    I got Jio fiber connection but due to pathetic service and no response to complaints i went for disconnection. Its been more than a month I have been calling them for device pickup and refund, post multiple complaints no one working on it and giving me my money back

      Dear Mr/Ms
      My registered numbers are [protected].My internet services are not working since 17 January and booked the complaints and several follow up including escalation of the complaint. Till date no service person has visited.
      Both your escalation department and customer support have been ineffective.
      I got this connection in June paid for one one internet connection, however your person Hitesh (contact number +[protected] had configured two connection in one set up box He says he installed one set up box and given me another without having installed. I do not understand this.

      After a week, he visited my home to make a reauest for shifting of connections I do not understand this.

      Now there is a mismatch between my connections number and set up box.
      Nothing is happening despite the effort of your customers services and escalation department.
      Requesting for urgent action and revert to me immediately.

        Jio installed cinnection of briadband at ny home - and created twi IDs but only one set uo box. The current ID does not belong to the set uo box. The internent connection got removed. After complain after complaint, it has not been restored for over 5 days. Service person is rescheduling it and customer services though understand the problem are helpless and not able to take action against the person installed tge connection nor on the service person to restore it

          I am Komal Singh, Resident of Jaipur India, and currently living in London, United Kingdom.

          I have raised a request for eSim via email, and they have asked for my passport immigration stamp and visa, and which are i have sent multiple times.
          Still they are sending an email please send required documents three times.

          They are not responding appropriately, and dont giving exact reason.

          Kindly look into this.

            The list of 5G capable devices mentioned in the Jio.com website is incorrect and not updated. Hence I'm not able to sign up for Jio welcome offer to use 5G. While the Airtel 5G works on the device, Jio says my device is a 4G device. Have verified that my phone supports all the 5G bands that Jio uses.

            Devices testes;: Pixel 6, Pixel 7 Pro and few Oneplus devices.

              I haven't received jio 5G welcome offer even after i have 5G enabled mobile and i am in 5G coverage area ( JAIPUR ). Totally pathetic as JIO is choosing people for 5G service. As everyone should be able to use 5G.

                Jio Fiber has offered one month free internet to customers to use their services and collected refundable deposit of 1500.
                The connection was taken on Dec 1 2022 and it was closed on DEC 27 2022 and the device pick up was not scheduled. after so many follow ups and struggles. The device was picked up on 13.01.2023.
                Now, I got a message says that Refund of 500 is initiated.
                When I enquired about this to the customer care. They say that it is installation charges and cannot be refunded which was not communicated when the connection was taken and when I cancel the connection the customer care executive said that full amount can be refunded if the device is successfully pickup within 30 days of cancellation.

                Please look into this issue and take a necessary action and help me to get the money back.

                  We had installed a Jio Fibre connection for our factory at Partapur, Meerut. Connection no.[protected] in the name of Krishna Cap Box Private Limited, A-10, Partapur Industrial Estate, Meerut - 250103. Since the time of installation 17th December 2022 we are not getting any speed inspite of paying them for 200mbps plan. They keep the matter pending although we have requested numerous times that we are a MSME and work is getting effected and we are rather loosing money because of this. the speed is so slow that even the emails are not working. Mr Risham from their team does not take our call or is not ready to accept the problem inspite of their own technical team admitting that there is definitely an issue somewhere.                   we need immediate solution settle this as we have already lost so many orders and business because of their poor service.

                    The last 48 hours have seen internet outages, and customer service is struggling to keep up. They're responding to me in an automated manner. Wait for 24 hours, they say every day. I have to wait how many days?
                    Fix the issue by today or issue the refund.
                    I am fed up now.

                    It's been more than 48 hours and I still don't see JIO doing anything. My internet is still offline. Please issue the refund and disconnect. I keep failing to connect to JIO, and JIO never tries to fix my internet problem. JIO customer care has no idea what client satisfaction is.

                        My jio number +91 [protected] have done recharge from my google pay for 119 plan and 25rs 15rs recharged . Transaction was successful from google pay with transaction id[protected] january 16 2023 2:13am, [protected] january 14 2023 8:36am,[protected] january 16 2023 2:13am. but no recharge confirmation received from jio

                          Sub: Complaint About Poor Network Reception.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I have been a satisfied customer with jio for a long time. My mobile number is [protected] But I regret to inform you that nowadays, I am having difficulty in conversations due to poor network reception.

                          The handset’s network indicator shows full signal, but I cannot make a clear phone call. This unwanted obstruction is posing lots of inconvenience for me.

                          When I first learned of this problem, I had already made a complaint, but no one took any action upon it. I have made several calls to your number, but no one answered my calls.

                          I expect a quick response as satisfying your customers should be your priority. This is not a professional way to run a business. You need a proper customer service department. I always pay my dues within time, and still, I have to face such issues.

                          In this situation, I request you to take the necessary actions to resolve this problem as early as possible.

                          I look forward to hearing from you as quickly as possible to fix this problem. If I do not hear from you within 3 days, I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt.                             i have recharged Reliance jio mobile number [protected] from the Royal Easy recharge app (Retailer - 1433) for rupees 209 on[protected] around 7 pm. Money has been debited from my Royal EASY recharge app. but the plan is not activated on the Jio number yet.Customer have not yet received the recharged plan. please activate the plan or provide the refund back to retailer account 14333. I have talked with Reliance Jio customer care. They said they don't have any records regarding this. please see the attachments for detail.

                              I have JioFiber internet connection at home and am a Software Engineer

                              JioFiber is blocking requests to raw.githubusercontent.com which is a website owned by GitHub. GitHub is an important tool for all IT organisations

                              The same problem has also been faced by other people as discussed on social media site Reddit - https://www.reddit.com/r/india/comments/zd7ykr/jio_has_blocked_rawgithubusercont...

                              The post has been liked by 132 people and many others have claimed to face the same problem

                              It is hampering my work

                              The site is not having any illegal content so why is it blocked

                                I'm In Abroad Right now, Due to unavailable of jio network in UAE, my sim is managed by my family but they lost the sim. When I inquired Jio Customer Care they suggested a way by Filling CRF from and provide relevant documents and appoint a person to collect the sim

                                All the details provided time by time, every time they are asking for new document

                                That sim very needed to me, may be i will reach India. Only After couple of month or may be its became year..

                                    Today I want to share my personal experience on JIO FIBRE. I am staying in HBR LAYOUT, 6th main, 3rd block, Bangalore pin-560043, I have booked jio fibre on 05-Jan-2023, I have recived a call from jio representative Shiv (PH:[protected], His team lead is Sudhakar :[protected] )Agent communication was not good and with the help of his team lead i have booked JIO Fibre with a deposit amount 1500 Rs. They said installation will be done on same day (installation request :NO0000O54R07) .I was waiting for the call but no one called and have tried reaching to the agent but they are not responding to my calls and messages and after many escalation i have got a call from Installation team (nicolas :[protected])he is very rude and not responding to my queries properly and he checked the connection and said signal is low here so you have to call to the agent who booked jio fibre, they will increase the signal.Hence i tried reaching out to shiv and sudhakar both were not responding to my calls and text .Hence I raised a service ticket for worst service from the agents(service request :SR00001GI7ZI) even after raising request also not recived any update hence I cancelled my jio fibre booking .
                                    I have raised a new request from my wife number since jio fibre is the only network available in my area and I got a immediate call from sudhakar and I showed all my frustration on him and asked him to transfer to different team since he is useless and no updates he will give .Hence request been assigned to some other team (Agent Ramesh :[protected]) on 07-jan-2023 I have explained my past experience he asked to wait for 30 mins but have not recived any response from him as well, today (09-Jan-2023) he picked my call and have asked for update he said signal is low in your place it should be increased it will be taken care by backend team .

                                    I have never seen worse service than this.I am sitting in city(capital city bangalore) not in village still they are giving worst services
                                    Now connection is being canceled by me and new connection have raised but no response yet . Jio fiber have not provided me even 3rd class service if you are making new connection then it is made within 24 hours .

                                    My personal opinion is, don’t go with Jio Fiber. As other service is not available in my area hence still hanging with Jio Fiber.

                                    i have not recive any solution to my jio fibre connection .If you incapable to resolve simple issues why you people cheating customers by collecting deposit amount .l have raised another service request (SR00001GMKW9)they have closed my ticket without giving solution.

                                      I am getting 16 Mbps speed on my jio fiber. My plan is of 150 Mbps. I called their toll free number yesterday and their support lady told me to remove all my devices and stand near the wifi router. I got 35 Mbps on 4g and 89 Mbps on 5g. She told me that I have a healthy speed. I told her to file a complaint because this speed is not acceptable.She told me this report will go to her team but no one contacted me yet. Jio is the worst fiber connection company, resolve my issue or I will see you in the consumer court.

                                        Hi,

                                        On 5th January 2023 i made transaction for new jio fiber connection where it got stuck while the payment was processed, i received message as it was not successful but the amount of 1500 was deducted in the name of INB avenues private limited with the reference number of[protected]IGAOXQXMY3, when i contacted jio fiber provider it was informed it will recredited in 24 hours, kindly check and assist.
