I had recharged my mobile on 22/4/2021 with 329 recharge plan, however the services were not activated. Today morning(26/4/2021), I recharged second time with the same amount. However, no plan is activated failing which i am not able to use my number for calls and internet.
I also visited the gallery yesterday where i was informed that it might get activated today.

      Sub: Removal of 2 Mobile Towers — Removal of Mobile Towers (2nos) In Midst Of Residential Area at roof of P-299/A, Mudialy 1st Lane, Garden Reach, Kolkata

      We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of Removal of 2 Mobile Towers — Removal of Mobile Towers (2nos) In Midst Of Residential Area at roof of P-299/A, Mudialy 1st Lane, Garden Reach, Kolkata-700024, and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

      Our complaint is specific that, one Mr. Babu and brothers resident of P-299/A, Mudialy 1st Lane, Garden Reach, Kolkata-700024, – had licensed his premises to Mobile Company for installation of One more Mobile Tower in midst of residential area of Mudialy 1st Lane, Garden Reach, Metiabruz

      When residents of Local, came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to the said Mr. Babu and his brother for termination of Leave and License Agreement and stoppage of installation of Mobile Tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eminates from the said Mobile Tower upon the human body and also shown him various news reports.

      In spite of this, the said Mr. Mr. Babu and his brother, flatly refused to pay any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents
      that ”do whatever you want, I will never terminate the said license

      As you know that, it is general rule that, mobile towers shall not be allowed within a radius of 100 meters from residential buildings, schools and hospitals and preference shall be given to the location of tower in the open or public areas away from residential locations, as the radiation eminating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said Mobile Tower on their building.

      Hence, the said Mobile Company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect

      As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas.

      We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above House in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

        Sir, my uparwahi village had poor network. We have jio tower installed for about 2 years now. It was very good in the first year of installation. But now network strength become so weak. We have been struggling this since the beginning of 2021. Students are doing online classes, which they felt much difficulties in their classes and their studies. We would like you to request you to fix this problems we are facing as soon as possible. Thank you jio company.

          Hello...My name is ashok...
          I got call from jio..for call centre job..
          So am submitted my resume...then they asked to pay 1000 rupees for joining.. they told after joining it will refund..till not refunded..and then they asked 3000 thousand for training fee..am paid...then they asked 4000 for bank account am paid... after they told total 8000 will be refund in your account told...but till they are not responding...my 8000 they are stolen...please help me to refund my money 😔

              A mobile tower is installed 2 feet away from my room. We the people of our locality tried to convince the owner not to install the tower so near as we are having cardiac patient and pregnant women in our area ie just 8 metres away from the tower but he didn't listen to us. Our lives are at risk now. So we the people of the locality want to stop the said construction

                In Jio Fiber i am not receiving net speed of 4 to 6 mbps in 150MBPS plan.

                jio hub and server side as Ping is of 15 MS which in normal state should be max upto 3 ms. Also there is 40% data lost in Screenshot attached.

                Email complaint send on 17 april to jio customer care but no response since last 4 days.
                JIO customer care is not taking any complaint.

                  I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Post Paid Plans

                  Service request number: SR000014N2G7

                  The issue that I have experienced was: I have been sent a bill of about Rs. 1032, while I am on the 399 plan. I am being told by Jio this is because I have subscribed to the netflix premium plan. I did not subscribe to this. I have been wasting so much time contacting jio and netflix for the past few days to resolve this issue. jio claims they have nothing to do with the plan change. Yet when i see my netflix app, the plan is changed to premium. I tried to change it back to basic and free mobile plan, but netflix sends me an email stating jio has locked my plan to premium and is not allowing this plan change. I tried it many times and even the Jio customer care person tried it many times unsuccessfully. I even contacted customer care at netflix and they tried to change my plan, but they could not and again came with the answer that Jio has locked my plan and only they can change it. I requested netflix to close my netflix subscription, but they could not do it as only jio can do this. So, netflix is directing me back to jio for any change of plan or even cancellation. In jio, they keep repeating the same that only I or netflix can change the plan. What do you think i can do in this situation? Jio are accusing me that I am lying and netflix claims jio is responsible for plan change and they cannot do anything. Please resolve this issue asap as my bill payment date is near.

                  Reduce the bill to the subscribed Rs. 399 plan. Cancel my netflix and any other streaming option that may come with the Rs. 399 plan so that I may this problem does not occur in the future.

                          Hi Team,

                          Please note that I had subscribed for Jiofiber connection on 1st march, 2021.

                          I had opted for cancellation of the same on 22nd march, 2021 since I wanted to switch to different connection. I was supposed to get my refundable deposit amount of INR 1500 within 2weeks of my cancellation request/modem pickup.
                          On 12th april, 2021 I received my deposit amount but only INR 1000 was credited although I was supposed to get INR 1500 as my cancellation happened within 30days of new connection.

                          Please help me on this at the earliest.
