I asked for relocation of jio connection by the support team for which they have said ok it will be done. Customer service people do not take interest in resolving issues rather they would say the issue cannot be resolved and Will cancel request on with fake comments.

    Had recharged my jio number for the 149 rs plan on 11/05/2022, after my plan expired at around 07:54pm. The reference number for the recharge is BR0007PFIVQ2. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge. The recharge history is not shown in myjio account either but the money was deducted. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging . Please resolve immediately.

    Repeating the details:
    Date of recharge: 11/05/2022
    Mode of recharge: through jio website using SBI net banking
    Amount of recharge: 149 rs

      More the 3-6 year I am using jio sim also my all family members using but still there is network issue after so many complain iam not get any solution.

        Jio fiber installation not done even after completing payment

        I have registered for my jio fibernet account and paid for the installation a very long time ago(on[protected] and no one has come yet for installation.This is the worst service i have ever seen. The person who registered for my jio account never picks up my calls or gives a proper response.It’s been 5 days but no proper reply from the team.I even tried calling their manager who is worse than his team member he even spoke rudely to me...

        I had recharged my jio number [[protected]] for the 583 rs plan
        on 11th of May 2022, well in advance before the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the my jio app showed that the recharge was successful through GPay. The UPI transaction id for the payment is[protected]. Please resolve immediately.

          I have recharged my jio number for Rs 209 28days Plan through google pay. Money has been deducted from my account on May 11 at 1:07 am. The payment was also successful. However I have not got the recharge. No confirmation message received.It shows that the recharge is processing. Attaching the screenshot and id.Kindly rectify at the earliest.

            I have won data coupones of 200 mb in jio engage games. On my jio mobile number [protected].
            But I am not anle to claim the 200 mb data. Data coupons show in my winning section on app. But when I click on claim, it shows no coupon avaliable. Kindly solve this issue.

              I have recharged jio sim for Rs 179 24days Plan through google pay. Money has been deducted from my account. The payment was also successful. However I have not got the recharge.                 Since Sunday, 8th May 2022 the internet Service to my residence has been disrupted and the captioned Complaint was placed on the same day. Since then the Complaint is being rescheduled without any just cause or reason. Till date which is 11th May 2022, 20:19 Hours the internet service has not been restored. Reliance Jio Fiber is one of the most unethical and irresponsible company in this country.

                  I had recharged my jio number[protected] for the 479 rs plan
                  on 08th of May 2022, in advance before the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the on line receipt showed that the recharge was successful as per receipt received and downloaded . The same is enclosed below.
                  The debit card transaction id for the payment of rs.479/- is[protected]]. I am unable to make any outgoing calls/ use the internet, etc. in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

                    Today[protected], I went to a jio store near me, to port my Vodafone number to Jio . They told me to wait near the counter as they were serving another customer. I was next in the line. I waited there for nearly half an hour. A lady just came in and was waiting in the queue after me. Immediately I could feel the lady grabbed the attention of the workers in the store( reason may be she was pretty). The workers there wanted to serve her before me. They called her near the counter and started helping her and said she is waiting for long. But she had just came in. I told one of the workers that I came there before the lady. But he completely ignored me. I felt insulted and scared, I walked out of the store . But they never cared. I don't know if I have to accompany a pretty girl with me next time when I visit the store again. They not only lost a customer, but many more more customers in future. I am a influencer, I would never recommend jio to any one ever. I want them to call me, email me or whats app me with an apology . The store address is as below:

                      I have subscribed to their services and paid refundable security deposit of INR 4500, now when I was shifting to new place I was told to disconnect the existing connection of Jiofiber as they are not providing services to my new location. They collected everything router and set-up box including wires. Now its been over 5 months that i am chasing for the refund. Everytime they say they will revert in 72 hours, many times I also got calls wherein they apologised for the delay and ensured to process the refund in 14 days. enclosing the communication with the jio customer care. Till date I am not sure about the refund.

                        My friend was doing recharge via google pay amount got deducted but its showing waiting for confirmation from Jio Prepaid. I still haven't received recharge on my mobile.

                              I pulkit garg used jio mobile number [protected]. Two day before on 5 may jio permanently close without any prior intimation. When i discuss regarding this matter jio customer care team customer care executive told me multiple number issue in your id. But i have use only two mobile number one of [protected] and this number activated in vodafone and second number is [protected] and this number issue by jio. I declare that i am not use any other numbers. I am allready discuss all this things jio customer care team but jio team not activate my number. My jio number [protected] recorded my bank accounts and if this number is not reactivate by jio i am face lot of problems so kindly involve this mattee and provide solutions

                                  As per customer executive advise I recharged jio International roaming with Rs1102 and informed that I ternatioanl roaming is activated after reaching Europe I did get the signal but unable to make calls I tried to reach out jio cist care and another agent informed its a wrong recharge and and I need to recharge with Rs 1202 which I did recharge again but the issue is not solved called again jio care and after trouble shooting and contacting fjio for multiple times and doing the same trouble shooting steps for multiple times finally zio raised a complaint with service request SR00001AJNBG but after 4 days they just closed of with out any resolution . Just stolen money and made me recharge multiple times with no service

                                    I have registered for my jio fibernet account and paid for the installation a very long time ago(on monday 02/06/2022) and no one has come yet for installation.This is the worst service i have ever seen. The person who registered for my jio account never picks up my calls or gives a proper response.It's been 5 days but no proper reply from the team.I even tried calling their manager who is worse than his team member he even spoke rudely to me and my family that we weren't giving him time to arrange for the installation. I don't get what he is saying, is 5 days not enough or what????.I have never seen such a bad team.I think jio has to take severe actions over such matters. We invest in your company in the hope of getting good service but here they don't even respond properly. I hope you never repeat this again and give value to your customers.

                                      I booked Jio Fiber Post paid plan 599 on 4-May-2022 and paid six month charges 4240.92. Installed on 5-May-2022. Before booking I asked for demo since I want to see the picture quality, but the local branch manager said demo is not possible and promised best picture quality.

                                      Installed on 5-May-2022. Since the picture quality was very poor in many channels, and the local distributer had refused for demo, I am compelled to surrender my fiber connection with STB with immediate effect. But when I request for cancellation they are saying that it cannot be cancelled for one month and refuse to refund the amount. Before taking the connection they promised if you are not satisfied with their service, I can cancel any time and they will refund balance amount.
