    On the 9th of April at 9:43p.m i had recharged my Jio Number [protected] as my plan was about to expire the next day.
    But unluckily i believed the My Jio application and recharged through MYJio application via Net Banking SBI.
    I had recharged utilizing the 8 vouchers one them i had reducing the 399 plan to Rs 349 and performed the process successfully and also recieved message at 9.45pm from Jio. But, the recharge was not successful and plan still remained expired and then consequently i had to recharge again withh 399 to get my facilities back.
    I am thorough supporter and good user of Jio and always encourage people around me to use Jio as i feel the network is unmatched in India.
    Hence, as an old customer and actove supporter of Jio i hereby request you to refund my Rs 349 which i recharged first and was effectively converted into a voucher of 349 which could not be claimed as recharge and i had ro recharge again.

    Please initiate my refund as soon as possible as i was also tolf from Reliance Jio Customer Care and Jio support Office in Cochin that my first recharge attempt was unsuccessful and Rs 349 would be refunded. But still no action taken.

      I had taken a reliance sim for my consumer no-[protected] four years back. It was widely circulated among friends, relations, work circle. Even my facebook account. But since dec/so the number don't function?? Who ll take my mental agony & communication deprive. Why d company can't issue me another, leaving scope to #mnp, if #reliance is closing??
      Forr r this i shall forget past and see new steps??? Else action b taken.

          On 31.01.2018 I was doing a recharge of my jio mobile number from my jio app by 101 and at the payment option I used upi and I received a request for payment of 51 as 50 was provided by jio as coupon and I did the payment from my side the transaction was successful and payment was done in my Jio it showed some error occurred I contacted reliance jio but they
          denied and said you have initiated a transaction but they did not received the payment and I was asked to do payment t of the said amount I contacted Npci and sbi and according to both payment was made to [protected]@icici and it was successful now reliance jio customer care is not responding and just repeating that I had not done the payment

            Customer support told to wait for 60 days for resolution. Can you pls tell how you are validating that a customer can wait for 60 days for resolution of any issue when he had already paid for the services.

              I booked jio phone online with an advance of rs. 500/-. After that the company revealed the specification of the phoion id is ne and the monthly tariff. These are against what was advertised before booking. These does not meet my requirements, so please refund the advance amount of rs.500. My transact id is transaction id : fv000001wl3f. Please refund the amount in toto immediately.

                Hi team,
                I have recharged my geo number from hdfc online netbanking. My money got dedicated from my bank account but, i haven't receive any charge on my mobile. I want my money back in my bank account. Please do the needful. I have called to reliance helpline but i didn't get any response from them. Even bank authority don't know t resolve it.

                  I have purchased a jio sim card at kolhapur maharashtra. The local retailers are expressing their inability to link it with my aadhar number on grounds that it has been obtained at ranchi (Jharkhand) and they do not have technical support for such cases. It is surprising since they sold me the sim card on the same aadhar number. Moreover i have used the same aadhar number for linking my vodafone number. I think it is not proper and against govt directions. Please help.

                    Removal of mobile tower in residential area at roof of h. No. 881-29 kamal colony model town rohtak-124001 haryana. We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of kamal colony model town, rohtak-124001. Thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation. Our complaint is specific that one, mrs. Sunita. And mr. Jagbir lohchab had licensed his/her premises to mobile company for installation of mobile tower in midst area. When residents know about the hazardous problems from the tower, they immediately objected and requested for termination of agreement and informed about hazardous effects of radiation which eminates the human body causes chronicle and other effects on the human body. As per the rules it is necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and other documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in any areas of the country. We therefore request you to kindly look into the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above house in order to prevent further damage to the innocent people of the area.

                        I am having a reliance gsm no [protected]. I recharged with a amount of rs 199 last month and it is valid till 14/11/2017. Balance is also available but calls are not going. The reason told is insufficient balance. Customer care is not picking up the phone. Pathetic experience from reliance. Want a quick solution or will post it publicly and will tag narendra modi and anil ambani. Fed up of this operator. Others specifically airtel is thousand times better.

                              We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of sane guruji nagar, asalfa village, ghatkopar, mumbai – 400084 and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

                              Our complaint is specific that, one mr. Bharat, resident of above mentioned address, is leasing his premises to mobile company for installation of mobile tower in midst of residential area of, sane guruji nagar, asalfa vilage, ghatkopar, mumbai 400084.

                              When residents came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to the said mr. Bharat to stop the work but he refused. For termination of leave and license agreement and stoppage of installation of mobile tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eminates from the said mobile tower upon the human body.
                              In spite of this, the said mr. Bharat, flatly refused to pay any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents that ”do whatever you want, i will not stop work.

                              As you know that, it is general rule that, the mobile tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said mobile tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. This is residential area and most of the houses are between 2/3 meters. Hence, the said mobile company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect

                              As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, house owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas.

                              We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above house in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

                                I had sought recharge of rs 310/- on 01.09.2017 for my wife's mobile no. [protected] which had failed but my account with the bank was debited through net banking. The transaction no. Appearing is[protected]. I had mailed twice on 13.09.2017 and 19.09.2017 seeking refund of the amount but have not received a response to my emails. I would once again request to kindly look into the matter and instruct my bank to refund the recharge amount of rs 310/- for the failed transaction at the earliest.                                 After lodging complaint yesterday, I received a phone call from so called representative of your company who asked for all the details of my Debit Card through which I had made the failed recharge, he went up to limit of generating a OTP and asked me to inform the same which I declined. After a few minutes I again received another call from some calling executive who again asked for all the details with a promise to refund the amount claimed immediately. On completing all the required formalities when he entered OTP he informed that my card was blocked. How???. Very poor service. Please let me know as to how would get my refund of Rs 310/-

                                  This is very bad from reliance gsm i am their postpaid customer i pay my bills on time still they have barred my outgoing calls, they want me to pay advance rental which i will never pay, they cant impose anything on my without my consent, i raised complaint several times but reliance dont care about their customers who are paying them alot of money, your company is because we are your customers and when you will create problem for your customers than who will like to go for reliance gsm.                                   Pathetic services provided by Anil Ambani group service . i have user of Reliance Digital TV, this month i have recharge twice my tv account but still not avail the service . Customer service numbers are not working and even these guys are not responding mails also .

                                    Just after my complaint for incorrect billing, i received two different responses :-

                                    (1) one call from [protected] at 17:33 hrs. Today 01-sept-2017, he abused me with very bad words because i complained.

                                    (2) second call from a gentle person from [protected] at 17:40 hrs., he assured me for refund me excessive billing, but as per him they will need my debit card number for confirmation. I gave them option of adjust excessive amount in my next billing. But because of some rules, they cannot adjust and need my debit card number.

                                    I am confused, because just before second call, i am horrified because of first abusing call and because both officers are from same office, i am afraid to share my debit card details with them, what i was about to share with him tomorrow.

                                    I have received refunds from other websites also and in same manner i want to request to refund me in same account from where they received earlier payments or give an e-mail on my registered e-mail id for adjusting refunded amount in next billings.

                                    My complain is only to have control on language of officials for how to treat with customers.

                                    Complaining is my right, and they cannot abuse me for this. If so, then company should train them properly or teach them lesson, so in future before speaking, they learn to control over language. Their language make me anger and i told him to speak more so i could record his voice as evidence, but he cut the call immediately. It means he knows what he was doing wrong and in fear he cut the call.

                                    Second is request, please refund directly in account. Now, i am not interested to share bank debit card details.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      Requesting to correct my billing of last three months and return back excessive amount charged.
                                      It is again third month my bill is just double from my original plan of 499 for unlimited calling.

                                      This time i have bill of 1077 inr, before it was more than 900 inr for last two months. I am fed up from last three months wrong billing.

                                      Last month and before this, i have complained many times telephonically to customer care about wrong billing and they ensured that next bill will be correct. But though this time, my bill is more than 499 inr.

                                      Some times they listened, but not corrected my bill.

                                      I have told same to customer care in last conversations on 28-july-2017 that when i am having plan of 499 inr for all free calls, then why they are not removing local calling rental pack of 75 inr.

                                      It is basic thing to understand, and i think your accounts and customer care are not having basic knowledge that when a person having 499 inr plan for all free calls, then why other plans should be applied over him and why billing should be more than plan of 499 inr.

                                      Sir, your persons responsible for billing software are meaningless, they have not basic knowledge, that when their own company is giving unlimited plan, then automatically other plans responsible for excessive more billing should be removed.

                                      If your officials are not capable to have such basic knowledge, why don't you trained them.

                                      Think it is lack of your service and non-talent officials, due to same type of bad services, some day you will loss your all businesses and you all will throw your company in losses, when day by day all customers will leave you.

                                        Hello,
                                        I am reliance sim user since 13 years.
                                        I am using postpaid connection.
                                        This company has very poor network for calling and data.

                                        When i tried to port this number, they unnecessarily levied advance monthly rental on my bill, however they already have my rs.1000/-. Deposited with them as a security deposit.

                                        Now they are continuosly calling me for payment, current bill and advance rental.

                                        And not reversing unnecessary charges of advance rental, not improving services.

                                        Kindly instruct them to reverse all illegal charges.
