I Hiren Visaria selected silver plan of Reliance Jio Set up Box on 23rd Jan 2020. As I selected Annual Plan the company had given option for 2 months extra. So that time itself I had selected it. It should be activated by 23rd Jan 2021 but instead they closed the plan saying I didn't select the voucher of extra 2 months. Please resolve this matter.

      Hi Team,

      Getting 30 Mbps speed on 150 Mbps plan jiofiber, that is not even half of the promised speed. Raising complain on customer care and they will reset the router and tell everything is fine. No response to emails sent

          Reliance they don't have reversal option in recharged by mistake i have done recharge to my another number that number im not using i called to customer care they did not help on my issue

            Thank you for Bad services. I am not expect for bad services. I did not know that jio can also do cheating. but i understand today Jio has also left the boys in the market to do cheating. I had an executive and asked me for a new connection. he asked for 2500 Rs. for new connection and i paid money for new connection on 15th January. he told me, sir setup box and connection will activate in 3 days. for last 7 days i am waiting for new connection. still anyone not come. the person name is kishore. i am calling him he is not pick up my call. i went to the Jio store vaishali nagar Jaipur. But i could not find any positive response. i am become very irritated. I want urgent solution otherwise i will do it further. if you not able to provide Jio fiber please refund my money with interest.

              I had done the recharge of my jio number [protected] on 21st jan 2021 for Rs 199 as confirmed by the myjio screenshot i have sumbitted below.My transaction id is [protected].but according to jio customer care services there is no plan currently activated.Please take a look into this

                Dear Jio Team,

                I am not expected bad services from Jio. I did not know that jio can also do cheating. but i understand today Jio has also left the boys in the market to do cheating. I had an executive and asked me for a new connection. he asked for 2500 Rs. for new connection and i paid money for new connection on 15th January. he told me, sir setup box and connection will activate in 3 days. for last 7 days i am waiting for new connection. still anyone not come. the person name is kishore. i am calling him he is not taking my call. i went to the Jio store vaishali nagar Jaipur.                   Dear Jio team,

                  Jio fiber team is a bunch of idiots working of no use at all and doesn’t know anything apart from few scripted lines..

                  Let me brief my worst ever nightmare experience. I had purchased a new jio fiber connection and it was on 17th of Jan; I was very clear to the sales guy that I would be needing the installation to be happening on 18th itself and he has promised me that installation will be happening on 18th only, however, I had received an SMS stating installation will be happing on 21st jan

                  I had called the support immediately and after a conversation 45min to 1 hour the installation was preponed to 19th but guess what no buddy turned up even on 18t and 19th

                  I called the support again and again they had confirmed that it will be happening on 21st after a lot of fight promised me that I will be installed by 19th EOD but no one turned up again

                  I called the support again and this time they promised me that it will be happening on 20th and still no buddy turned up..

                  I called the support again and this time again the date was changed and made it to 21st jan

                  Today on 21st till now no buddy turned and after calling the they are telling me that it had been postponed to 22nd again what a stupid thing seriously

                  I have lost all hopes from jio fiber one of the worst ever service even before getting the product installed and don’t know how will be the service after getting

                  My expectations
                  • I want the installation to be happening by today at any cost
                  • I had to be on leave for 3 day and It will be a 4th day if I take leave again coz of jio fiber I need the compensation for the same
                  • I need an apology call from jio fiber for wasting my time and for giving the worst ever service

                    On 9 January 2021, I tried to recharge my Jio prepaid of Rs. 149.

                    The recharge failed, but the amount got debited from my account through GPay.

                    Even after 10 days, the amount hasn't been refunded. I've raised the dispute in GPay and also contacted Jio customer care, but there is no use.

                        I had recharged my jio number [[protected]] for the 599rs plan
                        (2GB/day) on 21st of January 2021 before 9.50Am(my expire time) . I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the Canara Bank mobile banking app showed that the recharge was successful . The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.599(2GB/day) is [protected]. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging .I am a college student and I have Online classes Please resolve immediately.

                        I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 555rs plan
                        (1.5GB/day) on 23rd of Oct 2021 at 1:18 pm before my expire time 7.00pm. but I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the Canara Bank mobile banking app showed that the recharge was successful .                           I tried recharging jio number [protected] on January 20, 2021 for 199rs pack through netbanking in sbi bank.
                          199 rupees got deducted but I didn't got the confirmation message for recharge
                          But amount got deducted from my sbi account.

                            I was recharging using Jio App with Recharge for a friend option. Entered fiends Jio number and continued with payment option after selecting the plan. Before entering the PIN screen, app took me to a error and asked to try again. I tried again and the recharge is success, but to my number. As already I have a plan, this recharge is queued. I tried to call customer complain and al the calls were unattended and instead sent a msg chat with AI which loops in asking repeated questions.

                            I have a freedom of choosing plan, but due to technical issue with Jio app, now they are forcing me to use the plan that I was not intended. Also Jio is not acting fair on consumer complains.

                              I got msg and call from these two numbers

                              [protected] - Zeenat Qureshi
                              both are sys that they are calling from the Jio HR department. they first ask for documents then conduct interviews inline.
                              After that, they to pay a small amount of 850/- for the security deposit.

                                  Dear all,

                                  Jio fiber has one of the worst service i have dver experianced...i have choosed a internet plan and wanted the connection so planed to get one and made is very very clear with executive that i need the instalation by today only which is 18th itself and promise was made to me that i will be getting by today...however after some i have recieved an sms stating thati will be getting installation on 21st which us extremely sad and not a profesdional thing and moreover even the call center doesn't have any jnformation regardig the same and not helping at all
