Jio agent sold me a jio fiber plan that it's tenure is 1year now in 6months i got a call from jio executive that the plan is expiring. this agent is now getting backed of from his words . Now I will not pay a single penny . I want my one year plan. Contact number [protected]

I am using JIO FI ROUTER M2S from so many days, I am using this router very carefully as per the user manual given.
But still due to cheap quality of Manufacturing, Recently I noticed the battery was swollen.
It happened not only to me. But to all my team mates also (Of course their matter was not related to me). But still not only me it is happening to everyone using the same Routers.You can see all away in the internet also regarding that.

So I called the customer service number. They had said they cant exchange due to out of warrenty. But still since it is not my fault.If battery capacity decreases then I wont ask you for exchange sir because it is gradual process.
Buldging or swelling of battery is also a MFG defects of cheap quality.

So What I am requesting is kindly exchange the battery to me because it is not my fault sir as used it very carefully.
So kindly I am requesting to only exchange my battery so that I can use my router as usually.

Its regarding my jio connection[protected] i have allready before disconnecting nd when i spoke at customercare on 18.08.2022 she told you will get toral 3500rs as refund within 14days after disconnection and device pickup but sorry to say i have received only 1500 rs why you people have not given me Rs3500 want the answer immediately on my email as i am having conversations of your customer care madam if you want i will post to social media ypu people are telling one amount and giving me less amount why 3500 rs not given and why only 1500rs given can you tell me ...

As before surrender i asked at your customer care she told you will get your Rs2000+1500rs total Rs 3500 rs you will get as refund why i have not got Rs 2000 can you tell

Want immediate reply and my refund amount full as per your executive conversation i am eligible for full amount then how come you gave me 1500 only

Hope will respond and give me my amount otherwise will be force to post in social media how you people cheat customers

Good evening sir,
I want to register complaint against jio care. They are very unresponsive. I lost my international roaming sim [protected] at UK. I am a Indian studying at UK and all my accounts are linked with my Indian Number [protected].
I called them and get my sim blocked so that no one can misuse it.

I requested them how to get jio dulicate sim but they are not replying. I have mailed them around 10 times. No reply is coming from their grievance team. I am upset as i want my number back so that i can assess all my accounts. But they are not replying.

Please help me.

I have recharge on my phone from my csc wallet. Money deducted from wallet today 12/Dec/2022 at 3.10 am. But still now not receive my recharge. I want my recharge or refund my money. This the transaction reference number which money deducted from me and still not giving me my recharge- CSC REF : [protected]

I'm holding 2 Jio POS Lite accounts on numbers [protected] and [protected]. The Accounts got blocked by the company without any notice or intimation... I have balances in my wallet. Coincidence was that 2 accounts was blocked only after adding money into wallet. Details enclosed with screenshots here

I ordered and installed Jiofiber at my house which had 100% refund policy for uninstalling but when I request for uninstall of the Jiofiber they issued me a date on which they'll pick up the device but they didn't come.I called many times and they kept issue me date but they never came after 2-3 month they finally came after I again called and complaint but now they didn't refund me full amount because they're saying I didn't return the device before 60 days but in reality they never came and intentionally avoided my uninstall request and it's been 1 year they still didn't give my full amount money.

I was sold this post paid connect on 9th August 2022 with plan at 3536 INR. I was said there is zero security deposit and I don't need to pay any amount upto next 3 months. But I got Bill generated for the month of Oct-Nov 2022 of 1178. When I have opted for 999 INR plan of Jio then how come Jio service provider got my plan exhausted in just 2 months and charged me additional 1178 INR for Oct-Nov cycle. I would like to register complain against this fraud sale

Yesterday reçharged data add for 25₹+15₹ =3gb and regular pack 2gb. Total 5gb but couldn't use it after one hour msg had come that data finished... How can it possible.. No way to finish 5gb in one day

everyone at this location is facing so many problems related to network calls and internet speed. all the neighbours in this colony are so fed up with jio services as no one can call and use net easily we face frequent call drops and very slow speed of internet even slower than 3g in the world where 5g is rolling out in many places. now many people are opting to port from jio to another service provider as jio is not hearing any of our issues, i personally liked jio because of its innovation and the way jio introduced everyone to 4g but now that we are facing so many problems jio must take care of it for the people using jio in raghunath colony.

I have registered for jio fiber new connection with order number NO0000NJT1D8 last week. Twice installation people came and confirm that they cannot install jio fiber at my house. Told me to cancel the connection. I have requested jio customer care several times to cancel the connection request and issue the refund. Every time, they just reschedule the installation. I have already installed other fiber network. Please help me with cancellation of order and issue the refund. Thank you.

I have ordered for jio fiber installation on 27.06.2022 with order no NO0000M228FJ with one month installation free which is installed on 30.06.2022 for that i have charged rs 4000/- at that time the executive advised me if i uninstalled the jio fiber within one month of installation i will refund the whole amount. i have uninstalled the same within one month. After two month i have refund rs 1500/- but the 2500/- not refunded yet.

Held interview today and said to pay 2000 for training purpose .it will refund with 1st month salary

I have already disconnected my account ad raised request twice. They have not yet collected the returnable devices for past 3 months. Only after they collect, refund will be processed.

This is to complaint about that me Digvijay Singh Rana, I have recharged my jio number i.e. [protected] but not reflecting on app not i got confirmation message. On 10th November my jio recharge of 299/- is going to expire so on 8th November at 10:19 pm I have recharged my jio sim of 299/- in advance from jio app and it took me to the option where I have to choose out by which mode I have to pay so I chose Gpay to proceed, the amount deducted successful from it, but i didn't get any confirmation message from jio. Then i contact with jio customer care chat they said we didn't seeing any reflection of your jio recharge. Then i call jio customer care a girl picked the phone and said thay your request for recharge is reflecting but didn't receive your money she said to call the bank and recharge your number again I have recharged it again of 299/- then again . I contacted to bank they said the money is successfully deducted. I have all the proofs from Gpay transaction history to bank statement. Just help me in resolving my money and refunding my money that is deducted .

I am subscribe of reliance jio for past 7 months, initially it was good. for past 10 days i faced issue with internet and customer care is pathetic, they schedule engineer who will resolve the issue after 2 days of down time, as I am working from i am clueless of this service, and there is no compensation from jio for this outage time.they do not have proper framework of how things works, Really pathetic
