Purchased Mobile from our JIO mobile shop At Malkapur Dist Buldhana Maharashtra LYF handset having problem and submitted at your shop two times now they taken 2 months but still mobile not repair, so what is the issue and fist time submitted mobile having only hang problem then they given return mobile to me in switch off condition they told you may charge the mobile then operates but mobile couldn't start so plz look up the matter otherwise we may take action..this is for your kind information and necessary action
Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
At 18.30 hrs following jio users reached at this center for prime membership, other recharge & buying device but as per represtative of jio due to server failure. there are unable to process over recharge, prime membership, this is technical failure of jio. kindly booking to matter & resolve it.
I tried to recharge of plan rs 303 from website of jio company that is https://www.jio.com/. Money is deducted from my account but recharge is not done. Please refund the money.

    Hello,
    I want to raise a complaint about the fake data usage being recorded against my Jio number. I have been tracking my data usage from MyJio app as well as the data usage functionality in my mobile phone which does not match at all. Since past 3 4 days I have observed that there is data usage recorded against my number at 12:36am and 8:10am daily and the volume o[censored]sage is more than 200-250mbs. The fact is that I usually turn off my mobile data at night and the timestamps mentioned above in myJio app is when my mobile data was not even switched ON. Due to this issue I am getting a message everyday in the afternoon itself that I have exhausted the daily limit of 1GB 4G data. I don't understand how can I comsume the entire 1GB data when I just do normal whatsapp chatting and Facebook surfing. I have not even updated any apps nor softwares just to track if this is some issue. My auto updates are already turned off, background data is also off.
    The most important thing is how can Jio show data usage when the user has turned off his mobile data flag in his cellphone. This seems to be some kind fraud process and needs to be resolved as soon as possible.
    I have been experiencing this issue since 3 4 days consecutively post April 1st, 2017. I have already registered complaint by calling Jio Customer Care but their executives are not able to resolve the issue. If the issue is not resolved I'll have to quit Jio and move on to other service providers in the market.

    i have the same problem.

    on 18th September 2017,
    timings from 16.16.02 to 19.12.47 total usage in the given time frame is 2720.647 MB.
    timings from 19.13.27 to 20.37.18 total usage in the given time frame is 960.714 MB.

    the whole day we have consumed 920 MB.

    i have called to customer care, they told me to send a mail with screenshots and attachments to [protected]@jio.com.
    the customer care(199) & (198) is also useless.
    i have sent mail to [protected]@jio.com.
    but no reply.

    Jio is providing data with cheap cost as well as with cheating service with data.(showing more data usage).

    I am searching a way to complain to TRAI regarding this fraud.

      I am using Jio hotspot since November 2016, but on 4th April 2017 device not starting off so i have removed the battery & sim card and just inserted once again.
      After that it was showing the error, "No SIM, Check Sim card". So i went to Jio store at Viman nagar, Pune on 05th April 2017 for checking the device/doggle, they told me to show it to Reliance Mart, Aundh. On the same day in the evening i went to Reliance Corporate IT park, Aundh, Pune. They have checked the device and told me that, Sim card slot having problem it's internal pins are damaged that's why it is showing error. I told them device is in warranty so you please repair or replace it but concern person told me that it is physical damage so we can't repair or replace it in free of cost. They told me to pay Rs. 1600/- to do the repairing of it.However device has not gone through any physical damage. It is internal damage to sim card slot so how it can comes under physical damage. It should be repaired or replaced at free of cost as it is within warranty. I have also called Jio customer care but they have responded properly.
      Request you to; help me out in this and take the necessary action on urgent basis.

        But the delair who provided this connection mr dixit [protected] saying he can activate connection and asked my voter i'd card.
        Now i have given my voter i'd, aadhar card
        Still it is not activated.

          I am Prasad from hyderabad, as Jio announced cashback offer for Prime member and jio recharge before 31 march 2017. i have tried to add money in "jio money" but transaction is failed (it taken longer time) and amount is deducted from my account i tried from my both bank accounts 100 Rs + 100 Rs = 200 Rs. i face the same problem for 2 times the problem is with jio money app or my jio app. i got pop message that the amount is refunded in 2 working days i have made call to jio customer care but no response from them just phone ringing also i have emailed but no response till now 6 days passed. i can give you transaction code if it is required now. dear jio refund my amount back as earliest.

                      Such a pathetic customer care service, there is such negativity, tarnishing the brand Reliance Jio, no process for cancellation, no refund.. so sorry, ..Got recharged on [protected], the non active number, no response if you try this number, actual number is [protected], they don't have any solution to this. Very rude customer service indeed, believe, must be paid well. Eventually they said someone will call, still waiting, it's a sheer waste of time, surely want refund of my money Rs 399 and would like to terminate my number immediately, Don't whether they have customer friendly cancellation process either, .. ..There is no validation process in UI and hardly any security feature in web site or mobile App, .. hardly any trigger to retort, .. very sad, so sorry for reputation of the esteemed brand Reliance Jio.                           My amount was deducted on 31st March 2017 at around 12 pm or so today is 4th april 2017 still the amount didn't showed up in my jio money wallet nor it is credited as recharge on my jio number [protected].

                          I almost waited for 96+ hours for my hard earned money to get back in to my account or get credited on my number I hope Team jio will do the needful as soon as possible on priority basis to avoid me filing a complain with fraudulent and cyber crime branch.

                          I complained to jio call center calling 198 they also not able to solve my issue KEPT asking me to wait for 24-48 hrs more n more.

                              Please refer to my complaint dated 02.02.2017 through jio customer care which is still not solved yet. I register a complaint regarding unable to make any call/recieve call (Incoming and outgoing) from/on my jio no. [protected]. I was told that it will take a long time and will be resolved by 28.02.2017 but it didnt solved, i contacted many times but they couldnt give me a suitable reply or solution and the same problem still persisting even after 2 months of my first complaint. Most of the time i got the reply that customer care executive try to contact me but could not reach me on my jio no. This is such a vague reply as i already complaint about all incoming/outgoing call issue.
                              Ironically they closed the complaint without any solution saying that since it is long pending, we have closed it. All other jio sims works properly in my hand set lg k7.

                                Hello,

                                Myself jatin chavan, i m a reliance jio user. I m using one of the app named jiomoney which is provided by the reliance jio company.

                                On 10th march, 2017 i performed a transaction of rs 123 on bookmyshow.com and i selected jiomoney as preferred payment option. During the transaction, money was debited from my bank account but the ticket on bookmyshow.com wasn't booked. I call bookmyshow team, they told me the payment is failed and i should contact jiomoney customer care for refund. I called jiomoney (And still calling) for the refund, and what i always get to hear is that "the refund will be initiated in 24 hours".

                                The complaint was raised on 16th march, 2017 and till today (4th april, 2017) i m getting the same reply that my refund will be initiated soon. I m really tired of calling these people, upon insisting to transfer the call the senior executive, they deny and give some reason that senior ain't available. Even after calling like around 10-15 times and emailing them the issue hasn't been solved yet.

                                Its a kind and sincere request from my side for you to look into this issue and solve it as soon as possible. I m really tired of calling them again and again and listening the same reasons/bs from them.

                                  Sir I had done Jio recharge of 303 from Jio money app through net banking from Indian overseas bank on 31 march 2017 at23:46:42
                                  But the transaction was failed and money deducted from my bank account and now 4 days are over n I didn't got my refund back neither my recharge done.

                                    I was adding money in jio money app. The amount 400 rupees has been deducted from my account but transaction get failed after that a message came showing money will return with in two days but still my money is not refunded . My transaction id is[protected] dated 31/03/2017 my mobile no is [protected].Please refund my money as much as early as possible.

                                    After i post complaint a fake call came on my phone and he deduct 4000 rs from my account

                                      after i recharge of prime 99 and 303 i am not getting proper speed of 4g in train traveling problem of net while using net middle middle the browsing get done speed pls re solve to my number

                                        Hi,

                                        The signal and internet speed of jio in my area is very weak. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible, because we pay for the jio services but we cannot utilize them efficiently because of poor network connection and slow internet speed.
