Data of mobile no. 7011202124 is not working

I purchased a wind 5 lyf mobile set from reliance digital xpress mini shop no. 11 gandhi nagar ghaziabad on[protected]. they give me set and sim mobile no. [protected]. after televerification no. started working on next day saying that it is an unlimited plan. but unfortunately after two days after getting 2 gb exhausted, data is not working. i have visited the same store, they are not rectifying the problem.

Hello, i am using coolpad note 3 lite, and i have downloaded myjio app, after downloading i got the coupon code that can be availed for jio sim, but company is refusing to provide sim as the executives are saying that your phone is not eligible for the jio preview offer, if my phone is not eligible why i got the coupon code to get the sim. So poor of jio....

Tower Installed never paid advance or rent since last 10 months

Hello, My name is Rajashekar Reddy, we have given permission to install 4g tower at our residence in Chandangar, Hyderabad. We have signed agreement in July 2014, they promised 3 months rent as advance before starting the work. They requested for laying foundation work and said advance checks will be provided by another two weeks as they need to get checks from Head Office, Mumbai. Undue harassment by reliance jio (4g tower installation co)

I ordered a business internet connection (Account[protected], corp ac#[protected]) from Jio on the 29th January for 3 months and paid in advance. I made it clear to the engineer that I will try for 3 months only, as most days the internet did not work, and despite several complaints, the internet remained disconnected because of technical issues. Around the same time, on April 5, 2025, I left for the USA. In June, I was informed by a message on WhatsApp that Jio did not disconnect my service, although I had asked for 3 months only. I had no way to contact Jio, given the 12 hr difference in India-US time. Then I find that in July, they took away the equipment and canceled my account, but want me to pay 3500 Ruppes as charges from May to July. They did not even refund my deposit. I need Jio to refund my deposit and cancel the charges due for me. Thanks Dr Satsih

    I am filing this complaint regarding the non-delivery of a prepaid Jio SIM and annual unlimited prepaid plan purchased via the official Jio website (www.jio.com).

    Issue Description:
    After successful online payment and completion of KYC (photo/video verification), I was informed that the SIM would be delivered to my address within 24 hours. However, the SIM has not been delivered even after several days.

    I have contacted Jio customer care multiple times via email and phone, but there has been no satisfactory response or resolution from their side. There has been no proper assistance, and repeated assurances have not resulted in delivery or refund.

    Relief Sought:
    I request ConsumerComplaints.in to intervene and help me receive:

    Immediate delivery of the Jio prepaid SIM and activation of the annual plan
    OR

    Full refund of ₹3, 948 (total amount paid) in case the service cannot be provided

      Lately Jio's network is worsening day by day, the network bars continuously fluctuate and the internet speeds slow down randomly, even voice calls face heavy lag and disconnection. Anything including video calls/streaming/gaming face severe network disruption and high ping >999ms, and no this isn't a device only issue as multiple people in the same area are facing heavy disruption. I had recently raised a complaint via Jio care but NO they just brushed it off immediately and closed the request claiming their network has not yet arrived in the area, yet their own app shows it connects to 5G along with the network icon??, and this issue occurs with both 4G and 5G. How is this acceptable after paying hundreds of rupees for a decent plan.

        I am facing an issue with my JioFiber connection linked to Fixed Line Number: +91-[protected]. My active plan is Postpaid_399_6M, and for the bill cycle 01-Apr-2025 to 30-Apr-2025, the due amount was Rs. 470.82, payable by 10-May-2025.

        I made the full payment of Rs. 470.82 on 9th May 2025 at 7:35 AM via Amazon Pay UPI. Below are the transaction details:

        Even after successful payment, the MyJio app shows that my account is suspended and the bill is still due. No confirmation or update has been provided, and my internet services have been disconnected.

        This is highly unprofessional and has caused a lot of inconvenience. I request immediate action from JioFiber to update the payment status and restore my connection.

          I had complained for my airfiber not working on 2nd May, 2025. A service engineer was supposed to visit my flat but declared it as addressed without visiting flat and solving the problem. SR00002CANUI was registered and closed without any solution. I called customer care and they did not help either. Another complaint was lodged SR00002CU8UR and again the service agent did not visit my flat and neither made any calls and messages but market it closed. Now after endlessly calling customer care they gave another visit on 5th. If they schedule a visit, I have to ensure I stay at home away from work. They provide no call or message update even when it is scheduled.
          Many customers face this. Please help

            I made JioAirFiber Booking with booking no : LR0000JI75M on 31st March 2025 but since then there is not tracking of installation, no agent ever visited and i am not able to cancel this request after multiple attempts.               I have booked for new Jio AirFiber connection on 19th March, 25 and paid 1111/- as booking amount. The installation was not done until now and the booking amount is also not refunding. I have called the customer care multiple times. They say if they will cancel from their side I will not get the refund and asking me to reschedule every time. When I reschedule in few days the order is kept on hold but nothing happens. I am not sure what to do now. Looks like it’s a scam. Can I get help on this?

                "Jio AirFiber Complaint Mishandled – Requesting Escalation and Compensation"

                Complaint Description:

                I am a customer of Jio AirFiber, and I raised a complaint regarding the poor upload speed and connection issues. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue was not resolved. The complaint was closed without any resolution, causing further inconvenience.

                I was assured by Jio's customer care team that an internal team would contact me within 24 hours, but no such call was received. An engineer was sent to address the issue, but instead of resolving it, the engineer was unprofessional, pressuring me to close the complaint despite the issue being unresolved.

                The engineer did not handle the repair work and instead asked me to reset the router and follow unclear instructions. The situation was not only frustrating but also a waste of time.

                Additionally, I have recordings and screenshots of the issue, including the pressure to cancel the complaint, which I am happy to provide for further verification.

                Impact:
                This unprofessional behavior and lack of resolution caused significant inconvenience, mental stress, and a loss of time, affecting my daily routine and productivity.

                Request:
                I request an immediate resolution of the issue, along with compensation for the inconvenience caused, and a formal apology from Jio for the poor service and pressure to cancel the complaint. I also ask for proper action to be taken against the engineer responsible.

                  I just received my bill for jio. I paid that, but still my internet connection was not working. I tried navigating through the app. I tried everything, but nothing was resolving the issue. Then I called the customer care and after calling the customer care, I just got to know that they have a data limit of the month that is 3300 GB for that I have a call recording as well, and when I just go ahead and browse the plan in the my Jio app and there the data is showing unlimited first of all, no one informed me about that second of all I am a working professional. My brother is a working professional. Both o[censored]s are not able to work now, so we’ll be having a no pain no day that is will be deducted from our account or from the salary, so I am facing the loss. I am facing the loss, but my salary. I’m facing the loss of my Wi-Fi now when I called to the customer care, they are telling me to get the data pack updated. I just got the recharge done. I have the receipt and everything of that and then They are telling me that you have consume 3300 GB in just three days as my billing cycle is from 21st to 21st, so I’ve just consume 3300 GB in three days and now they are telling me to get a booster pack updated for the same.                         I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my experience with your company.

                        I purchased a White Studio membership (Membership Number: **2882654**) in 2019 and paid an amount of ₹80, 000. Unfortunately, during the pandemic period, I received no follow-up or support from Club Mahindra. Subsequently, I was informed that my account had been suspended, with no further assistance or resolution provided.
                        Later, an agent from your company approached me and convinced me to take a new membership (Membership Number: **3015118**), with the assurance that my old dues would be repaid. However, after making all the required payments for the new membership and clearing all dues, I have been informed that my old dues will not be refunded. I believe this conduct is not in line with the reputation of a company like Club Mahindra. I feel misled and cheated twice, first with the suspension of my original membership without notice and then with the false promise of a refund for my old dues.

                        I request a thorough review of my case and an immediate refund of the old dues related to my first membership. As a loyal customer who has fulfilled all obligations for the new membership, I expect Club Mahindra to honor the commitments made by your representatives. I hope this matter will be resolved promptly to avoid any further inconvenience or escalation. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift and positive response.

                          JIO Customer service is pathetic.
                          They do not value their customers.
                          My mother is aged and lives on her own.
                          Her account has been suspended even after making the payment.
                          We have tried reaching to JIO helpline multiple times but to no avail.
                          I have got no option but to write here.
                          She is living alone with no access to any form of media.
                          We even made the payment twice thinking that might expediate the process but again nothing.
                          This is really a shame on JIO's part.

                              I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my unresolved Jio Fiber issue (SR# SR000023P15M). Despite repeated calls and rescheduled visits over five consecutive days, no technician attended to my complaint. I raised the service request on 20th October, 2024 at 12 noon and as of yet none of the technician / engineer has attended to resolve the issue.

                              The tracking status falsely claims the technician visited, stating "door was closed." This is inaccurate, as I awaited their arrival.

                              Furthermore, Jio Fiber refuses to refund my six-month advance payment. This unacceptable service and misleading communication have eroded trust.
