TRAI - Complaint against a cell tower in the middle of houses.

On behalf of the residents of Kherwadi, as an apprehension to the life of residents living in hazardous situation, we are compelled to lodge a complaint regarding a Cell Tower in middle of residential area next to my house at a height of just 20 feet above ground.

Certain aspects we shall put forth for your kind reference:

1. As a general rule, Mobile Tower Station has to be installed at least 150-300 meters...

Alloted someone else number to me

I am getting a lot of wrong number Calls on my jio number .So I just want to know that if this number was previously allotted to another customer? Because I am also receiving his /her personal bank details as well as calls.
receiving someones else bank details may lead to a big crime . I am frustrated with calls and answering them that it is a wrong no. . Please help me with this.

Jio doesn't care about someone's privacy....

Regarding Refund on wrong recharge

This is Visvanath P. I have been using jio sim around 4 years. I have mistakenly recharged my jio number [protected] to ₹1208(Date:07.03.2021 time:19.30). I have called jio customer care and requested to revoke my recharge(Service Request number SR00001486RY).Jio customer care did not refund or change the plan When I asked to revoke my recharge.
They told me that they do not have right to cancel my order....

Fraud job / offer letter

Worst customer service

I took jio fiber plan. It is a trial plan which started on 8th dec 2020 and after one day only router blinking with red light. I complaint in jio customer care and they gave me yesterday 4-6pm time but till now no call or confirmation received. Today I again called customer service and the executive told me that technical executive will visit home on 16th Dec. IS THIS A JOKE. I am working from home. I tried using my Jio number after a gap of 4-5 months and also did a recharge which went through successfully. I was not getting the Jio signal and later when I visited the Jio store I was told my number has been re-issued to someone without keeping me informed. Jio fiber services

I am using Jio fiber services and facing multiple problems with its set top box. I tried to reach out them multiple times but their automated chats either tell to watch a video do various steps but I am not getting any solution, infact I tried yesterday also but at last they said they will connect me to their support guys but I never got connected to them neither yesterday or ever in the history....

Internet data getting consumed without actual use

My mobile no. [protected]: using it for last 3/4 years with internet dat on regular basis

I have taken jio internet plan of rs599 providing 2gb data every day which is said to be reset at night. Since last 2 days my allotted data is getting consumed in the without actual use. I contacted complaint call centre at 1991 which was giving only prerecorded guidance on its own, ultimately making me to go for a top up plan of rs555...

Installation not done of jio fiber

I have applied for jiofibre connection on 1st september 2020. Then jio representative came and scan my document and i made payment and everything i get the confirmation message"thank you for choosing jiofiber.
The order number for your jiofiber connection is no0000eyoacj". They told on next day my installation will be done on 2nd september but nobody came. Then i call he told on 3rd it will be done, like this on 3rd also nobody come....

Payment successful but recharge not done

worst network

I have 4 reliance jio sims which usually have poorest network in andheri west throughout the year. Despite of several complaints no one is bothered and why should any seller be bothered in india after recieving the payment. This point should be noticed by everyone which is very common in india.
Since lockdown from 22 march internet isnt working on all my 4 sims for which i have mailed at the mail ids and i get a computated message...
