Jio Fiber has provided new wi-fi connection at my home on 8th Dec'2020 with conditions that after depositing Rs.1500/-(Refundable), will provide new connection for one month free trail, further needs to recharge as per plan. if you are not satisfied within one month, we will refund Rs.1500/- and take back our instruments.
my connection went defective from 22nd Dec'2020. I have send numerous mails to either attend or take your instrument back & refund Rs.1500/-. I received reply on 7th Jan'2021 that your free trail has ben completed, please recharge, so that defect in your connection be checked. Again i have recharged for Rs.470.82/- on Jan'11th, 2021 and again requested for attention. Jio officials replying on mail that engineer have been nominated, soon he will visit, but even after several reminder and request, nobody has visited my house for attention.
Now i request either they refund my whole amount (Rs.1500/-+Rs.470/-) or attend on priority, but no positive response.

Dear sir/madam,
Please refer my mails and your replies. I’m receiving such replies from your side since last 10 days.
1. Service engineer deputed will visit today
2. Your service request under process, you will receive an update within 24 hours.
3. Hope you are enjoying 5G jio Fiber etc.

Nobody has visited my house to attend the issue raised by me and continuously chasing since last 22 days.
This is hight of nonsense from jio Fiber management.

Kindly attend the issue at the earliest.

    I paid 2500 rs to jio via PaytM and they are not refunding my money. Many times i make a request for cancellation of installion but they are not answering and refund my money.

      Since I was out of station where Jio network was not there, I did not recharge my Jio Account.
      Now I recharged for Rs.149 plan. But my sim or number is still not activated. Kindly resolve.

        I have been raising issues for the internet not working and the every day the same answer from customer support that please wait for 24 hours, the technician will come and resolve the issue but none of them come and I have to make call everyday and the same solution repeats from customer care

              Jio fibernet very bad service.internet down frequently.no quick action from them.first internet was down 2 days before and service engineer came after 1 and half day and resolved it.internet down again after some time and no actions from them.customer care numbers and email ids also not responding.its like prepaid system and waste of money.They are not refunding money or disconnecting it or no service engineer assigned.assigning service engineer takes almost one day.such a pathetic service.
              First internet down on 5.1.2021 at 9 p.m
              Engineer came on 7.1.2021 at 4 p.m
              Internet restored at 7 p.m
              Again internet down from 8.1.2021 9 a.m

                  I cant able to browse, download, gaming even if it shows 2 point network on mobile, im living within 1km radius of your tower i complained too many times in jio office present in Terakanambi, chamarajanagar dist-571123.the employe is telling we have more user that's why we install new tower within month but till now not installed .im complaining till 8 month .and fresh reference number is -MR0000UYZKUG.

                    I had made the payment on 2nd Jan 2021 and sales representative told me I will get connection within 24-48hrs.I am trying from last 5 days to contact Jio care and they are saying it will hapoen today or tomorrow and its keep looping without any resolution. I tried to contact appellate and they raised 3 service request
                    which are still in open state without resolution. Its first time that appellate also not able to resolve issue. SR000013LXYE, SR000013L6EP, SR000013L7XQ

                      Mre sath recently fraud hua h mre pass call aya ki apko reliance jio m job milega us ladki ne apna nam vanshika sharma usne 1000 rupy pay krne ko bola.mne payment kiya payment krne k bad usne muje koi dusri madam se bat krne ko bola jisne apna nam ananya sharma bataya.interview m muje easily select kr liya .fir us ladki ne (ananya sharma) ne bola ki muje 5800 ka payment krna hoga. Ye payment hone k bad mre pass offer letter aa gya or muje laptop or sim card or bank kit courier krne ka bola.offer letter m likha tha ki muje ek salary account khulana hoga.10000 m.mne 10000 ka b payment kr diya fir bola ki apko ye amount gst k sath pay krna hoga.mne pura apmout vapas 11800 gst k sath payment kiya .unhone muje msg ki photo bhji .fir unhone documents mange jisme pmp certificate jaruri tha. Pmp certificate k liye unhone bola ki iske liye apko 16890 rupy ka payment krna hoga .mne ye payment kiya to bola ki ye amount apko fir gst k sath pay krna hoga.mre liye sab bht mushkil hota ja rha tha.mne pura amount vapas 19930 rupy pay kiya .iske bad unhone boka ki apki training hogi or video se apki training hogi to apko uske liye 19930 rupy or payment krna hoga .ye saa process vhi ladki bata rhi thi( ananya sharmm) mne ye payment b kr diya gst ka vapas bola ki apko ye amount gst k sath dena hoga mne 23517 rupy ka payment or kiya .iske bad usne muje Skype id generate krne ko bola jiske liye or 6000 ka payment kiya.
                      Fir usne bola ki ap kl apki company manager se video conference hogi.
                      Next day bola ki apki reliance company se call ayga or apko ye last payment krni hogi.muje ye last payment 35400 ka btaya gst sahit.mre pass itna amount nhi tha mne mana kr diya.iske bad inhone bola ki apki job cancel ho jaegi apko ye amount krna hi hoga .
                      Jab mne police complain ka bola to unhone bola ki ap application dal dijiye apka pura amount refund ho jaega..
                      Abhi tk kuch b refund nhi hua h unhone apne NUMBER switch off kr liye h.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I am having Jio postpaid connection with mob number [protected].

                        I am not getting invoice from last 2 months. I have talked this issue with customer care on toll free number 198 more than 10 times, but there is no proper response/resolution.

                        I have also raised my concern with appellate authority of gujarat on mentioned toll free number [protected] and emailed issue on email id appellate.[protected]@jio.com but there is no proper response/resolution.

                        I have talked to their floor supervision Mr. Nitin and he rest assured to resolve the issue but still there is no resolution.

                        Kindly note that GST Invoice is required as I need to claim this bill to my organization to get reimbursement.

                        I request authority to handle the issue and get proper resolution at the earliest.

                            While converting my jio prepaid number to jio postpaid number 599 rupees was deducted and the transaction was unsuccessful, but the money was not refunded. The person who came to my home for the service told me that the refund will be credited after 24 hours. But it's been 18 days since then.

                              I have not received my security deposit refund of ₹500 from jio. I have been said I will receive my refund within 60 days from the date of disconnection. More than 75 days are gone today but still I have not received my refund yet. Please take strict action against this I have mailed them so much time but still they are saying it is under process. The service request number provided to me by them is SR000012R8CR. Please take my Complaint and provide me my refund as soon as possible.

                                    Jio fiber himself has raised uninstallation request and delayed in picking up the jio fiber device for refund, so i have called customer care many times every time Everytime they used to give me a new service request whenever I called them to know the status of pick up of hardware, and They used to close my service request without taking any action on it. after following up 1 month via emails, at last they pickup my device after 2 months and refunded 1500/- instead of 2500/- deposited amount. then i called up customer care and asked why only 1500/- then they are saying the new rules/terms and conditions that the device should return in 60days after installation. but they himself delayed in picking up the device and also deducted 1000/- . please resolve this issue and refund 1000/- rupees as well.

                                      I have been mentally harassed by Jio fiber customer care operatives from past 2 months.
                                      I have taken the JIO fiber connection and its not working properly. from past 2 months i have been raising request and executives are discnnecting the phone in middle. I have requested for senior authority to look in to but no response.
                                      I have taken plan for 1 year and they are not willing to refund my amount also if i disconnet the plan.
