    Every evening my jio sim provide very poor connectivity i can't send even a single message on any social platform or can't any single online work inspire of high data. We pay for service but if this condition remain everyday then what. Is their any responsibility or not for customer service. If they failed to provide good connection they should return my money.
    Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have renewed my plan which was expiring on 10th Feb 18. Money deducted but not updated in myjio account. Address urgently.

    I received my what's up number messages for lottery offer and missed call number was [protected] I could not receive the call .offers 25 lacs ...
    I am not able to send message from my mobile number ([protected]) to 1900 to port out from Jio. Its getting Sending failed again n again. Even not able to call to 198 call not getting connected and network disconnecting very feequently. Somebody please help.

      I have registered multiple complaint related to the inhouse network coverage in my office as well as in my house, but no action taken. even after 3 months of complaint and customer care team confirmed that they resolved the issued, there is no change in issue. I am not able to receive call or make call. Neither able to access internet.

        I've gone to jio store for restart my jio which i had used 1 year ago [protected]. So they activate my no. And provide me new sim. Than after an hour when i used the sim in mobile at that time network came but sim is not active no voice and data are active. So i thought it is because i don't recharge my number thats why calls and data services are not active than next day in early morning i recharged with 99 rs for prime membership and 98 rs jio plan by my jio app so there was not any message notification came of that your recharge is successfull and also my calls and data services. So i called the customer care i talked to their supervisor so they advice me to replace the sim. So i just simply replace the sim. And after the replacement when again than i just started the phone by inserting the sim first few minutes network came and than gone than i again called the customer service and again replace the sim and again that problem occured and this is 3rd time and again i called the supervisor and i also told him to talk to the jio store service provider of my location because they are aware of my problem so he talked to him and than i asked him for my refund so he say that it would not be possible our network team will look for that problem so simply i just want my refund and i never want to connect with such fraud service provider please help me out here and provide my refund.

        An illegal Reliance 4G tower is being constructed in Scheme No 78 Indore . It is in a residential area with many houses and a school nearby . Pls stop immediately .         For the last few days we are suffering from very low speed of internet in Reliance Jio. Net velocity app showing the download speed 0.01Mbps and upload speed of 0.00 Mbps for most of the time. I have informed the company five times but the problem remains.

          Sir i made wrong recharge through online. Insted of my number ([protected]) i mistekenly pressed wrong number ([protected]) amount rs.198. Immediatley i was called to jio customer care and told that i made wrong recharge through tranction id. Br0000r2jc5y kindly cancel my wrong recharge and refund my amount. But supervisior said that there is no provision for refund. But all telecom operators are giving refund in this issues. But jio telecom not giving refund. Please kindly solve my problem

          Jio internet speed is very slow in the area of ranchi like tiwari street and I was complaint to jio customer more than 10 times but any solution can not taken by jio There provide the very bad service

          Mistake happened when I choose recharge 49 instead of 99.
          Now 49 is for Jio phone and I don't have that phone.

          Team i made recharge through online on JIO.com/ Quick recharge, for the amount of rupees 251, Amount got credited from bank got the msg from bank. But didn't get single msg from Reliance JIO. I am using postpaid account, I paid the outstanding amount of rupee 30 that got msg, I can see it from my account, for the recharge for Rs.30, Same day same instance I did recharge for 251 not activated. I complained this with JIO same day they requested for Reference of Transaction ID, I share the same with Jio customer care, They took 48 hours and rejected saying the reference number was wrong. I got again reference number from bank again, still they not able to help me on this transaction. Need assistance on this complaint.
          Sir I made recharge through online twice on 21.09.2018 for the amount of Rs.449/- & Rs. 449/- to my mobile no. through transaction nos.[protected] &[protected]. But I got the recharge of Rs. only 449 instead of Rs.898/-. Kindly solve the above issue.

            I have purchased jio m2 black (Wifi device) with jio volte sim card no [protected] on[protected]. At that time i also paid a sum of rs 999/- in advance under jio dhan dhana dhan offer (Copy of payment invoice attached).
            Under this scheme for i was eligible for 5 data booster. S packs (Rs.201 top up x 5 vouchers total worth rs 1005) on subsequent 5 recharge of rs.149/- & above.
            Till date i have made 3 recharges of rs. 149 and still i have not been given any 3 data boosters as per scheme by jio infocom.

            I have complained to jio customer care and jio appellate tens of times in last 3 months but not able to short out my problem. I felt cheated that after advance payment of rs. 999 jio infocomm in not giving me 5 data booster packs and also not refunding my advance amount of rs. 999.

              I have taken a data connection no — [protected], initially as prepaid and later got it converted to post paid. I have paid one bill too on line. Now for the last one week i, m being pestered to recharge or the services will be discontinued. Finally outgoing facility stands discontinued and data speed reduced.
              What s happening... Baffled??? Please resolve it or else advise, me to discontinue jio connection.

                  I choose the jio network and recharge with 398. But i do not get proper service from jio. All the time jio network is too slow thats not usable. When i call to jio customar, they told me that they have to take 60 days to solve this problem. After 60 days the problem is restart, now jio telecom service tell me they have to take above 90 days too, i think jio is fraud with us.
                  So, i request to trai, please give a step against reliance jio service.

                      Muze pahle jio ka sms aaya ki aap apna suspended sim 149 ke aage recharge karke chalu kar sakte hai to maine 31/01/2018 ko mere suspended jio no ka 399+99 prime member ka recharge unki official website se kiya lekin meri network services jio walo ne shuru nahi ki. Maine unke call center ko call kiya to unka rply tha ki aapki area me jio ka network problem hai aur vo problem 90 days me resolve hoga aur unhone muze sahi responce nahi diya aur mera recharge refund bhi nahi ho sakta aisa laga to meri complaint ye hai ki mere jaise kitne customer logoko jio wale lutate hoge..

                        I am a jio mobile subscriber ([protected]) in the plan 499. The plan says 1 gb per day and unlimited calls and 100 sms per day.
                        Since 22/23 january onward, my daily data of 1gb are being consumed without my knowledge. Infact, there was a consumption of 600mb/700mb, in the early morning 5:40 when i was sleeping and was not using my phone or hotspot.
                        I have called the customer care, all they say is i am using. When i asked let me know which sites i vsisitd that consumed so much data. They say they have no record.
                        I have all updates in system disables. Changed my hotspot password to safeguard data theft. There is no relief.
                        Instead of helping me sort out the issue, the jio customer care (198) simply refused to take complaint.

                        They are not simply interested to listening to issue. Let alone solve.

                        In fact i mailed my screenshot of history of browsing, phone, recorded voice of customer care person not accepting complaint.

                        They are not even responding. All they are saying is its technical issue from my end.

                        This is nothing but a clear cheating and the compay not even ready to listen customer issues.
                        In the name of 1gb, they are offering 100-200 mb per day.

                        Attached is the myjio consumption app screenshot.
                        I fact, right now i received a sms that i used 1gb data, time 1:22pm 3rd feb.

                        I have used my hotspot for 20 minutes to check my mail.

                        My sincere request is to look into the issue and help consumers.

                          Dear sir,

                          I got 3 sim card from jio 9 or 10 months ago. But i used only one simcard, other simcard missing, therefore i call to jio other 2 simcard. And they also block.

                          But then i purchase jio 1500 phone, and collect simcard mob [protected], this number which blocked my me few month ago.

                          Reliance jio store give this simcard and also tower & signal also i get and all ok. Recharge thru upi also done, but jio said they didnt get it and since last 8 days upi said they deliver the amt and sbi also said amt reach to jio and jio said transaction was failed.

                          Last 8 days my time consumed and no jio person solve my problem

                            Recharge was not successful but amount of Rs.349 was deducted from my account. Refund was not initiated yet.

                            I recharged my jio number [protected] for rs. 349 through JIO APP and payment done through bhim upi transaction.

                            My money was sent to [protected]@icici.. And recharge transaction was successful and my money deducted from my account through jio app @upi bhim baroda payment method but recharge was not happened

                            Kindly initiate the Refund.

                                Sir i recharge my jio postpaid number [protected] three time but recharge never success and balance deducted all three time so sir please return my balance.

                                First two recharge= 498₹ and 448₹ date 31 jan.
                                Second recharge= 498₹ date 2 feb.

                                Process of recharge that i have done mention below.

                                1. Open jio recharge in goole.
                                2. Edit jio number.
                                3. Click on explorers jio post paid plan.
                                4. Click on 2gb per day.
                                5. Click buy.
                                6. Option for pay like debit card, credit card, paytm.
                                7. Click on debit card.
                                8. Fill debit card detail like account number expire date with year. Then get otp registered mobile number i fill it and make payment but recharge not success.

                                So sir give my balance as soon as possible.

                                  I am very angry with jio because my out going service is discontinued because i make high no. Of outgoing calls but i can do this because i have paid for this and now you discontinued my service i want my service back now within 24 hours. I wasn't told anything about this in the beginning when i bought this sim then you made so many promises and now what you did. Give my service back or give my money back and i will close my sim card you did very bad. You wasn't supposed to do this.

                                    I had booked jio phone booking through mobile number [protected];amount of Rs 500 deducted but transaction failed. Called to customer care;they confirmed that amount will be refunded due to txn failed, initiate new txn for booking of jio phone. Then i had booked fresh bookimg through other number [protected] which was successful and i had taken jio phone through booking voucher of number [protected]. After 15 days when amount had not refunded, then call to customer care, they denied for refund. After that i had raised a complaint on www.pgportal.gov.in then i got 4-5 times call from jio manager[protected] that amount of Rs 500 will be refunded till 28th jan 2018. But right now i have not get any refund for same. So pls take action on Jio and provide me compensation to cheat and harrase me by jio. And also refund my amount of booking amount which is Rs 500 into my account. I don't need of two jio phones. This is jio fault.My contact number is [protected].

                                      I have purchased postpaid corporate connection after 4 months i did not receive d bill no sms suddenly my calls were barred. When i contacted customer care dey had no option to resolve my issues even to my disappointment my d arra RM also ignored my calls. I myself arrived a figure n made an payment n after 3 days d line got resumed but today suddenly my calls have been barred. I think i did a blunder mistake by getting JIO connection.

Kindly look into matter urgently. either deposit the amount in my mobile or the return the money at earliest. Your way of complain is also very difficult to understand. please make it simplified to user.
