Dear Sir,
This is in reference to my data card no [protected] under my name Shailendra Nath Verma R/O Kakadev Area, Kanpur for Reliance Broadband Data card connection.
I would like to apprise you that the above said data-card was discontinued in 12-Nov-2014 and the account was closed after paying all outstanding dues (INR 1350/-) till that time. The account was closed by Krishna Communication, Survodaya Nagar, Kanpur and an acknowledgement slip was handed over to me confirming the account closure.
However, even after closing the account, I have received a bill of amount INR 2191/- for usage of internet during Dec-Jan. However, the bill clearly indicates ZERO usage of internet which was again confirmed by your authorized outlet the connection already terminated (Krishna Communication, Survodaya Nagar, Kanpur). Scan copy of same is enclosed with this mail.
It is very sad to write down that even after following the proper closure procedures, I have received a legal notice from Reliance Communications for paying a penalty and outstanding due on above data-card no [protected] (that as per my knowledge doesn't are not billable)
The situation here seems very grim and I request you to please scrutinize the matter with utmost priority.
