Jio Fiber has provided new wi-fi connection at my home on 8th Dec'2020 with conditions that after depositing Rs.1500/-(Refundable), will provide new connection for one month free trail, further needs to recharge as per plan. if you are not satisfied within one month, we will refund Rs.1500/- and take back our instruments.
my connection went defective from 22nd Dec'2020. I have send numerous mails to either attend or take your instrument back & refund Rs.1500/-. I received reply on 7th Jan'2021 that your free trail has ben completed, please recharge, so that defect in your connection be checked. Again i have recharged for Rs.470.82/- on Jan'11th, 2021 and again requested for attention. Jio officials replying on mail that engineer have been nominated, soon he will visit, but even after several reminder and request, nobody has visited my house for attention.
Now i request either they refund my whole amount (Rs.1500/-+Rs.470/-) or attend on priority, but no positive response.
Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Please refer my mails and your replies. I’m receiving such replies from your side since last 10 days.
1. Service engineer deputed will visit today
2. Your service request under process, you will receive an update within 24 hours.
3. Hope you are enjoying 5G jio Fiber etc.
Nobody has visited my house to attend the issue raised by me and continuously chasing since last 22 days.
This is hight of nonsense from jio Fiber management.
Kindly attend the issue at the earliest.
