These Guys call you and lure customers with offers which are actually not in existence. When you ask for a proposed quotation plan they say its not available. They even do not mention that they are from Vighnaharta Direct Insurance Broking
total fraud how such reputed company make such brokers...

I want you to have a look at how forgery goes on at reliance life insurance branches. I did book a policy for 5 years term from Lajpat Nagar, Delhi Branch. When I received the policy documents I found that the term and conditions were changed from what I was told at the time of booking. Even they forged my duplicate signature at the application form which is clearly a crime.

this is sunil tripathi,sap id 70103495,working as sales manager in reliance life insurance,gorakhpur branch 2,my currently branch manager taken the charge of branch from may 2010,and started to harrased by unethical behaviour like disdain,non payment of salary.
he has kept the attendance register. and dont allow to sign on.
i made a complain to next senior authority and HR deptt,but no one come forward,on the contrary,he went...

Reliance life insurance is giving me wrong guidance from last one month.
When i call customer care to switch fund they advise me to visit our office.
As per their guidance i visited and placed order in their own office to switch fund, they have stated that it will update within 24hr. But request is failed after 24hr. Also i signed on paper to switch fund.
Again i called customer care by phone to raise complaint...

The company cancelled the policy without any notification before the date of second installment even though the first premium was paid of 15000 and the second installment date is yet due. Neither they asked or queried any thing to us,nor refunded my money. They cancelled it in november 2010 and I came to know it in march 2011 and that too when I called costumer helpline.
