I recharged for the ir pack amount for which i have paid but not yet active on 02nd june 2018.
I received following text messages:

When i reached oman, the network is showing as 'omantel (Jio 4g)'.
But i cannot call/receive any numbers local or international in my jio number.
I contacted with 8 customer support executive... Everyone is leaving chat and dropping a mail saying that technical support or senior personnel will check into.
According to them, my package for ₹2875 is not active and is in queue.
But my money is with jio account.
It is impossible to get activated anymore as the package is only for 7 days and i am not returning to india this week and my money should be refunded.
My money should be refunded as i am not availing any services.
I am really frustrated on this issue because everytime i need to explain same thing again and again to advisors and not able to use your services or get my money back.
Finally one advisor is said that this facility is not applicable for oman. While their website clearly saying the said pack is applicable.
So i won't be able to use this facility, so i need refund of my money.
Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
