I had recharged my jio number for the 149 rs plan on 25/03/2022, after my due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge. The recharge history is not shown in myjio account either but the money was deducted. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging . Please resolve immediately.

And it is successful recharge showed by paytm.After the due date i did not receive it and when asked in customer care they said that last recharge was done in February. Now i am unable to make the calls .please resolve it immediately .

This is regarding my due bill of Rs. 3615.05 for the months of Dec 21, Jan 22 and Feb 22 for the Jio fiber number [protected].
I would like to bring to your notice that I had been promised an offer of 2 months free service if I make a lump sum payment for 6 months for jio fiber + dth by your team. I had taken a plan of Rs. 999/- per month and made a payment of Rs. 7072.92 on 29.06.2021.
My complain is that Jio has charged me...

I've recgarged with Rs. 4.2K for a whole year. My area is 24 Parganas North, WB, Pin:743133

Since last one and half months my network speed is drastically decreasing. Same issue with jio connection fir every other user here. Called the customer care but no help.

I feel cheated for recharging for a whoke year. Waste of my hard earned money. Pathetic connection. Should have kept using my usual broadband....

I use the JIOFI my no. is [protected] and i had recharged with 719 rs plan for 3 months in Feb 25 2022, now till day before yesterday i was using same data i.e 2GB for almost 12 hours for same kind of work, from 21march 2022 with in 2 hr approx my high speed data is finished .I see the logs which are not proper and there also they dont mention of any download.
Customer care called 4 times same scripted answer....

I had connection of jio fiber internet from last two years i was trying to connect customer care but they wont attend call my internet speed not working very slow but i m helpless no one listening me pls help...

I asked the customer care for long time to solved slow internet problem on my area, I faced lots of problem during last 6 months, They promised me to solved the issue but still now no improvement ....

It is clearly mentioned on the website that they provide Prime video subscription on INR 999+GST. However, soon after the making the payment they will ask to pay 1599+Gst for prime....

1 feb 2022 i order jio fiber connection with the commitment of 1+1 month free trail & refundable all charges. On 26 feb after issues on trail i cancelled the free trail and claim for full refund. I asked jio fiber customer care for more details on refund and they said " yes sir if device work ok then we will full refund your 1500rs amount ( device+ installation charge ). They only refund 500rs instead of 1500. I want full refund....

I have recharged a jio number today through gpay.
Transaction was successful and money was deducted from my bank account.
No message came for successful recharge and my number was not recharged... Why???
That's why I want to get my money back...
Please refund it into my bank account as soon as possible....

In my emergency call their tune your recharge expired two days later please recharge immediately to continue your service. I hate these speech. My complaint against their tune....

My mobile number was discontinued when I was out of the country. When I came back and requested them to provide the same number to me (which has still not been allocated to anyone based on their records) they made me run unnecessary errands and have not provided any clarity on how I can acquire the same number again. This is a highly pressing matter for me as I have provided the same number in the government records and banks. Can you please...

JIO telecom provider not producing the Signal or Network with Minimum maintenance, in emergency situations also the signal was not working .
we are losing the recharged amount and they were not extending the plan for their mistakes.

I see that a jio fiber line with a pole in front of my land in Chettikunnu on the road to KILA at Pothujanam road, Kumarapuram, Trivandrum, Kerala .

I was not aware of this when it happened .
Now I’m constructing a house .

The pole stands as a hindrance .

Kindly do the needful .

For the past two days, I've noticed that my mobile data unnecessary got deducted. I turned off my mobile data and switched off my mobile at 12:18 am and finally on 10am.
