3rd April I leave message ‘Start 0’ on 1909

On 24th May I call customer care to complain about Marketing call, the executive took details of calls and committed 7days time to get it resolved.

13th June I call again to complain about the same and the executive tells me that DND is not active would ask me to get it activated via IVR.

SMS activation didn’t work

Executive didn’t inform me about right problem on 23rd May

13th June I am being asked to start the process again.

    I am avinash rajaram kamble, my jio number is [protected], my aadhar card number is[protected].

    I lost my smartphone on 8th april, i have lodge complaint of mobile lost. Then first i visited your jio store at govandi station, they said me that my aadhar card number is not matching, hence ask me to visit the store from where i bought my jio sim card, then i visited reliance digital jio store near to vashi railway station, they said me that my aadhar card number is not matching and they can not change my aadhar card number from system manually and they told me that when i bought my jio sim card that time it was manually register my data profile. The vashi store asked me to visit the sanpada corporate office. Then i visited sanpada jio corporate office, i met mr. Raju over there, i formed him all the problem and i requested him to provide me jio sim of same number. But he also told me that he can not do any thing as my aadhar number is not matching with your system. I requested him i can provide my other id proofs photocopy, but he said he only need aadhar card. Now everyone is telling the same, due to this i am facing problem, please provide me the same number jio sim card on my address. And please resolve my problem soon.

      On 9th may i recharge my jio mobile -[protected] of amount of 49 RS.But when i check my account money deduted in my account 9999 rs.
      Then i call to Reliance jio call center number-198 he replied sir its your fault we cant help you.
      Then i mail to CEO but not a satisfaction replied from his end.

      I really dispointed with jio service.they are make foolish people and cheat money.

      I request you to please my money back.

        I have done recharge for Plan Rs. 349/- for 70 days from my Jio No. [protected] (TARUN KUMAR NATH) to my wife Jio No. [protected] (TANUSHREE NATH) by using My Jio App through Net Banking vide Transaction ID no. NSBI[protected]IGADRYMJS6 dated 10/06/2018 at 11.39 p.m.. The said amount deducted from my bank account instantly but no recharge have done in Jio No. [protected] (TANUSHREE NATH). I did a call to customer care and also visit My Jio store on 11/06/2018 but they could resolve my problem. Till now deducted amount not refunded and also recharge not done.

        I got a text saying that i have used 90% data for the day that hast just started 6 minutes ago and i was just chatting on whatsapp. How is this possible to use 1 or 1.5 gb data in just 6mins with just whatsapp texts. This is disappointing.

          I m from hooghly, wb.in my area the network speed of jio 4g is too slow that i cant surf on a regular flatform like youtube and facebook. I have complaint several times for my issue to the customer service of jio but they did nothing related to my issue. This problem is happening with the all users of jio in our area because of very poor network in our locality. We are paying quarterly for the recharges of data plan but getting too slow network. Its slower than a 2g network. Its working like 2g in the name of 4g. Please give some attention to my complaint.

            Dear sir
            I activated an international global roaming pack for traveling to columbia on my postpaid plan, jio number 701xxxxx12. The dates of my travel were from may 20-27, 2018.
            The pack was activated four days before starting to travel while in india. The pack however, never worked in columbia and i had to face a lot of agony and distress because of the jio global roaming pack not working.
            I spent hours and hours on jio chat and your helpline numbers narrating my problem but for no avail. It is very unprofessional and very much unexpected from a reputed service provider like jio. I would like to mention here that international roaming on vodafone and airtel were working fine in colombia, and that is how i could survive overseas during this travel.
            This deserves an apology.
            I demand jio to compensate me adequately and kindly refund my money to my jio account.

            I have made a recharge for the Jio no: [protected] by my jio app through Indian Overseas Bank net banking on June 5th 2018.
            The money was debited from my bank account but the recharge was not successful. Please get it rectified.
            Reliance JIO network service not provide very well in evening network not stable on phone if network stable then internet connectivity very poor from last 5 month I have complaint in jio service centre but not satisfie answer given by company so plz take the action.
            I have been using jio international roaming on my phone in Europe and America. I reached Colombia yesterday and since then have no n network in my phone. Please resolve this asap

              5 days pre-reminder calls for recharging

              Respected sir / madam,

              I am here complaining for annoying annoying 5 days pre-reminder calls for recharging on the jio number [protected]. I have even informed in the customer care 3 times but till date no action is taken for this issue. Some times it causes distraction while driving which can turn into an accident and for this same jio is not taking any kind of responsibility.

              This telecom company says promotional...

              My jio number was recharged for rs.399 plan with 84 days validity and 126 gb data benefits on 11/05/2018.
              The plan had free voice, 100 sms/day also.
              However on 09/06/2018 the outgoing call was disconnected with a notification of high call usage.
              I would like to know when the plan has no restriction on voice then how jio categorize high usage and disconnected the service immediately after the notification message. Why jio is selling plans with unlimited calls and then secretly disconnecting the service and asking for additional recharge to activate the outgoing service. Its frustrating. I would like the service to be restored asap. And if not done i will discontinue use of jio.

                I, Chandranath Goswami, beg to inform you that I booked a Jio Mobile Phone through net banking of my SBI Account on 25th August 2017. The amount of Rs 500 was immediately debited by Reliance Jio lnfocomm Bill REJIOI PAYMENTS Transfer to[protected]. Since then I got no confirmation message from Reliance Jio. I have repeatedly been complaining about the problem to the Jio Customer Care. But they couldn't solve the problem. Now I want either refund or Jio Phone paying more Rs 1000. 00.                       I want to register a complaint against a mobile tower installation in the residential area on building bhim pradhan, f-2, near durga mata mandir, pusta road, west karawal nagar, delhi 110090. There is radiation hazard by it because they fixed it in residential area. The mobile tower is installed in residential area and as per supreme court ruling, such towers are illegal and should be removed. Now other mobile tower is to be prepare to installing on same premises on above address. Old people continuously exposed to the harmful radiations being emitted from the tower and noise pollution it spreads day and night. Actually lots of people are facing problem from mobile tower. Some people is saying that we are getting pain in head. Some people is saying that we are getting pain in chest. I have already told him for removing that tower but they have not taken action on this matter. Please remove mobile tower from above mention address so that we can save our life. Please could you look at this complaint and escalate it to the right channel for proper action. Requested by: residents f & g block pusta road, west karawal nagar delhi 110094.

                        On 21 May 18, I had tried to recharge my mob No [protected] for Rs 398/- through through myjio app using my visa debit card. But unfortunetly it was unsuccessful, hence I again tried for Rs 399/- which was successful. Accordingly same amount was deducted from my account vide txn ID No[protected]. However, lateron I again received sms for deducting of Rs 398/- also from my account vide txn ID No[protected]. Therefore, loadged a complaint with my bank vide complaint No [protected]. They intimated vide their MER ID No [protected] that MERCHANT confirmed txn as successfully. Since my above mob No was recharged only for Rs 399/-, I had loadged a complaint with jio customer care vide complaint No SR00000LGQ1A for refund of Rs 398/- which was wrongly deducted. Complaint has not been resolved so far. Request look into the matter and refund the amount Rs 398/- to me at the earliest please.

                          I have a complaint regarding the Unclear usage of jio data . From 3 days I have been noticing that my whole 1.5gb jio data is being consumed at night between an hour. And strange thing was that my phone was in my pocket and there were no background apps working and no hotspot on at that time . I called jio customer care and they told me that there would be any background apps running but they were not. So please help me to get rid of this problem. And strange thing is that if there might be any background apps running, how can they consume 1.5 GB data in less than an hour. If anyone reads this complaint please tell me how to Port from jio to Airtel.

                              This is to bring to your notice that i received two sms messages on 5.6.218 at 11.17am & the 2nd at 11.29 am.

                              The sms at 11.17am stated that, "you have exhausted 90% of your high speed internet quota from data accountof mrp 399 on your jio number [protected] as on 05-jun-18 11:17"

                              The sms at 11.29 stated that, "you have exhausted 100% of your high speed internet quota from data account of mrp 399 on your jio number [protected] as on 05-jun-18 11:29"

                              I may kindly be given the details of my usage on 5.6.18 which has caused by data of 100% to expire by 11.29 am when i have switched my cell phone on at around 5.30 am and hardly consumed any form of data until then.

                              This is not the 1st time this has happened. I am absolutely certain that jio is short-changing me unfairly to make their low cost plan viable or force me to buy a data booster plan. I object strongly to the manner i am be short-changed by jio.
                              I am also waiting for jio to give me the full details of my usage wherein i have consumed 1.5. Gb of my quota in 6 hrs of putting my cell phone on.

                              I will be forced to shift to another cell phone server if this nonsense continues and i do not get a legitimate reply to my queries here in.

                              Pls do not be under the impression that a customer is a fool. Pls. Learn to give the due respect to your customers and the service that is required to be given for the payment that he has duly paid for.
                              I am fed up of receiving such sms from jio when i am hardly using hardly any form of data to be viewed in the terms of 1.5 gb. Do not force me to change my priorities to reliance.

                                Purchased pack of 399 4g forr jio but running very slow only on my area, it was running fine till the first week but later on the speed decreased like 2g. On complaining and asking for money return they stick the same reply that there is an intermittent issues in your area we will look forward to solve when we expand our network. I wouldn't have purchased the pack if the problem have persisted from beginning but it starts after a week i recharged. I demanded for money return but they never worked on it.

                                Here before 5 months ago a tower was setup. But it is only setup like a pole because it was not given any electricity connection. We are not able to enjoy it . Plzz do something so that we would able to have a good connection.

                                  And i have already paid him 1 lakh 25 thousand for the same and he said no futher money is required, now he is demanding money again to transfer the amount mentioned 15 lakhs to my account.

                                  Please help me to get my money back.

                                      Like to inform my dissatisfaction about the customer handling of our corporate account. We have purchased 4 phones + 4 sim as a test to see your service. Mean while your representative Mr. Jayaraj of Ernakulam sector inform me that, you need minimum of 5 sim connections to start the corporate account and suggested that I can transfer my current personal JIO number ( [protected] ) to the company account to meet that requirement.

                                      So I agreed to transfer my number which I am using since the prelounge of JIO service. The guy who came to collect the application and cheque collected Rs 6000 for the telephone and Rs 245 for activating 5 simes including my existing one.

                                      2 days after I found that 4 SIMs were activated however my personal one is dead, even though I had a long validity and fully charged for 84 days with Rs 399.

                                      Here come the surprise

                                      All my existing facilities like validity and exiting amount has been vanished. No one told me about this while they advise me to transfer.
                                      Even though the guy collected Rs 49 for recharging, he told me that he cannot recharge because I am using a different phone. While note that I am one among the first one who purchase a LYF phone which you are saying I cannot get a minimum charge of Rs 49. The amount still not refunded.
                                      Mr. Jayaraj advise me to recharge the SIM with other normal offer which is available to use the number. So I went into the online store and activated with the first one which is Rs 251 for 51 days o[censored]nlimited date of 102GB. Again I canot make calls even to the customer care number. Meanwhile due to my consistent calls, Mr. Jayaraj started avoiding my calls.
                                      Today he told me he cannot help for reinstating my old validates or balance amounts. Further he can not revert of Rs 251 which I did few hours before as it don't have any voice facility.
                                      Mr. Jayaraj advise me again to reactivate again with Rs 99 ( which I have done before while the offer came first) and charge again with higher multiples. Finally today I recharged again with 399+99 to get back to the original status. I have lost all business calls during these days.

                                      I would like to know what can do to compensate my financial lose and validity.

                                      If you can not take a favorable replay, please cc the same to your immediate boss.
