I want to state to you that ur international roming network coverage in the euorpe does not work. I came in switzerland on 08/05/2018 but your international romming was not working and i was surprised to get the massage from jio on 08/05/2018 at evening that my international romming talk time has been expired. So it very starange to receive an email that unlimited data is over.
Since, i did not got to use any data as i was never connected i would like to get a refund of my amount of rs.11001 as soon as possible.
Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I want to port from Jio to Vodafone but the SMS PORT [protected] is giving the messages as failed. Please help resolve the issue
Ashish sapkal service not received use of rude language and not even registered my compliant and told me that this facility is not available and was not even replying properly. This was regarding notice provided ro me on my no. [protected].
This is regarding not solving my issues and even not replying properly.

    I am getting very slow internet. I have complained many times but still no action is taken. Jio sucks. My location is assam medical college h lane dibrugarh. I dont recommend anyone to use jio. I am having this problem since 6months. The technical teams are of no use. They took the complained but have done nothing. The advisors behaviour are also very rough. They are actually fools. Infact all telecom providers in india suck.

    Network speed are very low of my JIO no[protected] last three days. Several time I complain to the Customer care & result is nil.They only assure me it will sort out their engineer very soon. Any last 3 days I am unable to use my data balance(4.5gb) lost.I lost my lot o[censored]rgent works.

      My jio number is [protected]. This number is registered with the name of abhishek kumar mishra.
      How can the employees give call details to another person without my permission. Please prevent you from giving my call details to any other person.
      He told that staff of jio office (Bokaro) sent email to provide my (Abhishek kumar mishra) call details without my permission.
      Please help me because blackmailing me with this details.

            I am a consumer of Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. and having Jio Sim No. [protected]. Since from the beginning, my said jio sim is not working. On contact or on complaint about the problem, I was advised by the customer care to Replace the same Sim with new one.
            To Replace the currant Sim with new one, I frequently visited to the Jio Service Shop, Jathar Peth, Akola (M.S.) Pin. 444005, but every times, the serviceman refused for Replace the Jio Sim by stating some reasons, i.e. non availability of Sim & non working of finger print machine etc.
            Therefore you are requested to issue orders to Replace the Sim No. [protected] and take suitable action against the concerned of Jio Service Shop, Akola (ms)

            I'm a consumer of reliance jio infocomm. I've purchased a new jio mobile phone for rs.1500/- all procedure was completed online and as per instructions, i've received a jio mobile phone on feb.08, 2018, through jio service shop, jathar peth, akola! (M. S.)
            My jio phone is having model no. F61f, imei no. [protected], rsn no. Rmpfzkdf0848837 & sim no. [protected], which is not working since evening. Only shows on screen as "jio digital life" again & again.
            Therefore it is requested to replace my jio phone with new one.

              Respected All,

              reliance tower was installed and Jio installed 4G devices on this tower without any agreement, tried to call Jio Manager and he is not listing us. Kindly suggest. as per Agreement with reliance we can ask for new agreement if any other service provider use the same tower. Jio 4G is the 3rd party till now.

                Jio has bugged me on data usage of [protected] as hardly on download of 1.2 gb they exhausted my limit of 2gb data even lost that incomplete download due to their poor services and their198 is almost useless no support or details on how the data is used and jio site is not showing the current usage this is simply bugging the customer. Their unfair practices made me decided not to use their services again.

                  I recharged my jio number with rs.498 before 3 weeks which includes prime membership, even though the service status is active at their end i cannot use the service because of no sufficient network in my area and they said this when i contacted customer support. I have contacted tens of times with the customer care and written many emails and sent direct messages on twitter regarding my service update and still, their answer is "your disappointment is highly understandable. Unfortunately, your location has not been adequately covered by jio network. Rest assured, your request has already been noted and will keep in mind while planning for any future network enhancements" and they are not ready to give back my money too. If they do not have network coverage then why do they have to take recharges and why do they have to issue new sims in my area?

                    I made a mobile recharge of rs. 399 on 19.4.2018 through sbi anywhere personal for jio no. [protected]. However, the recharge failed. But the refund of the amount is not credited back to my account as on date. Kindly expedite. Details are given below:-

                      I have recharged jio mobile numbers i. E. [protected] and [protected] of sapna rao with rs. 399/- respectively on 05 may 2018 through doha bank debit card at reliance retail ltd. Digit mumbai in at mulund. I haven't received any recharge confirmation message from jio. But i got sms from doha bank regarding deduction of money. I have attached the copies of doha bank sms. However, i have recharged mobile ([protected]) late in the evening on 05 may 2018 with rs. 399/- using axis bank net banking.

                      It is requested that necessary action be taken from your end towards reimbursement of rs. 399/- at the earliest.

                        I am a jio user..

                        The main issue is that the jio service is not satisfying in our region, { exact address - behind doordarshan kendra, defence colony, bareilly} several time we reported about this problem in jio care, but always the same ans we got from them that they are trying to resolve the problem.. It is continue since last 6 months...
                        But they are not providing us satisfactory results.. But also they are getting full payment through recharge from us..

                        Really they are just fooling the peoples.& provide 2g data speed in 4g data price..
                        Plz take some steps against them..

                            From the past 3-4 days the jio network speed has been slowed down very much and its been continuous from 3-4 days. I have a 4g recharge and i am not even getting the speed of 3g. 100kbps is not the speed you provide to a 4g user. I am telling if it continued in future too then i am afraid i will have to shift myself to another service provider. Please fix this issue. I shifted to jio bcoz i thought you guys provide very high speed to your customers but now i am very disappointed by your service provided. Please fix this or else i will shift and make my friends shift too. Thank you.

                              I have purchased out state sim in which fingerprint verification doesn’t reuires. After 6 months it’s showing another number to be verify and linked with my account which I never purchased. This is huge mistake from jio team they have allotted more sim to anyone on my adhaar. I have complained several times against this issue but still not solving this problem.

                                My Jio No. [protected] was due for recharge on 03 May 18. I have recharged this no. through mobile app MyJio for Rs. 399/- on 02 May 18 using MyJio voucher worth Rs. 50/-, remaining payment was made through SBI net Banking (Reference No. NSBI[protected]IGADLFLED9). Today i.e. on 04 May 18 Services for my Jio No. were restricted. Kindly restart services on priority.

                                  Today after a gap of two months i received a message that i used 100% data when i did not use it as i was attending court through out. I suspect somebody may use parallel no to my [protected]. I am fed up with the frequency of faulty messages. After my previous complaint there was no such problem arisen. Check and correct it. Today the net connection was also not available in our area.

                                    I recharged my jio number on 03/05/2018 through generate upi of bhim app"and i get the notification is in bhim app from"[protected]@icici " on which i made payment of rs.299 as i had applied the jio voucher of rs.50 on my jio app but i did not get any notification of recharge yet either no details of recharge in my jio app.

                                    Even i called in jio customer care and they replied that we don't have any information of recharge.

                                      Jio close my voice calls.. But maine kisi bhi business perpose ke liye voice call karo use nahi kiya hai. Iske prove ke liye mera call history dekh skate hai... Maine sirf 2-4 no pe hi call kiya hai.. Magar jio ne mera voice call band kar diya. Or maine complain kiya to kaha gya ki aapne commercial use kiya hai. Magar koi batai 2-4 no se kahin commercial use hota hai...
