I recharged my jio number with rs.498 before 3 weeks which includes prime membership, even though the service status is active at their end i cannot use the service because of no sufficient network in my area and they said this when i contacted customer support. I have contacted tens of times with the customer care and written many emails and sent direct messages on twitter regarding my service update and still, their answer is "your disappointment is highly understandable. Unfortunately, your location has not been adequately covered by jio network. Rest assured, your request has already been noted and will keep in mind while planning for any future network enhancements" and they are not ready to give back my money too. If they do not have network coverage then why do they have to take recharges and why do they have to issue new sims in my area?
