Jio Fiber Device not getting picked up and Refund Not Processed

I Installed A Jio Fibre Connection In My House In Whitefield, Bangalore. My connection number is[protected]. I Paid For a Year Subscription But Due To Poor Service, I Had To Cancel The Connection On 25 July, 2022. Fiber connection not working

We have raised many complaints for jio fiber not working over a week. But there is no resolution taken by them to solve the issue. This is second time in past two months that the jio fiber was not working for over a week. Please solve the issue as soon as possbile. They just register our complaint but no service men come here to solve our issue...

Broadband issue. False promises on the refund

Hi,

My Jio fiber connection got installed on 24th March 22 end and soon after testing it for 7-8 days I requested for the uninstallation in the free trial period as I was facing some serious issues with VPN connectivity and the speed was too slow. Their executive also acknowledged the issue with VPN connectivity and showed his helplessness.

Data Entry Job Fraud

Relocation request pending from 11 days

I placed a request for relocation of my jio fibre connection on 30/08/2022 and got a slot for 04/08/2022, nobody turned up and the relocatiom request is continuing to reschedule even of now. Nobody at the customer care is taking the matter seriously and im payinv for services im not even using. I want refund of the charges amd.relocation. kindly lool.into the matter.

Unfair data deduction-without using

I've purchased a data addon on Sept 9, 7.09pm. And the same data showing exhausted on 7.04pm in the usage history of my jio app. I haven't used much data. This is totally unfair. Totally disappointed with these unfair practices.
Stealing is better than this, very pathetic jio.

Incomplete information while recharging

I am Jio fiber user having # [protected]. I have done recharge of Rs999 on 8th Sept-22, thinking I could use OTT platforms on my mobile device. After recharging when I tried logging into one of the OTT application it showed me error and I did not get OTP on my registered mobile number. Jio Fiber: Not returning security deposit

I switched to a postpaid plan from a prepaid plan and therefore I submitted a request to cancel my prepaid account on 07/07/2022, service id[protected].

I tried several times contacting customer care via the toll-free number [protected] to initiate device pickup but it doesn’t have the option to submit a request for device pickup. Sometimes I did receive calls from customer care to schedule the device pickup appointment...

I was unable to get reimbursement for the same from organization due to that..I demand Jio to compensate to me for this issue.

Network Problem both calling and internet

In Barbil area Jio Telecom company is providing very poor network since last two months even calling through this network is not even possible sometimes because of call drops. Internet service is totaly stopped and our daily data limit is wasted. why they have taken the recharge amount if they are unable to provide proper service. our recharge time limit must be extended....

I had my jio connection on Feb11th & had done advanced payment for 3 months

Cancelled my connection on May 8th & setup box was picked up on 11th.

I havn't got my refund yet, called customer care they are saying I have an overdue amount but when everything was paid in advance & was cancelled on time then why there...

Network/data speed related

I've been contacting jio about poor network and data speed issue in my area since 2018 or earlier.it has not resolved yet and now they do not call the customers who had lodged a complaint.worst network. They think what's happening with vod-idea doesn't apply to them...

Request to retrieve my disconnected sim

I have lost my sim unfortunately before 3 months at my old home when get shifted to new home. But luckily I found it today with no network. When approached Jio customer care they said the sim got disconnected around end of August and it is not possible to retrieve the sim. When I asked the possibility of re activation since only 5-6 days from disconnection, they said no... I'm requesting you to kindly take action to retrieve my lost sim.br...

Not able to use JIO Fiber and they dont disconnect it even
