I Have So Many Responsibilities On My Shoulders I've Not Paid The Room Rent From The Last Two Months, I've Not Sent Money Back Home From The Last 3 Consecutive Months, I Never Thought I Will Ever Be Needed To Write You For Salary But Now It Is Something Which I M Desperately Waiting For. Please Help Me I M So Depressed.

I request you to release my salary at the earliest.

Jio Fiber, the internet is not working it's already been more than 10 days. The customer just lodging the complaint and no one is responsible for the responsiblity. Internet is the prime requirement now to work from home. Before I kicked out by the company it's better I can switch to another internet provider. I have already raised a complaint to close the account and refund my security deposits. However, Jio is so careless I didn't know that even. Its already been more than 5 days since the complaint and no one is bothering to disconnect the service and process the request. This is ridiculous and so insane.

I study engineering in an IIT and the subjects are being taught online. The signal I receive in my phone is extremely weak and "No service" sometimes. I heard from some villagers that the signal tower in the village is a faulty/weak tower. I live in the village 'Santhanuthala padu', near 'Ongole', in Prakasam district, Andhra Pradesh-523225. I tried for JioFi but turns out that it hasn't even reached the village. I request the respected employees of Jio to look into this matter and take action as soon as they can.

Paid for Jio Set Top box on 8th February 2021 (Receipt enclosed) since then I am daily calling to customer support to which I am informed someone will be visiting to install the same but that does not happen.
My complaint status was marked resolved without anyone contacting me for set top box installation.
I am deeply frustrated how Jio care resolved the complainants. Pls help.

I have recharged a wrong number ([protected]) instead of right number ([protected]) via google pay, reference number is ([protected]).
I have recharged the Rs. 199 pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that I could recharge once again the right number.

Dear sir/madam mujhe pichle 3 hafte se mere jio mobile number pe internet connection bahut slow mil raha hai internet connection speed only 20 to 30 kbps hi mil raha hai mai 555 rupees ka recharge kiya hai per you tube jald open bhi nahi hota aur open hone ke bad bahut slow chalta hai mere friends ko bhi ye problem ho raha hai my address Shirapur near hp petrol pump Shirapur 413801(my current location) please help me resolve internet connection slow speed immediately varna mai aur mere friends other company me jayenge port karke ya naya lenge sim airtel/Vi.(airtel)

There is a Jio cell tower construction happening in my fathers land in my village (Pedda Ramancherla, Jangaon, Telangana) . The hereditary land belonging to survey number 499 is divided within our cousins like 499/A, 499/B, 499/C, 499/D. The 499/B land belongs to my father lying to west of the 499 survey number. The current tower cosntruction is happening on this land and when we contacted with the Jio tower representative he said that my cousin has given permission for this construction and this land comes under 499/C.
The 499 survey land is yet to be demarcated by govt surveyor and before that happens Jio representative is doing this. In about 10 days the construction will be over.
I sent legal notice to Jio office in hyderabad but still didn't receive any response from them. How can I stop this?

(₹199 paid + ₹50 voucher)
It had shown successful transaction completion but the plan is not activated.

I have applied registration for jio fibre connection. Next day one agent from Jio came to me for jio fibre registration and completed all the registration works including the payment too. I was informed that my jio fibre connection would be installed on that day. But its been 2 days after that registration till the installation of that jio fibre connection is not done. The jio fibre connection is very urgent to me . Registration done payment done but till not installation done I hav'nt expect this from Jio company. I would be very helpful if the installation of my new jio fibre connection would be done within 1 day after this. My expectation on jio company service was good but after this incident my thought on them totally changed and very bad impression on jio fibre connection installation service

Before disconnection, I informed the jio team of my relocation. After disconnection, they never come to collect the device. It is more than one month and every day I schedule for it and I get an automated voice message that I couldn't be contacted.

Very frustrating experience with JIO fibre team.

Their support is pathetic. I will not recommend Jio fiber to anyone.

I have done a jio recharge from paytm but recharge have not done yet and the money deducted from my account. Moreover I can't use any of service, it's really giving a hard time.

Jio charged me thrice for same recharge on my number [protected]. First when the upi debited the amount then it appeared on the screen that it is failed. So i tried again. In the third attempt the transaction was successful. But the failed transaction later was successful. That is I am currently have 3 active plan from which the 2 plan aren't activated amounting to ₹2121. The upi gateway first said the refund will be initiated within 3 to 5 days. But till yet no refund has been credited to my account.
Upi gateway is Amazon pay and my upi id is [protected]@apl.
I want my refund which was supposed to be refunded.

I recharged my jio number [protected] for Rs 555 on 2nd Feb. Amount has been deducted from my account but recharge is not done

I have purchase one year plan for my mobile no. [protected] in Rs. 2399. They give me unlimited calling and 2GB + 2GB ad ons per day. Now only 2GB per day data is working but 2GB ad ons is not working on my number. Please resolve my issue.

They are providing me distributorship for nandurbar dist . but the account they provided did not match with account holder name and ifsc . please take legal action on it

I am doing MNP from airtel to JIO. To submit the proofs and collect the SIM reached jio store in Penumuru. I tried reaching store manager and he told will come in 15 min. After 30 mins tried reaching him no answer. I waited for 4hrs there and returned with no SIM.
Giving dealership to unprofessional guys impact business one or the other way.

I want to know about jio dth Because I got one mail for dth dealership we follow back and we trust in jio so we make payment for dealership 25000security and 30000 for product after that they demand 28000 for product insurance for transportation

I am getting call from +[protected], for installing 4g tower at home.

I know this is fraud call as demanding to submit all doc's on whatsup only.

This could be big scam to make mony by giving name of Jio company.

Please look into this matter.

I Hiren Visaria selected silver plan of Reliance Jio Set up Box on 23rd Jan 2020. As I selected Annual Plan the company had given option for 2 months extra. So that time itself I had selected it. It should be activated by 23rd Jan 2021 but instead they closed the plan saying I didn't select the voucher of extra 2 months. Please resolve this matter.
