Since 2 days again this month its not even able to make a single call this is 2nd time this month and total of 30 days service closed for 7 days

Please refund for this month and trai please ensure you don't allow such careless operators to take advance for customers as they don't provide services after taking advance

Jio please improve service or initiate refund of balance amount asap

I ordered Jio phone through website. But I have not received any sms confirmation from JIO. I have paid 500 rs though UPI bar code scan. UPI transaction id :[protected].

Sir,
I pre-booked the Jio phone yesterday using my debit card. Money got deducted from my account, but no confirmation has been received from Jio. Please do the needful. I'll give my details when you demand.

Money was deducted from my bank account and displayed that Transaction was failed while buying the jio mobile.Kindly refund the money at the earliest possible.

Mera balance deducted ho gya but phone book nahi hua time: 19:12 pm me
2nd time book hua or fir balance Dobara charge hua time 22.30pm
