I rupender dagar booked my jio phone (India ka smartphone) on 25-august-2017.
I have not received any phone yet it is over two months now.[protected]
And even after numerous mails to [protected]@jio.com, to cancel my order.
They have not cancelled my order and are saying that it will take some more time to deliver my phone.
I want to cancel my order but they are not cancelling my order at all.
Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I think you people joined hand and go to consumer court against Jio phone booking and reliance. They are chasing people

    Sony tv ke sath muje router free me aya he, 18.10.2017 ko plan start karvaya tha lekin ab tak koi plan start nahi hua he, apke jio office me bat ki he lekin vaha se bhi khuchh nahi ho araha he. Or custmor care me bhi bat ki he lekin vo log bhi kuchh sahi answer nahi de rahe. Or me paresan ho gaya hu. Within 1 hour me pls mera start karva dijiye. Jio office or custmer care vale ek dusre se bat karne ko keh rahe he lekin ko bhi plan start nahi karva raha he.

      My number is [protected]. I was a postpaid customer and migrated to prepaid. While inquiring about security deposit refund during migration from postpaid to prepaid, it was stated that security deposit will be send as cheque to the communication address. But no cheque received so far. I wrote a mail to [protected]@jio.com regarding the issue. But no proper response.

      Let me know when will i receive back security deposit 400.

      The customer support informed that refund will be send as cheque to mailing address within 60 days from transfer of postpaid to prepaid. But it has gone beyond 60 days. The transfer of postpaid to prepaid happened on 17-Aug-2017. Security deposit refund not received yet.

        Dear team,
        I had pre booked jio phone in 25.08.2017 through net banking reference no. Fv0000035brw. According to company during that time, they had informed that they will start distributing phone by 24th of september and finish distribution by diwali.
        I tried mailing them 3 times but every time customer care people are telling that "soon i will get sms once my phone is ready for delivery"
        I didn't get any receipt for this even in my account. Or phone. There is now voucher visible in my account through with i have booked my phone.
        When i m asking for refund or to tell exact date for delivery, they are not responding on this.
        I want to have my refund back but there is no information available on company's website nor i m getting any positive reply from customer care. I m looking forward for some action to be taken for this, as there are many such customer like me who are still waiting for any updates from company.

          I have pre-booked my jio phone, unit of 1 on august 24 2017 via paytm.
          On number [protected], then i transferred it to another no i. E to [protected] via my jio app.
          After ordering there was no order id but there was a transaction id.
          For two months i have continuously calling jio customer care number for my delivery status of my phone but they are saying please wait.
          I don’t know what is the issue, but i am not recieved my phone yet. Its already 2 months past but still i am waiting

            Sir maine 24 aug ko 2 jio phone book kiya ta usme sirf ek hi show kar raha hai leken paisa dono ka deduct hua hai compnywalo se puchne se koi jawab nahi mila. Aur mere phone ka delivery diwi tak denge bola ta joki abi tak nahi hua. Roj bolte hai aaj apka dukan ka address mil jayega jo abi tak mila nahi. Bolte hai delivery chalu hogya apko jald se jald milega leken lagbag dus din hogya inka jald abi tak nahi aya. So plz help me if its possible i want money refund. Thx

              महोदय मैं 24 अगस्त 2017 को जियोफोन बुक किया था। जियोफोन बुक करते समय 500 रुपए दीये और जियोफोन मिल जाने पर 1000 रुपए देने थे।जियोफोन अभी तक मिला नहीं और इन लोगो की नेटवर्क सर्विस पहले से काफी ज्यादा खराब हो गया है तो मैं जियोफोन कैंसिल करने और रुपए वापस के लिए प्रार्थना किया, लेकिन रिलायंस जियो टीम मेरा जियोफोन कैंसिल नहीं कर रहे है।जबकि बुक करते समय ऐसा कोई टर्म एंड कंडीशन नही था कि जो जियोफोन बुक करेगा उसका जियोफोन कैंसिल नहीं हो सकता। यदि ऐसा कुछ टर्म एंड कंडीशन होता तो मैं जियोफोन बुक नही करता।कृपया मेरी सहायता करें।

              My 4G network on my jiofi is not working properly it is worst than 2G
              its download speed is just 20 kbps & according to ookla net speed is just 0.12mbps please jio resolve it.

                I am a existing customer of jio since 2 and haft month. Due to some reason my jio sim got damaged, i called the cc for the assistant, they guide me to visit nearest jio store, as per my suitable time, visited 3 time at jio store at chakala near gurudhwara.
                They used to say there is a problem connecting server. It's a worst support i am getting from jio mukesh bhai.

                Kindly provide me sim card else refund my unused day price and closed my connection.

                  In the last couple of weeks i have moved to hi-tech city ilabs centre. Here the jio has very poor signals and i am unable to use my jio network. Most of my colleagues have changed and stared using airtel and idea, due to this signal problem. Kindly resolve the issue and provide the good signals network asap.

                  I was totally disappointed with the service provided by the jio. It was providing good offers but its signal and boosters problem need to be solved.

                      Sir,
                      I booked my jio phone on 25th august but i did not received any messages stating jio phone delivery and the store details even after completing of 2 months. They even said that the delivery will be on diwali date. I even call jio customer care in this regard and received none response from them.
                      So please kindly regard my complaint and solve it quickly.

                        Jst within 5min of calling only the phone is having heat.

                        Even it is not functioning the voice option.

                          my data plan is not deduct properly. my all data deduct from 999 plan
                          not use 509 plan so my 509 plan wasting.

                          so please help me i want to 1st deduct 1 gb from 399 plan and then 2nd 2gb from 509 plan and then 3rd 60 gb from 999 plan

                          please do it.

                          if not possible so please cancel my 509 paln. i will find new operator.

                              On 13.10.2017 i received a message to pick jio phone from my nearest jio store located at shop no.43 ground floor, high way plaza, eldeco udyan-2, raebareli road, lucknow. Since then i have visited that store more than eleven times but always received a reply that mobile is not available.
                              2. Yesterday on 24.10.2017 i visited that store at 8.30 p. M. It was told that staff has left at 7.00 p. M. And i was asked to come on 25.10.2017 after 11.30 a. M. When i visited store at 13.00 hrs again it was told that mobile not available.
                              3. It is requested you pl. To inform me date and time to pick jio mobile to avoid unnecessary inconvenience.
