I have been using Jio Network from almost 4 years, but Jio network is very low and network disappears from my location, due to which there is a lot of problem in making calls and running Internet, due to slow internet speed I am facing many problems in online study and other important works. I Complained about the network regularly in 4 years, till now no issue has been solved, There is no any jio site within two km on my location, I am badly cheated by jio.they saying from four years that the network will be fixed in the future but they not doing well.Network of Jio is decreasing day by day. due to lack of proper network, my mobile recharge money is being wasted. a lot of money has been wasted for the last 4 years. I also lodged complaint in Appellate Authority with reference number SR000011E270 on[protected]. He took three months time and said that the problem will be solved by installing a new site within three months.but now 8 months have passed but the problem has not been resolved. Why you not take strict action on this matter, because it is cheating and betrayal of the customer, even after filing the complaint, the problem was not solved. Because of which, my mental balance is disturbed, reliance jio infocomm is responsible for this. I think reliance jio company is fraud because reliance jio officers always saying that he have noted concern and will be taking steps to improve connectivity in that area as expand network in the future. I am not satisfied with the resolution.

      Respected sir,
      From past few days, I'm noticing that I do not use my whole data and they show that your data is exhausted and they limit my data experience.
      Today also, I have used 650 MBs approx and they're showing that I have used 50% of my data.
      This is in my opinion very unfair.
      I'm attaching pictures of the same as well. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful asap.

          Dear Sir,
          On 28 JAN' 2021; Rs. 2599/- was deducted from my account of STATE BANK OF INDIA for recharge of mobile from JIO.
          Proper report was submitted to your good dffice and I was informed bt my Bank that the matter was resolved and Refund Process is in progress. But, till date no money has been refunded.
          One telephone call was made to me asking my details which was not provided to avoid any fraud/risk.
          My details are with you and you can refund in my bank account. However if any detail/information is required, you can call me or send me mail.

          While, I was making payment to JIO for recharge of my mobile through net payment of rs. 2599/- from my account no. [protected] of SBI, Nagpur.
          The amount was deducted from my account, but not paid to JIO recharge.
          on inquiry, my bank informed that the matter has been resolved with INV Avenue .
          till date no money refunded in my account.

          In spite of your notification, no action has been taken by Reliance infocomm customer support till date.
          in place of solving my complaint Reliance jio has deactivated my jio account ph, no.[protected].
          should I forget my amount rs 2599/- paid to reliance jio for recharging.
          NOTE- I WANT TO TALK TO JIO INFOCOMM CUSTOMER SUPPORT PEOPLE ONCE JUST TO TELL THEM THAT SUCH AN ACT BY A BIG COMPANY RELIANCE IS NOT PROPER...
          CAN I GET THEIR PH, NO.

          please refer to my complaint status (OSAMR ), The complaint was forwarded to Reliance JIO Infocomm by uou .
          No action has been taken till date.
          You are requested to remind the company again - requesting them to either refund my money ie, Rs 2599/- paid on 28 jan 2021 0r recharge my mobile no. [protected] ( this no. is with JIO, which has been made inoperative due to non payment of recharge ) at the earliest, Till then, they should not disconnect my membership.
          An early action in this matter shall be highly appreciated,

            SR0000126MF0 is complaint number which i had lodged on 7th Sept 2020, at that time they were assured me to resolve the issue within 60 days, but they didnot took any measure to solve the problem.

            after 60 days, again i raised the issue, again they took 60 days.

            now its 3rd time i raised the issue, still they are saying 60 days...

            why JIO service provider is not providing better service, why negligence in customer service?

              I Cancelled my jio fiber connection on December 2020. Still now refund is not processed. Very poor customer service. So I am going to cancel my other connection too and change my mobile network to other service providers. I used to be an Airtel customer but their customer care was always good. Will stay away Jio service provider.

                  I have raised a disconnection request for my JIO Fiber connect on 25th Jan, till date they haven't disconnected my services and no engineer have visited home for the disconnection and picking up or router & STB.

                  Everyday I get two emails regarding the reschedule of engineer visit to home for uninstallation of services and this is continuing from day one (Jan 25th)

                    I have converted my mobile number [protected] from jio postpaid to jio prepaid on[protected]. At this time I have already paid Rs. 200 more than bill amount. Jio care representative told me that the additional amount will be refunded directly to your bank account. I have received e-refund link from jio on[protected]. I have filled all necessary details and bank account details along with cancelled cheque. And they told me that the e-refund amount of Rs. 200/- will be credited to your bank account with in 90 days but yet after completion of more than 90 days e- refund amount is not credited in my bank account.

                    Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                      I received my daily data 1.5 GB on 25/02/2021 at 12.36 am and showing 50percent data exausted at 12.43 am and fully exausted at 12.46 am although I am not use any activity on that time on mob this no how my data fully consumed pl explain me and my data bal recover my account

                            Dear Team,

                            This is to bring in kind attention that I have been following up with the person Name- Gurjot Singh, phone no. [protected], Email Id-gurjot2.[protected]@ril.com for my refund of INR 1000 which I paid in cash few days ago (1st Feb, 2021 ) for JIO fiber setup. Also, I paid 1500 through google pay which was refunded when I cancelled the request.
                            Now I am following up with him from last few days but he is giving some or other excuses day by day. I went to the JiO helpdesk in my area today and when I complained about him he said he is coming to my home to refund the amount and no refunded received yet today and now he is saying do what ever you want to do, go where ever you want to go.

                            I want you guys to take a strict action against this kind of fraud people so that the same don't happen with other people and the trust we have towards JIO team don't break down.

                            Do let me know in case of any help or queries related to above escalation.

                              I have received a phone call from Pallavi Sharma ([protected]) on my no. [protected] for installation of Reliance Jio 5G tower saying send the land details with identity proof at Whatsapp no. [protected]. They also have mail id- [protected]@RelianceJio5G.in. After satelite satellite verification they confirmed by mail and asked for DOT registration no. Then a call from Diya Roy ([protected]) came asking for DOT registration through a mail ID by online payment of Rs.16100/-, which I deferred for another day then She deleted mail ID. Thereafter, they didn't contact. I have information that similar phones are coming on different phone no.
                              Please take action.

                                    I have recharged my phone with 1.5GB data plan but it is getting over very quick. I don't even get a chance to use it. Usually 50% of the data finishes up by 9 o'clock in the morning, and then immediately the rest gets used up. I have checked my background apps but there are none. There is no back up issue well. The same things happens even with additional voucher data. It has been happening since 20 days, from the day I have recharged for this month.

                                      Jio tried to erected a jio fiber pole forcefully infront of our house with some criminal type persons and try to scare us and the police is also with them and try to scare the local people of the street without any notice which is obstructing us to park our vehicle also we will not be able to do any changes to the building in the future. Please find a solution to move the pole to a side.
                                      My address is house number -1838 urban estate jind haryana.
