Dear Sir,

I want you informed you that to have a look at how fraud and forgery goes on at reliance life insurance branches. I did book a policy for 5 years term from Karol Bagh, Delhi Branch. But when I received my policy paper I found that the form was completely changed. Even my nominees name is changed information were forged. They changed the term to 10 years and everywhere on the form there.when RIL (Reliance Life Insurance person her Name was name is Uma and her mobile no - is -[protected]she work under RIL Jupiter soft which software is using for the operate this whole company for this insurance and when she called me first time to make my police was too politely and promised many offer life medical facilities and 20 % money back offer on my Police 30000/-IR of the first policy in 45 Days and second day she sent a guy his name was Neeraj Gupta his mobile no is [protected] who came with forum and collected my all documents which is required for make my police after that i did not got my policy paper till 20 days than i have called that RIL Toll free no 3 Days i requested to get the Paper because i want to know that about my policy as agreements than after that they sent me but when they sent me it was totally changed i made policy for 5 years and it was changed in 10 years which i am not able to maintained this amt policy till ten years so i have called this girl Uma how it happened i have filled for 5 years policy and i got ten years policy paper i want canceled my policy because i am not able to managed it till 10 years so she said no no sir do not canceled it i am going to revised your policy paper by the company i am going to request for all revised it and push to company to get your offer too and than she keep me waited for get revised my policy paper and i keep calling her but she never responded and i loosed my Policy cancellation period but i apply for that 2 times and been RIL Branch office and NArayan Manzil office there and requested to cancel my police and i backed them that policy paper when i requested to my cancel the policy and i have spoke with Branch Front office Executive too and with Zonal Manager of RIL but they are not responding me with positives they are directly saying i can't cancel the policy sorry so so sir i am requesting to you please kindly register my complain and take the action in this fraud forgery cased which is happening with many people with RIL even its also recently happened with me so i am request to take action against this fraud forgery and please help to us to get back our money ASAP

I did book a policy for 5 years term from Karol Bagh, Delhi Branch. But when I received my policy payment Receipt paper I found that the form was completely changed. They changed the term to 10 years and everywhere on the form there.when RIL (Reliance Life Insurance person his Name was Rohan Kappur he work under RIL Jupiter soft which software is using for the operate this whole company for this insurance and when she called me first time to make my police was too politely and promised many offer life medical facilities and 80 % money back offer for a lone of sum insured value of my Police 180000/-IR and second day he sent a guy his name was Neeraj Gupta who came with forum and collected my all documents which is required for make my police after that i did not got my policy paper till 6 Month than i have called that RIL Toll free no after 3 Days from received my policy payment Receipt paper i requested to get the Paper because i want to know that about my policy as agreements than after that they don't sent me on till date I am not able to maintained this amt policy till ten years so i have called this Man how it happened I want canceled my policy because i Have not received policy Bond papere on till date or I am not able to managed it till 10 years so he said no no sir do not canceled it i am going to request for Send you your Policy bond paper it and push to company to get your offer too and than he keep me waited for got my policy paper and i keep calling he but he never responded and i loosed my Policy cancellation period but i apply for that 6 times and been RIL Branch office there and requested to cancel my police with documents which is required for cancellation when i requested to my cancel the policy and i have spoke with Branch Front office Executive too and with Zonal Manager of RIL but they are not responding me with positives they are directly saying i can't cancel the policy sorry so so sir i am requesting to you please kindly register my complain and take the action in this fraud forgery cased which is happening with many people with RIL even its also recently happened with me so i am request to take action against this fraud forgery and please help to us to get back our money with interest ASAP

      Yesterday One Lady named Nisha has called me regarding Money Multiplier Plan of Reliance Life Insurance and explained regarding the plan. Call has come from Noida Number:[protected] and Nisha's Contact Number is [protected]. Contact Address Given By Nisha: A-154D, Sector-63, Noida- 201301. They are saying from Head Office Reliance LIC Noida. But when I have contacted Lucknow Branch Office, they have reported that there is no Head Office of Reliance Life Insurance in Noida. So please verify at your end and get it resolved at an immediate basis in order to save many more customers money at stake.

        RLIC/ CASH FLOW PLAN- SPECIAL Complaints -My medical cashless card LG 200L Fridge as gift

        Dear Team,
        On the suggestion of Mr. Raj Kumar Khurana & his team, I have taken a policy of Reliance Life Insurance as Cash Flow Plan on his suggestion only because he told me that he is a senior sales manager of Reliance Life Insurance Company mob no: +91-[protected] and his Emp id: E05522. More than 10 times he had spoken to me on phone and forced me to buy this policy because a lot of my requirement fulfill in this policy as he told me:

        Plan: Cash Flow Plan (Special Company offer for me offers additional bonus, medical benefits- cashless card and Sure LG 200L Fridge as gift) but the bond papers show 22 years. I had filled the 7 year term policy & when I spoke to Rahul & Pooja they told me no its not like this you will get the same benefits as was told to you.

        Premium yearly: 20,000
        Sum Assured: 290000
        Policy term: 7 years
        Fixed Money back: first on after 4th year and next after 3years.
        Additional Bonus: minimum 6%
        Maturity terms: minimum after 7 years
        Medical benefits-Cashless cards - for whole family blood relation- 290000 each
        Gift: LG 200L Fridge as gift
        Gift Code: RF055132R

        I have purchased this policy on the suggestion of RLIC SSM Mr. Raj Kumar Khurana on dated 16.12.2010 by paying the cheque of dated 16.12.2010, cheque no 4385441 in the name of my wife Sanjana Malik and filled & signed application form to Mr. Kaushal Collection man of RLIC working under Raj Khurana. My Policy Commenced on dated 21.12.2010 as policy No: 18297745

        I have always talked to Mr. Khurana regarding my policy bond paper, cashless card and my gift about 125 + times. Mr. Khurana ensured me frequently that Welcome Team from RLIC comes to your door and give your Policy bond paper, cashless card and Double door Refrigerator as gift till 2-3 Feb by evening any how. I received my bond papers in Feb but till today I have not received my cashless cards and gift.

        I don't know anything more about Raj Khurana that is he really RLIC employee or third party, but he told me always that I am RLIC Sales manager on RLIC payroll.

        From 22th Dec 2010 to 25th Jan 2011, i got a lot of call from Reliance people from reliance land line number about purchase policy, medical investigation, personal, family details investigation, acknowledged about my gift id regarding my policy plan.

        I have spoken on the number of RIL [protected] 100 times from March’2011 till today i.e 24th May, 2011. I spoke to Rahul Saxena, Swati, Pooja. Today I spoke to Mr. Anil Arora (Relationship Manager) however he transferred this call to Ms Swati (Investment Manager) and she told me that cashless cards will reach by end of this week or 1st week of June which I have been hearing from everyone. When I asked about the gift then she denied that I will not receive the gift since it was a wrong commitment from their colleagues and in lieu offered me a gift voucher for tour & travel which I won’t accept in any case. She committed me that I will get this gift after a month which I don’t believe her. So, I want to cancel this Policy and get my Rs. 20,000 refunded immediately or else I will be compelled to file a consumer court case which will only bring bad name to Reliance.

        I am so worried about your response behavior on phone, In my 100 calls nobody has responded me ever. I have taken this policy due to along with that plan company provides me whole family medical cashless card and assured gift and money back policy as per your employees statements.

        Please do the needful about my email ASAP. For ref please please go through blogs and complaints on your websites. I hope that you will take some necessary action and resolve my issue as I don’t believe those who are answering my call on that particular number [protected] as they have

          Reliance Life Insurance — pf withdrawal

          I have worked with reliance life insurance as a Personal financial consultant. from 15 march 2007 to 21 august 2008. I want to with drawal my pf amount from where i should get my pf. The no in the appoinment letter given of the company is wrong no. The code is RINS 697/ Bhavnagar.
          Dear Sir,
          I , Nishant Kumar, left Reliance Life Insurance Co. Ltd on 20th April,2009 and I applied for PF withdrawal through my HR department on 22nd July,2009. But till date I didn't receive my PF amount. When I asked the HR, they told me that it is paid on 19th Sept,2009. While I didn't receive my amount yet. My employee id was 10071792. They had not provided me any PF account no. For ur reference, I am sending the attachment of that image, which was provided to me that showing ,it is paid. My registered name is Nishant Kumar, while it is showing Nishant Kumar Singh.

            ashwani mehta ( [protected]) from reliance delhi called in march and told that reliance is investing in cricket world cup and for that needs money and your money will be doubled in three months and u have to provide this money through insurance and then it will be destroied and money will be given to u he also told that tell nothing to agent comming to collect the documents as he knows nothing and reliance collects this kind of money from time to time and now three months have passed and he is not picking up the phone and when he picks up he abuses us and says bad words
            i am retired and please help me from these forgers

              These Guys call you and lure customers with offers which are actually not in existence. When you ask for a proposed quotation plan they say its not available. They even do not mention that they are from Vighnaharta Direct Insurance Broking

                With reference to above, I Mr. Razzaq Bashir Pathan is totally unsatisfied & misguided by your company or your Representative. I have not any idea about your company procedure.

                >A.)Approximately on dated 05-02-11, I received phone call from your representative Miss Priti ([protected]).
                >As per Miss Priti told that, I have selected ( Mobile no.- [protected]) from the Reliance life Insurance company for the special Offer which is limited for only 250 no. of people & only for just Today. The feature of policy as told byMiss Pritiare as follows.
                >
                >1) Invest Rs.10,000/- min. per annum for 5 years. As special offer by company you get 250% guaranteed bonus on your first premium amount after one year,which shall be withdrawn by you at any time.
                >
                >2.) You will get medical reimburcement of10 times of premium amount for 5years, which cover maximum5 person of your family. And also tax benifit under section 80D or C.
                >
                >3.) After 5 years your policy get matuared and you will get sum assured plus additional amount app. 10.5% of your sum assured.
                >
                >4.) As per Miss Priti, 'if I am not satisfied with the terms & conditions of policy then I have right to cancelled the policy within 45 days after receiving the policy documents."

                >5.) As told by Miss. Priti, I willreceive the policy document within 5 to 6 days after my 1st premium deposited.

                >On the above all telephonic discussion with Miss Priti & as your company reputation your satisfied customer services, I agreed to take a policy and join with Reliance family. In evening at 8.45 pm your representative meet with me for the document collection & I completed all the formality (postdated cheque given of dated[protected] as told by Miss Pritithis offered valid for today only.

                >But after joining with your Reliance Family, I have get very bad experience about your company customer satisfaction.Now, I am very disappointed that, I trust on Your Company bye heart & you are broken my trust.
                >The points which gives me bad experience by you are as follows. Shortly It is nothing but the chitting done by your representative for the company business.

                >I am very very disappointed & agreed for above all. If you are still have integrated with company reputation &as well as customer which trusted on your company, then please look into this matter seriously, because someone your adviser spoil the name of Reliance company.                 >Sir, kindly look into my case history, I am waiting for justice. If there is no such feature in your policy then cancel my policy & refund my total amount of Rs.-10,000/-. I am middle class person which earn the money after burn the blood.

                >Please take seriously this matter, otherwise the customer like me take seriously.
                >I will not stop here, I will fight still the justice.

                  Respected Sir/Madam,
                  I want to say that, I Pran Krishna Pal (A Physically Handicapped Candidate) from Dhanbad, Jharkhand.

                  I received the PF amount cheques which I applied for withdrawn. But due to not any transaction to the given bank a/c no. in the PF withdrawn form, the bank had close my SB salary A/c. So, I applied for re-issue the cheques to my new bank A/c no.

                  I already sent the requirement documents on 27th Oct.’2010 with Original cheques regarding re-issue the PF amount cheques to Sub-Regional Office, Vashi. And seven times I was sent the application with full document for re-issue my EPF amount to Bandra, Mumbai. But they not any response regarding this case.

                  So, I sent by e-mail to all respected Officers to over veiw the settlement of re-issue PF amount cheques.

                  As per your decision I will tried to communicate to Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Regional Office, Mumbai I, Employee' Provident Fund Organization, Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, 341,Bandra East, Mumbai 400 051 (MH). But the different persons are give me different calling nos. and I call to all nos. but they not yet give me any information regarding this case.

                  I am already sent all the documents and again I am sent the copy of all documents last 7 times for need money of my sister marrige, which was on 21st Jan., 2011 . But they not to take any interest on this case. Right now I am really worried because, I am under loan of huge money by my relatives for my sister marriage.

                  As per requirement document for Re-issue the PF amount cheques, I already sent to your Sub-Regional Office, Vashi with original cheques and with attested copied by Grazatted Officer. And again I send with same copy of Xerox to you for review in the case in 7th times.. It’s so urgent for me.

                  I heartily request to you please release the Re-issue PF amount cheques to my new Bank A/c No. "details are given below" as soon as possible. Which is help me for payment to all loan to my relatives members.

                  1.PF cheques (for re-issue), At 1st post with original cheques are already sent to Sub-Regional Office,Vashi, and next posts in Xerox:
                  a) Cheques no. 305862, Amount: Rs. 3656.00, issued date: 23/04/2010 (Expired)
                  b) Cheques no. 263671, Amount: Rs. 7432.00, issued date: 23/04/2010 (Expired)
                  c) Cheques no. 239972, Amount: Rs. 4445.00, issued date: 11/03/2010 (Expired)
                  Rs.15533.00

                      I want you to have a look at how forgery goes on at reliance life insurance branches. I did book a policy for 5 years term from Lajpat Nagar, Delhi Branch. When I received the policy documents I found that the term and conditions were changed from what I was told at the time of booking. Even they forged my duplicate signature at the application form which is clearly a crime.

                      When I reached at the branch they misbehaved with me and now they are not ready to cancel and refund the policy.

                      This is totally unacceptable. I request you to please look into this issue.

                      My name is Aditya Kashyap. I am a resident of Delhi and currently working in HCL Noida. I want to register a complaint regarding misbehave and forgery at your Reliance Life Insurance, Lajpat Nagar, Delhi branch.

                      I had booked a ULIP policy on 11th Jan 2011 from Reliance life insurance, Lajpat Nagar, Delhi branch. Upon receiving the documents on 26th Feb, I found that its policy term and conditions were different than what I opted for. Moreover they have forged my duplicate signature on policy documents.

                      When I asked them to cancel this policy, they misbehaved with me and clearly denied to do so. Below is the mail trail that I dropped to their customer care. Looks like they are also not interested to escalate this case and asking me to do another round of mail game.

                      I request you to please look into this otherwise I would log an FIR and follow a legal process. This thing is clearly unacceptable as forging signature is itself a crime.

                      Hello,

                      My name is Aditya Kashyap. I am a resident of Delhi. I would like to bring to your notice regarding the false information, forgery and misbehave from your employees to me recently on 9th March 2011.

                      I have been issued a "Reliance Life Insurance Highest NAV Advantage Plan(Regular)" policy on 11th Jan 2011 from Lajpat Nagar, Delhi branch which was recently shifted from NehruPlace, Delhi. While taking the policy, I was informed by the employee Mujeeb Khan from that branch that this policy is for 5 years and after 5 years I can withdraw all my money getting the highest value o[censored]nit during these 5 years.

                      I received policy documents on 28th Feb but I found following mismatched from what I was told:-

                      1. Policy term is given as 15 years instead of 5 years.
                      2. After 5 years, I can withdraw only 20% of fund value at that time.
                      3. I would not get Highest NAV per unit on partial withdraw. Applicable at maturity only.
                      4. Advisor name is Faraz Khan instead of Mujeeb Khan.
                      5. Contact no. of Faraz Khan is incorrect (I had to visit branch to communicate).

                      and the biggest forgery is that "there are my forged/duplicate signature on benefit illustration form" which was not signed by me.This is totally illegal and not acceptable at all.

                      I decided to get this policy cancelled. As per policy document, I can get this policy canceled withing 15 days of receiving. When I reached at branch office on 9th March, first no one paid attention to me for 30 minutes. After sometime I was attended by an employee and I demanded cancellation of this policy. At this point of time your employee in your own branch office misbehaved with me and told me that this policy cannot be cancelled and the written 15 days period does not mean anything to them. According to him things are written on documents just like that and nobody follows it. When we asked for forged signature, he misbehaved with us in wrong tone, continuously denying the facts. We had the proof that the documents were sent on 26th Feb by speed post(less than 15 days) but that did not mean anything to him. Upon asking his name he clearly denied to tell his name and said he is not responsible for anything. It was quite surprising to me that employees of such a big company can behave in such manner. This thing really offended me.

                      I want you to look into this issue. The policy is totally wrong and I want to get it canceled, refunding my money back at earliest, otherwise I will have to take some legal action against it.

But when I received I found that the form was completely changed. Even my personal information and my signatures were forged. They changed the term to 10 years and everywhere on the form there are my duplicate signature.

                        Same case happened to my brother also. He booked a policy from Reliance life insurance, Lajpat Nagar branch. They changed the terms to 15 years and forged his signature. I bet there is some expert who in this organization who forges signatures.Now they are not ready to cancel and refund the policy.

                        This is totally unacceptable. I request you to please look into this issue.

                        2. Form No. is mismatched from what I filled at the time of booking. I have receiving of form no. D-0124365 while in policy document it is given as D-0124381 !!!!
                        3. My personal data like my height, weight all are incorrect.

                        and the biggest forgery is that "there are my and my husband’s forged/duplicate signature everywhere on the form" which were not signed by us. This is totally illegal and not acceptable at all. They have completely changed the form changing the terms and conditions also as per their comfort.

                        I want you to look into this issue. The policy is totally wrong and I want to get it cancelled, refunding all my money back at earliest, otherwise I will have to take some legal action against it and I mean it. I will log an FIR and reach to media.

                                  Reliance life insurance is giving me wrong guidance from last one month.
                                  When i call customer care to switch fund they advise me to visit our office.
                                  As per their guidance i visited and placed order in their own office to switch fund, they have stated that it will update within 24hr. But request is failed after 24hr. Also i signed on paper to switch fund.
                                  Again i called customer care by phone to raise complaint (complaint No-[protected]).
                                  There is know reply. Again i sent mail dated 23rd and explained all the things.
                                  But reply stated that "visit our customer care off".

                                  I ask reliance life, do you know the value of time - atleast understand customer time
                                  I am loosing my money due to this lethargic service by reliance life.

                                  I made a contact to reliance by Mail, Phone and Face to Face in their off.

                                  If you cant provide good service without wasting customer time, then cancel my policy & return my amt.

                                    myself ravindra sharma, i have taken a insurance plan of reliance life insurance, product money gurantee plan at premium 50,000 p.a. in 2009. at janakpuri branch my son was agent but sales manager gulsan khatri. after first preimum my son left the co or dont clear the advisor exam. in 2010 sales manager gulsan came my home & i gave him second premium at 50,000 in cash. now when i do check the policy then my premium is not submit. & new policy start with sme 50,000 preimum under other advisor sme saler manager.he also do the my signature in the new policy who is illigal . now my last premium is due & new premium date is coming & i don't submit both amount. so please provide me justice because my premium date is march.

The number quoted by you does not belong to Reliance Life Insurance.                                       Dear Sir,
                                      I am Abhijit Jitkar. I have purchased Reliance Life insurance policy which is issued under Reliance Anniversary.
                                      My policy No is : 18947843. I purchased this policy as I received call from Ruchi Saxena from Reliance Life Insurance Branch Delhi.
                                      Policy told by her was like this : Invest 50, 000 for once. after 5 years I will get 50, 000 + 1, 05, 000. In addition to this I will get Cashless Health card worth Rs 3, 00, 000 +
                                      Gold Coin of 3 gms and benefit of Rs.6000.
                                      After providing documents and cheque of Rs 50, 000, her phone was switched off. I havent received any call from her. Then I received policy documents, nothing was matching in the policy documents
                                      as told by your executive. so I placed cancellation request in Chinchwad (Pune) branch. Next day I received call from Mr. Rajiv Patil and he told that I will get the Policy as told
                                      by previous executive and I will receive the policy documents within 2 days. Now 15 days have passed and I haven't received any call or any policy documents. As told by Rajiv Patil,

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I AM Anand shah from Pune. I also purchased the policy from Mr. Rohit / Mrs. Pooja from Reliance Life Insurance. They mad lots of false commitment to me like 2000 Rs. Commission and Gold Coin,

                                      What ever policy they sold also not as per the description on the call. And when i asked to cancel he ( Mr. Rohit ) told me that he will cancel the policy and after 20 days when i called him, he talked like road side tappory and asked me to hang up the call.

                                      I will never go to reliance policy again.

                                      I thought to share my experience so that people also know that how they are making fool.

                                        I am paying premium of the above mentioned policy since last 2.5 years, and my total investment till date is Rs.60000. Now I want to stop paying the premium bcoz the curent fund value on today is only 33000. So can I stop pay the premium ? and how will it effect with the policy ? Kindly reply...
