VERY IMPORTANT MUST READ : Let me explain how my home registration got screwed up due to "RELIANCE LIFE INSURANCE" policy.

I surrendered my reliance policy number Folio Number:15674568 on March 24 2015, and they said they will credit the amount to my bank account in next 7 days and after that there is no information, call or message from you people. when I called to Customer care on April 1st they told it is in process and amount will be credited by today or tomorrow evening, later on there was no information from your side.

From April 1 we kept on calling to customer care and everyday (almost I spoke to everyone in the customer care chennai office till the senior employee's like branch head, branch manager) they gave a same reply saying the Work is in progress you wil get the amount by evening. Even we visited the Branch Office at Adyar several times but they are also helpless saying we processed your request, you will get it in two days. In every place where we reached Reliance Life Insurance, everyone gave same answer saying you will get the cash back in two days. But after that there was no update and it only us who has to come back to you people as if like we are begging for your money.

Wondering Reply from the Reliance Staffs when i called why the amount not been credited to my account.

customer care on April 1st : System updation, we couldn't able to check the following days:

Customer care reply: PAN card details not provided (Already i signed my card and surrender form everthing to you)
Adayar Brach Staff: Year end closing, Pending from the Finance Side, etc..,
Branch Head: Pending from Mumbai

i Got loan from someone and i am paying interest for the due to your mistakes. Everybody escalting my problem to the higher autority but i didn't get my money. Enough when you will return my money back.

If you could help here, you can do your favor.
Dear Reliance Team,

Its been more than two days, i didn't get any reply from you.
When the time of i surrender they asked me the Native Address proof (Virudhunagar)

After one week later i called them asked them a status they said things like

1) System Updation
2) Year End closing
3) Signature Mismatch
4) Pending from Finance Team
5) Ye"Now they asking me to submit the local address proof of chennai" and written letter of phone number change.

If they would have ask that one in the one week of time means i could submit that also.

A) Poor Customer Management System
B) Treating Customer very cheap
c) Poor Knowledge to everyone even to Branch Manager and Branch Head

(Several Calles From This Number) Last 20 Days Before She Committed Me To Sending Detail Mail Regarding Reliance Capital & Her Assurance For Reliance Loan But She Failing To Send Me All Details. As Per Committed Several Times From Her Above Cell Number. 5 Days Before Some One Name Balraj Sahani Cell Number [protected] Called On Behalf Of Her & Reliance Capital & Told Me My Loan (My) File Is With Him & My Loan Documents Will Be Delivering To You Within Next 3 Days. I Ask Him Then He Told, It Will Be Dispatched From Chennai Office & Tracking & Courier Details He Will Sms Me Up To Today It Is Not Happened & He Told Me Whenever It Will Be Delivering Call Me On This Cell Number, This Document Not Delivered To Me Up To Today Then I Called On His Cell Number Now Message Is Coming ‘Now This Number Is Not In Service” . Today Also I Called Upon Her Cell & Some One Pick Your Phone & Told Me He Is Brother Of Sakhi Verma & Her Daughter In Hospital & She Is Also In Hospital. If She In Hospital Then Why Reliance Other Employee Not Following & Giving Me Detail Regarding Reliance Capital. All This Situation Shows Me All Her Commitments Are False, , Fake & Her All Assurance To Me Is Also Fake She Did Not Give Me In Writing All Details As Per Her Assured, Regarding Her Commitment Assurance For Reliance Capital Loan. & Commitment Now Cancel My Reliance Life Insurance Policy (Which Was Also In Not Correct In Terms & Condition & As Promised & Form Filled By Insurance Companies Employee On His Hand Writing) .           IIFL/Reliance/Ombudsman, Policy no: 52053606 and 52028519 I had received a call from no:[protected] informing that we are offering o% interest loan from reliance capital for 6 Lakhs if I take a insurance from reliance life insurance with a premium for Rs.30, 000. Though I understood it was a fake call but the agent named Atul convinced me that's it's a recorded line and hence no one can be cheated (there was a beep tone so its definitely a recorded line) After the first policy no. 52028519 was taken he called me again after 10 days to inform that the same policy needs to taken in the name of Nominee which is 100% refundable. Bcoz it was refundable, I had again taken the second policy no: 52053606. After taking both the policies he confirmed me that loan amount will b credited in 10 days.. But the loan amount was not credited and when I had tried calling the mobile number the cal was not answered. Only then I realised that I was cheated... When I surfed in Google, I find a similar play happening from 2009 but no action has been taken from Reliance or India Infoline. We are in 2015 now and still same fraud is happening.. I'm very sure this cannot happen without higher officials support. After understanding the above play, I immediately cancelled my second policy no: 52053606 which was within the 15 days of cooling period for cancellation...however there was a deductions of rs.1500. On enquiring I was told that the charges are due to stamp.. In my cancellation form I had mentioned the cancellation reason as Fraud call but till date no call has been received from Reliance or IIFL.. It's very clear that all the higher officials are also involved in the above fraud.. How dare one person can call from a recorded line without any fear and no action taken on him. It can happen only if higher officials are involved in it. I also have the email recd from Atul and Vinay who says to be from reliance capital..I have the conversation in what's app and messages and their reply as a proof and 1 minute of voice conversation recorded as a proof it's my duty to release the conversation I have with media/for legal action.. I'm sure reliance and IIFL will loose crores of business and many more people will come forward to raise a complaint if this matter comes out in Media.. Also note down the mob no from where I had received the subsequent calls Vinay @[protected] and Atul @[protected]...these nos are still active.. I'm sure I will succeed if I goto legal action bcoz I have strong evidence to prove.. I also have the rite to publish the reply received to media if no proper response receive.. I also forwarded the above play to Mr. Sameer final level escalation but today i received a call from the agent stating we cannot refund the stamp charges or take Action against those agents.. It's proved that reliance is supporting fraud done by IIFL for their business.. Now, let's form a group of all those who got cheated and take a legal action against IIFL and reliance.. Let's join hands to show it to the media so that reliance should be forced to shut down their insurance business in india Bcoz of fraudulent selling. Plz provide ur policy and contact details to [protected]@yahoo.com. I will consolidate and let's take a legal action against reliance..the above content is pasted in all public forum so plz give details only once..

Also I have 7 policies in Bhartiya AXA of total amount 9, 11, 900rs. The wrong information about these all policies given to me by the Avinash Khurana, M.No. [protected] and Avinash Pathak Mob.No. [protected].. So i want to cancel all policies and want all my money back. Thank you.

                I got a call from Reliance life insurance executive Mr. Sanjay Sharma & he told me that on your existing LIC policy, you are not getting the bonuses & we will help you in getting those bonuses. In lieu of that you need to purchase reliance policy of 25000/- & we will help you in closing your LIC policy & you will get around 1, 31, 000/- bonus from that policy. He said, we are doing fund management on your policy & you will get agent discount on this 25, 000 Rs. policy because of direct dealing to company. So, I bought insurance policy Guaranteed money back policy of 25, 000 Rs. from reliance life insurance executive. Some days after he called me again & told me that if you will buy another policy of 30, 000 Rs. then your bonus amount will be something around 2, 50, 000 Rs. I told him that i don't want another policy but he told me that if you will not buy this policy your existing bonus of 1, 31, 000/- will not be released. Somehow he managed to agree me & sold me another Guaranteed money back policy of 30, 000. Some days after i called him to release my bonus amount then he told me that to get that bonus amount you need to take ITR code from govt & it will cost you around 40, 000. He told me that he will get that ITR code on my behalf. Then i decided not to invest more money on this matter & close all these policies. So, i informed him that I don’t want any bonus plz close all my policy's. He told me that it's not possible now. I had received policy document only for 30, 000 Rs. policy not for 25, 000 rs. policy. So in lieu of that i filed a complaint for 25, 000 policy & i got that amount 1 week later. But 30, 000 rs. policy is still open. Please help me in closing that policy also. Here are the details of both the the policy's. 1. Reliance Guaranteed money back Policy- Policy No.[protected], Premium amount- 25000/-, Policy Status- closed. 2.                   Sir, I have Cheated & Lost Rs.101000/- by a person Name-Ramkant Srivastava. His Mob No. is [protected] by Calling to me (January-04?2015) told that I am Calling from Relience Life Insurance Claim Deptt. Your File towards Bonus Claim is pending with us due to some require ID & Photo graph If you Provide the same immediately, The bonus claim will be release in Two or Three days in your Bank A/c. I agreed & same has been provided the Next Day. After that He told me to A security money Cheque Rs.25000/- also required . I also give a cheque Rs. 25000/- from my SBI A/c. After two days He told me that your File is not Process, provide another Same Document in the Name of your wife-SAVITRI, .( he also sending a Photocopy of Blank Cheque in The name of my wife Rs.2, 29000/-) I agreed & Provide the ID & Photograph with Cheque Rs.25000/- of my wife ICICI Bank A/c . After two or three days I calling to his mobile for release the bonus claim he answered Process is ongoing & It will be release soon. After A week he told me to Pay a Cheque Rs. 76000/- toward TDS. I confused & ask to him how it is huge amount of TDS Please provide me TDS Details. He told me assured to believe on me- I will provide later, you have Pay soon either process will be cancel . then I also Give another Rs. 51000/- Cheque & Rs. 25000/- DD both are in the Name of Relience Life Insurance. After a day to day I Calling to release Bonus Claim he answered to believe me I will be release soon. After two weeks he told to me your file is not process due to your wife is not Provide ITR or Payslip to showing her Income. Then I told to Ramakant that my wife is Housewife & not any income from any sources. Then he told to me provide two Cheque Rs.25000/- in the Relience & Other Rs.80000/- in the Name of Future Generalli Insurance as a verification & It will not be clear through your A/c. I asked many times to ensure that This two cheque (25000+80000) not be deposited for Cleaning, he assured to me that Only verification purpose it is require & not be debited to your a/c. then I issued two cheques above amount but he deposited into his A/c for clearing then I stopped for Clearing. After two days he calling to me & ask why are you make stop Payment then I told to him as per your commitment it was only for verification but you have deposited & cheated. Now I told to him Cancell all Process of Bonus Claim & refund all my amount (25000+51000+25000) but he say that it will not be refunded. Sir, Please Do the Needful & Provide me right way to get back my Money. I have also Photocopy of Cheques if you need. Ramlal Prasad Mob no.[protected]

                    In June 2014, I received a call from GBIC saying that my policies have agent code and that I can exchange for new policy. I selected Reliance and My relationship manager became Mr.Rajiv Sharma from Delhi office. I was told I will receive the surrender value by September end. Then I got another call for bonus. I was told to block some amount which would be refundable at a later date. I paid a cheque to MAXX VALUE CARD for Rs 115000 and AXIS PRO Rs 50000. Then again for Income tax Rs 80000 to AXIS PRO. In January I receievd a call from Mr. Virendra to pay service tax. Rs.62190 & 25190 to senior account Mr. Bhupendra. Thereafter I got a call to pay some balance Rs 48890, 42190 for services provided by company & Rs. 32000 on bonus declared on LIC on 5th March, 2015. I was told I would receive 13lacs by 10th March. No amounts I have received and Mr. rajiv is not traceable. Please guide how I can recover my money. Regards, Rina [protected]

                      In June, 2014 I received a call from GBIC that my policies have a agent code and can be surrendered and fresh policy can be taken. So I opted for Reliance. They gave me the surrender value and told me I would receive by september end.They told me Mr. Rajiv Sharma is my Relationship Manager. Then I took a fresh policy Guaranteed Money Pay Back. After a few days I received a call from GBIC that bonus has been declared on my 2 policies Birla Sunlife & ICICI. I need to block money. So I paid a cheque of Rs. 115000 in the name MAXX VALUE CARD and then Rs. 50000 in the name of AXIS PRO which would be refundable. Then in November Mr. Rajiv told me to pay Rs.80000 for Income Tax. In January I received a call from Mr. Virendra to pay Rs.62190 and 25190 on account of Service Tax to a senior account Mr. Bhupendra. Then I recieved a call from Mr.Krishen that there is a pending amount 48890 Rs. Then Mr. Virendra again told me to pay 42, 190 to the company for services. lastly on 5th March I was told to pay 32000Rs on account of bonus declared on LIC policy. They told me I would receive 13 lacs by 10th March. I did not receive this amount and I cannot trace Mr. Rajiv. Please advise how I can recover my money. Mansi [protected]

                          Hi I would like to bring in to your notice about the injustice and unprofessional ism shown by Reliance group noida branch sec 18. I joined them as a freelancer trainer (MT code :[protected] in Aug 14. I gave my services for which I was not been paid for several months despite of so many remainders and clarifications. Not even a single reply was from them however few false commitments were made over phone that they are looking into the matter but all in vain. finally few days back that means payment of Aug was released after 9 months and to my shock it was not even the one I was promised by them. Without any reason or information they deducted some amount from my dues and never turned back on this matter. I was really surprised that if such a big group can treat their associates so unprofessionally, how can they treat their clients who on faith have invested their hard earned money with them. one of the Sr. HR person while using reliance official email id is mentioning not to mail him as he does not work with Reliance anymore and when I asked how come are you using Reliance off Id..he had no valid justification. The ethics of company comes in question coz of such employees. Please suggest me the right solution to this problem.

                                Reliance Life Insurance is Undoubtedly the biggest fraud and scam company on this planet...Some reliance guy call you and offers you reliance membership card on which you get 30% discount on all reliance products i.e. Electricity bill, reliance fresh, etc. all you need to do is purchase a policy of 50000...post that a complete consortium is run to fool you...Following are the steps1. The policy goes to IRDA for verification2. IRDA person calls you, he has all your details and calls for verification3. Along with verification he starts telling you that with this policy you are eligible for cash back since reliance will be claiming the money from government to adjust his balance sheet, so instead of reliance enjoying the benefit you should be enjoying 4. IRDA then calls the reliance guy and takes you on conference call so everything seems to be real to you5. Two days later IRDA guy calls you and asks you to purchase another policy from reliance since the amount is not matching to get instant cashback6. You start falling for the trap and buy another policy7. After buying another policy from reliance the IRDA tells you that to receive more money as cashback which is governments latest scheme you need to buy Aegon Religares policy8. You buy the policy since all the CHEQUES are Issued in OFFICIAL COMPANY'S NAME, AND YOU ALSO RECEIVE THE OFFICIAL POLICY9. SO YOU DON'T DOUBT THIS AS FRAUD SINCE NO CASH IS DEMANDED NOR ANY PERSONAL NAMES CHEQUE IS DEMANDED10. This cycle continues...and you are just waiting for the 30% discount card and ash back 11. You get the policy but not the card and regarding cash back all you keep getting is false promises Now if reliance says its fraud From IRDA, then please answer following 1. How the hell did they get my exact policy details2. Why haven't they yet issued the 30% discount card3. On what grounds and on whose direction did they issue a second policy?4. All the cheques have been issued in Reliance Life Insurances name and not on any personal name5. No cash has been demanded6. Basically this is a scheme to SCAM customers into new policy, and by the time customer realizes months have already passed, so if he wishes to withdraw his money he has to pay penalties This is a very well organized SCAM and Fraud...Guys everyone please be careful I have been victim and after reading this even if one person benefits and avoids falling for this...my efforts will be fruitful

                                  I had taken policy no 10668829 under client id 01469909 with coverage of 22 lac. Mandatory period to pay premium was @ Rs one lac per year for 3 years from 18 may 2007. I have paid 5 lac up to may 2011 continuously for 5 years but I am not being provided with statements etc in spite of repeated requests.All telephonic calls are not replied properly. My email ID is [protected]@hotmail.com but they just inform me by SMS that statement has been sent at [protected]@hotmail.com.They are doing it intentionally.Direct them to give me statement n send rep to explain the issue.

                                        Hi Team, My plocicy number is 14247516, and my name is KISHOR PARVEEN, My policy has been forced closed due to non payment (reson for the same has been explained below), now my concer here is I am unable to get my forced closed amountof (INR 9434) as the name in your lic record is KISHORE PARVEEN instead KISHOR PARVEEN but all the id proof and the address proof has the name KISHOR PARVEEN only in your LIC record there is a mismatch. Due to this mismatch im unable to get the money. When contacted customer care and branch, they are asking me to change my name to the name as in your LIC record. How this is possible to change my name and produce the proof when that is not my name. Kindly guide me to get my closed amount ASAP. Reasons for the force close. 1. The advisor through whom i took the policy told me that u need to pay only for 3 years, so im unaware that i need to pay every year. 2. There was no letter and sms communication for the payment reminder only for the first three years i received it and nothing after 3 years so i too thought that only 3 years. 3. An Agent came to my home for reminding me the policy is going to expire and wen i call customer care on the same day, they told that the policy has been exipred already. 4. Im unaware of English, as im poor in it hence blindly belived the advisor but this has went into vain. ( this has been typed with the help of my husband married 6 months ago or else would have enquired earlier itself) Concerns Faced in recieving the amount. 1. The cheque has been dispatched from mumbai for the closed amount and it has been sent without full address. Hence the courier person has returned the cheque on 23rd Oct 2014 ( got this update after chasing courier person for more than a week). 2. When call customer care they told that they would resend the cheque only after receiving from the courier person and they told me to visit the near by branch for further assistance. 3. So on NOv 3rd i visited West Tambaram branch (CHENNAI) and spoke to Sakthi and he updated that, we can raise an request and can recieve the cheque if you could provide an written letter to send the cheque to the branch. and i did the same. 4. Chased them for more than a month but always they updated that the retuned cheque has not been received to Head office. 5. Tried to log an complaint against the adivisor for providing wrong information but in the West Tambaram Branch they told that you cannot log as the perosn is no more working in Reliance life insurance. 6. Raised nearly 10- 15 ticket last three tickets includes: [protected], [protected], [protected] and spoke to customer care persons including Velmurugan, Jansi, Shonam, sushma etc and few supervisors like Harish, Krishna but of no use. 7. Chaising persons and waiting for cheque from 23rd OCTOBER. 8. At last on 23rd JAN both the branch officers and the customer care tech leads are now suggesting if you need money, you need to change your name or else forget the money.
