recharge done from google pay but no confirmation from jio

I have done recharge from my google pay for 399 plan. Amount deducted 349 after applying rs 50 discount coupon. Transaction was successful from google pay with transaction i'd but no recharge confirmation received from jio. Attaching screenshot for your perusal.

How can i get my refund?

connectivity issue and call drop issue and voice disconnect issue and slow speed of network

For the last several days i am facing call drop, connectivity issues, slow network speed, voice problem, after few seconds voice disconnect on mobile. No body is bothered to resolve the issue despite of sending mail. Your complaint no 198 is useless and not working. Now i am going to file complaint on trai and consumer form for poor services of your company....

outgoing calls not working.after the recharge

balance is deducted but recharge is not done payment done, recharge unsuccessful

I have done the recharge for Jio number though my JIO UPI Phone Pay money has been deducted from my bank account but recharge is not been yet. Refund my money.

I have recharged Rs 399 via recharge Jio online App. I have used UPI as payment mode. The payment was successful to [protected]@icici for Rs.349 but no recharge was done.

jio data exhausted without usage

Hi, i am a new jio user. Few days back i ported my number to jio. My complaint is that jio has exhausted the 1.5 gb of my data without usage. First i got message that 50% data has consumed in your account and after sometime i got message that 100% data got exhausted. When i had word with customer care they started teaching me that we will send you link from where you can learn how to manage data. And also link from where i can check usage......

pole in front of my house

no network and internet & poor response from customer support

I ported my sim from airtel to jio and paid for the package. Since day 1, i am having trouble, as most of the time there is 0 network and no internet. I am not able to make a single call not recieve a single call since i took this sim. I have complained several times & raised my concerns multiple times but no steps have been taken to resolve my issue....

I had raised a porting request to Jio. When i went to Thillainagar branch of Jio at Trichy, I was asked to show the porting code which I did. Then i was asked to show the Aadhaar original. When i showed the copy of Aadhaar, the Jio employee was citing lame excuses saying the bar code will not get scanned and demanded original Aadhaar. recharge successful but not activated

I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 399 rs plan
(349 with 50 rs voucher) on 20th of august 2018, well in advance before the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.349 (399 plan - 50 voucher) is[protected]. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well...

too poor internet speed

I did several complain to the jio customar care regarding my slow internet speed. Ever after all of those thing, i'm not getting any true response. 5 days pre-reminder calls for recharging

I am here complaining for annoying annoying 5 days pre-reminder calls for recharging on the jio number [protected]. I have even informed in the customer care 3 times but till date no action is taken for this issue.
