I have recharge my jio sim from rs 399 and validity upto 16 jan 2018. All calls free and daily 1 gb data daily in this plan but from today i am not able to make any call. Today i am found one msg that i am missuse this plan but i am only make a call on my family or family members. When i talk to customer care they advice me to reacharge rs 149 for continue outgoing call. But in term and condition not any place this is not mention that i am not making unlimited call to our family and friends. So please help from this type of fraud promise given by company. Tomorrow on 27 november a customer support was calling on number and give me assurance that my out going plan will be access again but it is not truth. I make any on any number so please help me.

No any reply found by company .
i am recharge Rs 52 for 7 days outgoing call. So please take some action for my previous plan in which a have make unlimited outgoing call upto 6 jan 2018.
In this time period I am recharge 2 times Rs.21 & Rs.52 . This is penality given by me to the company .

    Hi i am from chennai. I am postpaid customer for reliance jio. I was holding two postpaid numbers in different mobiles. I lost one of the phone and i raised an email stating to deactivate the number permanently. It was in september and no usage has been done from the day onward i lost.

    I made a service request on 29th of october. It is almost one month have crossed and still the customer care people is not at all responding. I said repeatably to block my number permanently but still they are not making it happen.

    I am just paying 358 rs for three time for which i am not using the mobile number itself. Can anbody please look through this and please solve my problem at the earliest.

    My lost mobile number is [protected] and the service request number is sr00000f09le.

    The people who i am receiving mail from is below

    Usmah ansari, ayushi kothari, ajit gaikwad, hitesh singh, ashish mishra, pankaj meshram, shubham dubey, khilesh rajusth.

    My query is y i need to pay the bill for 3 months continuously which i am not using at all.

      My name is prakash rasania. Recently, i purchased a reliance jio card no. [protected]. Now i am rightful owner of this number. However, in whattsapp application, the dp profile shown is that of earlier owner of this number. I am a male & it is embarassing when my dp profile is shown as some lady. You are kindly requested to remove her photo from dp. I have already lodged phone telephonically over toll free number & i was given assurance that within 24 hours, it shall be removed, but even after 5 days, it is not removed. Please expedite this complaint.

        I have booked jio phone on 24-Aug-2017, amount has been deducted from my bank account. But the jio team has been refused, they told me they didn't get any amount, but when I contact with my bank they said to me they already transferred amount to the benificary.I have made a UPI transaction with ICICI bank.

          Hi i am naresh chandragiri, jiophone booked for mobile number [protected] through online, from the past 2 months i am getting messages like
          "congratulations!! Your jiophone booked for mobile number [protected] is now ready for pick-up. Please visit the nearest jio store by 30th november, along with your aadhar number or valid proof of address, along with this phone to collect your jiophone and activate your new jio connection. Tolocate nearest jio store"
          On behalf of this message i went to nearest (Reliance digital store madinaguda hyderabad, telangana) jio store and asked for jio phone they are saying stock is not available (I went more than 2 times) and they are saying we will prefer first who booked from our store i am not understanding 2 things here.

          1. Why messages and calls are coming for pickup mobiles from stores whether stock is not available in the stores?

          2. Why store people giving first preference to who ever booked from stores why not booked from online (In front of me store people handover the mobile to somebody i asked the store person mr. Immanuale he said sir stock is not available and we will give first preference to who ever booked from stores only)?

          And i need confirmation from jio please when i will get my jio phone and please send messages and call when if stock is available only.

          Just now I got a call from +91-[protected], and he saying He employee of Jio.

          and he is saying we will cancel your order and please book again and asking for Card number for cancel the booking(May be he is not employee of Jio, I think it is fraud call), So Jio People please confirm me about my order.
          BSNL incoming calls not received. Dialling from any BSNL landline or mobile getting check the number dialled error message, BSNL not pointing my JIO [protected] activated on 17.11.2017.

              We have been trying to get the Jio Phone prebooked by online transfer of INR 500/-. For the past three weeks the Jio Store in Indirapuram Ghaziabad have not been able to give. They have numerous excuses - Phone not in stock, come after two hour, we are busy, server is down etc. etc. What is the process to get refund back of the paid amount? Please reply to e-mail.                 We have bought a jio booster. And u all said that it would bee too fast and it can't send a single photo in what's app nor able to download anything. If we connect it to the laptop it takes atleast 15min to download only one song. And cant download a PDF of 437 pages it took 49min to download that PDF. The worst network I have seen is jio. And please increase u r signal. THANQ.

                        I had done my pre-booking of jio phone through vishnu traders bjs colony jodhpur rajasthan in the month of september but not yet received the phone.
                        Everyday from last 25 days i'm receiving a message and a phone call that my phone is ready for pickup from the above mentioned store, but when i went there he said that company has not delivered the phone and was unable to give satisfied reason.
                        I am facing problem, everyday i visit there and he says same reason.
                        I request you to quickly resolve the problem as fast as possible unless i will take a prompt action.

                            Dear sir,
                            We had prebooked Jio phone in August for the use of my mother and aunt. The reason we got it is it was advertised as free of charges for voice calls, and cost is only for sms and data.
                            Today 23-11-17 we got the phone using aadhar card and they said after getting this phone that we have to pay 153.. We bought it as a free voice calling option, for very few calls. We cannot pay 153 per month to use this phone, there is no sms or data used.
                            We want to return it immediately (we have not used it) for a refund, because this is not what we signed for.We are not going to use this phone.
                            If this is not resolved, we will approach the court in this issue, as my elderly parents have been tricked.They were only told after fingerprinting that have to keep paying every month. They use ohone only for enmergencies, that is they bought a free adveryised phone.

                            THe jio phone given to us is [protected]and [protected].Both the phones are unused and please let us know how to get a refund and return the phone.
                            Usually consumer courts will return things in the same or next day or if the company cheated you. In thus we were misinformed.

                              I have recharged my two jio numbers of Rs 399 with transaction ID BR0000GKNDO0 & BR0000GKNK4V through retailer Nikita Studio Kolar road Bhopal MP. The recharge on one of the number was failed but the amount was deducted from the account. On calling on JioCustomer Care, they said that the amount will be received within 4 to5 days. It has been more than 3 weeks but the amount has still not been received in the account according to the retailer. I am attaching a photo with the complaint. Kindly look into this matter and refund the amount.

                                My jio no is [protected].I had recharged my said no. by Rs.399/- on 22/09/2017. but I could not avail the services due to jio infocomm negligence.
                                I sent many mail to jio.com but they didnot show interest.
                                Hence i request you to interfere in the matter and refund me Rs. 399.00 as soon as possible.

                                When I went to nearest jio center (situated at Baba Prime building, behind Shreeram Petrol Pump, Ulhasnager-- 421004 Maharashtra) the dealer said me that, the Sim can not be replaced here because of it is of other state Sim.                                 In continuation of my email and your reply I would like to say few things.
                                I have followed all the instruction issued by your customer service. The sim is not active, not only in my hand set but also I tried in my friend's hand set even in that. Whereas my friend's SIM is active in my mobile. So it is very much clear that the problem is with SIM.
                                As I had bought the SIM in native place and my job is near Kalyan in Maharashtra. I can't go home town for sim replacement. You may understand the situation. I would request you to allot me either new SIM of same no. with the balance of my old SIM or any new no. with the balance of my old no.

                                Please ensure you carry Aadhaar card - for eKYC.

                                Due to device problem I could not use my jio no past 3 months approx. On 22.9.17 I consulted jio care to know my sim status. She told me, my said sim is in active position & suggested me to recharge Rs.399 to avail jio service. On the same day evening I recharged my no. But till date I am not able to access jio service bcz of my sim shows emergency service/call only. Plz help as soon as possible. My another no is [protected].Thanks

                                  I'm received 70 day validity instead of 84 days on recharge 399 (Diwali offer).
                                  I recharged my no on 17 oct 2017.
                                  Previous validity expired on 7 nov 2017 & than started new plan on 8th nov 2017
                                  It will be valid up to 31 jan 2018 but i received validity only 17 jan 2017. I has called to jio care (198) but no positive response.
                                  So sir please take a necessary action.

                                    Placed iphone x on 8th nov 2017 by paying ~90k (Oder id jef[protected]. You promised for the deliver of the product within 3-10 business day. Till now i have not received any call/message any kind or verbal and written communication regarding this. No help from your help line number as they asked me to wait till 22nd november 2017. Now they are not clear and asked me to go for refund process after holding my money for this many days and waited with patience.

                                    I have pre-booked the iphone x and later successfully placed the order on 8th november after by paying full money rs. 89000/- booking id - jef04163649

                                    You had promised that you would develiver in 3-10 business day. Till now i have not received any call/message any kind or verbal and written communication regarding this. I have tried to reach helpline but they have asked me to wait till 22nd nov 2017. Now, he is ready to return back the money without any regret. Please help me how to proceed further.

                                        I'm complaining slow speed in my area since from last February but the company is just taking my complaint and not resolving the issue. Now I complained again and they taken 60 more days to solve and I knew even they don't solve this time as well. The speed now is just 0.2mbps. This is ridiculous to use 4G in this speed. The outdoor speed is also very slow. Before 15 days back the outdoor speed is 10mbps but now it's 0.4mbps. They really not worried about my complaint. They just take complaint and let the days to go and won't solve the complaint. That's why I'm complaining here
