Sir We surrender two policies number mention above on date 23/1/2017.
we received a letter on 31/1/17 that surrender value is not payable with heading that Our policies are Group Saving Linked Plan. But our policies are under Reliance's Guaranteed Money Back Plan. We approached again to Noida Branch
and asked us to apply for review the case & we applied the same on date 10/2/2017. Now Mr. Dhiraj Goel ( Senior Territory Manger ) who suggested us at that time asked us to contact Customer care on date 3/3/2017 . To contact customer care that replied, we are busy will contact after some time. On the date 10/2/2017 the same answer was given to us that we are busy will phone you at after some time. But we receive no call from customer care.

    Dear Sir

    I had taken 2 single premium Life insurance policies, but the agent wrongly tick marked and it was registered as regular term policy.

    Well after this the co. failed to send me premium notes and notices, but one fine day on my inquiry after 3 years they said that the policy is closed and after that before I ask for the refund, they transferred funds in our bank accounts with our consent or official procedure laid by them.

    They failed in thiir services but cheated me too.

    They have not resolved the complaint. They are hardcore cheaters, having an influence on all Govt. dept. they no that no one will touch them. And this reply of them proves it.

    What is the meaning of complaining to you if I have to go beg with them for justice?

    Sir, If you are truly consumer-friendly, then my complaint must be taken up seriously. Please arrange a face-to-face hearing and get me justice please.

      I subrata halder have taken a policy with your company. Policy no 52860480. I received the policy on 11/02/2017. I found that the agreement is very different the police amount very hi so i am no agree the policy and return my cheque, (Mobil & e-mail the feck, no my details) but drop the cheque 31/01/2017. Immediately i complaint the branch that day. I am submit the policy 13/2/2017. It is my humble request to accept this application for free look cancellation so that my amount of rs. 33, 719/- paid as premium may be refunded my money as per the clause of free look cancellation.               I was informed that if I take this policy I will get a loan on it of Rs.700000, After few days of taking this policy the agent confused me and said that there was some problem in the policy terms giving some random reasons that the loan wont be possible against this policy and will have to take another policy as supplement and he also mentioned that these policies can be cancelled once the loan is processed and I will get refund of my money.He even said mentioned what to say and what not to the verification officer.

                This to Inform you that the company agents had done nos of policies of mine with large number of mis-commitments to me .

                The all from the year 2013 i received the call from the person with Designation Named – Rahul Choudhary, Amit Shukla from Mobile No – [protected] said calling from the financial department that the Govt. has launched the new scheme in which you will get the Grand Hyundai i-20 in diesel in where you have to pay some of the investments in the insurance company which will be refundable when you will get the your Hyundai i-20 firstly I was surprised and ask him how it will be possible they said this scheme is for he selected peoples by the Govt. I had long discussion with him he said firstly you have to give for the one policy then will give you the written letter that you will get your Hyundai i-20 as a bonus .

                After few days one person visited my home and taken the cheques ith my ID Proofs . I had not signed any of the application form for this policy I had only given cheque and documents then they given me the letter from the Reliance Life Insurance in which there was mentioned that you will get the all bonus with the refund of the premium paid by you which make my full faith on them that the Reliance Company has given the letter and same was assured by the Reliance Company that I will get the refund of my policies with the Hyundai i-20 car . I trust that the Reliance as a big brand can’t do default where I thought that the money is also given on the name of Reliance then I given the more money to them – Policy Nos – 51221776, 51208991, 51339007 and 51236757 in these policies I had never signed any of the forms.After few days i got the policy documents i was surprised to see the all information like occupation, Family history etc with forged signature was done in the policy bond then next I called to them that in the policies there no where written that the policy will refundable and I will get the Hyundai i-20 car they said this is the scheme for the some of the selected peoples I policy bond can’t be changed as the all policies are the same in where we had given you letter from the Reliance Life Insuranc e in which there is mentioned that you will get the same on the letter pad of the reliance with stamp, So you should not worry about your money its in safe had and you will get the same .As I was retired in 2013 in that years I got my retirement money I also requested that peoples that this is my whole life earning and looking further I will not able to earn this much amount in my rest life so kindly get the all things into your mind . They replied in very confidence that u no need to worry about at all you just do what we are asking you to do .He also said you don't have to worry i will send you the new policy documents with the terms and condition as committed to you earlier, I trust him, i was regularly in touch with him mostly daily bases i got once a call in day from him then they keep on assuring me that you will get the Hyundai I – 20 on the same policies for that you have to give more cheques of other companies he given me lots of other mis-commitments then i said how can i trust you for the other companies and how can I know that you are from the Govt. dept . i never seen you only telephonic we had done conversation how can i trust you i deny him to give more cheques i ask him to prove me that you are a Financial Dept. he said ok i will send you the letter in which all the promises will be mentioned to wards to your policies after few days i got the letter from ICBD with IRDA given by him which is attached in this mail also. After getting the same I trust them and start giving more money to them and I had never signed any of the form to apply the policy I asked him there is no form to be signed he said under this scheme no need to signed the any form this is the special scheme .After that i trust him and given the amount to the different different companies Birla Life Insurance co –[protected],[protected], Aegon life Insurance –[protected] and Future Generali Life Insurance Co Ltd – 01186511 and 01186457


                Below are some of the points i want to highlight to you ;-
                1. In all of the policies my signatures are forged.
                2. Nor my family members signed the form which all are also forged
                3. Forged Financial documents with these policies
                4. I am retired person don't have so much income to countinue the polies.
                5. Forged documents given to me for this policy
                6. All information in the policies was false such as occupation etc

                The days were going but i has not received the Hyundai I – 20 i was intouch with them regular bases but i was not getting any of the result from him.I created lot of pressure on him to refund the all policies.Now his number is switch off i am unable to contact him then i visited to some of the company branches they clear me that the all fraud done with you and the cancellation freelook period was of 15 days from the receipt of the policy documents and they deny to take my cancellation request.Then in the reliance life company I met with the Manager Name Sumit he had taken my all original policies and promised me that he will refund my money as soon as possible but I has not received any money till now .

                Kindly help me in getting my all money.

                    I have paid premium for my Reliance Life Insurance policy no 52064017 for Rs 25658 through online payment on[protected].I have received a receipt showing only transaction id. It has neither client name nor policy number. Now the problem is how do I show it in my ITR documents.I had also submitted my mobile number and email id in Rampur office on the time of starting the policy and also once again in their Kashipur office to link my policy.I several times tried to create my user id for further communications. But no result.They have not entered my mobile number and email id in their records.Kindly sand my premium paid certificate as other companies do.

                            I had done business worth 2600000 premium in 2014 but i was not paid stipend my code is 21214529. But my sm got all incentives. As per company guidelines those who do business continuous in years they have granted stipend for club memberships. But when i got so much business why this company ignored me. It is ridiculous and totally injustice done to me in this case. Past business is the development of company and expecting stipend is also desirable but why this company neglected me totally. I just a feud with my sales manager she is irrelevant and disregarding my business. I have been gold club member and winning the hearts of anantapur region for hard work and perseverance. Dharmavaram branch stayed because of my own business in 2011 to 2014 these years r golden to the staff of that branch. So solve this case because i have given full pain and grief. My stipend is to be paid for one year is 60000 thousand.

                                I am Mr.swapan kumar das one victim of miss selled policy,
                                Your company agent (Mr.Biplab Dutta) misguided me about your policy terms which states that premium will be paid as one time payment of rs 15030, also he assure that "reliance" is collaborated with "Exide life" by making this policy it can back my previously maked Exide policy which is also mis selled.
                                As I get bond on 28.11.2016 Within 15 days I am complaining about cancelation of policy bond[protected] immediately.

                                  I bought a life insurance policy in 2007 and paid 3 premium after this i do not pay any money. Right now i want to Surrender this policy. When i bougt this policy agent ask only my voter card as id proof. According to id proof policy opened on the name of Manju and date of birth 01 01 1957 while original name is Manju rai as per all id proofs and bank. They told me to open a new account for redmption on the name of Only Manju. This is not possible at this time according to my documents.

                                    My insurance is over, for renewal there was no call from reliance life insurance.atleast there should be some responsibility to handle the customer.no calls no message from reliance.worst service.in future will never suggest this insurance.i was in full confident that atleast some o[censored] people will call, but no call.no care for customer.just the worst service
