Sir i am sanjay sahu. date[protected] i received a massage from this
mobile no.[protected] for part time and full time job in call center near by my location. and a mobile whatsapp no. give to send resume. then i sent my resume in this mobile no. [protected]. and i take some enquiry such as salary and my job location and what are the process for applying the job. and she said to me that pay 1000 for the registration and after that give you training 2 to 3 days after that say one day interview for the selection. and also said that fee will be refund after joining. but i asked when i am not selected in interview than fee will be refundable or not. she said to me that fee will refund.then i paid 1000 through sbi net banking to this account no detail- axis bank

and they send me a reliance note for training then after a day i received a call from this no.[protected] and he said that for training and also said that pay Rs 3000 for training and after some time i paid Rs 3000 in paytm no.-[protected].
after some days i called him for training and he said some learning point to training from jio notes. and after they said to me that for interview you get call. but no one call me for interview and i am calling everyday to get my interview everyday saya that you will called after 1 hour, half an hour, after tommorow and so on . and after long time they took my interview and after that said to me you did not selected in interview.
and then i said to him that sir those fee which has to be paid, please refund and after that they did not refund my amount. and everyday i called him but they did not receive my call. same time mobile says out of coverage.
and also called this no.[protected] but she said that amount will be refudable by sir. and after some time they did not receive my call. and i called everyday to her and him but did not receive my phone call.
sir please consider my complaint and take action against those center.

      I live in Shivarampally. I use my JioFi for internet access. And it used to give just fine speeds upto 10-15 MBPS but for the past 2-3 days, the speed is just pathetic. This sudden change has come without any reason and the location is the same. I use JioFi at home. So there's no fault of the device. And also, other phones in the house with Jio sim are receiving great speeds. But this particular no. is not receiving speeds which can be considered even usable.
      Kindly look into it. Thanks.

      BTW data plans are fine and I don't exhaust the daily limit of 2GB.

        I apply for a job at reliance jio which was advertised at shine.com and the next day 13th july 2018, I receive an email from [protected]@gmail.com saying my resume has been selected from reliance jio company online process in the post of supervisor. And got a call (from +[protected] saying I need to attend a telephonic interview so I got a telephonic interview (from[protected] and was selected so they make me deposit 2500₹ in a Union Bank account ( Union Bank
        Account holder name:- HR solutions A/C No:- [protected]. IFS CODE. UBIN0541907. It's company General manager account - this is how they send to me) as they already said before interview for documents and police verification. Then they again make me deposit 3550₹ in the before said account which will be credited at the 1st month salary. then they said I need to deposit 5000₹ as final process but I don't as my mother is sick and need medical care and more money.
        All I want to know is how do shine.com make such company to advertised in their site the same email address is calling applicant to apply for the job at reliance jio company.
        Does shine.com have adequate information about the company who gave the e mail [protected]@gmail.com for recruiting personnel who are interested in getting their job from shine.com
        The person is still contacting me to deposit the money at the before said account.

        I want a responsible answer from shine.com as I have firm believe that shine might have adequate information about the advertise company.

              i am not getting speed even 2g as your network is 4g pack is also 4g but speed below 2g very very worst!

              when i contact to your care executive, he asks for speed graph seems no trust on costumer, very very worst care service,
              i already on pack long where due to this i am using other network as no speed below 2g, immediately resolve issue or refund full money to my main balance as when it fixed i reactivate again as no trust in your network due to this,
              because of this i have to pay more to other network due to this issue even already paid to jio - your network- no use,

              I had additional 1.5 gb in my account when i consumed 1.5gb now my speed is deducted as i can see clearly in usage tracker i had just used 1.5gb additional 1.5gb is missing on contacting jio costumer care they just apoligize and aren't giving any solution.

              Here the network problem is soo much. Internet usage is another thing, voice call shows also problem. It disconnect calls in between.

                We are hardly get signal bar points 1 and very disappointed with jio 4g/LTE network.

                    I am living in Melpakkam near Paruthipattu, Avadi in Chennai 600077 in an apartment .The signal strength is very poor here. Nearly 100 residents here suffer. I request you to inspect and support with a booster tower or else JIO is to lose more than 100 customers in the near future. Plz do the needful in our area.We ate quite irritated that we could not call even for an emergency and could not browse the internet too.                         I recharged jio number [protected] on 9 july for 50 but my 49 plan is not activated after this i call support on 16-7-18 he tells to recharge 20 & call for 49 plan activation after this i call on 198 & talk to mr. Durgesh he told that on call recharge request is not processed but other support team member tells to call & he will process 49 plan request. Durgesh is talking very rudely & not solved my problem. Jio support is not giving proper answer & support

                          I have already recharge my Jio no - [protected] with 399 on 13-jul-18 with discount of rs-50 voucher so 349 rs has deduct from my account also even today when I try to call from my Jio no message is coming- you have not balance in your account. and in my Jio app in recharge history, current recharge history is not showing and msg is.showing "you do not have any plan". while from my account balance has deducted.                             My jio number is [protected]. I am facing a problem when any bsnl customer want call me then the call is failed saying 'this no. Is not in service'. I complained about this problem many times to jio but they are not taking any action on this and disclose my complaints without any action, so i want a solution of this problem.
                            My previous complaint no. I providing for better help and watch taken action by jio.

                                I had made an MNP request from docomo to Jio number. The retailer does it saying it has no charges. He then asked me which amount to make recharge of for first time. I said just make a recharge of 99/- Jio prime. He said ok took 100/- rupee from me and noted my MNP number and said recharge will be done .
                                When my number was activated he didn't make any recharge. I get to know regarding the activation at late 10:30pm for which I thought it wouldn't be nice to call him so late. So I my self made a recharge of 498/- with Jio prime.
                                When next day I went to him saying that I had made the recharge of Jio prime please return my money. Infact I didn't asked for my money back, I asked him to get me a USB cable. He said "you can take the USB cable but I will not refund the balance money "
                                When I asked the reason he argued with me that the first recharge is to be done from the retailer and the retailer gets 50/- cash back for which they don't charge customers for the MNP.
                                But he didn't told me regarding the same and that to he agreed for only the 99/- prime recharge earlier, which he knew that only prime recharge can't be done it should be done in a combo plan. He didn't clarified me earlier these things, and when I asked him regarding this he said if I will tell all these to customers then we can't make business.

                                  Respected Sir, today i recharged my reliance jio number ([protected]) with plan Rs. 399 & recharge was successful and I got e-voucher than after I transferred that e-voucher to my another number that is [protected], while transferring e-voucher I made a mistake and put a wrong jio number that is [protected] and e- voucher is transferred to this number is successful.
                                  When I realized my mistake then I contact to customer care chat service of jio, customer executive denies to cancel the transfer and refund or revert back the e-voucher. They suggested me to contact to the person ([protected]) to whom I transfer e-voucher mistakenly. Thereafter I put a phone call to that person and his/her phone is either not reachable or switched off.
                                  Here I want to ask some questions to Jio Authorities that:
                                  What should you do with a individual facing these kind of problem ?
                                  Whether you are helpless and hopeless?
                                  If yes, then why there is customer support team and why should you ask politely that How may I help you?
                                  If my hard earned money is transferred by myself mistakenly to another number and authorities are helpless and hopeless. My contention is that if there is option in my jio application to transfer e-voucher then why there is not any way or option to cancel the transfer or edit the number or transfer.
                                  My simple urge is that revert back my e-voucher to [protected] from [protected].

                                    I have recharged my mobile on 06.07.2018 about 9.30 p.m. 399 Plan . However at the time of recharge it was debited Rs.2384/- and I have shocked to see the amount debited to my SB A/c. It was charged along with my other 5 Aadhaar linked jio numbers out of which 3 mobile numbers non operational since more than last 6 months.
                                    In view of the above you are requested to
                                    a) Adjust the amount(399*3) which requires to be credited from my existing operational numbers otherwise refund to my Bank A/c.
                                    b) Delete my all the three non operational jio numbers permanently from my linked Aadhaar which will create unnecessary havoc/ difficult / unnecessary mess.

                                    You are also give the higher-ups email IDs.

                                    You are also provide telecommunication regularities numbers for further complaint on the subject matter,

                                      My jio num is [protected], i have made recharge for year but my outgoing call has barred after 3 month . Plan was monthly renewal basics . And now company ask me to do recharge again . I have lost my 9 month recharge amount and company say me only one line " i have only this information " we cant help . we are request please help me to resolve my problem

                                        Signal is very bad..It is not working properly always giving buffer...So take an serius action on this... Previous also given the complaint..But no action taken...How van v use this sim with worst signal...Plz rectify the server as soon as possible...Tower will be arrange in the city Secunderabad areas but still it was ang loke that...
