An icici agent with mb number [protected] misussed my documents ...want to know the procedure to know the identity of the owner of this mobile number

I had additional 1.5 gb in my account when i consumed 1.5gb now my speed is deducted as i can see clearly in usage tracker i had just used 1.5gb additional 1.5gb is missing on contacting jio costumer care they just apoligize and aren't giving any solution.

I am living in Raj Nagar ext. Ghaziabad-201017.
Here the network problem is soo much. Internet usage is another thing, voice call shows also problem. It disconnect calls in between.
Please find the cause and solve the problem.

Till date no response from company. They just have email templates which they are posting.

Jio representive is claiming that its fake app.

So who we can trust my jio app. Its company aap and thery only are posting fake offer for advt.

Please help us to resolve
