Iam attaching the same letter which i had forwarded to Reliance Company. This is to bring to your notice that your people are miss- selling the policy by giving wrong information about the product to customers . I Deepa Naik ( Shetkar) had received a call from Reliance marketing person Mrs. Shashi from Delhi on 11th of October’09, saying that Reliance has introduced a new plan called “ Reliance Super Assurance Systematic Plan” and she also told me this plan is available till 25th of Feb’10 further she told me that in this plan if you invest Rs. 10000/- annually for 3yrs, you can stop paying further premium but you won’t be able to withdraw the money after 3 yrs but you can withdraw after 5 yrs and your money will be around 75000/- to 80000/- minimum and it might increase also, and this is the first time Reliance has introduced such plan and if you miss the opportunity you will never get it back, after listening to this also I said no I am not interested, but then every day she started calling me but every time I use to ignore her call and continuously for 10 to 12 days she called me and then finally I said ok I will invest in this and she also told me if you want to know something more about this product you can speak to our .Vinayak sir - Mumbai Brach office, he will explain you in better way. Very next day Mr. Vinayak called me up, and he also told me the same thing about the product. He also said our person from Reliance office - Goa will come and collect your document. ( such as PAN Card, Cheque Of Rs. 10000/-, Birth certificate Xerox, and he will get one form just fill it and give it to him then he will register and send it to me. Next day Mr. Hitendra Sawant one of the Relationship Manager o[censored]NICON Investment Solutions from Panaji Branch, collected my documents & I filled one Form and gave my Cheque bearing no726047 of Bank of Maharashtra dtd 26.02.2010, Copy of Birth Certificate and PAN Card Xerox. which was later forwarded to Mumbai Reliance office. After 25 days when I did not receive my document I started calling Mrs Shashi, but every time Mrs Shashi use to tell me - I have already spoken to Vinayak sir he said he will send it. Every day I use to call Mrs. shashi and every day same answer I use to get. Then I started calling up Mr. Vinayak from Mumbai head office he use to also give all rubbish answers, and when all his rubbish answers finished he gave me number of Mr, Virendra Verma ( Marketing Manager) I started calling up this new fellow, he also started giving me all rubbish answers like your document has been already sent to Goa, I waited for 15-20 days. again when I called him he said that our courier fellow had miss- placed it & now he found it and very soon he will be couriering it to you, and within 5to 6 days you will receive your document. Again for 10 days I waited and I called Mr. Virendra every time he use to give me reasons such as ( I am on leave, I am out of station, I am in train etc etc) then finally I got fed- up with this person and told him to give my Policy no, that also he refused to give, then I told him if you are not giving the policy no. I will go to Consumer Forum, and very next day he SMS me one policy number, 16498610. With this number I went to Near-by Reliance office on the basis of same Policy number they gave me the computerized copy of around 12 pgs, I went through the papers and I got shock because what was mentioned on that was all wrong information such as 20 yrs term, 20000/- annual premium, my scanned signature at 3 places, Mobile bill on my name bearing no.[protected] when I never used reliance no. ( in short fraud documents). I again went to Reliance office and I told them the same thing they also got surprised seeing the fraud documents, because in other language this is called as “ FRAUD” done by Reliance company and they are also working for the same company, they told me to immediately make a letter to customer care. And because of that by keeping faith in you I am making this letter. As I have already lost faith in Reliance Company. After suffering from this I am no more interested in making any further premium, I kindly request you to refund my money back this is a humble request from me, this 10000/- can be small amount for Mr. VInayak, Mr, VIrendra and Mrs, Shashi but for people like me its big amount, And I also request you to take action against Mr. Vinayak, who is making all fraud document by putting scanned signature, Mr, VIrendra Verma and Mrs, Shashi who is giving wrong information about the product, so that they should not put any other person in trouble.     Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a Reliance Insurance policy Contract no – 52152213, Client ID – 90943359, Date – 31st March 2015.I wanted to cancel the mentioned policy, as it was miss led by your executive. I received a call from Archana from Reliance capital (Number from which i received the call [protected] (Archana) on last week of March 2015 stating that we are offering 3lakh loan at the rate of 3% per annual. But for that you have to buy reliance life money guarantee plan. I brought the policy. They clearly said do not mention you have been offer any loan on this insurance. I agreed on it and I paid 39000 through Cheque. They said the loan period will be of 4 years. We will be taking advance interest of 1 year which is Rs.9000 and EMI will be for Rs.2, 70, 000 as I have already paid 39000 for policy. From 2nd year your EMI will start. They said it will take 30days for disbursement of the loan. After 20 days Archana called me up ( with his senior Gautam ( [protected] ) saying there is a change in loan policy. As per financial year 2014-15 there is a change, I have to open a HSBC account of Rs.3 lac to get the disbursement as Reliance have tie-up with HSBC and the disbursement is done from HSBC.Since they are offering a loan from Reliance Capital, they are giving a 50%. So I said how can a person pay 1.5 lac when he himself is asking for a loan. Then they said If you cant open a Bank account you have to pay TDS, so that we can disburse the payment. It is Rs. 42500.They shared a NEFT details in the name of WE Care Syndicate Kanpur Branch (Ac no – [protected], ISFC Code - SYNB0008744).They said you have to do NEFT to this account. Cheque will take time for clearance, so you have to do NEFT.Mrs Gautam said Once you pay TDS we will disburse the amount in 8 days.I somehow managed Rs.42500 and transferred to the said account. But after receiving the money in the said account they said they are couriering the loan papers but from past 10 days no response from them. They are not picking up my call. I tried calling from another no, a lady picked up. She sounded like Archana, but she is like I m not Archana. On Monday I received a call from HSBC Bangalore Branch ( [protected] ) stating that He has received a file of account opening.Once the account opening is done they will disburse the loan amount.I said I cant pay for account opening, so please cancel it and pay what ever I paid in this whole process.Rs 39000 for Insurance and Rs.42500 of TDS.I received call from Gautam he said it will take 3 months for the refund.I asked him were is the office, so i can contact him personally.He said he sits in Reliance Capita, Taramandal Complex, 3rd floor, Lakdikapool, Hyderabad. In Aug 1st week I got a call from Ruchi ([protected]) stating she is calling from Reliance Capital cancellation department.She said If I wish to cancel the order I have to pay Rs 46500, so that they can process the cancellation.I paid the amount through NEFT in the said We Care account.After paying the cancellation fees, I got a call from HSBC Bangalore Branch Ashok Jain ([protected]) stating I have to pay Rs.75000 for Account opening, then only they will transfer the whole amount which i have paid till now.I said I wont be able to pay.He said on his behalf he will pay 30000 and I should pay 45000.I some home paid the amount i a new account as they said (Secure enterprises, Bank of Maharashtra - A/c no - [protected], IFSC - MAHB0000365 ). After paying the 45000 on Aug 19, they said they will dispatch the ATM card in the next 72 hours.After receiving the amount, they are not receiving the calls.I recorded all the conversation i had in last few days which i can present. I went through the net and searched there are so many people already in this kind off fraud. KIndly please help me in recovering my money ( 39000 + 42500 + 46500 + 45000 ). Hope to get some resolution. I am available @ [protected]

        Reliance life insurance policies - applying the same modus apprendy as aegon religare -

        Ist policy no[protected] clt id no[protected] dated[protected] mr pravin s[protected] from perfect advisory - adv code[protected] came to my house & convinced me for one time payment of rs. - 50, 000 - to get benifit -
        A - pension after 12 months
        B - you will be getting health insurance cashless card of 5 lacs
        C - will get bonus also

        He has taken my one photo, my wife"s one photo, wife copy of p a n card, taken two signature each & a cheque of rs. 50, 000 - my wife is a - house - wife doing no business.


        Iind policy dated[protected] clt id no[protected] policy holder my wife vishakha vilas gavde - proposer - self

        A person from noida, delhi of india infoline insurance brokers ltd - agent bkr code - 2144307 came to my house & convinced my wife to pay for rs 25000 - only for one time to receive: -
        Early pension amt of rs 25. 000 - per month

        He has taken signature at four places of my wife, a cheque of rs 25, 000 & a copy of telephone bill only

        The information of income has been put wrong as - business - retalor having income of rs. - 3, 00, 000 - !!!???

        This planned & systematic fraud is possible only under the active eyes & wishes of the company managements & directors.

        Top of it the details from aegon religare have been used to manipulate in the next reliance life insurance & idbi federal insurance policies.

        So all these insurance companies" management is actively misuse, in co - ordination, use the details & proofs submitted by the customers & their by increasing their business.

        I request aii the concerned / interested person to help me recovering back my only savings of life.

          Required For a Loan, But Some one informed me That at first you do Life insurance and then get a Loan but i have done RLIC (reliance life insurance co.) police for Rs30, 000.(Thirty thousand) only Yearly Premium.I Have given cheque for a premium in the name of Reliance life insurance co.ltd..But till date have not get any Loan and any policy bond.My Client ID is 90103923. Policy No.52027722. Application No.D8589292. Policy Name Reliance Guaranted Money Back. Some one as name RIYA SING AND Mr.Srivastav -mob.no.[protected] .called from this no. ;[protected]. 15the June that calling from IGMS Dept. Your fund has increased about Rs.62, 690 as a Bonus. also additional bonus with 9% of policy amount. So total Rs.1, 06, 190 if I want to withdraw the fund money then got Rs.1, 06, 190. Now you Deposite Rs.30, 000 in HDFC BANK LTD. in favour of HDFC LIFE INSURANCE CO.LTD as for fund tracsfer charges. then get your money back with in 20 to 25 days. actualy I required for a loan, I have no any for diposite Rs.30, 000 but I suffererd for doing police from reliance life insurance co. ltd.             Dear Reliance, i am pay my premium amount in last year in patna office against policy no[protected] receipt no-WC[protected] premium amount-rs 7338 date-28/8/2014 and this year i am going in darbhanga office your office staff ask me your last year premium is suspended so you are give me health form and pay to this year premium amount -rs 8623 and come in my office next 4 days, i am coming in your office after 4 days then he is ask me you are give me medical .but not any authorize doctor in darbhanga. so i am suffering in last one year so plz help me and give solution .because i am pay your premium amount with interest.and you are use my two premium amount and i am not getting insurance.if you not giving solution i am going in consumer court. thank Nagina Devi [protected]

              Some people working in insurance market for reliance life insurance company to get reliance fixed savings policy with commitment of sum assured rs 5.00 lacs to be payable annual rs 50000/-for 10 year and on maturity after 15 years will get rs 8.50 lacs. But on receipt of policy actual maturity value is is rs 580045/-only.

              Against this policy they commit to get process loan from aditya birla finance rs 5.00 lacs interest @ 4.90% pa reducible and this loan of rs 5.00 lacs will be disbursed immediately on receiving of original policy documents at your home.

              This loan with interest will be adjusted against the the maturity of policy and balance of maturity value will be payable to you.

              They got policy purchased to you after that they never pick your phone or come forward for loan. If pick they change there name as rohan etc. Their numbers are

Invest 26000/- ril then i will paid u, i paid him through cheque two times each 26225/- but he divert my fund in reliance life inssurance, without my willingness.Healso told me make ur payment sure & certain dt. 25/06/2015.But he do not to do so, i request u pls take necessary action against mr. K. K.Sharma as chief fund mgr.Reliance life insurance due to he cheat me.

                  Dear Sir/Madam, This is in reference with three Life Insurance Policies i.e. Policy No[protected]Reliance Life), Policy No[protected]Aegon Religare) & Policy through R.B finance is life trip, that were fraudulently sold by Mr. Gourav Dixit (M.No-[protected]) Reliance Life Insurance & his partner Kashish (M. No-[protected] from the same company. I had to ply 20, 000/-, 89000/- and 41200/- respectively as initial premium amount for purchasing these policies. Now I bring in notice of you that these policies have been fraudulently sold to me. In last week Jan 2015, I (Vineet Sharma) got a call by Mr. Mr. Gorave Dixit and his partner Kashish who explained that the policy no[protected]Future Generali) in which I (Vineet) involved ins not beneficial as it is having agent code so most of amount givien by you goes in waste. Therefore he advised me to make fund management in which he conditioned that .I have to purchasing which you will get 85000/- & the recent policy (Policy No[protected] will get closed. So I purchase a policy from Reliance Life Insurance policy No[protected] after 30 days. I (Vineet) got one more call by Mr. Ashish Batra (m. No[protected] stating that I am calling form fund management department of Aegon Religare) who informed me that I have received a bonus on policy no[protected]Reliance Life Insurance)od amount 137000/- & to make it cash. have to purchase one more policy of Rs 89000/- which was confirmed by Kashish & his partner Gorav and give pressure for same So I (Vineet)purchase policy from Aegon Religare (Policy No[protected]. After same days again I received calls by Mr. Ashish Batra, Gorav Dixit and Kashish that against policy no[protected]Aegon Religare). I have again got bonus of Rs 237, 000/- for which one more policy of rs 41200/- has to be from R.B Finance life trip (Suggest By all three Kashish, Gaurav and Ashish Batra) nad after 20 days of receving the bonus . To purchase the same policy from R.B Finance, I (Vineet) paid the amount by Cheque no-220401) from ICICI bank in favour of R.B finance A/C No-[protected] bank of baroda whose NEFTis SM[protected] Date-23/04/2015. After that I (Vineet) mailed to Gaurav Dixit on mail ID [protected]@gmail.com. Mr. Abhishek Gupta on mail ID '[protected]@gmail.com', Ritesh mishrs mail ID ritesh.[protected]@gmail.com on 28 th may 2015 to send the papers of same policy purchased from R.B Finance but after neither he (Gourav Dixit, & Ashish Batra give response of any call & message send to them by me. Dear Sir/Madam, all this has caused me a lot of loss of Rs 151, 000/- of my hard earned money nad mental harrsment also because in in order to purchase these polices I have to take some amount from other persons also. So I am very desperate in need of getting all this money back as soon as possible and advice in getting my hard earned money back. So I grestly request you to have a sympathy look on my above grievance and take necessary actions. KALYAN BRANCH and IFSC Code no. KJSB0000008. The policy been asked to take by a caller name Mr. Rahul - mobile no. [protected] and Mr. Viraj Gupta - mobile no. [protected] saying that some amount Rs. 1, 50, 000/- being accumulated on my LIC POLICY which has been matured in the year 2014, and that it will be released to me if I take the above reliance policy, but I was surprised to see that neither I got 1, 50, 000 and nor the above reliance insurance amount Rs 40, 000, which they have said that they will cancel the policy and the premium amount will be returned. This they kept on saying till the actual 15 days lock period completed, and once the policy 15 days lock period completed they stopped calling. They even said if the reliance insurance verify call comes - I should say that there is no bonus or loan amount promised or else I will not get the Rs 1, 50, 000 and the premium amount Rs 40, 000. Secondly I am surprised to see that the Benefit Illustrations page no. 2 has been forgedly signed by Mr. Atul SM code 70171372 and Mr. Manoj, IRDA Licences advisor code 821352. Thus the above reliance insurance policy has been fraudly forced to me to take by misleading. I request you that the above policy be cancelled and that the total premium amount Rs 40, 000/- to be refunded to me immediately, or else I have to make repeated complaints to where ever possible I can. I am sending the forged signature copy to you for verification and further action. In addition to my above complaint I strongly request you to please ban the agent AB INSURANCE BROKERS PVT. LTD. KOLKATA WEST BENGAL - agent code 21989798 for future, as this agents are fraudly forcing people to take the insurance policy and making huge commission from the premium paid by the victimised customer. The Reliance Insurance Co. Being the reputed company should not appoint such fraud agent who are making huge commission by fraud way. The total premium amount paid by the customer is not all used for the development of the country and nearly 30 to 40% of the premium amount is taken as commission by this above agent. This agents are also involved in making the forged signature of the customer as it has happened in my case, where the signature are forged by this agent and also misleading to take the policy without proper explaining the benefits of the policy. I strongly recommend to ban the above agent completely so that no more commission to be earned from the hard earned premium paid by the customer. Thus I request to ban the above agent for future and that should be intimated to me immediately. I am also writing to you for confirmation of the enclosed mail is a fake or fraud. Because from the day one I submitted my complaint, I am receiving various fake calls saying that I have to pay Rs.12, 000/- for getting the reliance life insurance refund of premium which I have initially paid. Another call was from Mr Vikas Tiwari whose mobile no. [protected] and his mail is forwarded to you for confirmation. He says that I should deposit Rs 5750/- as service tax for getting my refund. Sir, I requested you in my earlier mail that Reliance Life Insurance Co. is a reputed company, many people still has belief on this company. The appointed agents or the fraud people are misusing the companys’ name for their own personal benefit. My request you to is to take strict action against this people and should ban this fraud agent who is involved in my case. The information regarding this please be intimated to me and see that not single paise from my premium is given to them and their agency details mention in my policy be deleted and should reissue the same policy to me so that I can continue the policy till its maturity period and this is beneficial to both to the company and me. Thus I strongly request you to re-issue the same policy to me after banning the agent and deleting all the details of agent from my policy.                           I have 1st got the call from Ms Shakshi Sharam from Delhi- [protected], on 23rd April and have promised me to loan against the Re Life policy at rate of 4.99%. But have told me that you have to only pay the Insurance premium for sum assured of INR 10L of premium amount Rs. 70000/- for 15 years and after 15 years you don’t have to pay. Also at the end of 20th year of policy maturity total maturity amount will be INR 2050000/-, from this maturity amount Reliance Capital will take back its loan amount of INR 1000000+interest of INR750000/(@5% for 15 Year of 10L) and after deduction of INR 1750000/- you get rest 4L Rs also at the end of 20th year. It was firmly informed to me that you don’t have to pay for the loan amount which will be done by Rel capital. Later I was called by Mr. Vikram Singh-[protected] who’s is my customer relationship and then to his boss Mr. Rajesh Bhatia-[protected]. Who has also mentioned the same things? So I issued the cheque no-112691 dated 28th April 2015 of ICICI Bank for amount of Rs. 70000/-(Seventy Thousands) which was encased by RLIC on 6th May 2015 and I got the Plicy Documents on 11th May at 4pm through Speed Post. Then I was verified by Mr. Saket Mathur from Rel fin-011 [protected] on 27th April and Later by Mr. S.N. Bedi from no-[protected] on 29th April and informed me about my CBIL score and the eligibility of my loan amount of Rs.10L(as per him I can get upto Rs.16.4L of loan) and Then by Mr. Rohit Agarwal from Reliance Karol Baugh branch-[protected] on 30th April. Then I was being updated by Ms. Ankita Sharma on my Rel finance progress status on agreement/document etc-from no. [protected]/[protected] on daily basis. Then Ms. Neha Walia called me up on 18th May 2015, informed my about my loan approval of Rs.10L with Reliance Capital and provided me details of File no. RLIC4914D and Approval No. RCF761L. Then Ms. Priya Gulati called me from [protected] on 25th May 2015 at 12.23 Hrs and verified about if someone has asked for the commission for this loan or any additional money has been demanded from you which I replies no. she again confirmed me about the 10L loan and 4L at the end of 20th year. Same was again Then I got call from Ms. Ankita Sharma at 14.42 Hrs on 26th May, asking for two references, which I provided and my both colleagues got verification call as well. Finally I was informed on 26th May 2015 by Ms. Ankita Sharma and Mr. Vikram Singh and Mr. Rajesh Bhatia that your verification is complete and by 28th/29th You will get the reliance capital agreement which will have condition of all these that this Loan of INR-10L is against your Rel life insurance policy and you have pay only the premium. As per commitment from Till now things was ok, but today I did not got the agreement or any call from the reliance end, so I got anxious and called may time to Ms Ankit and Vikram.Singh. SO finally Ms. Ankita Sharma at 15.30 Hrs(29th May 2015) confirmed me that your agreement will come on Tuesday that is 2nd June 2015( She assured me 110%), else if I want I can cancel the policy. Since so many people was involved and I got the approval no of Reliance Capital, I thought things are on track. In meantime to re ascertain about my free look period of 30 days a I got it from the Distance Marketing, I got it confirmed through my Reliance life insurance customer relation who was assigned to me Ms. Neha-[protected], who arranged call back for and I got the call from Ms.Niharika Khanna-[protected] at 14.42 Hrs on 26th May, she has re-confirmed that my Policy is distance policy and I have free look period of 30 days. We have discussed about the penalty as she said only approx. 2000/-Rs will be deducted and rest will be refunded. I am Still OK with this policy provided I get the loan as per the commitment, else would like to request for cancellation of this policy and arrange for the refund of the same. Also would like to mention that I was informed by Mr. Vikram/Rajesh/Bedi/Ankit and all other that since it is done at management level and as per IRDA we can’t offer openly or in written to you about the loan, hence we cant give you in writing, as well with lower employees of the rel life you will not discuss. Since I got the Policy through the same people who have offered me the loan I went ahead. Now Reliance Life is looking into complaint of cancellation, but not confirming about therefund, i am worried, , pls help

                              I Anand Kumar Gupta unfortunately is the holder of the Reliance Life Insurance policy having No. 51754021. I have been severely cheated by your agent/broker and was the victim of the fraud of Rs.150, 000/-. I was told by your agent Mr. Rahul that by taking this policy I would get loan of Rs.600, 000 and would get gold coin in return and this is only one time investment. Earlier I was reluctant to buy the policy as I do not had hefty amount of Rs.150, 000 for availing this loan amount. But the agent kept on calling consistently and urge me to go for it as this offer is provided by the Top Insurance company of the country for the limited time period only and hence I cannot take loan again from any of the bank as it will adverse my CIBIL record. I agreed upon it as i need to avail loan for building my house. As he promised it would be an interest free loan and would get process as soon as I deposit Rs.150, 000 in the favour of Reliance life insurance company. He told me it would be one time payment and as soon as I receive my loan amount, the amount deposited in reliance life insurance would get refunded in my respective bank account. For arranging such an hefty amount of Rs.150, 000 I kept my wife's jewellery under collateral and on that I borrowed Rs.150, 000/- @ interest of 15% as I was sure that within a month I would get the money from reliance and the loan amount as well and would then take the jewellery back. Agent was regularly calling me whether I have arranged the money or not and if not then he would send my negative report to CIBIL. He send some of his executive who came with the forms and took my signature on it and executive regularly came to my home everyday as he told that some call will come on my mobile from reliance which he needs to verify it as he need to tell his code to them and other confidential details to process the loan. When call came to my number from reliance next day after giving the cheque he attended the call and gave the required information for the process of my loan amount as I had assumed as I trusted Reliance Life Insurance Executive who had his ID Card with him. On the whole I was wondering that all this is happening for the process of my loan amount for which later I came to know that all fraud is going on. After 2 days i called back on the same number for which he assured me that my loan application is accepted and amount will release soon. After few day I called back on the same number which was continuously coming SWITCH OFF and I got scared as I was unable to contact that person who gave me soo many promises and assured me that he is there to help me. After almost a month one of my neighbour came to me with some reliance document stating my name on it for which I was surprised and he told me this document was deliver to his address few days back. As soon as I received the documents from my neighbour I rushed to the Connaught Place reliance office and then there I came to know that I am cheated. And when I requested to cancel the policy I was denied to do it simply stating that "It has crossed 15days free look period" I was shocked by this statement how can company cheat customers by allowing doing such frauds and not helping the customer simply because of their benefits. I urge them to take my cancellation request which they did later but again after few days I received letter from the company stating that my request of cancellation cannot be accepted. How can company be soo rigid and gave lame excuse that all the details are verified by me on the phone call itself. I told them that phone call was not attended my me it was their trained executive who did it but again my plead is not listened. what company tells is correct and i have to accept that. I am sure there are some values and ethics which company follows and its not there to cheat customers through their well trained executives. I plead to you all please cancel this policy and return money back as till now i am paying interest on the borrowed amount and need to get free my wife's jewellery. I am a middle class man for whom Rs.150, 000 is a big amount. I am really in a shock state and mentally disturbed by such a big fraud. I hope to get justice here from the IRDA so that I can live my same life again. Please help me in getting my money back and take necessary action the executive. Otherwise I have no option and to take legal action against the company and register the FIR for the fraud.

                                    Sir, I, Akshita Munjal Singh, would like to file a complaint against Reliance life insurance policy. I had received a call regarding the installation of the mobile tower for which they tracked my address through the satellite. I agreed to the agent's proposal for which he sent me the tower form as well from a fake reliance E-mail ID. After getting the formalities done i gave him a cheque of Rs. 50, 000 as asked by him for a Reliance Life Insurance Policy, which according to him was mandatory before going ahead for the actual procedure and is refundable with 5% of interest in case the tower doesn't gets installed from Reliance's end. I was supposed to receive a kit from the policy company which would contain a bond paper, NOC, allotment letter and other important documents. Post that an officer was to come visit my property to check whether the location is appropriate for the installation of the tower or not. I was told many lies, which included that my kit has been received by the agent and he is going to Hyderabad to get the approval for the same. After two weeks, everyone stopped taking my calls and transferred my calls to some other agent, which according to him would be handling my case further. After few days i got a call from some other agent from IRDA deptt. And he demanded two more premiums to which i did not agree as i knew this whole thing was fake. Apart from this i paid Rs. 1, 500 cash for NOC. I went ahead and filed a policy cancellation request for the same as i was supposed to receive the documents in september but i got them in december. After which again i tried to cancel the policy but i was told that request cannot be processed as the freelook period of 15 days has been passed. I received the policy bond documents on 16th December 2014. I have already made a complaint to the reliance life insurance, AB broker PVT Ltd., but there wasn't any satisfactory reply from their end Name of the third party insurance company is : AB Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., licence code num-DB 511/12 contact numbers from which i received these fake calls are : [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] I request you to look into this matter ASAP and go ahead with the procedure of getting the policies cancelled and returning my hard earned money.
