I have applied for jiofibre connection on 1st september 2020. Then jio representative came and scan my document and i made payment and everything i get the confirmation message"thank you for choosing jiofiber.
The order number for your jiofiber connection is no0000eyoacj". They told on next day my installation will be done on 2nd september but nobody came. Then i call he told on 3rd it will be done, like this on 3rd also nobody come....

Hello,

A pole has been erected by reliance in front of my plot, exactly in the centre. This was constructed without any permissions, i request you to relocate this pole as it hinders my construction plans by blocking the path for trucks and boring machines to go inside. I have 4 reliance jio sims which usually have poorest network in andheri west throughout the year. Despite of several complaints no one is bothered and why should any seller be bothered in india after recieving the payment. This point should be noticed by everyone which is very common in india.
Since lockdown from 22 march internet isnt working on all my 4 sims for which i have mailed at the mail ids and i get a computated message...

Hello,

I have done a wrong transaction by putting a last digit wrong. Please cancel the transaction. The number i wanted to recharge was [protected]. But by mistake i entered the number 4.

Please help. I am informing you as soon as possible. I did this recharge from payzapp so i contacted them but they told the amount was forwarded to the merchant so i am finally contacting you.

They are fooling customer by selling 4g services at 2g speed 0.2 mbps to 0.3 mbps is what I am getting on name of 4g where TRAI has set minimum 1 mbps for 4g and their customer care and even appellate denied to register the complaint of poor data speed despite several communications jio seems simply waste of money and time...

My internet data got exhausted without using that much.. It’s 2gb data and got exhausted just like that without using. This is happening for the 4th-5th time. For the last several days i am facing call drop, connectivity issues, slow network speed, voice problem, after few seconds voice disconnect on mobile. No body is bothered to resolve the issue despite of sending mail. Your complaint no 198 is useless and not working. I have done the recharge for Jio number though my JIO UPI Phone Pay money has been deducted from my bank account but recharge is not been yet. Refund my money.
