First the agent and his friend came to my home, various fake idea towards reliance life insurance policy told to my mom, and after that collect the money without any confirmation, this done just because of his talking that benefit from the policy and also get money back in account, and next day he was tell me that the amount which was mom paid to me should direct transfer in my account but he cant do that, he send me the confirmation call before that he told me when the confirmation call are coming then only answer the positive of their question and i will cancel that policy and give the money direct in your account. I do all the things which was he told me but the money was not transfer in my account and now also he told me that the confirmation call is our proof to your confirm reliance life insurance policy which was i have dont need. and they cant refund me the amount which was this time i have so much needful. their are so many agent minimum 16-17 who call me only for TDS charge and tax pay to reliance then the reliance give me the policy amount of mine that is 30, 000. they are call and each and every one says to pay 3200, 4200, 5200, etc., but i dont know who is the right agent of reliance to paid the amount. and also their are no reliance account they give me personal account that is Account Name :- BENAZEER USMANI, Account No :- [protected], IFSC Code :- SBIN0008902

so when I get my money back i have very much need of this
Thank you so much consumer complaint forum, because of this I get return back my money from reliance insurance policy and also after the long period of time the reliance insurance release my policy amount in my account directly, thank you reliance insurance policy but don't do this to any other policy holder just because of your brand.

      With reference to above subject I am Mr. SANJAY APPA JADHAV My police contract no.52402536, client I'd. 93462475 date. 13th October 2015. One person called me to open the reliance policies and told me that if I open reliance life insurance policy then I will get 12 lacs personal lone. The policy premium is 29, 999.47 Rs. Per annual. He had took my documents Pan Card, Adhaar Card, form 16, Bank statement, one cancelled check, one blank check, electricity bill, three months payment slip and my two photos. The documentsame were self attested by me. Documents had give to him on date. 15th October 2015. Name of person is SACHIN PATIL Mb. No. [protected]. This person cheat me regarding this. Now he did not respond me. Its kindly request to you that take the strict action regarding this and on that person in 2 days only otherwise I will do police complaint regard this on third day.If any wrong thing happen about my documents or missuse of my documents then your company is responsible for all the things happen. I have to cancel this policy because of this cheating with no deduction in premium amount.             Sir I have opted the policy in my sons namePLEASE ARRANGE TO DO THE NEEDFULL & HELP ME TO GET REFUND OF THE AMOUNT from reliance insurance co.ltd . I have all ready lodged a complaint with their costomerservice but they are not ready to accept the forgery done by them .I have submitted proof also to them Attested signatures of my son Somith Warrier.My son was not in India at all at issuance of policy. Bit i am sorry to say that they are not ready to accept the truth.

              I was misguided by the advisor from company and now I want to cancel this policy from Reliance life insurance. The policy number is 52444954. I made a complaint at their Harish Mukherjee street branch at Kolkata on 30th Nov'15. The complaint number is [protected]. They told me that it would be resolved in next 7 days. Today is 8th of the month and still it is not resolved. Pray to resolve the issue as early as possible.

                Respected Sir,

                Mr. Dharmesh Chokshi, (Designation – BSM code - 046752, work at Reliance Life Insurance office : B/104 & 105, Swaminarayan Avenue, Near AEC Cross Road, Naranpura, Ahmedabad – 380001, Gujarat.) of your Reliance Life Insurance came to our Residence in 2008.

                For Investment of and we Paid Rs. 10, 00, 000/- (Ten Lakhs Rupees) in 31 Dec. 2008 In Reliance Life Insurance Super Golden Year Plan. But for his Selfish motive on Promotion he made Single Premium mode Policy instead of Regular Premium mode.

                After Reading Policy Document, We Informed (Policy 15 days Free Look Period) him to Transfer Invesrment in Single Premium mode but given wrong and illegal information and Cheated us by making false procedures on our behalf on documents.


                Mr. Dharmesh Chokshi has not transferred (Policy 15 days Free Look Period) our investment on Single Premium mode by giving false promises rule etc. that way he spoiled our free look period by which loss of policy 4th year 10 % surrender charges which is huge amount of Rs. 10, 00, 000/- on our investment.

                In December 2011, we approached for complete withdrawal of our investment policy but Mr. Dharmesh Chokshi (Designation - ESM work at Reliance Life Insurance office : B/104 & 105, Swaminarayan Avenue, Near AEC Cross Road, Naranpura, Ahmedabad – 380001, Gujarat.) Informed us do not withdraw complete investment policy and informed to wait upto December 2012 with full interest on our investment but till date. We have not heard anything from Mr. Dharmesh Chokshi not from company in writing.

                We are surprised to know that our investment of Rs.10, 00, 000/- (Ten lakhs Rupees) Policy has been discontinued wef. December 2011 and wef December 2011 hence we request you to Consider Maximum Bank Interest rate wef. December 2011 to till date and send money back urgent with maximum Bank Interest rate on all policy fund value urgently.

                After Maturity of Investment Plan, It is mandatory of the compney to pay to the Customer a big Amount with maximum Bank Interest rate due to Negligence of duty of office.

                In view of above facts and circumstances, we request you to kindly pay investment amount on Single Premium mode policy with Dec 2011 to till date at maximum Bank Interest rate the earliest.

                Futher, due to false information, promotion etc of Mr. Dharmesh Chokshi, we suffered a great financial loss which may kindly be recovered from Mr. Dharmesh Chokshi and appropriation action may be taken.

                  Dear Sir, I am writing to to bring this issue in front of you. One of the Sales Executives named Mr. Rajeev Bhatia or Rajeev Saxena of Reliance Life Insurance contacted me and pitched for Loan against Reliance Fixed Saving Policy. T&C discussed was "The customer should give the 1st premium in advance for Loan" He sent a junior executive to collect the document. I handed over all the required documents along with the cheque of Rs. 30, 000/- dated 13th June 15 on 10th June 15. He was told it will take seven working days in processing. I eagerly waited for the response from his side. But Alas..!!! I did't get anything out of it. Ultimately one fine day he fortunately picked my call, I straighway told him to cancel the policy and refund the cheque immediately. He didn't responded. In the meanwhile my mother got sick and she was hospitalized. After six days of medication, she failed to respond to the medical practices... She died... I was so shattered, that time I could not go in nearest branch for cancel the policy But on 20th July, I given a request for cancellation this policy in Sec-16, Faridabad Branch. After 15 days I received a notice that this policy can't be cancelled. I called Mr Rajeev Bhatia and Rajeev Saxena and request to them for cancellation the policy, He told me that only he can only cancel the policy and he will do this only if I recharge his phone with Rs 2000/-. Many times I told him that plz cancel my policy but he was not doing anything. I am not able to pay premium in furture due to alot of money spent in hospital when my mother was hospitalize. I have already a debt of Rs 15 lacs and my income is not enough. Its a fraud case. So I humble request you to please take action and do the needful on urgent basis many time, I tried to contact to Mr Rajeev Bhatia or Rajeeb saxena But he was given his phone to another person and didn't give any response. I have some voice recording of Rajeev Bhatia and Rajeev Saxena and his contact no is given as below.                   Dear Sir/Ma'm I have received a call from Mr Shubham Agarwal(His Contact no is 8285650534). he told me that I have to pay of Rs 5200 and he will refund my policy amount. he send me a mail aginst this and send a form. Plz suggest me that it is ok or not. i also received 2 more call for this one of the person name is Mr Suresh Kamlay(His contact no is 8447590581). He told me that I have to send the doc and also send a chq of Rs 6541. and He will refund me a amount of Rs 46K (30, 000+Interest). SO I request you plz suggest me what should i do?? I have checked the status of this comaplaint. i am shocked to see this. there is showing it is resolved. but there is still pending. I have not get any solution. plz do the needful ASAP

                  I have received a call on daily basis. one of the person send Me a chq of Rs 3 lacs and told me that this chq is not activated at this time. until i pay Rs 15000. if I pay Rs 15000 then this chq will be activate and i can use this chq. plz suggest me

                  and today I again received a call and he told me that If i pay Rs 3138/-, I have received My amount of Rs30000. plz confirm me ASAP. i ma very irritate. plz suggest me what should i do

                    Hello My name is Tejaskumar Kamble. A two month ago I got call from Reliance Finance person name is Neha Sharma(mobile no +91-[protected]) & Vinay Tygi(Mobile no +91-[protected]) .They asked me are you looking personal loan I told yes because I was looking personal loan for my new home construction work . They told me that If I take reliance Guaranteed Money back policy then I will get loan 8 Lack with 2% interest against that policy from reliance finance for 15 year because policy time is 15 year & they will deduct final amount from my matured amount. It was good plan for me after some verification I have taken policy. My Policy No. is 5231894. Neha told me when Reliance Life Insurance call you for verification and ask you that have you got any offer for loan, credit card etc. then you have to say no and i am taking policy for tax saving so i did same. Then Neha told me when you will get policy document than we will start your loan process. I got my policy document on 7th Aug 2015 & confirmed to Neha. She told me I will start your process and you will get your amount within 4 days in between they have done many process with me like online loan form filling & telephonic verification also. She is in regular touch with me . I told her again & again that I need money for my home construction work & they were give me assurance that we can provide you amount on time. But after 15 days they make lots of excuse. Sometimes they told me your RTGS is canceled due to some technical problem. After 2 days they make excuse your file is in under process & it will take time. Then I told them your 25 sep is last day otherwise I will take action. On 25th of sep I continually tried to reach them but they was not picking my phone after trying two three hours Sapana pick my phone, she told me we are sending DD by speed post they had given me DD numbers and parcel number. I enquired in post for two days but there was no any parcel from the after that I called Neha she told me now DD is canceled and we are now giving you cheque of loan amount. But after that I am calling them repeatedly they Vinay Tyagi assured me they will cancel the policy and return money back to my account. I have to 15 working days and I didn’t get any message and confirmation. In between I continually tried to call this number but not get any response. I got a customer care number[protected]from theirs website. Sudely I call this number and ask all situations but they told me there is no any free gift or loan on this policy. They suggest me please send mail my head customer care department they will surly help you. I want to cancel my policy as I am in real need of money and do not want to continue. Hence as soon as I came to know I reported but still my 15 days are over and reliance life insurance is telling they will look into my case and see if I can cancel the policy or not. So please reliance insurance resolve my problem because I can't run policy due to financial issue. And even I had taken loan from other sources to pay the policy premium thinking that I will get loan, but now I am totally broke and God knows what will happen If reliance life insurance will not pay my money. I want justice. I had trusted due to big brand name of reliance. I am not sure if this is reliance trick to attract people and sell their policies. If this is true then it’s not the way to play with people’s money and emotions. If you are not involved in such type of activities then I need justice and am ready to help with all the information of that active group. So please help me as I don't want this policy and I want refund of my Rs.54000/- amount . Note:-Here I am mentioning all number from where I got call. +[protected].

                      Hello Team, My name is Ujjwal kumar. Four month ago I got call from Reliance Finance person name is Ritu Agarwal (mobile no +91-[protected] & +91-[protected]), Sachin Sharma(mobile no +91-[protected]) & Abinash(+91-[protected]) .They asked me are you looking personal loan I told yes because I was looking personal loan for my previous debt & business purpose. They told me that If I take reliance Guaranteed Money back policy then I will get loan 15 Lack with 4.9% interest against that policy from reliance finance. He told if you will spend Rs.99999for policy premium so reliance finance will provide you Rs.15 lac loan at 4.9% Interest for 15 year because policy time is 15 year & they will deduct final amount from my matured amount. It was good plan for me after some verification I have taken policy. My Policy No. is 52272152. Ritu told me when Reliance Life Insurance call you for verification and ask you that have you got any offer for loan, credit card etc. then you have to say no and i am taking policy for tax saving so i did same. Then Ritu told me when you will get policy document than we will start your loan process. I got my policy document on july 2015 & confirmed to Ritu. She told me I will start your process and you will get your amount within 40 days in between they have done many process with me like online loan form filling & telephonic verification also. She is in regular touch with me . I told her again & again that I need money for return debt & they were give me assurance that we can provide you amount on time. But after 40 days they make lots of excuse. Sometimes they told me your guarantor verification is pending then I give him two guarantor number(Abhijeet([protected]) & Basant([protected])You can verify from him) they called him & take my details after 10 days they make excuse your file is in under process & it will take time. Then I told them your 25 sep is last day otherwise I will take action. On 25th of sep I continually tried to reach them but they was not picking my phone after trying two three hours one person pick my phone his name is Nisahnt choudhary, he told me there is no process for loan against policy, I was socked then he told me will arrange call for your policy cancellation after 10 mints I got call from [protected] person name is Manisha. She ask me some question and assure me your police will be cancel within 15 working days and you will get money on your account. I have to 15 working days and I didn’t get any message and confirmation. In between I continually tried to call this number but not get any response. Before 10 days I got a message from RLICOL and in this message customer care number[protected].Sudely I call this number and ask all situation. They suggest me please send mail my head customer care department they will surly help you. I want to cancel my policy as I am in real need of money and do not want to continue. Hence as soon as I came to know I reported but still my 15 days are over and reliance life insurance is telling they will look into my case and see if I can cancel the policy or not. So please reliance insurance resolve my problem because I can't run policy due to financial issue. And even I had taken loan from other sources to pay the policy premium thinking that I will get loan, but now I am totally broke and God knows what will happen If reliance life insurance will not pay my money. I want justice. I had trusted due to big brand name of reliance. I am not sure if this is reliance trick to attract people and sell their policies. If this is true then it’s not the way to play with people’s money and emotions. If you are not involved in such type of activities then I need justice and am ready to help with all the information of that active group.                         Dear Sir, We are you’re a valuable customer till date for Tata motors I Purchased 8 Tata vehicles (sumo, indica, indigo) in last few years and I booked 2 no’s of Tata sumo victa last week at the same time I am a customer of Tata Finance. But now I got unsatisfied service by your Concorde motors staffs. I purchased one Tata sumo gold in January 2014 in the name of MB Travels bearing no.TN12B2001 & Chassis No: MAT446248D9K21277. The above mentioned vehicle has been certainly fired in bonnet portion of vehicle on 08.09.2015 and 2:00pm at Avadi Chennai the local fire station peoples came and stop the fire but unfortunately the hole portion of the bonnet of the vehicle has been fired the same day I informed to the Concorde motors and your referred Insurance Policy company Reliance insurance. And I got the FIR from the local police and Fire station report and RTO report and submitted the relevant documents to the Concorde motors and Reliance Insurance. Reliance insurance surveyor came and surveys the vehicle and took the vehicle to Concorde motors. But till date we can’t able get any solution from the Concorde motors and reliance insurance they are kept my vehicle for last 1 month .Finally they are decide to total loss the vehicle. And I like to intimate it is a 1 year old vehicle. Sir I am not a well background person we are coming from the bottom.                           I got call from Delhi.This person introduce herself as name ... and calling from Reliance Life Insurance company.She told me about interest free loan against Reliance Money Multiplier plan.After conversation with her she transfer The call to her senior mr vishal mehta.He is telling me he is senior manager of Reliance life Insurance/loan dept.He told me same Thing and convinced me fully on it.

                          By several follow up with these people They convinced me to get 10 times of loan of insurance value at 0% interest for ten years. IE-if i will paid 50000 Then RLIC company will give Rs 500000 for 10 years wiTh 0% interest and benefit of insurance policy will go to RLIC.These people had all so send me a Reliance brochure where They are writing "RELIANCE MULTIPLIER PLAN-GET LOAN WITHIN 45 DAYS WITH 0% INTEREST'

                          first it sounds good to ear and any one will attract to it.so i was decided to invest i lac of rupees and take loan of 1000000 for ten years with 0% interest so That i had filled a application form and gave required cq of 1 lac to Reliance collection boy.

                          i just want the same thing that its a fraud calls..so be alert, be active..

                            After posting my complaint yesterday, I had received one call from [protected] and he is saying I am calling Anurag Arora from Delhi from Reliance Life Insurance office. Then he told me please go your near ATM machine with your ATM card which is nearest at your location right now and call me from there, after that I will give you one code and I will advise you how you can operate your ATM and after this you have received your fund which is your Bonus for last four years and you have not received due to wrong Bank account details given by you to the Reliance Life Insurance. I reply this person right now I am not able to do this and I will call you tomorrow.

                            Today I was called this number [protected] and I told him please right down my bank accounts details and you can transfer my money in my account. After this, he is starting abusing me on phone.

                            My request is this kindly checks first this number and also he is working in your organization.

                            If yes than how is talking and if No then how he is getting our complaints.

                            VERY VERY POOR EXPERIENCE WITH YOU RELIANCE LIFE INSURANCE AND I WILL NEVER GO WITH YOUR COMPANY IN FUTURE AND ALSO NOT ADVISE TO OTHERS DUE TO THIS BAD EXPERIENCE.

                                  Transcript given below which was given to Reliance Customer Care on 4th August 2015 I was looking for a loan and accordingly I was checking ICICI loan calculator. On 10th of June I was contacted for loan fulfilment subject to I go with Insurance policy. I was looking for a loan of Rs. 3L for my daughters admission. The solution that was provided to me by Mr. Rahul Mishra – [protected] with complete explanation to go with Policy with 30K annual premium, 15 Years Payment Term. The Plan is Gauranteed Moneyback Plan 15/20. I was explained that after taking this policy in 35 days, I will get the loan transferred to my Account. The loan is @ 3% Interest Rate and it will be deducted on Policy Maturity and balance money will be paid back with all benefit. Also I was told that for the first three years, agent commission Rs. 9K will also be given to me as a credit. On agreement to go with Policy, I was told that during confirmation, do not talk about loan disbursal. I completed the formality of going ahead with Insurance Policy by issuing a cheque of 30K, 2 Photo, PAN Card Copy, Resi Proof, Canc Cheque, Copy of Aadhar Card. Next day after completing the insurance documentation process, I got a call from Mr. Nitin Jain giving me the Loan Application Number BIR 0526262 and his mobile number [protected]. As both Rahul & Nitin were speaking same language, I understood both are from same department. I got the policy document in few days later and also I got a call from Nitin from landline, saying that my loan amount will be credited to my bank account directly on 29th July. I tried to contact him again on 29th on cell number and in return I got a call from landline, saying that it has already gone for process and I should get credit through NEFT before end of day 30th July. Nothing happened and there after I tried contacting him over cell phone but no one picks up the call. Landline through which I was receiving calls are probably meant for only out going call from their end. I would like to understand what has happened and how your policy division is involved in this type of activities.

                                    Iam attaching the same letter which i had forwarded to Reliance Company. This is to bring to your notice that your people are miss- selling the policy by giving wrong information about the product to customers . I Deepa Naik ( Shetkar) had received a call from Reliance marketing person Mrs. Shashi from Delhi on 11th of October’09, saying that Reliance has introduced a new plan called “ Reliance Super Assurance Systematic Plan” and she also told me this plan is available till 25th of Feb’10 further she told me that in this plan if you invest Rs. 10000/- annually for 3yrs, you can stop paying further premium but you won’t be able to withdraw the money after 3 yrs but you can withdraw after 5 yrs and your money will be around 75000/- to 80000/- minimum and it might increase also, and this is the first time Reliance has introduced such plan and if you miss the opportunity you will never get it back, after listening to this also I said no I am not interested, but then every day she started calling me but every time I use to ignore her call and continuously for 10 to 12 days she called me and then finally I said ok I will invest in this and she also told me if you want to know something more about this product you can speak to our .Vinayak sir - Mumbai Brach office, he will explain you in better way. Very next day Mr. Vinayak called me up, and he also told me the same thing about the product. He also said our person from Reliance office - Goa will come and collect your document. ( such as PAN Card, Cheque Of Rs. 10000/-, Birth certificate Xerox, and he will get one form just fill it and give it to him then he will register and send it to me. Next day Mr. Hitendra Sawant one of the Relationship Manager o[censored]NICON Investment Solutions from Panaji Branch, collected my documents & I filled one Form and gave my Cheque bearing no726047 of Bank of Maharashtra dtd 26.02.2010, Copy of Birth Certificate and PAN Card Xerox. which was later forwarded to Mumbai Reliance office. After 25 days when I did not receive my document I started calling Mrs Shashi, but every time Mrs Shashi use to tell me - I have already spoken to Vinayak sir he said he will send it. Every day I use to call Mrs. shashi and every day same answer I use to get. Then I started calling up Mr. Vinayak from Mumbai head office he use to also give all rubbish answers, and when all his rubbish answers finished he gave me number of Mr, Virendra Verma ( Marketing Manager) I started calling up this new fellow, he also started giving me all rubbish answers like your document has been already sent to Goa, I waited for 15-20 days. again when I called him he said that our courier fellow had miss- placed it & now he found it and very soon he will be couriering it to you, and within 5to 6 days you will receive your document. Again for 10 days I waited and I called Mr. Virendra every time he use to give me reasons such as ( I am on leave, I am out of station, I am in train etc etc) then finally I got fed- up with this person and told him to give my Policy no, that also he refused to give, then I told him if you are not giving the policy no. I will go to Consumer Forum, and very next day he SMS me one policy number, 16498610. With this number I went to Near-by Reliance office on the basis of same Policy number they gave me the computerized copy of around 12 pgs, I went through the papers and I got shock because what was mentioned on that was all wrong information such as 20 yrs term, 20000/- annual premium, my scanned signature at 3 places, Mobile bill on my name bearing no.[protected] when I never used reliance no. ( in short fraud documents). I again went to Reliance office and I told them the same thing they also got surprised seeing the fraud documents, because in other language this is called as “ FRAUD” done by Reliance company and they are also working for the same company, they told me to immediately make a letter to customer care. And because of that by keeping faith in you I am making this letter. As I have already lost faith in Reliance Company. After suffering from this I am no more interested in making any further premium, I kindly request you to refund my money back this is a humble request from me, this 10000/- can be small amount for Mr. VInayak, Mr, VIrendra and Mrs, Shashi but for people like me its big amount, And I also request you to take action against Mr. Vinayak, who is making all fraud document by putting scanned signature, Mr, VIrendra Verma and Mrs, Shashi who is giving wrong information about the product, so that they should not put any other person in trouble.
