Regarding above cited subject I Nitin Kumar Sharma I have a handset Asus z00ld 4g mobile I had generated a code for purchase jio SIM but today I go to jio center jio service man tell me that my code is already used I till now can purchase any SIM so I don't know what can I do it is humbly requested that plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

    Only jio is cheated giving us 4g sim and speeed is wrost and in whole weak only 2 days working properly and after that a lot of complaints no network server down and many more problems pls thats only be a cheted company to making his customers not at all pls i[censored] real then givea us real thing otherwise shut it and take charges o[censored]r services ok others wise after three months all people destroyed your all sim if like this working then...

I buy reliance jio sim on August 18th 2016 till now my sim is not activated daily I'm going to jio store but they are not giving proper reply .event though they are not giving reply also my jio no:[protected] .I want to know exactly if my sim will activotes or not. Now I am not getting the old coupon code also . What can I do my alternative mobile no is :[protected] . Pls help me and give me response quickly

        I have very bad experience with jio customer care service. Call to 198 or 199 and wait for more than half an hour to talk to customer care executives.
        Second bad experience with downloading speed. I purchased the lyf mobile with jio sim in July. Very good speed in July and august.but from September 10 downloading speed is very poor.
        Hope jio people will look into this on priority to maintain their credibility.

          On commitment tht they will give unlimted data... I brought jio wifi device

          N with in 3 days my unlimted plan changed tooo 4 gb/ day after tht 150 kbps

          Means wat d hell actually happing

          No care support in chandrapur maharashtra

          I generated a coupon for sim in Lenevo A 7000 but on visit to store for sim i was informed that coupon is already redeemed

            Jio 4g nice name, although the speed goes upto10or 7mbps with a ping of 258 to 300. Cant even watch a youtube video in nt more thn 144p. Other pxls =hrs of buffering n abt online games what the hell am i suppose to do with 180plus ping with 10 pckt loss. Bt its fun though got an new ability coz o[censored]r latency haahAaa funny internet... Bt what got me in thinkin is that. Y the hell the sppeed test shows 10mbps n 5mbps dwnlad/upload when it cant evn run a video properly, r u guys foolin us or ur mkn it shows the speed u desiree..

                Using jio's wifi hotspot from one week, speed is so worst i experienced, its like an 2g data speed... Pls kindly sort out the problem, i spents 2, 000 on hotspot... Sales man promises me before selling tht there is no such problem of speed, if problem will continue as same of now, then pls refund my money nd take that device back.. I complaint on customer care number twice they tell me problem resolved in 48 hours but nothing changed yet, pls solve this issue or gave my money back

                  With due respect, i have a concern to regarding jiofi whatever you have promised i bought a your product with overwhelming response but when i am using jiofi the speed seems to be very pity means its speed somehow below 200 kbps. So as per your commitment i am not getting speed as well so if you not able to handle these issue so please kindly return my money (2899)

                    My jio sim number already allot like 15 days ago but till date your authorise dealer not take the sim. He say only false talk to me last 8-9 days tomarrow sim give me.                       I had bought reliance JIO with WIFI device and as per the offer they are providing unlimited bandwidth access.But after using for sometimes in a day the network really sucks.Speed will be 10kbps-20kbps in 4g network.
                      Reliance is giving false offer information to lure the customer and the fact is something else.
                      Total Useless service provider.I don't understand in reliance jio world what they mean by unlimited bandwidth access.

                        I take a Jio Sim on 9th September-16.First say me your ID proof is Out of State You Can not activate Immediatly.Its activate in 2 or 3 days But its not activated till 18th September when I ask in JIO center they say that it would be activate Immediatly But its Not activate Till 23th Sep.When I again ask to Jio Centre they say activation of No. is Closed We can not activate your No.while one another person which were a girl also submitted the Application form with my form Her Mobile No. is activated because of she is a girl.they all doing Partalty
                        While I getting the Order No-N0000009LA9E and also conform the enquiry .
                        They all doing peoples Harasment.

                          I having a problam of network conjunction and data conjunction. When I calling to some one then reply to me this route is busy please call after some time. And I tried many times but reply same and also net speed working very slow when I using the internet then site not open properly.                             I took a jio fi on end of last month by an offer o[censored]nlimited 4g. but now with in a month they changed their offer this is true cheating and they didn't keep their word. i think previous reliance is better than them. need a quick action against this action. you are a great business minded and cheater in india. now you started a new new category in network. worst peoples i have ever seen.

                              i received my sim through EKYC on 5th september 2016. after two days net started working. my jio mob no is [protected]. whenever i tried to call any number, it immed/iately connected to tele verification. They simply replied that, i will activated in 48 hrs. i patiently waited upto 17/09/2016.

                              I tried and it again connected with tele verification. i told my voice call activation problem. i asked to resolve the issue. I told them to register my complaint. They said that, they are not suppose to take complaint and he promised me to wait for 15 minutes. I received a call from Jio after 30 minutes, i explained my agony to that person and asked to register. They also given the complain registration no. SR000001G75B dtd:18/09/2016.
                              she told me that, sim will get activated in 48 hours.

                              After two days (20/09/2016), again i tried the call landed with tele verification. they told me that, your complaint was closed, since your sim got activated. then, i asked them, how can you close the complaint WITHOUT VERIFYING WITH THE CUSTOMER. She asked apologise and told me that, she has reopened the complaint. even after the four days the position remains the same. there is no voice call action'

                              Even today, i try any number, it will land up with tele verification and says
                              your complaint was closed. you please contact customer care service.

                              I tried many times, it just music is going on for several minutes and nobody there to respond.

                              THIS IS THE POOR STATUS OF JIO.

                              Hope, atfer seeing this message, they will sort out my problem. i am giving my alternate contact no.[protected].

                              Awaiting immediate action in this regard. Otherwise, i have no other way to break and throw away the JIO SIM.

                                This is to bring it to your notice that I have taken a new SIM from reliance digital since 5 days ago using my adhar card. But, My SIM is not yet activated. When I asked the customer care in reliance digital, they said that it will take only 2 days to activate. I have tried to call customer care number but the line is always busy and even if it got connected my call was holded for more than 1 hour and it got disconnected. So there is no eay to raise a complaint. I request to you, please activate the SIM at the earliest.

I was ready with the barcode it needed. but when I gave it to him he said that barcode is already redeemed. I have never used it nor showed it to anybody else. how can this be possible. I tried to ask your office representative and he said we are not trained to solve or know what this problem is.

                                    I request you the solution for this issue who has redeemed my coupon. I am sure, your latest system can easily find out that information.
