It is with pain i am raising this complaint to consumer forum that support from JIO is below par and it is just eye wash in public. I had raised repeated requests for ONT/router shift from one location to another in the same house for better bandwidth. On both the occassions the reliance support team had closed the requests updating that the requests had been addressed and resolved. It is all false information to satisfy their internal SLA...

I'm ordering mobile phone on 07/01/2020 already payment deducted my bank but mobile not received any Store. Not support any customer care executive....

I have been facing slow network issue with high ping and sudden disconnection of interenet during watching YouTube video at 144P resolution.i have been facing this issue for every 2-3 months since a year.i lodged a complaint with 199 customer service on 13 Nov 2020, no use.please provide good, speedy internet with low ping for long time....

On 1/11/2020, I raised a cancellation request for jiofiber. They closed the ticket stating wrongly that customer wants to continue, but I didn't received any call nor any sms. Then again I raised ticket on 7/11/2020, this also closed on without any call/sms to me. When I called to customer care, they say that I said to retain but the truth is I didn't received any call from anyone.
