[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — Money deducted but recharge unsuccessful | |||
I tried ₹99 Jio recharge on 31st March 2017, money got deducted from bank but recharge page got hung after that and I didn't receive Jio prime membership or money refund. I am trying Jio live chat since then but no one is responding. I tried ₹399 (84 days Validity) Jio recharge on 1st July 2018, money got deducted from bank but recharge page got hung after that and I didn't receive Jio deta offer or money refund. I am trying Jio live chat since then but no one is responding.
