Regarding Refund on wrong recharge

Dear sir / Madam
This is Visvanath P. I have been using jio sim around 4 years. I have mistakenly recharged my jio number [protected] to ₹1208(Date:07.03.2021 time:19.30). I have called jio customer care and requested to revoke my recharge(Service Request number SR00001486RY).Jio customer care did not refund or change the plan When I asked to revoke my recharge.
They told me that they do not have right to cancel my order....

    On 4th march 2021 i raised complaint regarding voice call on my landline connection[protected]. On very next day they closed my ticket without solving the issue on which i mailed on appellate_mumbai to inform about the wrong way in which the service is closed for the ticket. From that day till date neither any of the engineer came nor their online technical team could solve the issue.

    In last 2weeks have wrote to them 4-5 times regarding the same and only response i get from them is to provide the issue i am facing which is so pointless. In my very first mail i have provided them the complete details and instead of solving the issue they are just good at wasting their customer time by reverting whenever they want and that too for asking the same questions.

    I request some action to be taken against them for the bad service and wrong doing.

      Hello, my sim has been deactivated suddenly without any prior notice and I have no idea why, I am not lying in any of the below frames-

      Recharged always before the pack getting expired
      Using the sim from last 5-6 years and Jio for last 3 years as ported to Jio on 2018
      Having a prepaid connection so don't have any dues pending
      Don't have any criminal or suspicious records associated with my number so there is no possibility of being blocked

      This is just crazy I am being facing many difficulties in my work and will be penalizing you people if not getting any relevant reason

          I paid the installation fees for JIO fiber connection, At first Agent told me that the connection will be done and installed at my Location. Then i waited fot one day. No update was recieved by my end. After that when i followed up, information was given that due to no Existence of JIO Fiber Port connection would take 7 Days.
          As the Time Was much more than the expected Time, i cancelled my connection request first with the Agent. But when i checked it was not Cancelled.

          Then after dialling the customer support number on 7th March 2021 - i was informed that the connection is not cancelled. I cancelled it myself and cancellation was processed. Agent told me on 7th March 2021, that it would be refunded on 14th March 2021,
          then just to confirm for the Same i called again customer Support for the update on Refund - I was informed that it would take another 14 days.
          Then on 14th March 2021, i called again for the Refund Status, again i was told that the Refund Could take another 14- 21 days from the Present day that is 14th March

          Now how could a company can take the money of the consumer for almost one Month. This is not acceptable for a working individual specially in the situation of crisis.

            I was searching for a job then i saw the job details mentioned in the lokmat newspaper. I found the job of jio sms sending job postings and then i spoke to them and then they said that registration fees are rs.2100/- and per day we have to send 100 messages where we get paid to rs. 20000/- monthly salary and if i do more than that i will get rs.5/- extra for per message. Then i had paid rs. 2100/- has registration fees and then they asked me to pay rs. 12600/- but im not transfer insurance amount rs. 12600 and not refunded my r.g fees rs.2100/. pls help and refund my money.thankyu for support.

              Respected sir/mam. I have been complaining about the network issue with jio since 2018. Everytime they register a complaint they are saying the problem will be resolved within 180 days. It's been 6 times of 180 days (3 Yrs), but the issue is still getting worse.
              I'm in a 2 floor house. My network coverage is as follows:
              Zero indoor coverage, Hence no incoming and outgoing calls.
              Outdoor coverage: 2 bars signal with 10Kbps 2G speed and breaking voice calls.
              At 2nd floor terrace 4 bars signal with 100Kbps speed and braking voice calls.
              I'm recharging for a 555 plan every 82days. I think I'm wasting my money for mine ([protected]) and my family jio numbers.
              Even I asked for a fiber connection, but no results. I'm a working professional. I'm working from home due to this covid. Now due to this network issue I'm almost in the state of losing my job.
              Location which I'm getting the issue:
              Mozhugampoondi, arni tk, tvm dt, Tamil Nadu 632317.

                Really disappointed with your internet services. After enticing customers towards your service you are providing a really worst internet speed during most hours.. Your services are really disappointing. Moreover most of the areas doesn't have your network coverage. This may be because your appointed staff are not enthusiastic about their job and their dedication towards their work in their respective areas... Look into the matter else I am personally shifting towards other service provider because they are providing far better services than you as of now.

                  I m not getting any positive response for resolution from any support team for refund of the complete amount. The device was successfully picked up by service engineer after testing.The full refund amount is not yet processed. I registered my request to cancel my connection within the trial period. I have paid 1500 towards the security amount.As they refund only got 500/ - back and not 1500 / - which was committed.I have raised around 3 requests. The worst part is that every request that I raised, is resolved without any kind of communication with me.New request number is also raised : SR000014A3HW

                      I am frequently used to be in my village alternat days.. I suffered lots of because of network issues. Not only me lots of other villegers have same problem but they don't know what to do. So complaining about this.. I know about company status and vary much expected. That Jio team will be take notice of my complain...
                      Up load speed is 8-16/18 kbps
                      Download speed around 32-45 kbps.
                      Please boost up speed in this area as we have big Jio family members here..

                          I am an regular user of Jio Network from almost 5 years, but Jio network strength is very poor from past 2.5 years due to which there is a lot of
                          issues regarding Internet connectivity, due to slow internet speed I am facing many problems in online study and other important works. I Complained about the network regularly from past 2.5 years, till now there was no response from jio. When u call them they took 90 days to solve this, then after 90 days they take another 90 days. Now it is almost 3 years they have taken the time to solve this issues which is very painful and unsatisfactory. Network strength of Jio is decreasing day by day.

                            I have been using Jio Network from almost 4 years, but Jio network is very low and network disappears from my location, due to which there is a lot of problem in making calls and running Internet, due to slow internet speed I am facing many problems in online study and other important works. I Complained about the network regularly in 4 years, till now no issue has been solved, There is no any jio site within two km on my location, I am badly cheated by jio.they saying from four years that the network will be fixed in the future but they not doing well.Network of Jio is decreasing day by day. due to lack of proper network, my mobile recharge money is being wasted. a lot of money has been wasted for the last 4 years. I also lodged complaint in Appellate Authority with reference number SR000011E270 on[protected]. He took three months time and said that the problem will be solved by installing a new site within three months.but now 8 months have passed but the problem has not been resolved. Why you not take strict action on this matter, because it is cheating and betrayal of the customer, even after filing the complaint, the problem was not solved. Because of which, my mental balance is disturbed, reliance jio infocomm is responsible for this. I think reliance jio company is fraud because reliance jio officers always saying that he have noted concern and will be taking steps to improve connectivity in that area as expand network in the future. I am not satisfied with the resolution.

                                From past few days, I'm noticing that I do not use my whole data and they show that your data is exhausted and they limit my data experience.
                                Today also, I have used 650 MBs approx and they're showing that I have used 50% of my data.
                                This is in my opinion very unfair.

                                    Proper report was submitted to your good dffice and I was informed bt my Bank that the matter was resolved and Refund Process is in progress. But, till date no money has been refunded.
                                    One telephone call was made to me asking my details which was not provided to avoid any fraud/risk.

                                    The amount was deducted from my account, but not paid to JIO recharge.
                                    on inquiry, my bank informed that the matter has been resolved with INV Avenue .

                                    NOTE- I WANT TO TALK TO JIO INFOCOMM CUSTOMER SUPPORT PEOPLE ONCE JUST TO TELL THEM THAT SUCH AN ACT BY A BIG COMPANY RELIANCE IS NOT PROPER...

                                    No action has been taken till date.

                                      SR0000126MF0 is complaint number which i had lodged on 7th Sept 2020, at that time they were assured me to resolve the issue within 60 days, but they didnot took any measure to solve the problem.

                                      after 60 days, again i raised the issue, again they took 60 days.

                                      now its 3rd time i raised the issue, still they are saying 60 days...

                                      why JIO service provider is not providing better service, why negligence in customer service?
