I had activated jio postpaid plus plan of Rs1499/- which says unlimited voice and data in UAE. But now during billing time they are saying only 300minutes of voice call and 1GBdata can be used in UAE which was not informed to me during activation of SIM or during mail chats with the Jio care team or on their advertisemen

I had paid Rs1899/- as deposit amount and the receipt for the same is attached.

I don't want to continue with this plan as they are cheating by saying unlimited.

I would like to raise a complaint on them seeking compensation of Rs 10000/- for cheating customer and providing proper information.

On 5th of Oct i raised a cancellation request to them but they assured me saying unlimited voice & data will be available soon (Kindly refer mail dated 6th Oct 2020).

I trust ICC forum will help me on this issue.

    Unbilled amount in jio postpaid

    I have jio postpaid plus subscription and I am getting unbilled amount even I am not using extra data and it is increasing day by day. I have taken subscription before 4 days and today it is showing unbilled amount of 44 and plan amount 399....

    Refund not recieved of the amount deducted from my upi account while making the payment of jio prime when I was porting in to jio for my number on 11/10/2020. It was deducted from my account but the app has some error in which payment doesn't get processed so I went and made the payment through Paytm as the jio express representative informed me and said I'll recieve the refund in a few days. Attaching the txn no.

        Please note that I am shifted from Ahmedabad to Daman and facing very very low speed of Net.
        Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Please note that all the three devices are subscribed for 365 days. Till date my complaint is unresolved. Is there any top authority to look after this complaint and resolve the same immediately. Response to complaints is so poor that customer satisfaction is only 4%. Shame Shame.

              I recharged my number 4 times for my net connection. I spend a total of 1256 rs for my net connection. it said recharge is successful and debited the money from my bank, but it also said wait for a confirmation message. its been two days and I still haven't received net connection or money debited. the recharge history remains blank, it didn't register my recharges even though it says successful and money debited. I raised a complaint, I tried contacting customer care but nobody cared. worst customer care ever. its been 2 days still no net connection.

                It's been like over 2 months and my jio stb is not working. Apps are crashing whenever I'm trying to watch something and I can't watch more than 5 minutes. Nothing is working, I talked to their ### CUSTOMER care and they as usual they gonna do something but they didn't. Also I have raised a complaint for replacement of jio remote that ain't happen yet. Also i don't what has happen but my Sony Liv+ subscription has gone I'm a Silver plan holder and that exclusively gives me privileges to this offer but a few days ago I was not able to access any premium movies which in earlier days I could. Please reliance jio look into this. Otherwise u gonna lose a precious CUSTOMER soon. So much for make in India huh.

                  I ported from jio to airtel last month for poor network issue in my area after that i received a bill for 105/- from jio, i tried to make the payments in different options it was not possible i was getting the message as no out standing, but i am getting call and sms on m alternative number to make payment, i tried to make payment from near by jio store even that also failed as the account number does not exit, how to make this payment ???, arrange for cash collection from door step or send me proper link to make payment, link sent till date shows no out standing

                    I have booked the JioFiber connection is NO0000F7SR0G on the date 27.9.2020 but the scheduled date for installation and activation was 1.10.20 but still the activation is lacking behind again and again sales person Saroj Kumar and area manager Mr.Negi were requested but the activation is still not done. They also don't tell any fixed date due to this I am mentally disturbed neither my office work can be done nor my children online classes are working . It's a humble request please look after the matter and solve it as soon as possible.

                      I applied for jio fibre connection on 11.09.2020 by making advance payment of Rs. 1500. I was told that it will be installed very next day. But even after lapse of 2 weeks nobody came and I was told to cancel the application from my side by giving lame excuse of wrong location id . The cancellation process is like a hell as I had to visit one reliance jio outlet for cancellation by spending my valuable time and money. I got refund after nearly a month.
                      Now comes the next part : Thinking that jio speed is good I applied for jiofibre connection once again by paying advance amount of Rs. 1500. I was told that installation will be done next day. Nobody came and did not bother to call also. In the meantime I called customer care & was told that my application has been cancelled and I will get automatic refund. When I called the customer care after a gap of two hours the executive told me that it will be installed the next day. I feel this is the worst kind of customer service on the earth when the company/customer care don't even know about my application status. The customer care executives don't know anything about the applications or jiofibre plans.
                      I would recommed everybody not to go for any jiofibre products. They will use your hard earned money for more than a month interest free and will not give you any connection

                        My Jio Fiber service was activated on 09th Sep 2020, Due to network issue I couldn't use the Jio fiber net and I raised complaints to customer care and haven't resolved.
                        So I decided to cancel the service and I requested for JioFiber cancellation on 16th September 2020. The and I received only Rs 500 as the refund instead of Rs 1500 as per trial period terms and conditions.
                        The account activated on 09th Sep 2020, and I am still in the trial period (30 days).
                        I would expect the full refund from Jio fiber.

                          i am not able to make calls or message from jio even after recharging. i recharged it from jio retail via paytm but paytm is showing successful transaction but jio hasn't recognized recharge.

                            My mobile no. [protected]: using it for last 3/4 years with internet dat on regular basis

                            I have taken jio internet plan of rs599 providing 2gb data every day which is said to be reset at night. Since last 2 days my allotted data is getting consumed in the without actual use. I contacted complaint call centre at 1991 which was giving only prerecorded guidance on its own, ultimately making me to go for a top up plan of rs555...

                            I have taken jio fiber connection in the month of august and during that time based on the introductory offer if i take silver plan i will get multiple ott access like hotstar, zee5, voot etc. For 3 months.
                            Out of that i got all the access except voot and when i tried to enquire it, they told me as the jio plan changed in september so now you have to recharge for gold plan then you will get ott access.
                            This is just not acceptable they are just trying to fool me if they change the plan in the middle, then i am not responsible for it so i just want all the ott access as they promised me.

                            I got a call from an unknown number saying that i called from consumer complain([protected]) and ask me for the account number to refund the amount when I asked how you will return the amount he cut the call, how these scammers are getting phone number from your website instead of solving my problem it might get increased

                              Every time there is a power cut in my locality, my jio network vanishes. Sometimes the power goes off for 4 -6 hrs and i have to stay without internet and phone calls. The network comes back few minutes after the power.

                                  I am following up with jio care via app (At jio care) as well as call (At jio contact center) since 24 sept 2020, but even after assurance from the team that cancellation request has been taken by escalation team, still i am getting new bill generated for nov 2020 and there is no confirmation yet from jio regarding cancellation of my connection or account. Please close my connection as soon as possible and refund my security deposit. I have complaint same issue today

                                    My sister has recieved an obscene spam phone call from an unknown number invading privacy and with the intent of verbal sexual assault. Please do the needful to take action against this consumer, the call was recieved from the number [protected] today 5th October 2020. Attaching the approximate traced location of the culprit.
