    When power goes in my area i face nearly no network coverage (i.e I can't use net properly cause signal drops down drastically) . This issue has been for nearly a year and i have been complaining about this for about 6 months. I have raised my issue through general complaint number and resolver platform and thus far have not been able to solve my issue.

No approval has been given by any state government to allow Reliance Jio to errect their private poles on government land. Blatant Illegal Encroachment on government land by Reliance Jio by constructing illegal private poles on road side and in public park.

          I have purchased a recharge from Jio for one of my mobile number. The plan amount was Rs.777. they have taken twice the amount and activated 2 plans deducting Rs.1554. I have complained jio. But they are saying they can't cancel second deducted amount and refund. I have contacted bank but they said to contact Jio. Jio is thefting money. They could have made some protection to avoid multiple recharge. Now I have lost Rs.777. Jio is simply stealing money in the name of system error.

              Im writing on the above subject after multiple calls to customer care notifying about the Jio Fiber connection still pending since 7th Dec 2020, this is the second time I have registered after your engineer and Jio marketing team called to let me know that now I may get the connection as the box is near to my house now, but very next day the same engineer said that the box is far from my house and to get the connection we need to do the padding from the box to extend the same near to my house, the statement again changed in the evening that due to the engineer not getting the required approval from his senior team hence he is helpless to make the connection, whereas I have noticed that their are two new connection being provided near our house locality, which the engineer said that bio be illegal and may get problem in future.

              The above entire matter discloses about incompetent and half information your engineers carry while giving the services to your customers, I felt very shocked when your engineers are changing their statements by day and night, this is not expected from the big brand like Jio, its complete harassment and un-professional approach to your customer.
              I was under impression of your immediate resolution for the new connection, unfortunately very same day, you have initiated a refund of my subscription without my knowledge (as stated in Quotes below from Jio).
              I would appreciate, kindly look into the matter and give the resolution as expected for a new connection.

                        Connection was booked and paid for over 2 weeks ago however installation has still not been done after multiple promises and requests. The guy who came for booking Rajat Bakshi has been making excused that their sales head Vipin has resigned, a day later he said he has resigned. He assigned me to the new sales head Manish Sharma. He picked my call once and said he’ll check and revert but never reverted back and hasn’t been taking my call since. Then I got the njmber of JCM Vikas who promised to check and revert however hasn’t reverted back either. Hasn’t been taking any of my calls either. Complained to JioCare on Twitter as well but no subtle response. I’m extremely frustrated and have faced major problems due to their incompetence and ignorant behaviour. Please get me a resolution and a refund with compensation asap.

                          I took jio fiber plan. It is a trial plan which started on 8th dec 2020 and after one day only router blinking with red light. I complaint in jio customer care and they gave me yesterday 4-6pm time but till now no call or confirmation received. Today I again called customer service and the executive told me that technical executive will visit home on 16th Dec. IS THIS A JOKE. I am working from home. Who will pay to me for 7 days?my jio number...

                          I recharge my jio number using my jio app through HDFCRUPAY on Dec 10, 2020 and dec 12, 2020(plan-199)but I didn't get any confirmation msg from jio but in my jio app it shows your recharge is completed and also money is debited from my account.But if I call some one it shows you have no plan please recharge

                            Jio Fiber refund not issued and boxes are not being picked up. I have been calling every day to customer care, and they have a single answer " Sir please wait for 24 hrs, it will be resolved". It's been more than 20 days I have raised a cancellation request.

                            I have asked them to raise a ticket " delay in the delay of ONT pickup" but they do not want to do it.

                              I applied for a jio fiber connection on 13/11/20 ref.no. NO0000FMO06I, due to some technical difficulty from their side, this connection never got completed. So when I queried their appellate to cancel my request and refund my money, they said they are transferring my call to jiofiber department, but they kept on hanging up my call. This happened 27 times in one single day. I just want my money back . I am not anymore interested in Jio Infocomm in any service due to their attitude towards the customer.                                 Booked the connection by paying Rs 2500 through Paytm. A new connection confirmed but no one had come for the installation at the agreed time and date. neither information was not shared with me ( customer). When enquired about the status of the installation to Mr. Narvendra Singh, Mr. Hans Raj ( Assistant Manager), and Area manager Mr. DInesh Mishra, They all had given their own excuses but did not resolve the issue then and their only. They had said that Jio can not stick to their schedule, service engineers will come at their own convenience and if you are there then it will be installed. So there is no schedule as such.
                                When requested for the cancellation, they verbally canceled the request but neither the confirmation nor the money got refunded till now which they agreed by the same day evening 5 PM ( i.e. 6th Dec'20)
