My name is Praveen,my mobile no is [protected] and I am a reliance infocom customer since 3.5years.On 28/2/2013 I had a balance of Rs 243 and on 1/3/2013 it says u do not have sufficient amount to do this call. On the same day I contacted customer care center in Mangalore where they gave me a reply saying system down you need to call the customer care executive.
After that it was like hell I spoke to around 7 to 8 people since then everybody says application down even after calling for more than 30 hrs.then on Saturday 2nd march one customer care executive lodged my complaint and gave me the complaint number.He also said that it will take 3 days to solve the problem.Today 4th march 2013 at 10 I am getting the message saying you complaint is processed but my money is not refunded.I called the customer care at 2.15 pm they are saying that the problem was from their side,But it will take another 24 hours to get the refund.
Now my question is who is compensating inconvenience caused to me since three days without my outgoing.Still my money is not refunded.So please help me in getting law to me

Reliance Infocom — deduction of money

i have taken reliance mobile, and both are registered as donot disturb call, they disturb by calling me for caller tune, and once time on both mobile it activate, but after requesting, they cancel it, but again it will be activate after two month without any request, they deduct by my money for devotional pack, iwant to cancel it, i donot want any value added service or caller tune, but now they are not doing deactivate after request, plz tell what i do

Today 20/3/2013 I am having same problem with reliance they have again deducted the Rs183/- and now i do not have balance and again the same replies from the customer care people that their server is down and it will take 2 day to resolve your problem.complaint number is[protected].
If you tried contacting me and could not get me then give me your number i will contact you people..
I want my problem to be resolved ASAP.

    I am using the service of Reliance from 3 years. And i had a connection of an HSD from them. Due to extra bill of the month i was not make the payment against the bill and file a request to show the actual bill but after that i did not receive any kind of information. But Now i am getting call from unprofessional agent which are using abusing language and warns me to make the payment. I am tired of now. and asking is it the right way. They are the employees of the Reliance. Thanks

    Reliance Infocomm — Abusing

    Hi,
    This is Amandeep Hora, resident of Lucknow.
    I was using a reliance cdma postpaid number till few months back.
    I was not able to handle that postpaid connection more and I called a collection executive to clear my amount of that period and athe amount was Rs. 650/- approx.
    No one did anything and I purchased a new prepaid number and that old postpaid no. [protected] keep on generating the bills.
    At last someone from reliance called me and said to pay a sum of rs. 1200/-
    i told him that my bill amount was 650/- then why should i pay more when i told you to disconnect my no.
    Now again after a year of time has passed away, today 9-4-11 saturday, at 10:59 AM, i recieved a call from no.[protected] and a lady was saying that she is calling from delhi court, and I have to pay that amount of rs.1200, today itself and if i do not do so, then i have to pay a penality of rs 9500/-.
    i said her that my bill amount was rs650/-. Why i should pay more. I requested her that I can pay 700/- but she said to pay 1000/-. I again said her that i am not able to pay a huge amount of rs. 1000/-.
    She abused me by saying that she will charge me in court.
    please tell me, what should i do now?

      I am shocked to see a leagal noticed issued to my wife (RCOM/CRO/NOV-12/5267) for overdue payment for ther reliance mobile no: [protected] register under name the Ms.Madhavi Kanrande. This is highly unehtical and disappoting serivices offered by a telecom industry like reliance. Inspite of making a payment at the relaince register outlet in nalasopara we have been getting a legal notice on the same. We have already discontinued this number in the month of June after making a complete payment in the month of June 2012. however i was shocked to see the bill for the month of august asking us to pay Rs. 400 . Hence we register a complaint with Relaince customer care under the complaint no:[protected]. Under this complaint the reliance team somehow manage to convince us to stay with reliance and promised for a waiver of an entire charges and convert this plan into to a minimum rental plan with an assuarance stating the Bill for the month of September would have the minimun rental of Rs.99 and all other charges would be waived off. However there was one more bill for the month of september asking us to pay Rs. 600. Hence we try calling relaince customer care several times however every executive on relaince customer care kept us on hold for long time and diconnected the calls. It seems relaince who presume to be a giant in telecom industry has very unehtical and poor customer service. They need to work on qulaity of employee rather than issuing such false legal notice. Under this legal notice we have been asked to pay rs. 923. I feel this is matter of inconvenience and unnecessary harassement and need to take this matter strongly with RCOM.

      Reliance Infocom — REFUNDING OF FALSE DEDUCTION

      On 24/07/2011 time 13:50 my balance was Rs. 59.71 and on 24/07/2011 time 15:26 my balance was Rs. 0.21 that time i was in train i was going from RAIPUR(C.G.) to DELHI. so i cant complain and in delhi my phone stopped working and i was unable to make a complain. i came back my home at 26/07/2011 and make a complain SR. No.[protected]. this complain had processed on 27/08/2011 time 14:56. and my balance was not credit. then again call them and they told to me that we credited your balance but due to some reasons your balance was not credited so make an another complain. and this time your balance will surely credited and then they make a complain and again my balance was not credited in my a/c and finally they said to me that ur deduction is legal because you have make a call. in response of my complaint SR. No.[protected]. but they are not satisfy me because my call rate is 50 paise/minute and my 59.50 rupees has been deducted in only1:30 hours,how it's possible.my mobile no is [protected]

        I have recently ported my reliance CDMA connecton to a reliance GSM connection, the mobile phone set that I use is Nokia Asha 200.
        I am finding the network connection very bad, in my home area in east Delhi it is impossible to communicate from an indoor location.
        Even in Central Delhi like Lodhi Road, the reception is very bad even in open buildings and on outdoor locaitons, the reception is with an eco.
        It appears that reliance GSM network service is very very bad. I have to now port the number to another service provider, which can only be done after 90 days. Its really bad RELIANCE.

        Reliance Infocom — Network Connection Problem

        I have been facing this real problem of not being able to make calls or send messages while at my home. I have called the customer care regarding this on the 1st place it takes nearly half an hour for me to get connected to the Reliance Customer care department.

        I 1st lodged a complaint from the middle of road 7 o clock in the morning and i was told that the issue would be resolved within 120 hours.

        I insisted that it is some thing that i cannot afford to do as being in the industry that i am in i really need to keep myself on the phone 24 by7.

        To ensure that my complaint is acted upon seriously i sent across an email to the customer care department of Reliance infocom and i get a weird response saying that my problem would be resolved within 6 business working days. I replied to that email saying the same thing that I said that to the customer care rep the same morning that I cannot afford to do that but this time I get a reply to my email saying the same thing that its going to get resolved in 6 business working days.

        I had a terrible time with this for the past 5 days. I called customer care people on the 6th August saying that my problem has not been resolved yet and that i wanted to speak with a supervisor the rep puts my call on hold for almost 15 mins and then some one comes on the line picks up the phone and hangs up on me.

        Irrated and irritated I call them up again in the afternoon of the 6th and i speak with a supervisor called Pankaj who said that they have forwarded my issue to the concerned department and that my issue would be looked upon very seriously, when i insisted that its past 120 hours as i have been promised he ends up saying that there are some issues that takes more than 120 hours.

        I really didnt know what to say.

        This experience has made me loose all the trust from the word Customer care services in India. I work for a firm where we have outsourced work and when people from different countries say that Indian s are not too good with customer service I now realize why they feel this way. I think such incidents also contributes to the economy of the country.

        And if incidents like this continues then i am pretty sure, i would be forced to get the consumer court involved into this for the loss of business that i face in this process and the financial crisis that i might face.

        I would solely blame it to the Reliance's negligence in this space and i would ensure that proper action is taken against the defualters.

        I have the names and date and time of every call that i have made to the CC dept of Reliance. My complaint request number is : 73193551.

        Reliance Infocom — there is no network where i live

        [protected], [protected], [protected] jo vasai west rcom ki head reliance comunication se karedha tha, jo sirf vasai city main he incoming or outgoing karpathe hai . or jahan humne vasai city cross kiya or vasai city se hum ghar gaye to network ka ek bhi point nahi hota hai, ab yeh teen me se abhi tak ek he use kiya hai jo jab vasai city ya mumbai jathe hai, tab he kaam karta hai, plz meri yeh teeno sim card without network rakhe hai ghar me . meri all indian se request hai woh meri tarah dokha nahi or reliance ka gsm nahi karideh jab tak network acha na hojaye.(jab anil ambani ne yeh gsm service launch ki thi tab kaha tha ke rteliance gsm main network problem or congestion nahi hoga yeh mera vaadha hai .)

        GSM Connection — Bad Network

        Last month I had brought GSM connection and I have observed that the network of Relience GSM is very bad, all my friends and relative complaints about the network. Earlier I was using MTNL connection now I feel it to be more worst that MTNL.
        Problem that I am facing are
        1)When ever I send messages on other network It do not go.
        2)I cannot recevied call from MTNL Garoun CDMA .
        3)Busy Network all the time

        Please solve these problems else Unfortunaely I have to switch to some other network.

        Reliance mobile/GSM service — very very bad network service

        my complaint dt.03.03.2009 regarding network problem still remain unattended even after a period of 50days. Everytime i call to their customer care, they always reply that complaint is under consideration of their technical department and they never assures me when my complaint will be resolved. I have sent email to their nodal office and appellate authority but with regret to say that this company is not answering the queries of their customers. The present gsm service is the worst amongst the all service providers of my city.

        Reliance GSM Mobile Connection — Very Very Bad Network Problem

        Hi ,
        I want to put up a serious concern about the Reliance which claims to be the better Network Service Provider in India .I am using Reliance GSM connection and facing a very serious trouble over network issue. I not even receive a single bit of network in Banglaore City . I reside in BTM 9th Main , Bangalore-560029. I am not able to receive any single bit of network in my cell phone . Even the callers who dials to me , get connected after a serious try of 4-5 times, sometimes it goes on to 10-15 times. Even I can't able to make calls, it connects after a long time . Sometimes it take hours to get a single network recieve in my cell.Reliance is big giant but we are a small consumer( even we loses something when we faces this cell connectivity problems) . I appeal a sincere request to the Consumer complaint authority to look towards it to help the citizens who are trusting on them to help .

            DEAR SIR,

            i HAVE A CONNECTION OF RELIANCE MOBILE NO. [protected] IN MY WIFES NAME CHARUL JAIN. CONNECTION IS PREPAID. IN LAST MONTH I RECHARGED THAT WITH RS. 100 RECHARGE COUPON. ON 28/06/2009 WHEN I CHEKCED MY MOBILE BALANCE I CAME TO KNOW THAT THEY HAVE DEDUCT SOME CHARGES FOR SMS'S FOR CRICKET NEW OF RS. 60 AND FOR OTHER SERVICES RS. 20/-. HENCE WITHOUT MAKING ANY CALL MY ENTIRE BALANCE HAS BEEN WIPED OFF. I NEVER SUBSCRIBED FOR ANY OF THESE SERVICES. ON REQUEST TO THEM THAT WRONG CHARGES HAS BEEN LEVIED THOUGH WE HAVE NOT REQUESTED FOR THE SERVICES, THEY TOLD US THAT THE WILL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY.

            I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND GUIDE US SO THIS TYPE OF CHEATING CAN BE STOPPED.

            RELIANCE INFOCOMM LTD — Toll free calls being charged

            Dear sir

            i would like to submit a complaint that M/s. Reliance info comm is charging even toll free numbers to my utter shock i observed accidentally on i made a toll free call to no[protected]( tatatele network) from reliance no [protected], on 29/7/2011 at 6:35 PM for 5 min 35 sec. immediately i observed that Rs. 3/- has been cut from balance, i made call to reliance customer support after 15 min some lady came to line ( indeed their response to customer calls are very slow, they never come to line immediately) and i spoken to her about the incidence but she could not give satisfactory answer and said bluntly that they do not give toll free service for other net works nos and kept the phone down this shows their adamant attitude and dis-orientation towards customer. As per TRAI regulations all nos starting from 1800 series shall be toll free irrespective of the service provider net works and is a crime under the rules. I presume like me thousands of customers would have been suffering from this kind injustice.

            I request you to take up the matter to meets the ends of justice.

              I was using Relicance Data card (postpaid connection, Subscription number: [protected]) since December 2011, on June 2012 I lost it, so we registered complaint to close the account, but Till august they are not able to close the account, as there process takes so much of time, so billed me for 2 months after its misplaced and charged from my credit Card without asking me and when I asked them how they charged, they said if you use your credit for payment, our system is such kind that it automatically includes that Credit Card to ECS, and now from my Credit Card they are charging since two months without my permission.
              While I used my Credit Card only once in Month of April 2012 after that in June I paid by net banking.

                Dear Team,
                We are extremely disappointed with the way RELIANCE is handling the issue. Firstly it took 26Hrs to respond to the complaint (LINK FAILURE) despite that the problem remains unresolved.Since our entire business model is dependent on internet,we are suffering heavy financial losses because of this persistent connectivity issue and the inordinate delay in resolving it. In fact the whole purpose of investing in a dedicated link appears defeated. Our earlier connection was giving us much better and stable performance than yours.

                You may let us know if you lack the expertise to resolve the problem. The various departments of RELIANCE involved are simply playing the blame game and passing the buck to each other which ultimately is no good for us. This is considered a highly unprofessional way of handling customer complaints and is definitely unbecoming of an organization like RELIANCE.

                This is our final request to you for resolving the FREQUENT INTERNET LINK FAILURES. If you are unable to do so,we will go for some other solution with another vendor.

                Looking forward to a prompt response from your end.

                  COMPANY CHANGE THIS FAULTY SET WITH A REFRESH SETBUT THIS SET IS ALSO NOT WORKING PROPERLY.                     I subscribed the advance rental plan paying 6 months rental in advance. However, my bill reflected that only a part of the regular monthly rental was discounted. After repeated attempts to get it rectified i was told to pay the wrong bill and that the refund will be reflected in the next bill cycle. Subsequently, the next bill showed no refunds and also had only part of that months rental discounted.

                      Myself shikha srivastva , I would like to inform you that after place the request for new post paid connection through internet your executive Mr.Sachin(Mob:-[protected]) come to my residence on date 28th may and collect the all necessary document and security amount ` 250/-(cash) and give me the new post paid Mobile No-[protected] and he said me , the connection activate as same day before mid night and receipt against security deposit send by you at your e-mail id:[protected]@gmail.com within 2-3 hour.
                      Today when I check the connection and e-mail id I surprised neither my connections activate nor did i receive any receipt against my security deposit. So when I try to contact to Mr Sachin to his mobile number but he not respond to me and cut the my mobile.
                      So I requesting you please activate my number and send the receipt as earliest. Because I feel that I cheated by Mr.sachin.
                      I very disappointed with your customer care because when I mail to customer care on dated 29th may, the customer care executive Mr. Laishram reply to me, please visit the nearest reliance web world. This is not the solution of my problem because I have purchase new connection via internet and my number not activate till dated.

                      then i call to our customer care they told me "the reason is non-receiving of document". is this possible the executive delivered new post paid connection without any document?and i have clear mentioned in previous complain the executive receive all document and security amount.

                      regarding to all my complain, reliance ignore my complain and not interested to solve my problem.that means company are cheating the customer for their profit.because after purchasing the new connection, i do disconnection request to reliance for many time via customer care, mail and also via fax, but they generate(Bill number is:[protected] the bill of amount Rs.135.00/- for bill period[protected] to 24-06-12.

                      when i again contact to reliance customer care on dated 15/July/2012. the executive told me your disconnection request is already submitted and under process.

                      .i am totally cheated by reliance.Please take strict action and recommend the TRAI and indian govt.to cancel the license of reliance info com.

                      Also reply me if any action has been taken or not and pl z give some solution for the same.

                        This is in regards to purchasing a fixed landline phone[protected] from Reliance and all the troubles that started to follow:

                        I want to register my complaint that the reliance Infocom salesman mislead customers just to meet their targets. They give half information and as a result the company gets a bad name and leaves the customer dissatisfied

                        On 28th may I made an inquiry about fixed landline on reliance website. I got a call from Mr. Yoganand (mobile number [protected]) and he told me about the availability of the landline and helped me fill the form and also took my documents

                        On 29th May the phone was installed and test calls were made from [protected] and / [protected] around 4pm and phone was found to working fine

                        On 30th May when I want to dial number there is no dial tone and when I try calling the number (it says the number is not in service). I called up customer care and was informed that I need to speak with the installation person. I called up the person on ([protected]) – he says it might be possible that server could be down and therefore the number is not working. I asked him why was I not informed of this fact earlier, he informed me they are external vendors only for installation purpose and I need to speak with the salesman who sold me this.

                        I call up Yoganand (mobile number [protected]) and asked him why he did not provide me with this important information and he just kept saying your phone will start working today and then disconnected the phone. Brilliant salesmanship

                        Meantime I also send email to [protected]@relianceada.com explaining them about the events and requesting their feedback about the problem and more specifically about the way Mr. Yoganand behaved

                        the phone started working automatically around 10.25 am automatically

                        Today again on 31 May the phone has stopped working. I called up 198 but not able to get a reply. When I tried calling up again at 198 they inform me to call 30337171 / *371 but when I dial these numbers the phone gets disconnected automatically

                        Meantime the only reply I get to by email sent to reliance customercare from reliance customercare is that they have asked broadband department to look in the matter. I queried them why broadband department as I have only applied for a fixed landline without broadband but no feedback, nor has anyone bothered to give me a call.

                        They just want to circumvent the issue and not want to be responsible for this

                        Its a matter of concern that a big organisation like Reliance is working like this and everyone trying to blame others for the mess up.

                        I could have chosen just to ignore this issue and cancelled the landline but that will only allow the company to act like bullies again

                        I await your feedback and what action would you take so that this problem is not repeated again. is there any way Reliance can compensate for this misleading half information and zero after sales service

                          My self visited Web World at Green park at Approx 4 PM of 27th April and they told that your Address Change request already been completed but Circl Change Request is not there in system, on my request they taken Circle change request again and give request ID :[protected] and confirmed that by 28th it will be done. Please note that till time Circle Change has not been done.



                          I am surprised that Lucknow web world have taken the request but not started process for same even after 10 days has been passed?



                          So you think that any one can leave 10 days without mobile like essential services?



                          Is this the servcies of Reliance??? While other service providers are completing same kind of request in few hours..

                          Sir, I have requested to change my reliance postpaid to prepaid and we have given Rs.60 for the transaction on 20.08.2011. But no one have taken any action. And while calling to the customer care number they are making us to wait. Now we are very upset about thus behaviour of Reliance, the service provider????????.
                          We have also provided them with necessary attachments like ID proof,etc.

                          So, you have to take necessary actions.

                            I transferred my Vodafone number [protected] to Reliance 2 months back using number portability. And , due to Reilance helpdesk didnt update the database my number got blocked as their database didn't got updated while the payment was already done. Event re-submitting of documents didnt helped. It created problem for me as my social circle got affected, lost my contacts, friends and relatives. The Reliance heldesk sucks , just dont do anything.

                            Kindly Do the necessary action.

                                Reliance is such a sad and sick company! i am tired of it!!
                                They send me threatening sms to bar my account on 20 Jan 2012 saying due date crossed already pay by 7 pm today or we ll bar u r line. I had already made the payment of INR 302 on 19 Jan 2012. My due date not crossed and was 21 Jan 2012. Between 12 - 12:30 in the morning the sms came. After That i called up their nodal office and customer care and informed both the persons there about the payment made. Also sent them the details in writing in email . Asked them to stop any more sms / calls but again on 20 Jan 2012 between 4.30 and 5 pm collection call came. I wasted whole day to talk to nodal officer and then their relationship manager came to visit me with franchisee saying it was error and they wont do it again. But i did not relent i wanted the culprits to be punished who had caused me so much mental agony and wasted my whole day!
                                Now the RM calls saying franchisee denies that the number belongs to him. Such Cheap attitude ! instead of pacifying me they agrevate the matter even more!!

                                now i want relaince to pay penalty. when customers delay payment they are made to pay penalty and suffer. when company makes mistake company should also SUFFER AND ROT !

                                they have sent me this mail - and not mentioned any contact number in mail so that i cannot contact them also!!! cheapos!!! i have replied to their mail and will not rest on this matter till i bring all accused to book!

                                Your Nodal Officer Mr. Tilak Chatterjee and Your RM Mr Arundeep singh have both verbally confirmed that the number belongs to Sai Infotech who is registered as a franchisee with you.

                                Now you are saying that the franchisee denies it. This itself says what credibility your company has and also speaks a lot about the integrity of the people you outsource / employ or partner with. If your franchisee denies this then, I want to know who was the owner of those numbers from which the call / sms came so that I can start a legal action against the concerned person.

                                Please let me know the details as urgently as possible and till then do not consider this case closed.

                                Also, I think it is my right to know what action you are taking against the person/s involved because if tomorrow anyone can send such threatening sms using your service and you deny knowledge about the same then your company's name will also get tarnished.

                                Hope we are together in this - as much as i want to find out who the culprits are and bring them to book, i am sure you want the same too.

                                Also, If i had already verbally (by speaking to your Customer care and nodal office persons) and in writing by sending them email intimated and given all payment details why did they not act on it in time to stop the collection call coming after 4 hours of submitting the same? I have mentioned in my previous mails the names of the people I have spoken to also.

                                And to top it if your franchisee was not at fault why did he come to meet me when your RM came to see me and why were they both apologising if there was no fault from their side?

                                I need proper details do not think you can shrug responsibility.

                                I will not rest until i bring all responsible people / company / dept. to book.

                                Highly disgusted at the way you are handling this issue!

                                Note - if you are not capable to doing the needful then please let the chairman;s office take over this case and let them handle it.

                                    I Mohammed Shabeer Hussain bearing the phone number [protected] had give a complaint before for my name change in monthly bill.the name is changed but Rs.500 is added in my bill for profile changed.and the same is also added to my brother bill also.so i want to know for what you have charged that 500.i kindly request the reliance people who ever is consult in this matter to solve these issue and give a waver of Rs.500 for both the numbers.

                                    Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                                        I had lodged a complaint before also but my problem was not yet solved i got a call from mumbai office to submit the documents on the same day i submitted the xerox copy of my ID & Address proof the CAF no-[protected] / [protected] respectively on 12th of November 2011.there told that the profile will be changed with in next 4 to 5 working days.but till now my problem is not yet solved.

                                        my complaint is against MAHADEVI ENTERPRISES in hyderabad AP from were i had taken a postpaid connection to my number bearing to Reliance Infocom Ltd.from the first bill onwards my name was changed.after repeated telephonic call to the mahadevi entps i got only excuses from them and i had also submitted the documents like my ID & Address proof four times to them.
                                        so, i request the concern department to look into this matter a do the need ful as soon as possible.
