Today expried my jio pripad plan 129 Rs. at 6:18 PM and I will trying of mobile network Port since morning but jio care and SMS service has been stopped without intimation. Please take action seresly....

Jio fiber himself has raised uninstallation request and delayed in picking up the jio fiber device for refund, so i have called customer care many times every time Everytime they used to give me a new service request whenever I called them to know the status of pick up of hardware, and They used to close my service request without taking any action on it. after following up 1 month via emails, at last they pickup my device after 2 months...

As per the policy, we can return the jiophone and get security deposit full amount of 1500 after 36 month o[censored]ses.I went to Jio service center and @RelianceDigital but none accepted it back. Jio customer care is saying they dont have any details regarding security deposit .how do I return back my Jio Phone and get deposit back?...

I have raise the request to take the modem / wifi device with the company and refund my security deposit, however till date they have raised only SRC without any intent to resolve these....

I have seen many time that they don't provide enough data. I have plan of 2 GB per day and even don't download anything then at noon time I got messaged you have absorb 50% data then again 90% data. Today also happens the same and then I have recharged with 21 rs again and got 2 GB data then again by evening I have absorb 2 GB data ? 😀 So total I have absorb 4 GB data without doing anything and it is their usual practice to cheat people....

Becaue of slow internet speed .I want to Port out my jio no [protected] to airtel .but I don't get my UPC code after several times of message to 1900....

These guys sent me offer letter and said to pay security deposit so I have 17000 till now and now asking more 30000 final deposit so that I can receive the courier carrying my documents....

When power goes in my area i face nearly no network coverage (i.e I can't use net properly cause signal drops down drastically) . This issue has been for nearly a year and i have been complaining about this for about 6 months. I have raised my issue through general complaint number and resolver platform and thus far have not been able to solve my issue....

Mr. Zuber shaikh is distributor of Bidkin Tq.Paithan Dist.Aurangabad, Maharashtra . He is distributor, he gave me retailer id. After requesting 10 to 15 days and now he's not coming at my shop. Not giving me sim card for sell.

Im writing on the above subject after multiple calls to customer care notifying about the Jio Fiber connection still pending since 7th Dec 2020, this is the second time I have registered after your engineer and Jio marketing team called to let me know that now I may get the connection as the box is near to my house now, but very next day the same engineer said that the box is far from my house and to get the connection we need to do the padding...

I have applied for uninstallation of Jio fibernet 1 month back but still there’s no feedback from Jio. But the money has been deducted from account. I asked for refund which was supposed to be done in 2 weeks but not yet received
