Duplicate Sim

I'm In Abroad Right now, Due to unavailable of jio network in UAE, my sim is managed by my family but they lost the sim. When I inquired Jio Customer Care they suggested a way by Filling CRF from and provide relevant documents and appoint a person to collect the sim

All the details provided time by time, every time they are asking for new document

That sim very needed to me, may be i will reach India. Only After...

Frequently calling by frauds

As i am receiving frequently calls by few unknown numbers starting with 8037and 8071, it shows that calls from Bengaluru..
And as well as i am receiving calls from unknown name(number less ) every day neither i can pick the calls nor it shows block option or it has number.....

Bad service from jio fibre service

Today I want to share my personal experience on JIO FIBRE. Jio Fiber Internet speed is low

I am getting 16 Mbps speed on my jio fiber. My plan is of 150 Mbps. I called their toll free number yesterday and their support lady told me to remove all my devices and stand near the wifi router. I got 35 Mbps on 4g and 89 Mbps on 5g. She told me that I have a healthy speed. I told her to file a complaint because this speed is not acceptable.She told me this report will go to her team but no one contacted me yet. Jio is the worst fiber...

Unsuccessful transaction, payment deducted

Hi,

On 5th January 2023 i made transaction for new jio fiber connection where it got stuck while the payment was processed, i received message as it was not successful but the amount of 1500 was deducted in the name of INB avenues private limited with the reference number of[protected]IGAOXQXMY3, when i contacted jio fiber provider it was informed it will recredited in 24 hours, kindly check and assist....

NOt able to receive SMS

Hi Team, I converted my jio physical sim to esim([protected]) on 2nd of Jan and i am not able to receive any SMS since then i got a confirmation email(attaching copy below) on the 3rd Jan 11 pm that sms service has been restored but still not working on my number plz look into this matter.

Disconnected old connection and installed new connection.

I was having a jio fiber connection for more than a year. On Oct 11th, I was out of station. My son was at home and your sales person Raj came and said he is installing an upgraded setbox and will get refund of my advance of Rs.2500/-. He also said if we pay an advance for 3 months, 4th month will be FREE.! He also assured to get vouchers for the remaining 10 days (viz 11th to 20th). What he has done is HE HAS DISCONNECTED MY OLD CONNECTION...

Embezzlement of money from wallet by JIO

I am using several JIO sims under corporate plan. I have to recharge the wallet before I can recharge the sims. I recharged the wallet on 02 Dec with amount 5000 and after that recharged my 4 sims with amount 179, 179, 179, 358 so there must be balance of Rs.4100 but it became zero.
