This is to bring to your notice that Jio company is routing fraud offer on their jio app.

I got an offer on my jio app for free data.
When i subscribed for same. Jio Manager said its fraud offer he will arrange call for same.

But now its 2 week past no one had contacted me.

Till date no response from company. They just have email templates which they are posting.

Jio representive is claiming that its fake app.

So who we can trust my jio app. Its company aap and thery only are posting fake offer for advt.

Please help us to resolve

    I had made an MNP request from docomo to Jio number. The retailer does it saying it has no charges. He then asked me which amount to make recharge of for first time. I said just make a recharge of 99/- Jio prime. He said ok took 100/- rupee from me and noted my MNP number and said recharge will be done .
    When my number was activated he didn't make any recharge. I get to know regarding the activation at late 10:30pm for which I thought it wouldn't be nice to call him so late. So I my self made a recharge of 498/- with Jio prime.
    When next day I went to him saying that I had made the recharge of Jio prime please return my money. Infact I didn't asked for my money back, I asked him to get me a USB cable. He said "you can take the USB cable but I will not refund the balance money "
    When I asked the reason he argued with me that the first recharge is to be done from the retailer and the retailer gets 50/- cash back for which they don't charge customers for the MNP.
    But he didn't told me regarding the same and that to he agreed for only the 99/- prime recharge earlier, which he knew that only prime recharge can't be done it should be done in a combo plan. He didn't clarified me earlier these things, and when I asked him regarding this he said if I will tell all these to customers then we can't make business.

      Respected Sir, today i recharged my reliance jio number ([protected]) with plan Rs. 399 & recharge was successful and I got e-voucher than after I transferred that e-voucher to my another number that is [protected], while transferring e-voucher I made a mistake and put a wrong jio number that is [protected] and e- voucher is transferred to this number is successful.
      When I realized my mistake then I contact to customer care chat service of jio, customer executive denies to cancel the transfer and refund or revert back the e-voucher. They suggested me to contact to the person ([protected]) to whom I transfer e-voucher mistakenly. Thereafter I put a phone call to that person and his/her phone is either not reachable or switched off.
      Here I want to ask some questions to Jio Authorities that:
      What should you do with a individual facing these kind of problem ?
      Whether you are helpless and hopeless?
      If yes, then why there is customer support team and why should you ask politely that How may I help you?
      If my hard earned money is transferred by myself mistakenly to another number and authorities are helpless and hopeless. My contention is that if there is option in my jio application to transfer e-voucher then why there is not any way or option to cancel the transfer or edit the number or transfer.
      My simple urge is that revert back my e-voucher to [protected] from [protected].

        I have recharged my mobile on 06.07.2018 about 9.30 p.m. 399 Plan . However at the time of recharge it was debited Rs.2384/- and I have shocked to see the amount debited to my SB A/c. It was charged along with my other 5 Aadhaar linked jio numbers out of which 3 mobile numbers non operational since more than last 6 months.
        In view of the above you are requested to
        a) Adjust the amount(399*3) which requires to be credited from my existing operational numbers otherwise refund to my Bank A/c.
        b) Delete my all the three non operational jio numbers permanently from my linked Aadhaar which will create unnecessary havoc/ difficult / unnecessary mess.

        You are also give the higher-ups email IDs.

        You are also provide telecommunication regularities numbers for further complaint on the subject matter,

              Sir, i would like to inform you that till now resolve my big problem by the JIO customer care executive. issue was indoor network problem. when i am in room then full mobile network goes away.I complained but No solution was made.my complain or request number was SR00000MW0XB & date was - 08.07.2018.Afterwards today I called at customer care and I was discussing with Mr Sampad about this issue but He did not take my complaint.So, i requesting to you please arrange to resolve the same on the urgent basis as soon as possible.

                I have been getting calls from this number and constantly being troubled asking questions of God knows who. Another number is[protected].
                The person being the same keeps calling from these 2 numbers everytime anytime.
                Please block these numbers parmanantly.
                [protected], the person owning this number is behind all the trouble being caused to me. Please I request you to please help me out I am really stressed with these calls.

                  Inside of home no network, outside of home one or two bar of network.50 meter distance good network. Since 7nth o f july 2018 i am complaining, Jio care first said to wait 48 hrs, then another 48 hours, then said 90 days. i called on 1909 they said 120 to 180 days . I hv paid Rs. 500 for 84 days (voice & Data) and i got nothing . how some one can wait 90 days with out network on phone.
                  i want refund or full network or Jio help me port out to another network today (or within 01 to 2 days).

                    I have bought jiofi4 at jio store in bellary.first sale person made a bill on my name . after that he issued product...he didn't do demo ... wheather the product is working or not..i took product and opened in home...it was not working, and i visited store and i complaint against product but the reply from sales person was hilarious ...he said to visit store...then am i bought damaged product or dummy one...is there any sense... buying new product and giving it to a service center for issue...he could have replaced the product ...but he was telling that product is billed...and u should get it to service center...i am really shocked ...the store is really bad in serving customers...and their rudness...i asked him employee id...he does not have one id too...it is so bad.. please take sincerely a action against that store...

                      Extremely low internet speeds for last 2-3 days even though full jio signal strength. Causing a lot of inconvenience. Will move to consumer court if the issue is not resolved within 1-2 days.

Is not CONTEMPT OF COURT inspite of the Supreme court order that the telecom companies are asking for adhaar car for giving the sim. The sims are also sold on the road and small shops is it not unsafe to give the adhaar details to them and what is the guarantee it will not be misused

                            I have done a recharge of ₹399 on 22nd June 2018 wherein double dhamaka offer was active, I activated the same add-on pack on 22nd, but now when I see the plan in MyJio app it doesn't showing up additional data pack, the executive on Jio Care chat and Jio Care told me that it got expired since you have activated on previous plan which got expired on 22nd June. In first place how are they attaching the Add On I received as part of new recharge to old plan? There was no warning about the expiry date. Please help restoring the Add-on package

                                I was recharged on dated 29th as per double data and cash back offer as attached in image but i only received 1.5gb data instead of cash back and 3gb data per day. Have a look into the attachment and resolve on priority.. They was send me the redeem voucher at the same day n time of recharge and didn't mention anywhere that redeem voucher after or new pack start date. So i redeem as usual just like recharge then redeem too but they didn't give m the benefits of cash back n doI was recharged on dated 29th as per double data and cash back offer as attached in image but i only only received 1.5gb data instead of cash back and 3gb data per day.                                   On July 07 2018, I went Jio store outlet aminabad Lucknow uttarpradesh for converting my postpaid Jio SIM connection to prepaid Jio SIM connection
                                  And the Jio retailer under wide order number: NO00005E73QY tried to convert my SIM connection which unfortunately got cancelled due to some adhar card reason (baseless reason) but the Jio retailer/service providers are not refunding my money back Rs.248.00. Now the excuse of Jio retailer is that incase of technical issues only Jio service providers refund the money back.
