Hi,
My jio service request no is NO0000KYUA1M and mobile no. [protected]. I was a postpaid customer and migrated to prepaid. While inquiring about security deposit refund during migration from postpaid to prepaid, it was stated that security deposit will be send as cheque to the communication address and other time i inquire about the same then jio representative said it will be deposit to your given bank account which is given at time of post paid connection for auto billing, but no cheque received so far nor i haven't got any money to my bank account.
So at last i raised issue to jio care for the same but they take my request and inform me to wait for 48 hr, i did as they said when 48 hr about to finish i got sms from jio the it will take another 48hrs to resolve the issue and for the whole week they continue with keep on extending 48hrs time limit finally i got sms stated that for resolution we tried to reach you but i niether i received a call nor i got any mail from jio that what resolution they gave for my issue and close my service request, to inquire about the resolution i call on jio care but there also customer representative kept me waiting for 5-10 min by saying the he is trasfering my call to other department but after the 10 min of waiting he says there is a technical issue i am not able to trasfer the call.
Kindly look into this issue.
Let me know when will i receive back security deposit 600.
