when i visited store there was different scenario they were giving sim to only those who have karnataka adhaar card. Outside people they aren't giving and also there was no line nothing. Simply people were standing and they were giving the sim. If you can't give the sim then from first only tell us. So that we won't suffer. Whats the rule ? Is there any rule that if I don't have local adhaar card means i won't get the sim ???

              I brought both Jio Sim And the Jio MiFi Device from the reliance digital store on 6th of september and today after 7 days I didn't got any sms/email for activating my sim.

              I went to there store thrice, stand in the scorching heat to know about the application status and everytime he returned me saying.. Free ki chije aisi hi hoti hai (Things which are free are like this only) and aap 15-20 din aur wait kar lo (wait 15-20 days more) .. I can't help you.

              When I called up on there toll free reliance number from my alternated number, they kept me waiting for a wooping 45 mins.. then I gave up and ended the call.

              Even i mailed them but they said due to the overwhelming response they are unable to process my query rite now.

              I know that india is obsessed with free stuffs which have created this mayhem, but to a large extend i blame reliance for mismanagement, low infrastructure and there workers for causing a great stress to people like me.

              Such callous, unprofessional, disgusting, disturbing and casual behaviour from reliance side had tortured me enough and forced me to use my rights as a consumer and now I am considering to file a case if it don't get activated in another 5 days.

              Just after making a complaint about the activation issue with my new reliance jio mifi2 device and sim, the issue was completely resolved with few hours... THANK YOU RELIANCE If you guyz are rocking the indian telecom market. I live in a place where only airtel provide 3G services and now sometimes if even get band40 of your network in this area.. 1. Your network coverage is awesome. 2. Your reaction to my complaint was swift. 3. Your MiFi2 device works like a charm. I charge it only once a day 4. Calling quality is superior, surpassing all but had a lot of connecting issue. may be it will be resolved in future. All i want to say is THANK YOU !!! And keep the call connecting issues in mind and keep evolving.. Thanks once again

                    I have purchased JioFi 2 router along with Jio4g sim from Reliance Digital Kottayam, Kerala on[protected]. I submitted all documents at the time of purchase. I was told from the sales executive that it will be activated in 3 days. But the connection is not yet activated. I have paid 2899 for the device and after that I disconnected my active broadband connection. Before 2 days the price of router slashed to 2000. Please don't try to cheat your valuable customers by not activating the connection. I had faith in Reliance service but the situation is worst. I haven't got any tele verification message yet. Please take an immediate action to solve my issue.

                      On 22 Aug I visit, sec 32, Chandigarh, Digital Xpress Mini @ 8:15 PM, they don't give SIM, whereas on netbtimming is upto 10. PM.
                      on 23 Aug they submitted my form, but sim not given, said when SMS received on your mobile, come to us.: the SMS never come( till 3 Sep 16)
                      on 24:they said server is down, same on 25-26 Aug..
                      but on request they gave sim agaist my two applications.
                      on 28 one of SIM ACTIVATED, but no SMS come.
                      Then I complained about non activation of my other number [protected], complain no-SR0000016FVK on 28 Aug, that is still not resolved, even non detected on RJIO system as told by CC.
                      Many mail to RJIO Care: but no response.
                      Finally I did call to CC and again did a complain number SR0000019Z0F on 2 Sep., the representative said Sir your documents not reached to us.
                      It is total harassment, by RJIO and it's store operators,

                          I have ported my idea sim to reliance 2 months back having assurance from reliance infocomm representative that i would get proper network at my hometown modinagar. As i do a daily up down from modinagar to my office in noida, so i need proper network at both the places.
                          Since the day one my reliance services started i am getting no network coverage at my home town. Neither can i call other nor i get any call. That was my primary contact number that i have ported to raliance, i have been loosing too many calls.

                          I have complained multiple times but i have got no support / resolution.
                          Now i am totally stucked.

                          When i tried to port it back to the idea, they said i cannot port back before three months. So would i have to face the same problem for next one month too.

                          Please provide an assistance on that.

                            I had purchased a Jiosim no [protected] on[protected] along with Coupon No: [protected] Tuesday. I had been told to wait upto 3 days for activation. It's been 7 days, it is still not activated. The coupon no shows redeemed. I visit where i had purchased a sim, the store people told that your coupon no already generated or u share the coupon number somebody else. I also visited the local RELIANCE DIGITAL outlet from where I had bought the coupon and sim. They are also not helping out and even behaving badly. Surprised..

                              The sim is taking more than 07 days to get activate. In this modern era of high digital speed, is this the way to treat customers? this is really below the mark from reliance.

                              I took a jio sim with lyf phone, its one week and still not activated. And the back end of reliance is one of the worst i have seen in modern era tele service firm. Feel to ditch all the jio and reliance infocomm. Why are they planning to launch, better stop the services and give us refund for the money we spend over lyf phones.

                                Since more than 6 months been using the connection with unlimited plans
                                suddenly this month i received an sms indicating the bill amount which goes triple the rental.
                                when i look into the ebill i found that my bill plan has been changed and there is a high usage on data.

                                i am shocked what to do...tried to understand the same with customer care

                                    I am being forced to pay Rs90/- towards ADPAYStrmgMlySubscription for no apparent reason. Please see the attached images for details.

                                    I am fed up with these charges that are being imposed without our knowledge.
                                    I was trying to resolve the 4G data plan that was being forced onto me and tried all options (I tried to contact customer care for last 4 days. But couldn't get any person to talk, only IVR option was available. I also went to Reliance Retail Outlet and they were equally unaware of things and were not supportive either. I also wrote to [protected]@relianceada.com without even acknowledgement).

                                    All these extra charges and no available person to talk to shows the dirty side of reliance.

                                        I am a long time reliance netconnect+ wireless broadband user (#[protected]). Recently, as you all know, reliance communications has made it mandatory for all its customers to migrate to 4g as the cdma services would not be available and were sending the invites to all its customers promising that the same plan will continue after migration to 4g.

                                        I am presently under truly unlimited plan of reliance net connect+ paying 999 bucks+ taxes every month in karnataka circle which does not come under any fup restriction. When i spoke to one of the reliance executives via web chat, he spilled the beans saying that after migration to 4g, it comes with 25 gb/ month fup restriction after which the speed heavily brakes (Speed "throttles" in his opinion) to 144 kbps. When questioned further, he mentioned that it is the company's policy to keep fup capped at 25 gb.

                                        This is not only not fair considering what they have promised in the mail (Without any change in plan) and what they are actually delivering, but also amounts to cheating and fraud by manipulating the plan by stealth without the knowledge of the customer.

                                        Request reliance communications too to take this corrective feedback and deliver as they had promised in the mail.
