I regret to inform regarding fraud sale of insurance policy thru tele selling from Relaince Life Insurance New Delhi office. My policy No. 14968651 name Yusuf Bharmal. I got a call from delhi office regarding the policy selling on dated 28/07/2009, the benefit regarding policy that It’s single premium policy, benefit of policy he explain that you get 25% of additional bonus on you paid premium. Allocation charges will be only 2%. On same day only reliance life insurance agent come at my office get chq amount Rs. 50000/- and got the sign on proposal paper, I have make cleared that it is single premium policy and I have mark on that also, he make me sign on blank form. I got policy from company today on dated 5/8/09.Policy is different that promise. Proposal form is different then which I have applied. It is regular premium policy of term 30 years. Signatory in proposal form is not mine. ( proposal form which i have make sign is different ) Mean it is cheating done by your agent (advisor), Now I am in mood to sue against cheating occur by your company for selling fraud policy or to achieve target. I working with CNBC TV 18 channel, group of Network18.

Reliance — Fraud for selling policy

Hi,

Reliance sell money multiplier plan by given false commitment. Now they are not ready to cancel my policy. Never purchase any insurance policy from Reliance. They are making money and you will loose money.

Rs,20,000/- per annum.. aur apne sath-2 apne friend Alok kumar ki policy bhi Pramod kumar verma se hi karai thi. Rs 10,000/- per annum..., maine dono policy ka amount cash diya tha. jiski slip bhi usne mujhe di thi. jo mere pas h aur attech karke bhej rha hu.. lekin jo policy mere yani Amit kumar ke man se thi vo to ban gai thi aur mere pas aa gai thi.. lekin Alok kumar ke nam ki policy me froud karke Pramod kumar verma ne policy issue nhi ki.. aur jo Rs. 10,000/- ki cash slip thi vo scan karke frod bna kar mujhe di thi...., jiska mujhe kafi din ke bad pta chala.. maine aur Alok kumar ne reliance life insurance com me complaint bhi ki thi. lekin Pramod kumar verma ne apne kuchh gunde dosto se Alok kumar ko dhamkaya aur usse complaint vapas kra li.. chuki Alok kumar ne mere kahne par policy krai thi jiska amount bhi maine hi diya tha.. jise vo next month dene wala tha.. isliye alok asani se case se alag ho gya. Pramod kumar verma compeny ko badnam to kar hi rha h sath-2 market me frouding bhi kar rha h..so pls sir help me in this case. and do the refund my amount as soon as possible.

    My policy not renewed for the 3rd year[protected] and inspite of several mails sent to the company's mail id services.[protected]@relianceada.com on 6th July, 9th, 10th, 13th, 15th and 18th there is no response. I am deprived of the benefits that I am eligible from 3rd year. The following is the text of the detailes furnished to the company on 6.7.09.



    RELIANCE MEDICAL INSURANCE - PNB AROGYA SHREE SCHEME

    Name of the insured – VIDYADHARI.M.

    Master policy number – [protected]

    Certificate number –[protected]

    Joined the scheme in 2007-08

    Renewed for the year 2008-09 through cheque of PNB, T.Nagar, Chennai, no-340722.

    I had joined the scheme as a customer of PNB, T.Nagar, Chennai. The second year renewal cheque was collected by Mr.R.Vinod, cell phone [protected] in June 2008. Regarding the renewal for the third year, I contacted Mr.Vinod over his cell, but he could not be reached (I came to know later that he had resigned). When I contacted the PNB, T.Nagar branch the Bank said that I should contact only Reliance Insurance. Not knowing whom to contact in Chennai for the renewal of my insurance, I contacted the help line on 25.6.09 and explained the situation. I was assured that the representative of the company would meet me within 72 hours. The request number of my helpline discussion is 1560. I got a phone call on Friday, 26.6.09 from the phone [protected] and the person said he would send the representative on Sturday . As nobody turned up on that day, I contacted this gentleman on the above referred cell phone on Monday, 29.6.09, he said the representative was held up at some other place but would meet me in a day. On 30.6.09 I went to the Reliance Insurance Company office at Reliance house, Haddows road, Nunagambakkam, Chennai. I met Mr.Srinivasan and then only I came to know that my file was being dealt with by your Anna Nagar Branch. In presence of Mr.Srinivasan, I talked to Mr.Kamaraj of Anna Nagar branch over the phone [protected]/42946522. He said he would send his representative. The representative came on 1.7.09 and looked into our ID card, noted down the details. He said he would call on 2.7.09 with details of the renewal amount and collect the cheque. When I phoned Mr.Kamaraj on 2.7.09, I was told by him that my policy had lapsed.

    I fail to understand why my policy should lapse, when the concerned branch did not send me the renewal notice or informed me over phone or made arrangements to collect the cheque as they did last year. It is not clear why my policy shall lapse for no fault of mine as I was ready to pay the renewal fee but was not knowing where to pay. I also fail to understand why the Bank in whose name the scheme was launched, was not ready to take the renewal fee. Should there not be a provision to pay through the Bank as that Bank was only instrumental in joining me in the scheme. It is not clear why the representative from Anna Nagar branch shall note the details from our ID card, when these details should be available with them. Why renewal notice was not sent? I am surprised to face this sort of situation in the 3rd year of the policy from such a reputed Company. I still believe that the concerned authority will look into this matter and arrange to collect my renewal fee. I shall not definetely like to loose my benefits that start only from 3rd year.

      Sir/Madam,
      I have joined this Channel as an Insurance Sales Officer(ISO), Aizawl Branch from the 21st of February 2009 and because of the irresponsible behavior of the HR Department, our Original Joining Kits have been misplaced and they told us to send the same recently and we have done that as well. But, our salary which has been dispatched was calculated only from that day when we send the duplicate copy of the joining kit. Apart from that, we have not yet received our salary from April. Please take necessary action about that because I live and survivie only by my monthly salary.

      Its very unprofessional HR always under the weight of Sales people and does take care of its employees to settle the same. Some action should be taken

        reliance life insurance executive told me that they are having a scheme for the custumer if you take you take the policy before 31st march 2009 then the 25%of the prium amonut i.e.12500/- will be refund after 3 month as i comfirm this scheme from head of the executive name anirudh both on the telephone.as i am basically from mumbai but that time i was in nagpur they arrenge the executive for document.when contectedafter 3 months to anirudh, he told me that we have send cheques to all other client which took the policy and your cheque in process.but i was a fake. when contect to anirudh he gave me the no.of mr.rahul and told me that this person will sort your problem.but rahu ltold me that u didnt took the policy within the period so we cant give u the 12500/-
        So i request to all the people that please help me to solve the problem.
        What type of action can i take against anirudh and the consultant company.

          I am very sorry to say that I made all the formalities regarding the change in the name of nominee from 'YUVRAJ SINGH' to 'YUVRAJ PRASAD' on dated[protected] at Model Town -2, delhi branch.It is worthy to mention that i was told that within one week you will get related documents at your doorstep but nothing i got till today.

              I applied for Reliance wealth+health plan as their sales maneger contacted me and paid Rs 6331.00 as a premium amt. on 21/2/2009 but they have not accepted my policy as I declared that I suffered by ulcerative collities, while filling form.Afterwards sales manger told me that your policy is not accepeted by co, your money will be refunded shortely. Till date they have not refunded

                I have Given the compalin to the company ...but no revert from their side...sending you the same copy

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                Through this mail I would like to inform you that I have been cheated by your advisor.
                In the m/o of Nov 08 I have received a call from Mr. Aman Agarwal staff of Prithvi Insurance consultants(Code:[protected] regarding the AIP.
                I was little interested on that but while filling the form he has taken signature on Health and wealth plan by saying that this will be converted into AIP. I told him for half early premium of Rs 6000 ie annually Rs 12000.

                But when I received the policy through courier It was Health+ wealth plan and premium of Rs 6000 and mode of payment was quarterly i.e Rs 24000.

                That day only I informed him on his mobile no [protected] to change the plan as well as the premium amount. He convinced me by saying that “I am out of station and will come by in few days and will change don’t worry for this by mistake it has been done” .Even his senior has also committed me. But after that no body has turned up and his mobile is also switched off.
                Then I contacted to your help Line and they told no changes can be done after a month.

                Now I want to change my existing paln into AIP term 5 year or if not possible please return back my first premium as I can not continue.

                I hope it is clear to you how I have been cheated by your advisor and what I am looking for.

                So please do the needful at earliest other wise I will have to for the legal.

                    Dear All,

                    This is to bring to your notice that i have taken two policies from reliance life insuance co.I went to chandigarh Sec 8 branch to collect my policy on 25/02/09as they were not delivered at my home.I was came to know that my free-look period is already over without even receiving the policies.On seen the policies details, i immeditely inform your advisor that these are regular policies and the charges are very very high (80%).He assured me that my policies would get canceled.But till date nothing has happened.
                    Your advisor has clearly cheated me of my hard earned money.I request you to kindly refund my money at your earliest as we are poor agreculturiest, we had already informed your advisor that due to our financial condition we would not be able to pay regular premiums still he give us regular pay policies.The advisor name is Ashish Ahuja(advisor code[protected].Ashish visited me along with his SM Shalini Ahuja.                       Cheated by Reliance Life Insurance Manager's- Hold the policy till free look up period and get part of commission

                      General advice to public that if anyone wishes to go for Insurance Policies always go for LIC and not any other Insurance companies becasue one or the other way they try to cheat the Public. Note: I am not an LIC Agent or advisor

                      I have taken Reliance Life Super AIP last december which is an ULIP policy. While applying for the policy, I have clearly asked the agent to furnish all the charges which will be charged if i apply for all the charges and he furnished me the charges details in a plain white paper and he informed me that apart from that there will be no charges. and one more thing along with the agent who was from Reliance Money, he was accompanied by Reliance Life Branch Manager(that is what he mentioned)

                      I have applied for the policy and after receiving the policy document, i have noticed Rs.2000/- was charged in excess what the agent and manager has mentioned. I have called the manager and even he was not aware of the charges which was charged to mine account and even he told that he is holding the policy in his child name and he has not seen the document. Manager replied me saying that he will get back to me and i informed him that i have free look up policy for 15 days and i want to cancel the policy and he mentioned that give me few days and he will get back to me.

                      I have even call Reliance customer care for the same and they mentioned it is as per the policy document and if i wish i can cancel the policy in free look up period.

                      I called up the agent again and i informed him that i wish to cancel the policy. Then the manager of Reliance Life Insurance told me that he will get me back the excess 2000Rs once i keep the policy till free look up period and till now i have called him N number of times but no response and if i called him from my mobile he will not pick up his phone and if i call from some other friends mobile he picks up and then he will ask for my bank account number by saying that i will transfer the amount, i have provided the same and every time i called him from other mobile he keeps asking bank account number and keeps cheating me.

                      At last he told me that he has left Reliance Life Insurance again a big lie from him and he informed me to contact the agent of Reliance Money and when i called him he informed me that he has left Reliance Money, so it is a big play from Reliance Group as a whole.

                      Can Reliance Life Insurance take action on such employees from their organization to avoid their reputation and also i need to cancel the policy and need refund of my policy amount.

                      I too agree with you. I am also sailing in the same boat. I am decived at the time of appointment and now I have come to know that my customer's policy has been converted to RSIP. Is ther anything that we can do through this platform? I want the whole world know what is RELIANCE INSURANCE. Group of fraud people!. I feel that I should be the last person whom they have cheated. My cell no. is [protected].                       Dear customer,
                      Insurance is a subject matter of solicitation and you give your consent to buy only when you like an offer. More than 70% of insurance investors are unhappy with their plans because they realize the defects only after making their payments.
                      I suggest that you first write to the local Branch Manager giving details of our case through a registered letter. In the next week you can approach the local INSURANCE OMBUDSMAN if you get no positive response.
                      Do let me know if you need any further clarification on this matter.

                      Dear Naresh, i have myself sold policies for different life insurance companies for more than 4 years. Its very true that there are lot of wrong selling happening in this industry. Aakaash Ray is right, you must approach the concerned Branch Manager first. If he is not taking interest or delaying the process, you should raise this issue and go to higher authority in Reliance Life and at the same time, file your complain at IRDA site.

                      Not only Reliance life insurance, all life insurance business is based on fraud. I have not heard of anyone being happy of any insurance. The problem with insurance business is that there is a high acquiring cost. Nearly all of your first premium is used in commissions and omissions and 4-5% of your other premiums are used for these purposes. Therefore, NEVER invest in any insurance policy. Not even for insurance. Here is a sample calculation
                      say the policy gives a return of 15% ( it is very high for any term)
                      you invest 100000 for 5 years
                      first year they will invest 80000 and eat away 25000
                      next year onward they will invest 90000
                      you will get the following
                      after one year 90000+80000*1.15 = 182000
                      after two years 182000*1.15+90000 = 307000
                      after three years 307000*1.15 + 90000 = 443000
                      after 4 years 443000*1.15+ 90000 = 600000
                      after 5 years 600000*1.15 = 690000

                      and 15% consistent return for 5 years is impossible. Generally there will be periods of negative growth. Even if you take one year ( say IIIrd year) of negative growth of 10% the returns will be as
                      after three years 307000*0.9+90000 = 361000
                      4th year 361000*1.15+ 90000 = 540000
                      after 5 years 540000*1.15 = 620000


                      if you invest the same in a 8% post office scheme
                      you get the following
                      after one year 108000 + 100000 = 208000

                          this is to bring to your kind notice that, i worked in reliance lfie insurance almost 6 years

                            Dear Anil Ambani,

                            I am Working For Reliance Life Insurance as Branch Manager ( Mahim Branch) from last 11 month.
                            Suddenly I received Phone on 4th April 2009, from my boss to give resignation on the next day.
                            Reason was Company closing Branch for cost cutting.
                            As per my offer letter i am permanent in company after 6 months and if company want to remove a employee company has to give 3 months of salary in advance.
                            I am being told if you do not resign we will terminate you. Almost 50% branches are closed in mumbai total 32 branch managers & 250 Sales Managers are asked to leave the company and even salary is not paid. No one will have faith on company where their employees are cheated.
                            Pls check into this matter. Hope will get revert soon.

                                I was going through your websie and found cases where signatures were fudged and policy was changed by filling a new form by the fraud representative.

                                I wanted a single premium policy but was sent a 15 year reccuring policy with 30% as processing fee. When i turned back the policy during cool off period the whole process was so embarassing as if I was the culprit. Firstly i had to visit there customer care center where inspite of an application i made to fill a form.The best part is inspite of applying on 21st March 2009 it turned up in reliance systems on 26th March 2009. I was given a TAT of 7 days.

                                On 26th March when i called up customer care they told me i will get my money on 11th April 2009.

                                Today 22nd April when i call up customer care they said the application got cancelled on 15th April and will need till 2nd May till i see my money.

                                My point here is
                                1 Is there any guideline for such processes defined by IRDA
                                2 Why should not we get interest for the time money is held up with these company.
                                3 I should consider myself lucky that it happened at the initial stage imagine after paying for 15 years what would be my plight.
                                4 Why action is not taken against there culprit investment advisor.
                                5 The fake signatures as per my knowledge is an offence under section 420
                                6 Why should we pay administrative costs when it is not our fault.

                                I am not putting my policy number here as this may worsen my case but have all the rquired documents to colabrate my story. I will update it here once i see my money.

                                Also senior managment in reliance should realise that there treament not only wards me off but all the referal customers also

                                I have a policy where the agent has forged signatures and changed the policy to favour the comany. The company has agreed that this has happened and said the agent is dismissed. They will give back the money, but what about;
                                1. the interest?
                                2. punishing other officials who approved the documents?
                                3. legal action for criminal act of forgery?
                                Does IRDA even think about all these cases?

                                    I have taken a policy of reliance life insurance & given a cheque of Rs. 30, 000/- of dated 22-03-09
                                    in that policy the executive tell me that u have to pay the above amount for three years and the company will give ur money with the interest of 9% p.a. i.e. Rs. 107000/- in the fourth year.
                                    and the company will also provide some other benefit to u i[censored] take this policy at once, they are
                                    1. Rs. 1000000/- medical cover o[censored] and ur family for the age of 55 years.
                                    2.. Rs. 1000000/- insurance o[censored]r upto the age of 75 years in case of accident & 500000/- in case of natural death.
                                    3. Rs. 15000/-additional bonus in the fourth year i[censored] take this policy at once.
                                    these all are guaranteed.
                                    in the meanwhile i got information that the executive was telling lie.
                                    and he also changed my application form which was filled by me and signed by me.
                                    which is very wrong and unlawful work done by him.

                                    I HAVE GOT A MESSAGE FROM RELIANCE GSM MESSAGE IS RECHARGE WITH RS.54 AND ALL LOCAL CALLS 1 PAISE PER 2 SECOND.I HAD RECHARGE RS 54 BEFORE 3 TO 4 DAYS BEFORE.AFTER RECHARGE THIS AMOUNT WHEN I CALL ANY LOCAL CALLS SOME TIME COMPANY DEDUCT OFFERED PRICE THAT MEANS 1 PAISE PER 2 SECOND BUT SOME TIME DEDUCT .50 PAISE PER MINUTE AND SOME TIME .40 PAISE/MINUTE.

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      This is to inform you that my name is sibu roy chowdhury and i have purchased a life insurance plan from reliance life insurance on dated[protected], from barasat brach, west bengal, and i have received the policy document on dated[protected].
                                      As per IRDA guidelines, due to my financial problem as well as the bad performance of the fund i want to cancel this policy within 15 days of free look period.
                                      for that reason, i have given the first cancellation request for policy on dated[protected] and resolution came that policy can not cancel.
                                      Again i have given the 2nd request on dated[protected] with resolution that format is not correct.
                                      3rd request was given on dated[protected], and resolution is quiet amazing...
                                      Again they resoluted the same as no cancellation will be done and suggested me to refer IRDA GUIDELINES.
                                      Kindly help me to resolute this problem as earliest.

                                      reliance life insurance / market return plan II regular — customer registration

                                      I HAVE REGISTERED SO MANY TIMES FOR ON LINE SERVICES, EACH TIME WE GET A MESSAGE THAT WE WILL SEND A PASSWORD LATER ON BUT TILL NOW WE DOES NOT GET A PASSWORD AND USER-ID.
                                      According to the terms and condition of the reliance life insurance co. if the cancellation was made in between 15 days of the purchase of policy then in this case justice should be done to the complainant.

                                        Respected sir/mam,
                                        on last month i take a policy of reliance life insurance even your executive[DEVENDRA SHUKALA] not responding after taking policy and cut my no from last 16 days and when i call from other no he talk me in very very routly way and said me to go office and dont call me.i am a member of reliance fresh and all my vechial are insured by reliance only but now i have no trust in reliance.if i dont got my papers in 3 [three] working days ! I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT. AND I ALSO SAY MY GROUP/RELATIVE/NEAR AND DEAR.

                                        I AM VERY VERY DISSATISFIED WITH RELIANCE.
                                        sales manager cheated me. they r using the customers for there own profit.
                                        they cheated Rs. 20000 frm me.
