It has been over 10 days since I recharged with the 209 package from Jio, but it has not reflected on my mobile yet and I still haven't received my, On January 28th, 2024, I attempted to make through G Pay, which appeared successful. However, Jio showed the transaction as unsuccessful.

I have attached 2 photos. One shows a successful transaction on 28 Jan in GPay, while the other shows no transaction of 28 Jan in Jio. After 4 days, I recharged Jio from outside.

    Its been more than a month now since my jio number has been deleted. Despite of submitting all the necessary documents for reissue of physical sim, no action has been taken by Jio team since last month. All my banking and business transactions have stopped since I receive all my banking and business OTP's on this number. I have reached out to jio care "n" no of times but all they say is we are looking upon your request but they have been unable to provide me with any resolution since last one month. I am stuck without a number to my use. I can provide entire email trail on how many times I have reached out to their team. This is really frustrating and would really appreciate if this complaint forum can help me get my number back.

      Dear Sir / Madam

      I wanted to port in my VI number [protected] to Jio network and paid the Rs 99 (ORN number - NO0000W3SB9S (FILE ATTACHED) but the way Jio executives behaved during the process i got a feeling that if in future i will face any problem Jio care will not be able to address my problem so I changed my mind and canceled my MNP request and requested Reliance Jio Infocomm to refund my Rs 99 to the original payment method but even after many requests they are not refunding my money. So i request you to please help!

        Jio call staff do rude behaviour in the call and also staff member cut call during conversation their job is only remember belance but ledy told me closed your jio sims at madhav twins patan as well as she told me why you are cut my phones.what is this? I'm really disappointed by jio service.

            I had purchased a JioFi Hotspot Device from Jio Store - G E Road, Raipur on 28/12/2023 where they charged me Rs. 3600/- against the actual price of Rs. 2600/- (Attached is the Bill copy of the same).
            On Quering the same very next day, no one is giving me the appropriate answer for the same.

              Hi there,

              I have taken a Jio fiber connection for three months and I paid money for three months before they installed it. They promised several free things for three months subscriptions, they gave me fixed voice number without my request.
              They are sending me fake bills to pay everything even they took three months amount before giving me the connection.
              Another thing Jio fiber internet never worked well like promised speed,
              and Jio customer service is also very worse they suggest us to fix the issues our self.
              They used cheap cables to install the router.

                I have took a prepaid connection ([protected]) years back and my brother is the one who using the sim. He is currently overseas and working in merchant Navy. I have reached out the palarivattom jio centre for converting this prepaid connection to postpaid. I already informed the person I 1st talked with that this sim is now not in Indian and presently at Dubai. He handed my case to another person and that person proceed with the postpaid conversation and last he told me to call to 1977 and enter the 5 digit pin i received on my alternate number to activate the voice and data service and I informed my brother to do the same. But when he tried he was unable to make call as he is not getting through. I contacted the customer care and the customer care executive told me that he can only activate the service from India. If that was informed before the postpaid conversation i would not have opted for the postpaid conversation. Now I'm stuck in between prepaid and postpaid. And unable to connect with my brother. Kindly help me to rectify the issue asap.

                          I am writing to express my concern regarding a pending refund for my Jio Air Fiber service, associated with the Order Number NO0000UCRWUX and Service Request Number SR00001SOJ28.

                          Despite my previous communications and the assurance of a prompt resolution, I have yet to receive the refund. This delay is causing inconvenience and dissatisfaction with the services provided by Reliance Jio.

                            मै आशुतोष कुमार सिंह, हाजीपुर बिहार से आपसे निवेदन पूर्वक कहना चाहता हु की मैंने दिनांक 27/11/2023 को जिओ फाइबर के लिए रेकुएस्ट डाला था उसमे मेरे को एक नंबर प्राप्त हुआ जो की नंबर है [protected] विकाश कुमार का । उनसे बात हुई और वो आ के मेरा फोटो और डाक्यमेन्ट का काम किए और मेरे से पेमेंट 4240.90 करा कर बोले की आज कल मे आपका जिओ फाइबर लग जाएगा । और चल दिए ।
                            शाम को कुछ लोग आए सेट बॉक्स और राउटर के साथ कनेक्शन किया और लगभग 2.5 घंटे से कोसिस किया और नहीं हुआ फिर मैंने उनसे बोला की आपसे नहीं होगा जब अभी इतना प्रॉब्लेम हो रहा है तो आगे कितना होगा । तब जा के उनको बोलने पे वो अपना सेट बॉक्स और राउटर उत्तार के चल दिए ।

                            अब, मेरे को यह कनेक्शन नहीं लगवाना है, इसलिए मेरे पैसे को रिफन्ड कर दिया जाए । मेरे घर मे पहले से एयरटेल का कनेक्शन लगा है । इसलिए अब मेरे को इसकी जरूरत नहीं है । अब मेरे को अपना रिफन्ड दे दिया जाए ।

                              My grandparents are experiencing serious health issues due to high vibrations and sound emitted by the tower which has been installed just besides our house and everyday new officials visit the tower and add new equipments to it which is worsening the situation.                                 It has been more than four months since I terminated my Jio postpaid account and switched to the prepaid one, their offline store executives have clearly refused to provide any type of assistance regarding the same and despite several attempts to reach out to their executives on-call or mail for support they reply with some rubbish reasons like their postpaid team is unavailable or they redirect to a website which is not working. It is unacceptable that my security money (Rs500) has not been refunded, and I am beyond frustrated with this situation. I have visited their store many times, and written tons of emails and calls, but still, after four months no action has been taken. This company's lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable, and I will not hesitate to file a formal complaint against them. I am appalled by their lack of professionalism and responsibility. I demand that they immediately refund my security deposit, and I expect to receive an apology for the inconvenience and frustration that they have caused me.

                                  I am rajeev kumar complaining on behalf of three foreigners.
                                  Here is my issue

                                  1. Refer to jio sim card order id no0000tatyg3, no0000taxihi and no0000taysgk dated 15 oct 23.

                                  2. I am writing here on behalf of foreigners whose details are appended below:-

                                  (a) zin yu naing

                                  (b) kyaw htet aung

                                  (c) aung paing oo

                                  3. The above mentioned people are here on study purpose. On 14 oct 23 these three people along with one other friend paing thu had visited jio head office at gajuwaka, visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh for buying of sim cards. At head office they met mr. Raghu (mob:-[protected]) who issued only one sim card to paing thu and said other guys sim card will be provided at there residential address. On 15 oct 23. A jio employee named mr. Srikant (mob:-[protected]) from same jio head office visited to resedential address and issued three sim cards to above people and taken rs. 720 (rs. 240 for each). The sim cards issued by him are not working from 15 oct 23 to till date. I asked him to resolve the issue but he said his work is to issue sim cards only if your sim card is not working then contact jio head office mr.Srinivas, manager (mob:-[protected]). I am in contact with jio head office, mr. Srikant and mr. Raghu but none of them has provided any resolution or processed my refund. They are saying there is issue in local address proof. It is pertinent to mention that same documents and local address proof were provided to mr. Raghu for issuing sim to paing thu. The sim provided to paing thu is working since issue. So, it is not understood how there is an issue for other three when same documents were provided ?

                                  4. In view of the above, it is requested that sim cards issue to above foreign nationals may be taken back as they are not of any use and refund may be issued at the earliest.

                                    I had recharged my jio number [[protected]] for the 222 and 100 rs plan
                                    on 2nd of Nov 2023. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment i showing successful. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

                                      I am customer of jio, using jio mobile sim card since many years.
                                      Jio offered me best internet speed and best network when they launched their jio telecome products.

                                      But since 4-5 month company charged same amount of recharges from customers but services not provided properly.
                                      Network quality become worst, call drop frequency very very high, also i am not able to do use my internet also.

                                      Due to company want to promote 5G technology they are intentionally providing bad services to 4G customer.

                                      Please consider my this complaint and help us to save our consumer right to get best services which we have paid for.
