A pole has been erected by reliance jio fiber in front of my plot, the pole is touching with my house wall and wires is entering in my house roof now. This was constructed without any permissions, i request you to relocate this pole as it hinders my construction plans by blocking the path for trucks and boring machines to go inside. Jio care told there is no time limit for completing sim reverification process.until reverify the sim will retain in your name under suspended status.
I believed and within a week the sim got disconnected.Now the same jio care saying it got disconnected we can't do anything.
Please enable my disconnected Mobile number so that I can do my re-verification process....

This is to bring to your notice that without any information/consent a Jio Fiber pole is erected near my house. There is a pole already at the opposite lane a transformer that eats up all the parking space and now the pole near entrance causes lot of disturbance. I personally visited Jio Center and asked them to remove the pole. There was no action taken till now. Hence I am raising a complaint in this forum to remove the pole if it didn’t...

In Jio.com after visit on site login require.
I have login by my jio number [protected] and OTP.
My existing plan was expired so i chosen 1 year plan having amount 2999/-.
After selection of plan i proceed for payment

Hi, I am currently in USA for a trip. I wanted to login into one of my UPI accounts . I have recharged jio International roaming package which is rupees 575 in order to get the roaming benifits. After the recharge i inserted the sim but didn't get any signal. I am currently in texas, Dallas. i get a strong At and t signal here which is by the way jio usa partner. A ploe has been erected infront of my house in Sriram nagar colony, Kondapur, Hyderabad. It is blocking my parking space due to which there is high congestion of cars in the area. Kindly displace the pole to appropriate location so that it does not block my parking space....

I had recharge my mobile no. for annual of Rs. 2599/- before expire of my existing plan. That annual plan includes Jio services as well as Disney + Hotstar subscription. now my exiting plan expired and recharged plan activated but that not showing Disney + Hotstar membership.
I already complaint registered to jio team but they said that

Since one month, no one has come to pickup my jio fiber device and still am not getting refund rs. 2300 approx. from jio. If I call jio customer care, they asked me to avilable in home, if I am available in home also no has to come and pickup the device.
Sale personal, without informing me he has it installed the postpaid connection, that is the first problem. After that he is not picking my call.
Customer care also escalated...
