Address: Himalaya Tanishq Raj Nagar Extension

I recently port from VI to Jio. But Jio has more terrible network. Data speed is very slow. When i informed to customer care they don't provide a solution. They just confirmed we are upgrading our network in future. (No one knows when).

So i want to port out from jio before 90 days.

Please do the needful.

    My old number due to not recharge deactivated on 25 March so as per customer retaintion old number within 90 day of deactivation so we required to retention my old number [protected] as soon as possible please retain this number and call me alternate number [protected] for kyc

      CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS WORST. I have coupons in jio engage but when consulted multiple times on 198. they are saying you will not get any coupon without giving any propper reason.

      Today i have called again for my coupon clain issue. An advisor whoose name is BITTU SA is saying directly I will speak always in this type of rude behaviour, do what you can do🤬

      I AM GOING TO PORT MY BOTH JIO SIM CARD INTO AIRTEL. atleast i will give proper customer support and yes the fastest internet of INDIA

        After calling Jio for cancellation for Broadband and Set top box, I was given this cancellation request: SR00001ATT9B. But am unable to track this request anywhere or any details on their devices to be picked up. Tried calling their customer support, but no luck. Very inexperienced call center techs. I read that several people are struggling to get a refund from Jio, and don't get it unless a complaint is raised in consumercomplaints. This is not a good story for a growing company.

        Please improve your services to retain customers and do refund my amount asap

        Every day there is a notification saying "we assure the device will be picked the next day". After 100's of calls to Jio customer care and several emails to them, they have not picked the devices yet.

          I had registered for job in reliance by paying 2100. They asked me to pay for the insurance, flat ticket and noc total payment 65000. Please help me sir to refund my money l have there call recorded where they said they will refund the money.

              Have disconnected my jiofibre connection on 26 Feb and as per policy refund of 2500 was to be credited in my account within 14 days it's 3 months now but I have not received refund..every time the customer care says refund deposit has failed...how is that possible when I have submitted cancelled cheque.

                I Cancelled my connection on 25th April 2022, my device picked up on 2nd May 2022. When the technician was picking up my device, There was no option to enter bank account in his phone. Technician didn’t ask me about my bank account.
                My bank account was not taken from me during that time . He just took the OTP from me and left without asking me my bank account number .

                And I haven’t got the refund yet in my Original mode of payment.

                When i complained about it to the customer care representative, they told me that “The amount will be credited to the account given by you at the time of returning the device”.

                While no bank account was taken from me.kindly, provide me any link or something so that i can fill my bank details to get the money back.

                  I had recharged my moms jio number [[protected]] for the 239 rs plan
                  on 20th of may 2022. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. I am unable to make any outgoing calls. Please resolve immediately.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    My Jio number is [protected] and its last active date was 11th Feb 2022 and I didn’t recharge due to some emergency situation.

                    When I tried to recharge on 8th May (Where 90 days are not complete from the last active date) no was made inactive (on 15th April) without any notification or intimation.

                    When contacted Jio support they were not supported in answering about the grace period( which I believe its 90 days) and never responded to my mails.

                    Kindly request you to intervene in getting my Number back!

                    On request i can provide the mails sent and received from jio care team.

                          I did recharge of Data addon on 14 may at 18:11. I got message from bank that my money is debited. But recharge is not reflected on my jio number. Transaction ID:[protected]

                            I asked for relocation of jio connection by the support team for which they have said ok it will be done. Customer service people do not take interest in resolving issues rather they would say the issue cannot be resolved and Will cancel request on with fake comments.

                              Had recharged my jio number for the 149 rs plan on 11/05/2022, after my plan expired at around 07:54pm. The reference number for the recharge is BR0007PFIVQ2. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge. The recharge history is not shown in myjio account either but the money was deducted. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging . Please resolve immediately.

                                  Jio fiber installation not done even after completing payment

                                  I have registered for my jio fibernet account and paid for the installation a very long time ago(on[protected] and no one has come yet for installation.This is the worst service i have ever seen. The person who registered for my jio account never picks up my calls or gives a proper response.It’s been 5 days but no proper reply from the team.I even tried calling their manager who is worse than his team member he even spoke rudely...

                                  on 11th of May 2022, well in advance before the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the my jio app showed that the recharge was successful through GPay. The UPI transaction id for the payment is[protected].                                     I have recharged my jio number for Rs 209 28days Plan through google pay. Money has been deducted from my account on May 11 at 1:07 am. The payment was also successful. However I have not got the recharge. No confirmation message received.It shows that the recharge is processing.                                       I have won data coupones of 200 mb in jio engage games. On my jio mobile number [protected].
                                      But I am not anle to claim the 200 mb data. Data coupons show in my winning section on app. But when I click on claim, it shows no coupon avaliable. Kindly solve this issue.
