Address: 3rd floor, Lake Shore Towers, Raj Bhavan Road, Lumbini Classic Apartment, Somajiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500082

There is a Jio cell tower construction happening in my fathers land in my village (Pedda Ramancherla, Jangaon, Telangana) . The hereditary land belonging to survey number 499 is divided within our cousins like 499/A, 499/B, 499/C, 499/D. The 499/B land belongs to my father lying to west of the 499 survey number. The current tower cosntruction is happening on this land and when we contacted with the Jio tower representative he said that my cousin has given permission for this construction and this land comes under 499/C.
The 499 survey land is yet to be demarcated by govt surveyor and before that happens Jio representative is doing this. In about 10 days the construction will be over.
I sent legal notice to Jio office in hyderabad but still didn't receive any response from them. How can I stop this?

    It had shown successful transaction completion but the plan is not activated.

      I have applied registration for jio fibre connection. Next day one agent from Jio came to me for jio fibre registration and completed all the registration works including the payment too. I was informed that my jio fibre connection would be installed on that day. But its been 2 days after that registration till the installation of that jio fibre connection is not done. The jio fibre connection is very urgent to me . Registration done payment done but till not installation done I hav'nt expect this from Jio company. I would be very helpful if the installation of my new jio fibre connection would be done within 1 day after this. My expectation on jio company service was good but after this incident my thought on them totally changed and very bad impression on jio fibre connection installation service

        Before disconnection, I informed the jio team of my relocation. After disconnection, they never come to collect the device. It is more than one month and every day I schedule for it and I get an automated voice message that I couldn't be contacted.

        Very frustrating experience with JIO fibre team.

        Their support is pathetic. I will not recommend Jio fiber to anyone.

          I have done a jio recharge from paytm but recharge have not done yet and the money deducted from my account. Moreover I can't use any of service, it's really giving a hard time.

            Jio charged me thrice for same recharge on my number [protected]. First when the upi debited the amount then it appeared on the screen that it is failed. So i tried again. In the third attempt the transaction was successful. But the failed transaction later was successful. That is I am currently have 3 active plan from which the 2 plan aren't activated amounting to ₹2121. The upi gateway first said the refund will be initiated within 3 to 5 days. But till yet no refund has been credited to my account.
            Upi gateway is Amazon pay and my upi id is [protected]@apl.
            I want my refund which was supposed to be refunded.

                I have purchase one year plan for my mobile no. [protected] in Rs. 2399. They give me unlimited calling and 2GB + 2GB ad ons per day. Now only 2GB per day data is working but 2GB ad ons is not working on my number. Please resolve my issue.

                      I am doing MNP from airtel to JIO. To submit the proofs and collect the SIM reached jio store in Penumuru. I tried reaching store manager and he told will come in 15 min. After 30 mins tried reaching him no answer. I waited for 4hrs there and returned with no SIM.
                      Giving dealership to unprofessional guys impact business one or the other way.

                          I know this is fraud call as demanding to submit all doc's on whatsup only.

                          This could be big scam to make mony by giving name of Jio company.

                            I Hiren Visaria selected silver plan of Reliance Jio Set up Box on 23rd Jan 2020. As I selected Annual Plan the company had given option for 2 months extra. So that time itself I had selected it. It should be activated by 23rd Jan 2021 but instead they closed the plan saying I didn't select the voucher of extra 2 months. Please resolve this matter.

                                Hi Team,

                                Getting 30 Mbps speed on 150 Mbps plan jiofiber, that is not even half of the promised speed. Raising complain on customer care and they will reset the router and tell everything is fine. No response to emails sent

                                    Reliance they don't have reversal option in recharged by mistake i have done recharge to my another number that number im not using i called to customer care they did not help on my issue

                                      Thank you for Bad services. I am not expect for bad services. I did not know that jio can also do cheating. but i understand today Jio has also left the boys in the market to do cheating. I had an executive and asked me for a new connection. he asked for 2500 Rs. for new connection and i paid money for new connection on 15th January. he told me, sir setup box and connection will activate in 3 days. for last 7 days i am waiting for new connection. still anyone not come. the person name is kishore. i am calling him he is not pick up my call. i went to the Jio store vaishali nagar Jaipur. But i could not find any positive response. i am become very irritated. I want urgent solution otherwise i will do it further. if you not able to provide Jio fiber please refund my money with interest.
