Sir, I booked jio mobile phone on 31.01.2018 but by mistake the last digit was tuped wrong. Phone booked on [protected]. My mobile number is [protected]. Kindly helo me what to do. I tried to contact the person with mobile no.[protected] but he did not helped me. I called jio customer care but also did not helped me. I request you to help me to get my money or the jio mobile device

    I tried to recharge my jio number of rs. 399 in upi payment and the amount got debited from my account but not recharged, either i need the refund or recharge done, my mob no is [protected]
    The recharge was done to [protected]@icici and the date of transaction is 25 jan 2018 and [protected]@icici is a worst address were recharge always fails and i ask jio to cancel upi payment for recharge on its website or resolve the issue

        I am sandeep मेने दिनांक 29/01/2018 को आपकी साईट jio.com quick pay से मेरे jio के मोबाइल नंबर [protected] पर 399का रिचार्ज किया था उस समय मेरे अकाउंट से रुपये की कटोती हो गई और मेरे नंबर पर रिचार्ज हुआ नहीं जब मे jio.com quick pay से रिचार्ज कर रहा था तो lastमे opesnal दिये कि आप रिचार्ज debit card credit card, jiomony, paytm, upi मे से किसी से कर सकते हो तब मेने upi से करना चाहा तो मेरे upi account नंबर पर एक request आई थी जो [protected]@icici से आई 399की तो मेने उसे pay कर दी तब मेरे account न.[protected] से रुपये की कटौती हो गई और रिचार्ज हूआ नही है उसकी txn.           मेरे पास एक साल पहले भी एक जिओ नो था घर के पास ही टावर था पर अच्छा नेटवर्क नही आता था मेने जिओ केअर पे कंप्लेंट की मगर कुछ सुधार नही हुआ। तो मैने सिम बंद करवा दी ओर वोडाफोन ले ली। यहां घर के आस पास सेकड़ो लोग जिओ काम मे चाह कर पी नही ले पा रहे है क्योंकि नेटवर्क नही रहता नेट रोते रोते चलता है बाकी सभी कंपनियों की सिम धड़ाधड़ चलती है जबकि सबसे पास हमारे जिओ का टॉवर है।

          अब मुझे आफिस दैनिक भास्कर से फिर जिओ की पोस्ट पेड सिम [protected] मिल गयी है क्योंकि उन्होंने पूरे भारत मे कर्मचारियों को ये सिम्स दी गई। पर फिर से वही रोना में एक फोटो जॉर्नलिस्ट हु मुझे फोटोज भास्कर के सॉफ्टवेयर से अपलोड करनी पड़ती है जो जिओ से करने में मुझे पसीने छूट जाते है।
          अगर मुझे आपाने कुछ दिनों में अच्छी नेट स्पीड नही दी तो मुझे फिर से जिओ नो दूसरी कंपनी में पार्ट करवानी पड़ेगी।
          नेट अगर अच्छा हो जाये तो मेरे सेकड़ो पड़ोसी जिओ सिम ले भी लेंगे।

            Very shameful to say that even after recharge of my jio mobile no [protected] i am unable to make a single call nor received any call from last 10 days. When anyone dail my above jio no that it respond as the no. You are calling is unreachable or switched of. Please resolve the issue immediately otherwise i will raise recharge amount demand from jio telecom. Issue also informed to consumer care executive but yet not attended

            I hav done jio recharge of 399 rupees on 24th january at 6:30pm and the amount is deducted from my account through tez application and the transaction is completed but the recharge is not done yet.. Kindly refund the deducted amount in my account

              I purchased new jio phone as a gift to my mom on 30 th of january 2018 but unfortunately in the very next day it was damaged showing the error

              "warning : oem key verify failed!!!
              Warning : ssystem will reboot right now!!!"

              But its not rebooting and got freezed, i tried after replacing the battery showing the same error mentioned above and also its not booting up.

              I request you to take action immediately or a refund must be initiated, this is the first time i am unsatisfied by jio's service and requested you to take the step immediately to repair or refund.

              Consider the complaint at its priority for resolving.

              I bought this phone in a December month 2017 after 2 to 3-month the phone turned off automatically I have just tried many times to switch on but it just showing the symbol of jio other than it not working at all until..now I wish to know the reason for this

                I am using Jio Network . This internet speed is too slow, my work is mostly in online but my jio internet speed is disgusting. I think this network is good but this is very bad network .
                Otherwise I all ready complaint in jio app[protected] time is 04:16 . But my problem not sorted .

                Please my problem solve .Properly provide good service

                  My jio data is decreasing very fast without using that much. When I on my jio WiFi in the morning I just use for 20/25min, in that time my 1Gb gets over. Its very frustrating and annoying . I use only WhatsApp for message only without any downloading and stuff still it's happening. Plz help me fast.
                  I am attaching my usage details also... At a time how can I use 400/500MB, I don't watched videos nor I downloaded any application...

I have not used Jio No. [protected] for any purpose after April 2017. At Present, I am not using said Jio No.If at all it is in service, please close and block Jio No. [protected]. Therefore you are requested that please forward details of expenditure against Jio No. [protected]. Till the time, I am unable to pay dues. Thanks for your good co-operation.

                    Jio UPI payment Successful but recharge not done
                    I have recharged 349 via my jio App. I have used UPI as payment mode. The payment was successful to [protected]@icici for 349 rupees but no recharge was not done. When I tried to call JIO customer care they are telling it has been declined, but my bank is saying that it has been successfully paid to the UPI address. Please help on this .Mobile no [protected]

                      Please check as all the jio user at Gigaspace IT Park Viman nagar Pune are unable to access internet.
                      As I already log a service request at jio portal Your customer care executive ask me to wait for 90 days to resolve the issue.

                      As we already recharge for 3 months we can't wait for the given TAT So request you to check on priority else refund our reachrge amount .

                            I terminated my jio postpaid no a couple of months ago but again a bill was generated. I tried going online and to the store for payment and was unable to process my request as the number is not available anymore. Customer care is unable to help me. I finally got a demand notice too for payment. I wrote to their collection team but they bluntly said i need to pay via cheque. But to whom and where? No details mentioned. I have lost peace of mind to pay a meagre amount. It's really torture.

                              Hi team,

                              I have taken [protected] jio number to use it in jiofi device last year and used for 1 month and not used it for few months. Again i recharged with rs.399 plan to the same number [protected] on jan 27th 2018 but could not access net from the jiofi device. I went to reliance store to find out the problem and learnt that sim is expired and it will not work. I called jio customer care many times to cancel the recharge and revert my money but there was no use. Request to help on this and revert my money to my account as it was done through net banking. Jio team should not allow recharge for the expired sim which is wrong and cheating the customer.

                                I am a regular user and retailer of reliance jio. But from 15 days it is not working properly..Its speed is low as compared to 2g network.I have complained so many times. But my problem is not yet resolved.So pls help me to give a proper internet service or refund my recharge amount..That i recharged 2 weeks ago.jio company representatives takes only complaint but not solved..again and again i give complaint but not yet solved..so pls take a action for this.

                                  There is absolutely no signal for jio customers in and around kanchanjunga building, anushakti nagar, barc colony, mumbai 400 094.

                                  It is requested that reliance jio service provider should take necessary actions to solve the mobile connectivity issues on the specific region by providing tower or improving the signal strength.

                                    According to the plan 399, I am subjected to receive 1 GB data per day. But for the two days (24 &25 of January 2018), I received message early morning at 6.15am, stating that I consumed 1GB data, which is not true. Therefore, I complaint that I want my Data back or take action against the company.
