I paid the installation fees for JIO fiber connection, At first Agent told me that the connection will be done and installed at my Location. Then i waited fot one day. No update was recieved by my end. After that when i followed up, information was given that due to no Existence of JIO Fiber Port connection would take 7 Days.
As the Time Was much more than the expected Time, i cancelled my connection request first with the Agent. But when i checked it was not Cancelled.
Then after dialling the customer support number on 7th March 2021 - i was informed that the connection is not cancelled. I cancelled it myself and cancellation was processed. Agent told me on 7th March 2021, that it would be refunded on 14th March 2021,
then just to confirm for the Same i called again customer Support for the update on Refund - I was informed that it would take another 14 days.
Then on 14th March 2021, i called again for the Refund Status, again i was told that the Refund Could take another 14- 21 days from the Present day that is 14th March
Now how could a company can take the money of the consumer for almost one Month. This is not acceptable for a working individual specially in the situation of crisis.
