Dear Sir/Madam,

This is sundar and my registered jio no is 94. I have availed JIO fiber before 1 year in KK nagar, chennai. Now I have shifted my residence to Mylapore. So I have raised a request to relocation through jio app. A technician from mobile no. [protected] called me for relocation. He came for relocation and verify the device and said that my jio fiber has been cancelled and new service only can be availed. He said for old customer i[censored] pay Rs 1500 in the next day Rs 1000 will be refunded and one month free. I have taken the plan. But he never turned up.
The fraud cheated me. I have lost hope on jio. Plz do the needful and get my money back as soon as possible.

    On 19/3/2022, Jio number [protected] was wrongly input by me at the time of Pre-paid recharge instead of my correct Jio number [protected]. The amount of recharge was Rs.199/-. Can you arrange for a refund of the said amount or recharge my Jio number [protected] for a further period of 23 days.

    The following details appear in the receipt copy dwnloaded online.

      Dear Sir,

      Good day!

      I have recharged my Jio Number [protected]

      Recharge Online 29th March 2022 morning from UPI Transaction no.:[protected] successfully and Payment deducted Rs. 899 from my bank account but in Jio my account did not reflect this recharge. I have visited the Jio Service station at Opp. : Police Station, Makarpura, Vadodara. They told us we have not received this amount in my account.
      They told me you received a refund in 3 working days, Till date I have not refunded my money.

      Please do need to refund my account. FOR YOUR READY REFERENCE ATTACHED SCREEN SHOT SEND TO YOU.

        Since 2 days Inspite of min data used, jio data says 50% used in 5 min and 90% used in next 10 min.. How is that possible.I didn't use my data and now my data used 100 %, what the №№№ they are doing.
        This is totally unfair

          I am using jio sim from 4 years, I am staying now in ryave post, hosanagara, shimoga, karnataka-577425, here jio network problem is there and jio network condition is not good
          pointed - here only jio network, we are getting slowly so that is beneficial for jio comapny therefore jio users are more here please provide jio tower in this area so we are grateful for u.

            Daily in the morning I readily use not more than 200 mb out of 2 gb and after that without using my whole data has been theft . Why this happens everyday . I pay for the whole year recharge and used to stole that .

                  Jio Fiber | Invoices Not Given for Service

                  I recently got terminated a JIO FIBER connection ([protected]) in Mangal apartment, Vasundhara enclave, Delhi and they are not ready to share the invoices for the use of service. I had been using the service for the last two years and the company never sent an invoice to my mail or a physical copy. They just expect you to download the invoice every month. They did not even care to tell me to download the invoice before terminating the connection.br...

                  I had recharged my jio number for the 149 rs plan on 25/03/2022, after my due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge. The recharge history is not shown in myjio account either but the money was deducted. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging . Please resolve immediately.

                    I had recharged my jio number [protected] with the plan of rs.179 on 22 march 2022 at 7:48 AM . And it is successful recharge showed by paytm.After the due date i did not receive it and when asked in customer care they said that last recharge was done in February. Now i am unable to make the calls .please resolve it immediately .

                        My Contact number is [protected], I went to Hola Maholla, I saw a set up by Jio . A Employee requested me to port my number to Jio from BSNL. I just use this number get details, Its my secondary number. He told me the plan i.e, Calling and Data for a month and Valdity for year. But when it got ported and I called at the costumer care . They said I not i n our hands. Please look into and do the need full . I will be a big loss and A False Face of JIO.
                        And Please take a strict action the person who did it.

                            This is regarding my due bill of Rs. 3615.05 for the months of Dec 21, Jan 22 and Feb 22 for the Jio fiber number [protected].
                            I would like to bring to your notice that I had been promised an offer of 2 months free service if I make a lump sum payment for 6 months for jio fiber + dth by your team. I had taken a plan of Rs. 999/- per month and made a payment of Rs. 7072.92 on 29.06.2021.
                            My complain is that Jio has charged me for December 2021, January 2022, and February 2022 whereas 8 months from the payment date ends in 28.02.2022. So I had already paid I advance for the services till February 2022 and I have still been billed for it. That's not all, I was threatened to pay the amount or else they would bar my account and affect my CIBIL score as per the company's policy. They said that once I pay the amount, they would look into the wrong billing and issue me a refund. But now, nobody is responding and I have been robbed off of my hard earned money. Complete customer harassment. I have sent 20+ mails in the past 20 days and yet have not received any solution or refund. The toll free number is also useless. Doesn't seem to work. I want a full refund of Rs. 3615 immediately. I want somebody to call me and register my complaint and work for the solution. You get multiple calls for recovery of the outstanding amount but not even a single call when I have filed a complaint via email. Pathetic.

                              I've recgarged with Rs. 4.2K for a whole year. My area is 24 Parganas North, WB, Pin:743133

                              Since last one and half months my network speed is drastically decreasing. Same issue with jio connection fir every other user here. Called the customer care but no help.

                              I feel cheated for recharging for a whoke year. Waste of my hard earned money. Pathetic connection. Should have kept using my usual broadband.

                                I use the JIOFI my no. is [protected] and i had recharged with 719 rs plan for 3 months in Feb 25 2022, now till day before yesterday i was using same data i.e 2GB for almost 12 hours for same kind of work, from 21march 2022 with in 2 hr approx my high speed data is finished .I see the logs which are not proper and there also they dont mention of any download.
                                Customer care called 4 times same scripted answer.

                                      It is clearly mentioned on the website that they provide Prime video subscription on INR 999+GST. However, soon after the making the payment they will ask to pay 1599+Gst for prime.
