I am Abhijit Krishna Shanbhag and I have taken postpaid connection from Jio for [protected] Number for work from home purpose. I have paid all the bills on time and from couple of months I am facing network fluctuation and slowness in the internet speed. when I spoke to jio care they are telling that the there are many user in my are so this issue is happening and they will rectify it. But I have not seen any progress in this process. If I don't pay the bill on time Jio will disconnect the connection like that only if they are not resolving this issue it is impacting on my work and why should I bear with this issue. I need Justice from this forum.

    Recently I lost my sim card. I went to Jio service center to get my sim card replaced. The jio store manager forced me to buy an item from the store if I want to get my sim card replaced. The sim replacement cost was 25 rupees. I was forced to buy a voucher from the store of rupees 200 for replacing the sim which was worth only 25 rupees.

      Hi,

      My jio service request no is NO0000KYUA1M and mobile no. [protected]. I was a postpaid customer and migrated to prepaid. While inquiring about security deposit refund during migration from postpaid to prepaid, it was stated that security deposit will be send as cheque to the communication address and other time i inquire about the same then jio representative said it will be deposit to your given bank account which is given at time of post paid connection for auto billing, but no cheque received so far nor i haven't got any money to my bank account.
      So at last i raised issue to jio care for the same but they take my request and inform me to wait for 48 hr, i did as they said when 48 hr about to finish i got sms from jio the it will take another 48hrs to resolve the issue and for the whole week they continue with keep on extending 48hrs time limit finally i got sms stated that for resolution we tried to reach you but i niether i received a call nor i got any mail from jio that what resolution they gave for my issue and close my service request, to inquire about the resolution i call on jio care but there also customer representative kept me waiting for 5-10 min by saying the he is trasfering my call to other department but after the 10 min of waiting he says there is a technical issue i am not able to trasfer the call.

      Kindly look into this issue.

      Let me know when will i receive back security deposit 600.

          This is regarding the sim home delivery. The website mentions Free sim home delivery. The word 'FREE' sim is misleading. They haven't clearly mentioned about the charges on the website page when you apply for the sim home delivery. The charges for recharge and shipping are mentioned somewhere else on their website.
          The delivery guy charged me Rs 240 for the first recharge + Rs 100 for the shipping charges + Rs 50 (by saying these are delivery charges. we need money for petrol etc) I contacted their customer care number. Even they didn't have any clear information about the charges.

            My house is just facing jio tower but I have internet issues very low internet speed even I have 30 gb of High speed data. My location has limited people and villages and we are no more interested to proceed with this jio services. Waste of time and money on you

              [protected] I purchased a jio phone with 2 years plan and I paid rs. 2225 but it's expired on[protected] I got only one year subscription. Now I visited jio store at kamakya no response from them

                Hi,

                BEFORE PAYMENT:
                Recently couple of executives given many offers and saying to shift my existing connection and said JIO service is better with good speed and offers 14 OTT apps if we go and you can call me anytime we will resolve the issue.
                Commitments -
                1. You/Sanju/team said about coupons --- not resolved -- stopped lifting calls --- already waited many days --- promised within 3days
                2.Speed issue - not yet resolved till now -- called manytimes to sanju & team
                3.OTT apps - demo not given properly -- installation person dont hv time ansd shouting on customer --- till now not given/arranged for demo
                4. Any problems -- contact we sill help to resolve -- avoiding by not lifting calls --- i never disturbed continuously

                so i had trusted them and taken connection and withing next day i feel there is not hospitality and no service and no proper response.

                I felt very bad in 1month of enjoying JIO, this is because of executives behaviour which spoiled JIO brand name.

                AFTER PAYMENT:
                * Will ignore lifting your calls
                * No response for speed issue, not lift the calls
                * No way we can create compliant through app
                * Not sure what complaint they will take -- wont pay attention to customer problem.

                BIG SHAME ON YOUR SERVICE
                JIO is brand name -- few executives are spoiling like this..

                I request JIO to take care of wht sales executives are commiting or promissing related to speed or coupons or OTT apps or demos...

                Surprise is they are ready to disconnect rather than solve the problem when speaking to customer care... this is really shame on your service.

                  I had surrendered my Jio Fibre connection in January 2022. The Router and Set top box was also taken back by the co. 0n 26th January. A new connection was installed next day.

                  The guy who installed the new connection did not hand over the adopter for set top box (he felt the old one will work as well). The company have deducted R225 towards the cost of adopter.
                  This person has subsequently handed over the adopter to me after I made several phone calls to him.

                  I have ben requesting the REL JIO to take back the adopter as it is of no use to me and refund the deducted amount.
                  There has been no response.

                    In our village, a call does not take or comming in 2 days. When we dial, it is cut immediately or show server unreachable & line http://busy.It's so irritating. Care don't received call.The area manager don't answering.
                    And this problem always comes up. But in 2 days it is too much. No one is talking about it not take any responsibilty

                      We have been asking the Service provider (Reliance Jio) for the pick up of the uninstalled Router and STB for our Jio Fibre Service ID[protected]

                      We have raised multiple requests since Sep'21 but the device is not getting picked up.

                      Also, we expect a refund of approx INR 1000 per device (STB and Router)
                      which was paid as a Security deposit while installation.

                        My jio fiber device was picked on december 22 and still i do not get my refund. i called customer care 100 times and they always say that it will be done in 24 hours. i has been 4 months, i did not get my refund . Highly Disappointed with jio this time. Why jio is not refunding my money. My request id is SR000017RJKF. please refund my money as possible. Worst experience with jio.

                          My existing data plan is 2.5GB per day. I have not used much day today till now. But it is showing that I have exhausted all my data. This is totally wrong . I need my data back for today.

                                  Against abobe (Jio Fi) I have a prepad plan of 2.5 GB date per day. My data wrongly consumed, the detals are as under:
                                  1) On 17.04.2022 it is showng data consumption of 91.26 MB session starting at 1.24 a.m., when I was asleep.
                                  2) On 16.04.2022 it is showing following consumption:-
                                  a) 14.77 MB session starting at 1:57 a.m., when I was asleep.
                                  b) 554.62 MB session starting at 5:57 a.m., when I was asleep.
                                  c) 552.02 MB session starting at 11:44 a.m., used laptop for internet banking only. This much data is not feeasible to be consumed.
                                  d) 315.05 MB session starting at 1:51 p.m., when I was asleep.
                                  e) 18.72 MB session starting at 2:39 p.m., when I was asleep.
                                  f) 552.09 MB Session starting at 4:16 p.m. when I was not using any device requiring data consumpton.
                                  3) on 15.04.2022
                                  a) 87.20 MB session starting at 12:56 a.m., when I was asleep.
                                  b) 10 KB sesson starting at 12:56 a.m. when Iwas asleep.
                                  c) 234.57 MB session starting at 4:56 a.m., when I was asleep.
                                  d) 439.41 MB session starting at 2:44 p.m., when I was asleep.
                                  e) 14.41 MB session starting at 9:57 p.m., when I was asleep.
                                  From the above it is clear that there is wrong data usage.

                                    Yesterday reliance jio had opened a service call without any request from my side and in evening there service guy came to me for getting otp for call closing. When i tried to enquire from call center they updated me that i hadcalled the call center at around 3:20 and registered a service call. On actual I hadn’t called the call center / app chat / whatsapp chat to jio customer care for registering any complaint. The same was update to call center representative. Later i had also request to find out who had logged the call in my name but unfortunately they today closed the call despite of requesting to find the root cause.
                                    Please support in finding the root cause of call logging.

                                      I have requested for disconnection of my JiO fibre still not processed as due to fraud and worst service of no internet my job also got lost.

                                      They are doing because they want to refund of just 1000 and due to this I lost my job whose salary was 70000

                                        My cellphone line [protected] was disconnected by JIO due to non-recharge for over 3 months.

                                        I was on a business trip abroad and had done an international roaming recharge before leaving India.

                                        When I came back I realized there is no network and I can't make receive calls. Upon reaching JIO customer care they told me that my number is disconnected and I have to buy a new line.

                                        I have been using my line for the past 15 years and it is distributed in various banks and govt. institutions.

                                        I was not given a prior heads up for disconnection and that I will lose my number.

                                        Please help.
