My other no is [protected]
Not a single day i have a stable connection in my home (Ground floor).

I have my working setup on the 3rd floor of the same building. I'm getting satisfactory internet speed over there too. At least i can talk. And sometimes can download near by 1gb.
But in my home at the ground floor, the scenario is total change. The service just worst, i even cant talk on over jiofi sometimes.

I complained so many time to customer care but every time they told me that 'system upgradation chal raha hai..' i can't understand the science 6-8 months upgradation is on..!!! What kind of calibration is this??? I can understand the when jio was totally free, service may be down. But even after become paid and prime member/customer i'm suffering from this poor / worst connection issues.

​i am living in ashwanikumar road, the oldest, much populated and reputed part of surat city.​ but i can see only one tower is provided here for jio customers. But one of near by my area, i see 3 towers within very short distance. I mean, within below 1km, 3 towers is there on the same, straight and one road..!!!

Why this partiality??

Please provide good service that u want to give and we want to receive/ expect from mr. Ambaniji.

I am not only one who is suffering from this issue.
Please sort this out on priority basis."

I mailed this to [protected]@jio.com on 25 july 2017, and they assured to resolve the issue and install the new tower to my area withing 90 days. But even after 90 days, no improvements is there or no installment of new site also.
Please help...

    I booked jiophone at the time of booking on pincode 208017 and phone number [protected]. Now when i recieved the message that my phone is ready to pickup the jio store salesman says that the stock has not arrived yet. Although when asked with jio customer helpline they say that the jio phone stock has arrived and they are not giving the phone. No one is answering correctly. I am very unsatissfied with this type of careless and irressponsible behaviour. I will not refer jiophone to anyone now

      I am a service class and busy during daytime from 9am to 7pm. I have booked jio mobile with transaction id fv0000422dm and got message on[protected] from jio service to pick up the booked mobile from nearest store. I have approached thrice to store located at pin code -208020 but the store refused to deliver the booked mobile. Neither they assured me nor registered demand for delivery of mobile phone. Please guide how that mobile can be received smoothly from your nearest store so i can continue my job without any disturbance.

        I tried to make a call to one of my friend number as urgency matter. I cannot establish my call. I tried repeatedly nearly 40 times and frustrated. I was really worried when i am medical emergency how this network going to helps me. Fyi i live in coimbatore having proper network and called number is also available in proper network area. Mine is jio i tried to a mobile number that belongs to vodafone i guess and am not sure. But i contacted from other network and it's working fine.

          My jio phone not working from day1. Reliance digital refused to help. Jio service center also could not resolve problem due to repeated server issues. At least 15 rounds from buying till date but no result.
          Jio has repeated problems of server not working. People working in jio do not know when will it start working. Too many rounds in jio store and service center wastes lot of precious time for silly phone of rs 1500. They are not ready to refund for faulty products.
          Extremely worst customer care.

            I have paid 89, 000/- rupees for iphone x which was promised to be delivered and didnt happen.. I was told jio store will call me.. No one called.. When i went to store.. They said they have no idea.. When i asked them.. They were very rude.. They are not willing to deliver the phone.. Jio customer care is of no help.. They are saying same pre recorded messages..

              Dear sir

              My jio connection number is [protected] and jio phone booking transaction id is : transaction id is fv0000038q5z

              I waited for it for more than two months to deliver. At last i bought infinix phone for rs 8999/- four days back. I requested on customer care number to cancel the booking of today 3rd nov 2017 but jio executive told me this is against our policy. Today on 3rd nov 2017 i got a message that my jio phone could be picked up from your store. I again requested jio executive on phone that jio phone is now use less for me so please get its booking canceled and refund my money (Rs 500/-) or at least divert my money to recharge my connection. But he refused again citing the policy excuse.
              Now i request you to ask them to consider my request it in my favor as
              Taking so much time in delivery is not my fault. Hence i have right to cancel my booking. Jio cannot thrust this phone on me unilaterally.
              I have told them if you do not refund my money i will go to consumer forum and its court to get a redressal. I am a retired and senior citizen and jio cannot consume my money in this way. Pls reply to my request immediately.

                I have booked my jio phone my phone is ready to deliver i visit two time jhalawar rajasthan 326001 but there one time office is open time is around 5:50pm but staff tell me please come tomorrow. Next day i visit around 5:30pm again i disappointed because deliver officer is not there service is very poor. I am service class my office time is 10am to 5 pm should i take leave to receive my phone

                  Iam one of the reliance jio customer. This is very unfortunate. Very bad.. Reliance jio has cheated the people who are activated 399 plan i. E., exactly 84days of validity.. Already we are in running plan offer which is activated on 15thaug2017... Suddenly they sent expired messages without completing offer.. Now they had changed suddenly into 70 days of plan... Initially why they blame the customers?... Why they are step out from his words?.. Who is responsible for the customers money?.. Are they cheated? We need the clear answer to the customers.. It's a serious issue

                      K i took insurance of my laptop from times global insurance through their website mymobileinsurance.com
                      I paid rs.4320 for one year insurance plan for my laptop and got a policy document. When i took that plan i was assigned with a relationship manager mr. Arun kumar. He told me that on the event of theft or loss i will be paid 90% of my invoice value. Just 10 days back i lost my laptop in rajeev chowk metro station, new delhi.
                      I realised it i immediately file a complain and took a copy of it. I called customer care and was told me to email that complain copy, i was promised that i will get money in 3-5 working days but believe me it took then 25 days to settle my claim. Everytime i call them they say your case is still pending & claim management team is communicating to concern police station.
                      What the hack it was, i should get my money and they should do their stuff after that, y a customer is getting harassed. Finally after 25 days i was paid just rs.

                        Hi,
                        I did online (Through website) recharge for my reliance mobile number [protected] but i didnt get any confirmation from either by sms or update in the jio app. Later after waiting for 4 hours i recharged it using the app and i got the confirmation message that the recharge was successful, but when i checked my bank statement it shows the amount is debited twice. I called the customer care number for the refund of one time amount but they are giving vague answers saying the amount cannot be refunded. Can you do the needful please?

                          With reference to the subject cited above, i had pre booked jio phone on 22nd september 2017. Our distributor "digital xpress mini stores at dwarka flyover, block a, raj nagar i, palam colony, new delhi, delhi 110045 phone no.[protected]. I request him to take the aadhar copy for further contact but he refused take stating that the mobile is out of stock. However, the mobile was in stock and many people who booked after me received their mobile from the above shop. When i asked him about my booking he starting abusing me. I request you to take some stringent action against the dealer for misbehaving with me.

                            With reference to the subject cited above, i had pre booked jio phone on 22nd august 2017. Our distributor "digital xpress mini stores dhubri" take all those details including address and phone number for further contact, but they did not inform me neither take my booking. Although they contact many other customer and took booking from other. When i asked them about my booking problem they misbehave with me. I request them to help me and give me a solution but they didnot care about me and ignore me. I am very very shame for their behaviour and services they provide.

                            I got a sms and call for jio phone pickup. I went to the store. They mentioned that they don't have stock. But stock is available. When I asked the same in written, they shouted at me and try to threaten me.. I tried to contact their district head office.. No proper response
                            Last few days I'm facing very poor Internet speed problem.

                                Hello sir,
                                I m using Jio services from last 8 months and facing call intruption during calling to others network.

                                I thought this will be correct after some time. I raised so many complaints but each and every time they close the complaints with unjustified reason. Because in morning and night time ingot good connectivity of internal but in evening time the speed reduced to 20kbps maximum.

                                Last week I got my Jio phone. I thought that this issue will be resolve as now I have Jio sim.

                                I m living in Rajasthan and I kept my Jio phone with my family in Delhi.

                                Again the issue remain same m not able to talk to my family in Jio phone due to intruption in call.many times I tried...

                                I can't deoend on Jio... I gave to keep other sim card and using another sim card to call.

                                  I am hari shankar, residence of delhi. I booked 2 jio phones using [protected] on 24 aug on my area pin against which rs.1, 000/- has been deducted from my bank account. I received order msg and vouchers late in oct after so many follow up calls to jio care.
                                  Now, voucher is appearing non-transferrable with pin code - 400701 (Thane - maharashtra). I am calling, emailing jio care almost daily and they neither change pin code neither refunding money. What they suggest is to visit thane from delhi to collect phone.
                                  Please help me

                                      I am samir das, my jio no. Is [protected], i raised a request to cancel my jio connection in the month of oct, 17 & that time all the due amount was cleared. After 3 to 4 day my jio number suspended in oct, 17. But while i am checking my jio a/c in nov, 17 i can see that security money of rs. 400 is not adjusted with the billing. Also current month billing is on going. If any action not taken on this, i am mot liable to pay any amount further as i have already cancelled the connection. Also i will take proper legal action if required.
