Sir I tried to recharge my number [protected] but mistakenly Recharged this number[protected] with ₹149
Then I tried Gpay customer care he said we not able to cancel . Then he said ask jio to cancel this transaction. I tried Jio customer care But Jio customer care person Said I'm not able to cancel because that transaction success
I request please cancel that transaction and refund my amount

    I have a JioFiber connection at my home that stopped working on the evening of 18th August 2023, on 19th August I lodged a complaint regarding the same and was told that the issue would be resolved in 24 hours. however, it's now been 5 days and the issue is still not resolved, nor do I have a proper update on the situation.

        Jio Fiber - Put a Pole in front of my house in Sreevaraham, Trivandrum

        I am residing at SKRA - 110, TC 42/1478, Sreevaraham, Trivandrum. Jio-Fiber has put a pole for their cable in front of my house without my permission. This causes disruption for my house modification. I request you to kindly arrange to register my complaint with JIO and kindly remove the post or adjust aside immediately....

        I was using a 4G jio Sim card in a 4G Router, I did a reacharge of ₹2999, and Jio without my consent without any notification convert my Sim into 5G and it stopped working on any 4G devices. It's not working on JioFi nor on any 4G router.
        5G network is not available in my area. That sim card has become useless for me. ₹2, 999 recharge waste. And Jio is not willing to do anything. They just raised a complaint to provide me 5G network as soon as possible. Please help I'm very frustrated

            Dear sir i am submitting this complaint against jio because of their recharge reminding auto tone while making phone calls. It takes more than 15 seconds of the customer. Not only that it activates even before the three days of the end of package. This is disgusting. Please save our time and privacy.

              Hi team,

              This is regarding the jio fiber connection I took in delhi with the promise made by Jio fiber sales person and area head that u will get 1 month free i[censored] get 3 month plan with us.
              The 4th month will be completely free u won’t be charged for the 4th month services.
              However we got charged we paid the bill.we chased the area head as he sent that person at out place to inform us about the plans and services, but result was 0 they both never turned up apart from it I complaint in jio customer care as well however no result.
              This is something they sold the plan for three month by making false promises to us.
              It was actually a SCAM
              It was really disturbing for us the moment we paid for the 4th month as we disconnected the airtel plan juat because of jio name.
              We were not aware that it was juat a scam or the sales person used that promo code for his own use. The complain was also send to jio customer care on 25th feb however no response or resolution received.
              I have attached the complaint with connection details.
              Area manager name is ravi -[protected] and sales person name is Narendra -[protected]

              Please do the needfull.
              I am really disappointed with their services

                My house is far 1.8 km from jio tower in this condition they are unable to provide the proper internet. When they have user they should provide Good connectivity.

                  Enable my disconnected number for reverification process

                  Jio care told there is no time limit for completing sim reverification process.until reverify the sim will retain in your name under suspended status.
                  I believed and within a week the sim got disconnected.Now the same jio care saying it got disconnected we can't do anything.
                  Please enable my disconnected Mobile number so that I can do my re-verification process....

                    I mistakenly while paying for recharge for my Jio number, entered a wrong digit and recharge has been successful for wrong number at 26 July 2023 at 2:56pm.

                    I want to refund my money.

                        My plan is 150 mbps and I’ve been receiving the speed 15-20 mbps for one week. After many calls to the Jio customer care and service managers & heads, it was finally resolved. The issue was of low power from the back end, then to the box installed in my building, and thus my router was not getting enough power.

                        Not a week has passed since the above mentioned issue got resolved, I am again back to the same issue. Today, on 16th July’23 between 5:30~6:00 PM, I heard few guys working at the box installed in my building, they might be installing a new connection, or some other maintenance. As soon as they left, I noticed sudden drop in the speed, 15-20 mbps instead of 150 mbps.
                        Called the service manager Shailesh Tripathi, he answered my phone on 5th call. He took it very casually, saying someone might be doing something, I’ll get it checked. But there is no response from him even after one hour. This is unacceptable that they are providing me 15 mbps speed and charging for 150 mbps.
                        I want Jio to:
                        1) Fix this speed issue, permanently, immediately.
                        2) Return me the money for the days I was provided lower speed than my subscription.

                        I posted on linked in as well, but there was neither any response from Jio, nor they improved. Thus, I’m writing the complaint in this forum, they might hear the customer’s concern.

                            There is no network or signal in our village. We do have approximately 250 to 300 connections but still we don't get to use JIO network. We also have people working from home but due to network issues people have to migrate to near by locations to work. It would be great if this issue is fixed as it helps hundreds of people to use the services and especially IT people working from home.

                              Hi I have not received my salary for the month of February and March-2023. As per my H.R information there is problem with my bank IFSC and they have asked to change other bank, as per their instructions I have changed my bank account which my salary will be credited in the month of march. From march onwards I am getting reply from H.R team like will be credited or we will check but till now there is no response and I have raised many mails to my manager, H.R team, Still it is of no use. Finally I am reaching you at least you can help in this. Please Please help me out I have made Debts in the month of march and February to pay my bills and EMI's. It's almost 4months now not received my salary people from whom I took for interest they are coming to my house and harassing me to pay which I took. Please help me. I have attached mail snaps for your reference, still there are many mails to share but due to some issues not sharing.

                                My jio number is [protected].
                                I did recharge for the above jio number on 29/6/2023 for Rs.181/- which is a data pack.It showed that recharge was not successful and that any amount debited will be credited in account in 5-6 days. Hence, after some time since it was urgent I again did recharge on the same day for Rs.181/-.This time it came as recharge successful but the pack data of 30GB was rot reflected fi0 my number.Internet is not working for that number even after recharge. Please either make the pack active or refund my amount.Also, my amount for the first recharge is yet to be credited back to me.Thier customer care is computer automated and is not helping me with this issue.

                                  I have Jio-Fiber connection in my home few months ago, after that I am request to disconnected my fiber connection in customer care ant they disconnected my fiber connection and return back to there devices but cabile conection which is laying from ther joint box to my house which is intack. . Now I require a jiofiber conection farther i requested jio they told me that they i must pay for instalation charges again, though the cabile is not change the connect old cabile, they not provided any new devices but they charges farther installation charges. It is big fraud.
