I have transferred my reliance number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid on 12th April 2016. My billing cycle of postpaid number is from 9th to 8th of next month. I have received a bill for full month rental of April 2016 but my number is only for 4days in postpaid so I have to pay only 4 days rental, but reliance send me the full month rental bill. It's not the end today on June 12 I have again received the full month rental bill for May-June billing cycle. But my number is already converted into prepaid on 12th April. Then why reliance sending me postpaid bills. I have mailed regarding the same many times to reliance but no response from their end. I am totally harassed by the service of reliance.

Due to network problem of reliance cdma i want to port my number to another company but porting code is not generating by current operator (Reliance cdma). I have requsted two times for upc by sending sms port [protected] to 1900 but still not received upc both times. Plz resolve it as soon as possible.

        I am having mobile number[protected] of reliance in gujarat circle. Since last 2 days i am receiving sms for upgradation of 4g services.

        I am a subscriber of cdma connection and now company is migrating it's technology from cdma to gsm.

        I am having complain that trai has given permission for that?

        Is trai has considered general public interest and their hardships which reliance will move from cdma to gsm?

        Who will bare expense of changing handsets?

        Trai is also equally responsible for this.

        Revert immediately and prevent this migration.

          They have port the same number but do not provide my new sim card since last 10 days.
          I have called to them last 7 days but they did not receive my calls and abort my calls they does answer my calls.
          There are major effect on my business due to this.
          I want claim a complaints on this.
          I have attach few calls details that he does not received last morning.

          Please help me on priority basis.

            My reliance cdma mobile number is # [protected]. My number has been deactivated from about a month now for the reason that their was no recharge made for one month or so, though the validity is till 2022.

            I called the customer care to understand the scenario, however they kept on updating me that i need to visit reliance store and they will let me know the process for getting it unbarred.

            My concern is

            1. How can reliance barred my number owing to the reason of no recharge?

            2. Why i need to go to the reliance store again as i had already given the necessary document as the time of sim activation?

            Request you to look into the issue and do the needful.

              On 9th april 2016 at 6.38am i got a msg that adpaystrmg mly subs services activated in my mobile. Though i have not subscribed such services. I call on 198 to refund the amt and unsubscibed this services. They say aapke no. Pe subscribed ho haya hai hum kuch nahi kar sakte paisa refund nahi hoga service band kar sakte hai. When i asked him to transfer the call to superior person i want my money back. They put the call on hold then disconnet the call . I frusted with the responce o[censored]r representative.
              Just i want to say please refund my money. If not the reply with the detail why then i decide to what to do

              After getting message to port cdma number to gsm, i applied for the same.a new gsm sim received. but after receiving new sim almost 10 days back till it is not activated. now i get msg that cdma will be closed on 8 may 16.

              On 1st December 2016 at 10:46 I come to know that my balace is debited by Rs.30 but I cant get the reason of deduction.
              activating vas adpay strong my subs services I call on [protected] to know the reason of deduction. Care answer me that they cant tell me the before three days details. But care tell me the current servuces added in my number i.e vas adpay strong my subs services. I have not subscribe any services in my number. I was also deactivate two services approx 15 days before which i had not subscribe and I got my money back and care confirm also me that now no services is in your number.

              Just i want to say please cheack my account i.e [protected] and refund my money.

                Dear Sir,

                This is in reference to my data card no [protected] under my name Shailendra Nath Verma R/O Kakadev Area, Kanpur for Reliance Broadband Data card connection.

                I would like to apprise you that the above said data-card was discontinued in 12-Nov-2014 and the account was closed after paying all outstanding dues (INR 1350/-) till that time. The account was closed by Krishna Communication, Survodaya Nagar, Kanpur and an acknowledgement slip was handed over to me confirming the account closure.

                However, even after closing the account, I have received a bill of amount INR 2191/- for usage of internet during Dec-Jan. However, the bill clearly indicates ZERO usage of internet which was again confirmed by your authorized outlet the connection already terminated (Krishna Communication, Survodaya Nagar, Kanpur). Scan copy of same is enclosed with this mail.

                It is very sad to write down that even after following the proper closure procedures, I have received a legal notice from Reliance Communications for paying a penalty and outstanding due on above data-card no [protected] (that as per my knowledge doesn't are not billable)

                The situation here seems very grim and I request you to please scrutinize the matter with utmost priority.

                Look forward to a positive response and extended support.

                    I 27 February 2016, due to network problem, I had to put the message for porting my Reliance GSM no [protected] to go to another mobile operator.Which was to expire on 13 March 2016.But do not use this code I found to date given.So I put a message on 14 March-2016 in morning for re-port.But I did not received porting code I still talk to the customer care I did not received satisfied answer, nor any code.I put porting message on 14 March-2016 in evening and spoke to customer care.But I got a message that you will solve the problem in 2 days. Which has not yet solve.

                      My self Geeta Kumari & My Reliance No. is [protected]. I am not using any VAS facility service and not near future. but as per balance notification my account balance deducted Rs10-15 per week regularly. If you are not added back my balance that i move to the consumer forum, because that type of problem facing many-many times.

                      Generally SMS received " Amount Charged for VAS one97 subscription Rs. 10". dated 16.03.2016, Rs. 5 on 12.03.2016 and Rs 5/ on 09-03.2016

                      What is "one97" ? Please explain it?

                          I did receive the call and the representative said that if STD charges are not being deducted then I should ignore the roaming sign. I did check and presently STD charges are not being deducted but if it happens then what am I to do.
                          If the error is from your side then it needs to be resolved. Why will I have the symbol of roaming if my number is local?

                            I am Mahesh Liningwala from Pune from Mantra Majestica. Hadapsar. I am having combo of net and landline. It's not working since 12 th Jan. 2016. It's found that Dsl server is put in our society and it's rent not paid to society even light bill not paid so, comitee disconnected the dsl. Due to this we are loosing our work. I am informed by your aplet office that it will take 15 - 20 days to resolve. From 09/10/2015 my connection deactivated for reason not known to me. I have made repeated complained to Burdwan Reliance Store. But my problem unsolved till date.                                   I have purchased reliance Pro3 wifi dongle on 14.04.2015 with 1year advanced rental for rs.6200. while purchasing i had been told that i will get more than 2mbps speed. but once i started using that, i come to know that speed is not even few kbps. when i raised few complaints with company, they said it will take more than 4 months to resolve the issue. but its been more than 4 months now, nothing happened. Company is not resolving the issues and also not ready to repay my money, after failing to provide committed speed. please help me. my service no. is [protected] regards,

                                  call few calls from different executives... got few messages saying will be resolved in few hours... nothing happened...

                                  repenting for choosing this one...

                                  feeling helpless... even to update this complaint it took to 30 mins... but finally decided to use my mobile internet...
                                  anybody listening...please resolve in day or two... or disconnect my connection and return my money

                                        Respected Sir, Due to some network issue i have change my network operator from reliance communication to vodafone for my mobile no. [protected] I have already deposit with reliance communication since it has launched Rs.2000/- + excess amount they collect from me at the time of MNP. that is final Rs.2154/- as per their confirmation. after so many communication via call & email they are not yet provide me refund against same. as per their policy it can be take around 180 days. But in my case there is already more then 365 days passed. please help me out what is the next step can be taken by me for the actual my refund process. as i have also email their RCOM appellate authority & Mr. ANIL AMBANI so many times but still no response from them. I have also spoke to Mr.Harshal Ingle Wireless CMO Escalations but not yet found any solutions. please help me out. Thanks & Regards, MEHUL ADHVARYU [protected]
