with reference to my complaint No. SR-[protected] dt. 28/7/2010 for cancellation of my Policy No. 17161031 recd on 15/7/2010 which was fraudently issued to me by you authorised advisors Mr RAVI MEHTA PHONE [protected](SINCE THEN IS NOT TRACEBALE AND MOBILE IS SWITCHED OFF) OF M/S VIGHNAHARTA DIRECT INSURANCE BROKING PVT LTD who was supposed to the Sales Manager HO Narain Manzil Connaught Place New Delhi , has misguiding & misleading the peoples. I am also one the victims of them. I hereby request you sir, kindly cancel my Policy No. 17161031 and transeferred the amount in my other policy no. 11724335. But after talking to customer care Executives on 11/8/2010 & 13/08/2010 I came to know that they have not cancelled my policy so far.
Further it is stated that if the RLI is not accepting the advance premium so the amount may be refunded through ECS in my OD A/C [protected] at PNB B/O PAPRAWAT, NEW DELHI 110043.

Further I request to kindly vanish M/s vighnaharta Direct Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd from the list of authorised brokers those are playing with the good reputation of the leading companies. Because they misleading & misguiding peoples and misselling the products only for their benefits.

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to the Communication-ID [protected] pertaining to the telecon with the customer care center, I would like to highlight a case of fraudulent sale of Life Insurance Policy by Third party agent on behalf of Reliance Life. The policy received by me is entirely different in terms of the benefits communicated to me at the time of verbal selling of policy. As per the agent, I was to get 50% commission as pay back after 2 months and the same would be there in writing in the policy certificate. However the policy certificate that I have received from RLife is entirely different and does not mentioned any such clause.

Most importantly, I was told that this is a onetime payment only. But, to my utter shock and surprise the policy bond mentions the premium payment as an annuity. This is a complete misrepresentation of facts and amounts to fraud. When I discussed this issue with the agent, he took the original policy bond from me and promised to get this rectified. However even after repeated follow up, I was not issued the rectified policy bond and now I have come to know that such a policy (with just one time payment) is not even offered by RLife. I really feel cheated by this misconduct and therefore appeal to you to take necessary action in this regard. Further, I am not interested in pursuing this policy anymore (due to misrepresentation of facts at the very beginning) and want the entire premium amount paid by me to the refunded immediately.
Now I am repeatedly following up with the agent for a refund but she is not responding to any calls the agent contact details are as follows (Isha Sharma [protected])

Same is the case with my brother, who has been sold a similar policy fraudulently and has been sold the same policy on same day.

Dear Sir/Ma'am
With due respect i would like to bring this matter in your kind attention that I Syed Aatir Moazzam, R/o, Rampur (UP) had applied for the post of Sales Manager in Reliance Life Insurance at Rampur (UP) branch.

I went through different rounds of interviews with local Branch Manager and the Regional Manager and was told in every stage that i am being hired as a Sales Manager. I was selected and was called for the formalities on the 21st of july 2010.
During these formalities i found out that instead of the designation of SALES MANAGER, for which i have given the interviews, i have been hired as a PROB SALES MANAGER and that too without informing me.

When i contacted the senior business development manager (Sr. BDM) and the branch manager (BM), i was not given any satisfactory reply , instead they they told me that they can promote me till Assistant Sales Manager that too if only i can produce any fake salary slip of Rs.12000/ month from my previous employers but not the Sales Manager in any case.

I just want to bring this matter in the eyes of the senior authorities as i was not expecting such an unprofessional attitude from a company like Reliance. I was misled and misinformed at every stage of interview.

I just want the concerned authorities to look in this matter and take some severe steps against the Sr BDM and the BM of Rampur (UP) branch as this kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude was not expected from RELIANCE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY.

My name is Robert Philimon & I m working with ITC group in Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh)..
I m quite disturbed with Reliance Insurance Service..
I had taken the policy (S.I.P) of my wife having Application No.C2966366 from the Saharanpur Branch (code:- F17657) on 11th April 2010..
3 months 14 days passed away but still I m waiting for my Insurance Bond..
I have no other information about it. I have visited 3 times to the reliance office but whenever I go, I got an excuses..
So I m requesting you to make an inquiry on this matter..

I Sandeep Arora S/O Mulkh Raj Arora Insured by Reliance Life Insurance Company for last Three Years (31/3/2007) My Policy no is 10647544. My address is House No.-447, DDA Flats, 4 Story Qtrs., New Ranjit Nagar, New Delhi-110008. My complaint is regarding for my Last year premium 31/03/2009. I have already pay three premium in Reliance Life Insurance Company. But company says to me he never collect the third year premium 31/03/2009. But I have already pay last third year premium Rs.10000 By Cheque No.351319 in Easy Bill Shop No.-2164, Main Patel Road, New Delhi-110008.

I have already complaint in Pitam Pura Branch in 22/12/2009. Complaint No. is [protected]. I have already submit my Bank Statement in with my complaint.

Then company reply me behalf of my complaint collect the Serial No., Batch No., Sequence No. in easy bill shopkeeper. I go there then shopkeeper told me sorry I have no record for very long time. Then I go to my bank ING VYSYA 13, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008 and told whole problem for bank manager. After listen my problem bank manager written me one latter and clear my Cheque No. 351319 Payment transfers to ICICI BANK behalf of Reliance Life Insurance Company Ltd.
So, please tell me what I can do. I request you please solve my problem earliest to earliest. Because after this problem I have never submitted my fourth year premium my policy is lapsed.

I, Dr Avtar Singh, is requesting to u that in the year 2007, i bought the Reliance life insurance policy no 11054063 through Mr Harsh Kumar Mehta . Mr Harsh Mehta illegaly mishandled my policy account by using a fund switch form by putting fake signatures of me under the stamp of Mr Anil ( who has employee code R14289) on 22 Nov , 2007 at 1:55 pm to switch my account from corporate bond to 100% in Equity without consulting me which is mandatory. Due to this illegal switching , i suffered financially a huge loss and beared lot of mental harassement. Putting fake signatures is a serious crime. so , kindly take the neccessary action against above said cheaters Mr Harsh Mehta & Mr Anil (who didnt verified the fake signatures before submission of fund switching form) and provide me releif by a compensation of Rs 10,00000.

Dear Sir,

I retired from defence Services on 31/1/2010 after rendering 39 yrs. of service. After retirement so many companies try to trap the customers. I took faith only on reliance life insurance co. I wanted to invest on some fixed plans. I gave Rs. 2 lakh to the agent and asked to invest the same Rs. 1 lac on my name and Rs. 1 lac on my wife's name and made the payment vide cheque No. 039826 dt-16/3/2010 on PNB valued Rs.2 lac as above by one cheque only. But subsequently when I received the receipts for the above cheque I came to know that the investment is being made on regular bases for ten years on some 10 yrs. golden plan. You may kindly imagine that how it is possible for retired person to invest Rs.2 lac every year for such plan for long period of 10 yrs. So immediately I returned the reciept no. [protected] dt 17/3/2010 ( on my wife's name Smt. Kanta Kauahal for Rs. 1 lac) and receipt No.[protected] Dt- 17/3/2010 ( on my name K.S.Kaushal) alongwith my application dt21/10/2010 which was received in the office of Manager Reliance life insurance co ltd. 46 Napier Town, Jabalpur on 22/3/2010.
I requested to refund my entire amount and not to issue me the such type of policies.

After long chasing I am surprised to receive the refund of amount as below:-

(a) Amount deposited on my wife's name Rs.100000.00
Refund received on 17/6/2010 Rs 97527.80 i.e. after 3 months
less amount paid Rs. 2472.20

(b) Amount deposited on my name Rs. 100000.00
Refund received on 17/6/2010 Rs. 97865.63
less amount paid Rs. 2134 .37

Total loss suffered without any Rs. 4606.57
fault on our part.

There's no reason to deduct any amount as i cancelled my ploicies before they were being issued to me.

therefore request your honor to kindly look into the above and do the needful to make the payment of amount deducted as above and the amount over due for the interest of 3 months delayed payment.

Dear Concern,
We have given two cheques of one lac rupees on 3rd of April dated of 31/03/2010 which were cleared after two days from our bank a/c in favor of Reliance Life Insurance. We invested this money for a Bond Fund Investment Plan of Reliance Company in which 13% annual return is assured as this is told us by the sale man (Rupinder Singh Chauhan) of reputed company Reliance.
After that, we did not receive any paper regarding our investment after a month then we call on customer care & get the information about our investment. Which is totally different, customer care told us that our money has been invested into equity market and our investment value is approx 90,000/- which is very embarrassing for us.
We invested our money for a fix & assured return based bond fund plan and return we were told 13% annually on our investment and we were told that our investment is totally risk free. But actually our money has been invested into a high risk equity plan without our permission. We have been cheated very badly.
After happening this bad incident we approached to concern branch on 10th May 2010 of reputed company Reliance & met with the Manager Mr. Siddharth Singh & told him the details of this fraud happened with us.
Then he assured us that he will provide our total investment refund after deducting currier charges only and he took two written application against this matter by the name of Free Look Cancellation and he told us he will have to take approval from concern RM and it will take 7-10 days and Mr. Siddharth assured us that we will not have to bear any loss as this is a miss selling investment.
But after 19 days we have received a call from Mr. Siddharth that we can not get refund of our investment if we want refund then we will have to bear the loss which is accrued because of down of equity market and loss is approx 20,000/- on one lac rupees.
We invested two lac rupees two month before for the alternate of fix deposit. But our harden money has been lost by your reputed company in speculation without our permission and it is just 1,60,000/- approx now.
We have got very poor response by Mr. Siddharth also, every body is committing fake words in reputed company Reliance Life Insurance, Mr. Siddharth is not providing proper information, any contact no.& email id of his senior. And now he is threating us that you will have to take refund of 80,000/- of each application other wise you can do what ever you want.
After having this pain full & bad experience with Relaince we requested to Higher Authorities of Reliance Life Insurance and sent a mail to head office. But they people are not listening any thigh and not replying any thigh.

I am insured one policy 20000/- yearly Premium, I attand many call from Reliance Insureance company, from Delhi, Mr.Ashok taking me and he told one policy,(Traditional Plain) he told many benifit from this policy, and he sending Solapur Branch Executive [protected] in my house for collct cheque. Solapur Br.executive taken a cheque and some documents. then some of days Solapur branch executive given me receipt. this receipt mention different policy name , i asking solapur br.executive but he donot tell details, then i asking Mr.Ashok [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. mention this no.s but he told we will sending 25th march 2010 our wel come kit. he details u see on this paper. when i receive wel come kit i call to Mr.Ashok and asking about this , but he told we will sending bond and original red Envolop 25th April 2010. you see this,but till date my original policy document is not receive , and when i calling MR.ASHOK on mention nos . he is not attand my call , so Reliance Insurance company is chitting with me and Mr Asok is froud also relance is froud , Please solve this problem as early as possible.
I TOLD PEOPLE DO NOT TAKEN ANY POLICY FROM RELIANCE.

We are three ex-employee of Reliance Life Insurance. we have forward the PF forms for attestation to Delhi Reliance Office in January 2010 and According to statement of Delhi Office they have forwarded our PF forms to Maharashtra Reliance Office. But till date Maharashtra Reliance Office have not submitted our PF forms to EPF Bandra Office and Officers are not picking the phone calls from our numbers.. Please do the needful to get our PF amount.
