Dear sir,
From couple of months, i, Sk Roquibul Alam, am experiencing unavailable 4g service of Reliance Jio in my [protected] ( prepaid ) from evening till midnight everyday. However other network such as airtel is working fine. However, my number is enjoying 84 days 2gb net and unlimited call / day.
Plse take fast action against this continual no speed / unavailable service of jio.

Reliance jio customer care bearing numbers, [protected] and [protected] are asking me to do online recharge of rs 10 via downloading quick viewer android app. Important thing is they wanna see my bank details

    I am Navneet Lal Sharma and am using jio number [protected].
    Suddenly, my jio number deactivated today night without informing me.
    It is showing that this number does not exist but I am using this number from more than 4 years and have a plan for next 3 months. This number was working upto today night up to 10pm (April 01, 2021) and using continuously this number. I don't know why they deactivate number suddenly.

    I request you please help me and activate my jio number ASAP or give information, so I can try for activation.

    Till now, there is no action. Jio people are making a fool of the customer.

    I sent many mails and cleared my problems but no body is listening. I am facing so many problem without my number. I am unable to attend my interviews, meeting, classes, office calls and bank issues.

    Jio customer care service is very very bad.

    If you will not reactivate the number, then now I am going to file a case against Jio and also FIR.

      Installation of my JioFiber connection Order Number NO0000GV4DJS having JioFixedVoice Number [protected] is being rescheduled since 15 days
      When called customer care they give new appointment date which gets rescheduled later
      No action is taken by anyone
      I request you to kindly resolve this issue

        I am a jio user from Guntur district, Andhrapradesh - 522111. I have been facing issues in using data in our locality for past 12 months. I could seet that we get around 5 KB/s to 10KB/s for 4G network.

        I raised a couple of complaints on this and could here from them as : " We have been facing this issue, As several users connected to same network at the same time ".

        The reason they provided doesn't make any sense as all the subscribers should be provided with same kind o[censored]ninterrupted service.

        I request TRAI to look into this and take certain measures in providing quality service to telecom users.

          We have not recd the refund amount of Rs.1500/-. You have released only Rs.500/- We had used the device one and half month only

          We had not closed by own. The Chennai Corporation is cut the wires of Jio, Airtel etc., But No Response from your side, without connection, how we can have the Device.

          You have taken our money and not providing any facility to use it. Please refund our full payment at the earliest

            complaint of jio engineer who had visited and done wrong and fraud activity with us

            i have raised this network complaint from last 4 months

            and appellate department
            dipesh angane sir, shoebh khan sir and other executive jaya madam also taken initiative and esclated to concern team

            then network team had visited they had not called me and came in village directly and they had approach one person his name is aniket pandgale ...He was not ready for tower still they had pressurized him and taken documents from him

            and our sarpanch of our village told me that we will not give permission to jio network team to install new site in our village

            jio engineer had taken papers from aniket pandgale and told them we will provide u necessary amount every month and u give us money in form of cash

            this is against law and order

            the person is not ready for tower and jio executive had taken paper from him instead of me because i had esclated to jio appellate from last 4 month and i have the evidence with me

            i will not keep quiet unless fair and proper investigation takes place otherwise i have to esclate this higher authorities

              I have cancelled my jio connection on 27 July 2020, submitted the device myself in the jio office on 9th February 2021 because no one came to pick it up. I received a docket number on March 1, 2021 (attached is the image).
              It's been 1 month and I haven't received any kind of refund. There is no help from customer care. No one replies to my emails.
              I am supposed to receive a refund of 2500 according to their scheme when I installed the connection. I haven't received even a single rupee.

                I Kalyanji KVG tried to recharge my jiowifi nomber [protected] on 27th February, 2021 but I received payment attempt of Rs. 555/- unsuccessful message and the same amount debited from my SBI account. More than one month time passed but so far money not refunded. Please resolve the issue on priority.

                  I had a jio connection and cancelled it within the trial period only. I was supposed to get full refund of Rs1500 but got only Rs 500. I called customer care so many times they assured refund of Rs1000 in 24 hours, but it has been 5 days. Please refund me the money or else will move to consumer court. I contacted their customer service, but they are telling working on the problem, but not clear what is the issue, and when will resolve. I get 2 GB per day, I could not use that data as internet is not working at all.

                        I have recharged 329 plan for 84 day validity. I also recharged 612 plan which has 72 GB.

                        When I checked it in the mobile the data limit is showing as 6 GB instead of 72 GB.

                          I had recharged my jiofi number [protected] for the 999 rs plan
                          on 24th of March 202. I did not receive any SMS from Jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The UPI transaction id for the payment of rs.999 is[protected]. I am unable to use internet. Please resolve immediately.

                            I disconnected the jio fibre connection on 30th Jan 2021. Jio engineer visited my house on 8th Feb 2021 and collected the modem and he uploaded my bank and address proof details in their web site for refund of my SD. He promised that the refund will be done within 10 working days. It is more than 40 days no action has been initiated by Jio to refund of SD Rs.4500/-. My online complaints are not answered.

                              रिलायंस जियो हाई स्पीड इंटरनेट के बड़े बड़े वादे करती है। इसके यह वादे सब धोका है। कंपनियों ने रिचार्ज इतने महंगे कर दिए हैं, और पब्लिक को धोका यह दे रहे हैं कि हम सबसे अच्छी सर्विस देंगे।
                              मुझे कभी कभी इतना जरूरी काम करना होता है इंटरनेट पर लेकिन नेट की स्पीड बहुत कम होने की वजह से में अपना काम नही कर पता हूं।
                              और में एक स्टूडेंट हु तो online class लेने में बड़ी दिक्कत आती है।
                              इसलिए मेरा आप से विनती है की jio पर सख्त से सख्त करवाई करे, और हमारे यहां जो नेट की परेशानी हो रही है इसको जल्द से जल्द खत्म किया जाए, और हम अच्छी स्पीड दी जाए।

                                My name is eldho paulose ([protected]) and i took jio postpaid connection having a monthly plan rs 399 4 moths back and i paid the feb-march bill 622.37 on march 14th 2021.Again the jio shows in the app that i have to pay another rs 461.72 as bill. I called the coustomer care and they told me that its a technical issue by their side and resolved in 24 hrs.But after 72 hrs, still they not resolved my issue.I am calling from ireland to jio international coustomer service so many times and not accepting my call now. I have spend some money to call coustomercare from ireland and they are not responding.I beleive that they are cheating their coustomers by making multiple postpaid bill payment. I never made a recharge of rs 160 on 16th march but app shows the same in payment history please take necessary action to rsolve my issue.Here by attaching solid proof for the above mentioned.

                                  I had raised a request for installing JIO fiber connection on March 8. The very next day the team arrived to obtain the KYC documents and I made a payment of 1500 with an assurance that it will be installed the next day(March 9th). It has been more than a week (March 18), We have not received any response from the installation team. The person in charge (SELVARAJ and JAYACHANDAR ) is not responding to our calls. We have been following up with them for installation multiple times and there has been no response.

                                    Experiencing worst Internet Speed with JIO for the last 3weeks. Customer Care is not creating a ticket to address the issue. Giving vague reasons and no timelines to fix the issue. I am more than happy if they provide the refund will do a MNP. Tried multipe times to call customer care today without any luck .                                       This is Visvanath P. I have been using jio sim around 4 years. I have mistakenly recharged my jio number [protected] to ₹1208(Date:07.03.2021 time:19.30). I have called jio customer care and requested to revoke my recharge(Service Request number SR00001486RY).Jio customer care did not refund or change the plan When I asked to revoke my recharge.
                                      They told me that they do not have right to cancel my order....
