This is nirmala bhawsar my policy no. 52462233 i take a one policy at your company reliance life insurance company from indore my adviser will be say this policy is a one time policy but i got the information this policy is a regular policy 15 yrs. My adviser misselling this policy. Very long time i not got my policy schedule. But i given the presser my adviser i got my policy documentation 2 jun 2016. I read my policy i know policy this policy is mis selling me my agent is mis communication with me. Tihs policy take the mobile is wrong. No given any company information. Adviser will be received my policy 1/02/2016. This fraud with me. Company people (Indore office) is not given good response, not help me i am not want continue this polcy so i request you free look my police and please provided my amount urgent based.

    Dear sir,
    I am deeply concerned to inform that our family was at heavy financial losses due to heavy flood at pallikkaranai (Plot no:115, snr flats (Parking+2floors), 6th main road, ramngar south extension - great chennai during december1&2 2015 and flood raised at 10.00 pm up to 8 feet from the ground and water entered in to the cars engines on the parking area as such properties were lost and 3 nos commercial vehicles are still at stake in workshop, could not recovered. I am unable to pay the polices at due renewal dates due to heavy loss in business
    Hence i am making this kind request for conversion of policies in single policy to single life member and make it one time saving to relieve from our financial struggles. The matter was already conveyed to tambaram / chenglepat-reliance life insurance offices.

        Ref: reliance life insurance policy number *392

        Policy assures life of my mother (Senior citizen) and i am the nominee, sum assured for policy was 100000/-inr and premiums were always paid in timely manner since its start 2011 (I have all the reciepts).

        Recently i raised a concern for change of salutation and gender which was wrong in there database (Fault from reliance's end), to our surprise now i see sum assured is reduced to 50000/- without any letter/ notification to us and that's not enough as per reliance, policy is in paid up status even though i have paid the premium in timely manner of the full outstanding amount due at time of renewal in mar 2016 (I have a receipt of the same as well).

        On raising the complaint what i could see is these guys are now just passing the time and each time i receive a call from some new person who again asks some time to look into the matter but nothing fruitful from last one month has happened its already 1 month since i raised the initial update requests.

        Reliance is fooling around by reducing the sum assured and changing the policy status, now at the time of maturity/settlement who is responsible for this fault from reliance, will they accept this in writing.

        Strictly no to any reliance policies.

          Dear Sir/Mam,
          Each & every year I am to submit my premium at my self . I am not getting proper services and response from your team. Are they not responsible for the payment collection from the customer. I went to Axix bank but your software was not taking premium submission and finally I made a call to customer care by dated 03/06/2016 from my registered mobile no - [protected]. He cleared me if Axix Bank is unable to get it done, he can't do anything for me but yes I can make payment online. I tried it also 7 time but its not working. Each and everywhere some problem is there and I thinks system are not running properly.

          Every year I had to see this kind of problem which shows your system error or inefficiency of your employee, their interest level toward job and system weakness. I got call also from [protected] by dated 02/06/2016, she confirmed me about remaining premium ie : 10, 000/- Rs and I had a request to associate one executive to collect the payment (by Cheque), She ensured me for the same by dated 03/06/2016 Time - 11:00 Am. She conformed my address and everything but as usual no-body call me no one came. Please see your week system's error, Employee Gray areas and have a correction because in professional organization each we are paid for our job and work. why this kind of irresponsibility is showing by the employee ?????? these are the very...yy big question mark on our forehead.

            Dear Sir,
            I have been canvassed for the above policy through online and was offered a very very attractive return by the Executive who have canvassed me for the policy. However, after receiving the policy I found that very less maturity benefit with compared to offered one, and also it has found that the name of the policy which issued was not matching with the offered / applied one. Immediately, I have contacted the Sales Person / Executive (Ms Manisha, Kolkata) and informed her that since the returns are very less and policy also changed I am not interested in the policy and would like to stop the policy and want to get back my amount immediately.
            In response to this, she has informed me that Somebody at Reliance has done a mischief and they have conducted an enquiry and the culprit has been booked. They are ready to change the policy and issue me the earlier offered one and requested me to submit a fresh application and also requested me to submit a letter requesting to transfer the fund from issued policy to the proposed one. She also told me that my premium amount will be little higher with compared to the issued one and has requested me to pay the additional amount of Rs.15, 000/- towards increased premium for the new policy. She assured me that she will personally look into the matter and will ensure that I will be getting the returns as offered initially. Against her assurance, I have submitted the cheque for Rs.15, 000/- as additional premium and also a typed letter requesting to the Reliance Insurance Company to transfer my fund from previous policy to the new policy. however, in the letter, i have clearly mentioned all the benefits which were offered to me and also clearly mentioned that if they are not in a position to extend the offered benefits, please consider the letter as request for free look option and return my amount.
            When I received the second policy document, I was literally surprised to see that the maturity benefit was far less than that was offered and also my letter requesting to transfer the fund from first policy to the second policy was changed with a hand written letter with a forged signature. When I noticed this I have tried to contact the lady, who afterwards, never attended my telephone calls. Latter on I come to know that she was not from Reliance, but one of the staff of India Infoline. Sir, afterwards I have approached all the persons, including Grievance Redressal System of Reliance but all my cries for justice went on vain.
            Now, I come to know that the Customer Service of Reliance Life Insurance is not at all helpful in addressing customer grievances. From this incident, I come to know what will happen to a policy holder, if something goes wrong. There is no guarantee that I will be getting the maturity benefit, if continues with the policy, Under this circumstances, I have decided to discontinue the policy and has requested to stop the ECS mandate given for premium deduction. For this also, I have been getting calls from your executives citing some silly reasons and stating that ECS mandate cannot be stopped. This clearly shows the attitude of the Reliance Life Insurance Team, in hunting the policy holder. I have lost my hard earned money of Rs.35000/- by way of falls promise and an Agent who made such false promises and dared to do put my duplicate signature is still enjoying the patronage of Reliance Life Insurance Company, as they are the income generator for Reliance. I have been escalating this issue with various level of reliance officials, who are neither interested in finding out the truth or never paid any attention to my grievances. They were never replied to the issues which are raised by me. I have wrote nearly 25 to 30 emails but all my efforts failed. Under this circumstance, It has pained me a lot that never any of the Officials were enquired me about the incidents, but were simply rejected all my plea for justice citing some excuses. I have left with no option but to escalate the issues with various consumer and customer forums.

            Now, I lost all me hope of getting back my hard earned money. It is surprised to see that eventhough in India, there are a lot of Consumer protection rules are there, still such cheating is being happened and the money of the general public is being collected by such big organizations through unfair / unethical means.

            Sir, I hope Consumer Complaint will be able to do something to get back my hard earned money from Reliance Life Insurances.

              1. The Original Documents were never received till 12.5.20016.
              2. Mr Gadde Mohan Babu of Reliance Life Insurance, Himayatnagar, Hyderabad, Telangana, was the agent who provided his wrong nbr.
              3. On receiving the copy of the Document it is now seen as wrongly done in the name of Celine V. Lazarus mother of Aaron R. Lazarus.
              4. Policy incorrectly done as Reliance Super Money Back Plan.
              5. Policy was paid vide cheque by Mrs Christine Lazares for her grandchild Aaron R.Lazarus.
              6. Policy was for Aaron R. Lazarus and not a pay back on Celine V. Lazarus.
              7. As the parent of Aaron R.Lazarus the Forms were signed by Celine V. Lazarus and not a single form of and signed by Celine V. Lazarus is available/exists in the copy of the Policy document that was received on 12.5.16.
              8. The annual income is incorrect.
              9. All forms have the name of Celine V.Lazarus written in bold in place of the signature which is not the true signature of Celine V. Lazarus.
              10. The DOB of Aaron R. Lazarus is incorrectly filled in the Date of Birth Section as[protected] instead of[protected].
              11. it is now one year and receiving messsages.

                I rahul gupta and my wife (Mrs. Meenakshi sharma) have taken medical policies from reliance life insurance company. The policy numbers are 50696913 and 50697003 and we regularly paid the premium for the last three years and since the 4th year started in the month of january 2016 and so, we paid the premium along with required documents, forms etc. We are asking for the receipt, whenever we ask for receipt, we get the reply that the process is going on and when we ask your operation manager mr. Ankush through whatsapp, he doesn't reply at all and moreover, he scolds the junior employees that why they pass on his mobile no to customer. When ever i, visited the reliance office i got the reply that irda has not yet given the permission to revive the policies and we can't help it. Sir, i can't digest this answer and this means reliance brand is duped from the last three years in the name of health insurance.

                More over, the staff is employed to serve the public and they are so irresponsible such is the treatment to the customers of reliance. I am really disheartened to see this sorry state of affairs and i don't understand who shall i contact. Even i have taken the medical policy of my mother (Policy no 51045906 and that is also going to complete the three years in the month of may2016 and would i face the same treatment in mother's case also?

                Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                    I was complain to IRDA and Reliance life insurance office for cancelation my insurance policy on 26/04/2016 Policy No. 52566786. I have visited Reliance life insurance office on 26/04/2016. I have submitted cancelation request letter and All Original Documents like (Original insurance policy, My ID proof and Canceled cheque for my saving bank account. he is give me 15 days time period for cancelation my life insurance policy.

                    Today is 12/05/2016 15 days time is finished today but not any process from his side for cancelation my policy.

                    You tell me what can I do. I am very small men and small families. Reliance company block my premium amount. This is not true. please do the need full from your end.

                    I have attach with here my cancelation request latter & cancelation receipt from Reliance life insurance office.

                    I requested you please solve my complain and refund my premium amount in my saving bank account as soon as possible.

                      My car(Indica taxi) met an accident on above date, and driver has motor cab driving license but not batch number on the driving license when accident took place.As per the rta, if any person has motor cab driving license, he will be eligible to drive the taxi yellow plate vehicle.For claming the insurance the reliance company is asking the batch number and not giving the insurance

                        I had a market linked reliance insurance policy no 12092729 which was issue to me on 18-jun-2008 and paid 4 premium of 10000 each. Total investment was 40000/-. In the month of November, 2014 Reliance life Insurance sales Manager Ms. Pooja Handa approached me and suggested
                        me surrender and re-invest for recovery of losses because surrender value
                        was Rs 26693 in November, 2014.
                        Finally I was agreed for one time investment plan policy and paid the surrender value of Rs. 26693.00. But on dated 22 dec-2015 Rs. 26101/- was deduced from my saving bank account and policy is for ten premium.
                        I made communication with Reliance insurance customer care deptt. and told them the fact for misguiding me but they were not agreed.
                        Finally When I was checking my proposal papers found forged signature of mine in two documents and same was highlighted to Insurance company.
                        I have been continuously mailing to the company regarding the issue.
                        I approached the company to cancel my policy no 51955796 because one the basis of forged signature, you can not issue a policy.
                        Till date they have not been taking any action and not refunding my paid amount.
                        I also raised the issue to IRDA/ Bima Lokpal but no result.
                        I want to raise my issue through your channel so that company should refund the paid amount.

                              So after three yr I want to close and finally surrender our policy.

                                Mr.Devidas gadekar working with reliance life insurance as territory manager who cheated lots of people in goa last 9-10 years, in reliance life insurance he cheated so many people by given fake polices and eaten money and still working with reliance life insurance company. Currently working in panjim branch at goa. He cheated so many girls and womens in love affairs... He used so many girls and women for sex..

                                Advice to people : be aware from this men... He looks smart and with his face he easily doing fraud with people. So far last 10 years he sold more then 2000 fraud polices with wrong commitment to peoples. So dont entertainment him more.

                                Note : women & girls be aware from this men ... He tried rape also with so many women and girls!

                                  My wife Mrs. Jyothi Mishra purchased two policies[protected]/[protected] from Reliance Life Insurance. (Money Multiplier Plan)

                                  First, We accept that we have not done deep investigation and market analysis before purchasing these policy.

                                  The reliance executives sold us the policy[protected] to us with many false statements and lured us with high interest in 5 years of terms period.
                                  As per him if we pay 20k yearly EMI till three years, then we will get around 98k on maturity of 5 years.(Description is in the Attachment.)
                                  After two month some other guy called me and told there is one another extension plan for Money Multiplier which will give additional attractive interest in single yearly EMI of 30k.
                                  And he sold us the same Money Multiplier Plan[protected] and also take away the old policy copy.
                                  That was also false statement and after one year we got a shocking news that this is also a maximum three years plan.

                                  After paying continuously three years of the EMI's ((20+30)*3=1.5 Lakh), When our policy was discontinued and Reliance Customer care calling us daily for EMI reminder then we have contact Reliance Life Insurance Office (Alpha-Greater Noida).
                                  When we described them our situation, They had given dishearten and casual statement, that you guys are cheated and this is 10 years installment plan and now you have to pay 7 more EMI's.

                                  In shot, We got cheated by some of the unscrupulous Brokers, whom Reliance have appointed to collect cheques and provide details on their behalf.

                                  Before releasing the policies, Reliance should call to policy holders individually and agreed them with the policy benefits.This should be not done blindly from company for small profit.

                                  This is wrong...they should provide some solution.
                                  Today Reliance representative called me and said, I agree you are cheated & duped by the advisor but we can't do anything. Now you have two options either pay the premium of the existing useless policy for next 10 years (No interest) or surrender the policy and get 35K rupees as surrender value.
                                  This is totally frustrating and disappointing to get 35k after paying 1.5 Lakh to company.
                                  I will not surrender these policy, Reliance should take necessary action against the advisor and need to sort out this issue.
                                  They should make some solutions for such cases. After all this is my hard earned money, Which I invest on reliance brand name.
                                  After paying three years EMI regularly, If i am denying to pay the premium now so definitely there should be some specific reasons.

                                    My father has taken reliance life money back insurance. 2 months ago he passed away in accident. so we had requested for claim. We got claim cheque which is very less as compare to yearly EMI. None of customer representative provided us right information. Claim settelment is too less as we paid premium. They have branch in solapur in whre employees dont have knowledge about policy and they not providing proper information to us.

                                        Has irda given the license to reliance life insurance for creating frauds in this country. Are these companies in this country to make people fool and exploit the hard earned money of common people. I am raju kumar a local resident of gaya, bihar. I received a call from an unknown number [protected] regarding one of my lapsed policy with hdfc life. I took that policy in the year 2013. The policy somehow got lapsed and i couldn't deposit my instalments on time. Surprisingly all the details of my policy was known to the tele-caller and he suggested that to reactivate the policy i need to submit some extra amount via cheque. I in order to get my policy reinstated i sent a cheque of rs 200000 to the address provided. Once done their demands started growing and subsequently in order to save my deposited amount i landed up depositing around 1200000 indian rupees to the address provided. For the first time the cheque was sent to jharkhand address and remaining time the cheques were sent to patna address. I do agree to the fact that i shouldn't have trusted these fraudulent schemes and should have rather consulted the local office. However once cheated i now wont let theses buggers go like this and will fight till the dawn to get my money back. I have been receiving policy bonds of different insurance companies like hdfc, future generali, exide life, reliance life insurance. I am surprised by exploiting my money they have created a new policy without my concern and signature. How the hell they can do these kind of frauds. This is my hard earned income and no one has any rights to exploit this in any circumstance. One common namer that has featured in all the bond papers is sb insurance brokers pvt. Ltd. I failed to understand without my consent and without my signatures how can they issue a policy against my name. I want a detailed investigation on this regards and want my money back at any cost. Cancel all the policies, i do not want these bull any more. I would be marking a mail with the same content to the ombudsman, grievance cells of these companies and if required the official twitter account of the pmo. Try out reaching me as soon as possible and resolve this mishap
