Dear sir/ Madam,


Reliance insurance policy holder, my wife & me, V.Sudhakar / P.Vijaya

lakshmi. October month Call from reliance branch office hosur Tamilnadu. They told

both of them get free 1 lakh insurance come and collect. After that In hosur 20

members selected you both of them selected in this list. New plan only 20

members selected ,

We get approval from IRDA Plan of RELIANCE TRADITIONAL SUPER

INVESTASSURE PLAN. In this plan Rs: 104,700 + collection charges one year premium of ten years want to

Pay. In initial 5th year company will give Rs: 160,000 in that amount company pay for

upto 10th year.This offer After that you will get after 15th year 69,00000 lakhs. At that time we asked where is the

document of this things, telling verbal all this thing's. Again & again we asked so many times. but Ravi & Babu told

every think you will get, mentioned in the document. But Not mentioned in document.

Benefit

1. Insurance coverage for total family. For medical expenses for total family will get the benefits, claims the amount. Medical card.

2. For Income Tax file this document.

3. After one year membership & apply for without surety for loan. Loan amount upto 50,00000 lakhs you will get. Like car loan, housing loan, plot loan ect….


1. But in document mentioned 20 years plan.

2. Still not yet receive any medical card.

3. And how will get this after 15th year 69,00000 lakhs. Never mentioned in the
Document. They told company will give bonus amount and then insured amount
will mature.

4. Loan benefits not mentioned in document.

5. They told free look period 2 months. But in document 15 days only.

Paid after 20 days only got this document. And then November 31 one document

Received name of P. Vijaya Lakshmi.

I am looking site so want buy the land for that urgent needed loan Nearly 30 lakhs.

Regarding I will check with your branch manager . They told I try to arrange loan.

For that not able contact the Babu & Ravi through the phone & in office, what I told

whether issue the loan otherwise refund the amount. After that never

lift the call till Babu & Ravi now another no switched off last 15 days, I went office nobody not there.

So that mentally upset with your office people last two month & I have not able to concentrate with my work, It's

continuous in future i will leave my job. In my office i want to go for hyderabad official last saturday onwards telling in

my office, because of this problem i am not able to go. Today why came to asking in my office . Tomorrow will go

otherwise don't come to office . I had already stress so taking treatment from nimans,medicine as per Psychiatry,

already told your office people also know that. so yesterday (13.12.10) went to nimans hospital for consult & treatment,

because of over headache ,joint pain & fear.

Name of the persons: Babu & Ravi in hosur branch, Tamilnadu.

kindly refund the amount both my wife & me.

Take action for refund the amount as soon as possible,

    SIR,
    I received a policy which was mis sold by Vignaharta direct trading, the lady named preeti called me again and again and assured me that you need not pay my policy the company will pay the premium and only I have to pay thirty thousand which will be one of single premium . I agreed and I paid amount rupees thirty thousand and after two months of clearing the cheque I received a policy which was of regular policy for that i went to vashi branch office to hand over and cancel the particular policy but after one week they were telling me your policy is out free look period if i received wrong policy whose mistake I AM FED UP WITH INSURANCE PEOPLE DONOT BUY INSURANCE PRODUCTS FROM RELIANCE LIFE INSURANCE

    reliance post paid — mis selling

    dear sir,
    i have a post paid connection from your com. but your seles executive mr. dharmendra ([protected]) said me that no advance rent charge in this connection and total charges of this connection is Rs 700 .and monthly rent of this connection is rs -50 only .but i found that my actual charge of this commection is rs 250 only when i call him he does not pick my phone .
    i will be waiting a for long time and complaine to his boss mr. siddiki ([protected]), BUT HE WILL DON;T RESPONSD ME. PLEASE GIVE ME WRITE JUDGEMENT...

    Past two years using postpaid connection. past six month i am not Recieved my mobile bill How can i know the bill of my postpaid.could you please provide these details.

    Booked the LG Hand Set Given Classic ( on 26.02.09)
    Model :- Classic 25.
    RSN:- RZTFWCO[protected].
    This is Mrs Poornima T John, As your person from Bhandup Wed World, ( Ronak Enterprise ) Mr Jiten Mehta had come to my office and shown LG landline for 1000/-, i agreed with the following, next i was not in my office, they had come active the Classic hand set, i was dis agreed with this, and had returned the Classic handset at the wed world, he had committed that with 2 or 3 days we will active the LG Hand set. And after 1st month the bill had come to office, i said that i dont have the hand set, why should i pay, i wont pay the bill, the same happen in the 2nd month also. After they had 2 month bill. And the same happened in 3rd month also, after that they had not paid the bill. The collection person had come to my office, i told them, i dont have your handset, why should i pay, i had taken that person to bhandup wedworld and said that i dont have Reliance handset (Jiten Mehta ) he too agreed with it. Again i Purchase the Same Classic on 14/08/2009 told Jiten to Pay bill or reverse the bill, i dont want default it, you pay or reverse it, i will continue it, he told me i will take 4 to 5 day to reverse it, i agreed with it.From 18/08/09, i am meeting him, he told me we put the mail to Reliance, till now we had not received any mail from Reliance.I had got both original bill Ronak Enterprise.

    I want to continue with Reliance so that i had repurchased the Classic Hand Set in spite of LG Hand Set.

    Please revise the Amount or Tell Mr Jiten From Ronak Enterprise to Pay, ( Who will bare the loss during this period, that i had not utilised the service from Reliance. ( If anybody choice or Purchase the Hand set, to enjoy the service.

    I totaly disagree with the Mis communication of the Sales Person.

    Pls Solve my Problem and do the needful as soon as Possible.

    myself Birupakshya Sahu state that ashok kumar an adviser of reliance life insurance company told me to have a policy. He took 20000.00 for fix deposit.But he invested it in share market which font value is now only 13000.why they are miscommunicating people for this policy.

      Dear Sir,

      I had given my documents to Mr. Pramod(Sales executive) on 28.08.10 vide Proposal Form No. C-6923222 duly signed and filled by myself for 3 years policy term with Premium of Rs. 15000/- for Reliance Traditional Super Assured Plan which was detail discussed over the phone by Mr. Amit (Insurance Advisor from Sector 18 Noida)


      After 10 days later I recd so many calls from Relaince Life Insurance, one of them from Mr. Prem (at Karol Bagh Office-intruduced himself as a Operational executive from verification Department) and other one is from Mumbai too. when they verified the same product from me than I came to know from them that there is not any kind of plan is being available from Reliance. So by taking immediate action I requested him to cancell my policy and return back my documents and than I have stoped the payment of My Cheque and he confirmed me too that the said policy has been cancelled.

      Shocked to see the Policy Documents

      On 17.10.10 I have recd Policy Documents vide policy no. 18006650 Date of Commencement 30.09.10 , CLient ID[protected], Advior's Code No. 20287275, Advisor's Name Mrs. Inderjeet Kaur, Plan- Reliance Cash Flow , Policy Term 22 Years, with Total Installment Premium 14992.85, Form No. C-6923877

      I had filled Form no. C-6923222 with my hand writing and signed while I got the Policy Documents with Form No. C-6923877 with my fictitious hand writing and signed and contact no. too against cancelled policy.


      A well established Insurance Company like Reliance is doing fraud or misselling the policy . Insurance advisor giving information about one plan while giving other plan against cancelled policy without intimating the policy holder

      Reliance are misusing my documents which have been given to Reliance Sales Executive on behalf of Reliance Insurance Co. for one policy while Reliance are using documents for other policy without any intimation and doing ficititous signed which is legaly punishable.

      In this regaard i have written so many mails and reminder to Reliance Customer Care, Reliance Redressal Officer and Reliance CEO. but till date not any action has been taken against the culprit person.

              Sir,

              My name is Laina Sivadasan, I have only completed my online training with reliance 3 months back. But never attend for irda examination due to some reasons. Currently I plan to work with with hdfc life, and for that reason i have approached the varkala branch several times to cancel my urn with that company.But they told me that it is not possible and they are not giving the path to do it.Only they gave is my URN NO: AMPI[protected]

                  We are regularly paying the premium against the above sited policy
                  Number and not a defaulter by any means. Since 6 Months we are
                  regularly in touch with the Reliance Life Insurance Company for get our
                  money back with the Benefit of the Insurance Policy Cover

                  But I am afraid to say that now the Reliance Life Insurance says
                  The Policy does not Belong to me (Master Bhuven Aggarwal )To justify our statement
                  of the Policy of Master Bhuven Aggarwal we are enclosing the complete documents .
                  from 01 to 12 for your ref:

                  We are persistently following the Same to recover the Money which we had
                  already paid as a premium against the Policy of Master Bhuven Aggarwal amicably
                  but sorry to say that the Reliance Life Insurance Staff have a malllafied intentions
                  and gave the money to any other person with his personal interest.

                    I had taken the Reliance Golden yr Plant on Jan 2008 for myself, this was the first time I was buying any ULIP plan & not aware of there terms & condition , i had paid only 1 premium at the time of purchasing this policy. Since than i have not paid any premium, after recieving calls from there staff I paid my 2nd premium cheque of Rs 20000 on 23Sep10 to their executive who collected the same from my residence.
                    The Cheque got cleared from my account on 29/09/2010 but till date I have not reced any Unit against this 2nd premium, I spoke to their customer care they said, there is no payment update of 2nd premium & further when i was trying to talk to the person who collected the cheque, he once prmoised to resolve my issue but now he is not taking any of my calls. I surely don't know where my money goes... When my cheque got cleared than why I have not recd any update of that.... Regarding the same i wrote my complaint to their email id RLIFE.[protected]@relianceada.com but don't know how long they also take this issue to resolve... I am being cheated by this company representative who mis-commited that I will get the update statement of this premium wihin Week time...& Now don't bother to tell the exact situtation...

                    Hope to get the solution of my compalint through this forum...

                      This is to bring to your kind notice that I have taken two single premium policies i.e. Reliance Super Golden Year Plan(single premium).The policy number 15459077 has been received in the month of January 2010.Whereas the policy number 15458731 documents has been received in the month of September. No freelook period was given to me to check if the policy is correct or not. When I saw the policy docket, I came across that the wrong policy has been given to me i.e. reliance super invest assure plan. In this regard I have made an enquiry at Reliance Capital Services and reliance customer care also but they did not give me a satisfactory reply on this issue. At the age of about 60 years regular premium policy( Reliance Super Invest Assure Plan ) has been given to me, though I have cleared at the time when I have taken the policy that I cannot pay the regular premium. It is a case of complete mis selling and cheating which has been made to me.

                      Further I request you, kindly intervine in this matter and return my hard earned money.

                        With reference to above, I write to inform you that there is discrepancy noticed in the premium notice and as per the bond. As I am Paying Premium amounts regularly as per the premium notice received in time.

                        The Premium Paid Certificate Copies, Statement of Account and correspondence made to through E-mail and enquires made at your nearest branch office at Rajahmundry.

                        The statements which are received from the branch office are not tallying, with premium amount mentioned in the bond.

                        Hence I request you to kindly go through the statements as per the enclosers and rectify the same and see that the future premium notices are to be sent as per the bond.

                            I have surrender a policy (no.[protected] on 14July2010 of Reliance Life Insurance service request (no.[protected]). This was a ULIP policy Automatic Investment Plan. That time fund value was Rs. 76939.68 and surrender charges was Rs. 3846.98 so they have to pay me Rs.73092.70.

                            As they are not giving my money back I have complain in Reliance customer care after that I have complain in IRDA Complain No.155/RELL on 19/08/10. In between the time i call several times to IRDA and reliance customer care they again and again telling me to wait for sometime. Already four month I have waited.

                            Please do something for me.

                              I was contacted by Viganaharta Direct Insurance Broking Pvt ltd for convassing on 28th Aug. During the convasing I was told about the moneyback policy, with the condition that this product is launched by the company for the limited period and today ( that Day) is the last day. The special benefit, i was told that a 20% bonus and 80% premium shall be returned in the begining of 4th year. For teh remaining 20% amount with the company, I shall be paid Rs1000/ as a pension for the life period. When I received the policy documents, it altogather diffierent. I feel that i have been CHEATED by the ADVISOR. Secondly, In the night of 28th itself, Copy of my PAN No., Cheque for Rs 50000/, and copy of teh bank passbook was collected with the understanding that The form/ Document shall be signed by next day by ludhiana branch of the company.But After my repeated requests that the original form/document should bear my signature but my all efforts went on the deaf ears of the company's irresponsible management. The issued me the policy documents by scanning my signature from the Copy of PAN card.The company has frauded my signature. If today, they have scanned my signature, tomorrow they can scan any other signature. Since the policy is in look in period, if I dont accept the policy, the company will deduct about 25% of the premimum i paid. Is there any body to help the helpless public. Futher to that I am seniorcitizen lady depending on my husband,s pension. If possible please take up my case with the company and get my full amount refunded, because i have been cheated by their advisor, and company played fraud with me. I shall remain grateful to you.                                 The premium amount of my yearly policy is Rs.10000/-The last date of payment is 26th Sept.2010. I have dropped the cheque in their drop box located at Prime Telecom Shop No 14,Jan Co Op Hsg Soc, opp. Bank Of Maharastra, Seven Bunglows, Andheri (W),Mumbai 58.on dated 21st sept.2010.But Reliance life insurance co. has not yet received my cheque and hence the system shows unpaid premium amount.

                                      I have been receiving calls from people pretending they are calling from reliance life insurance company promising huge and unbelievable returns on their life insurance schemes. They ask me to keep a cheque ready so that they will send a person to collect it.

                                      A little probing from my side and these people start fumbling. I questioned them-" can i call back on the same number from where i am receiving the call after 5 minutes" and they disconnect the phone because the land line no that they call from [protected] is meant for only outgoing calls to fool people and when you try to call this no. it gives a message the no is out of order.

                                      Also when i called the reliance local office and Mumbai head office they had no 8idea of any such scheme with high returns.

                                      So this is just an alarm to my all dear fellow indian, if you are receiving any tele marketing calls, before giving your financial details, cross check by calling back or checking with your nearest office. It could be a scam and people are trying to extract money from you.

                                      I have been receiving many calls around 5-10 calls a day from Reliance Life Insurance regarding their plans etc. And i just requested them to not call me and remove my no. they give us the logic like

                                      "Kya aap apni koi personal call receive nahi karte hai"
                                      "Kya aapko phone uthane mai takleef hoti hai"

                                      I am really disappointed with these telecallers and these offer..

                                      please let me know about an appropriate way to get rid of these disgusting peoples."

                                        Here is my policy ID 11798702 with Reliance Life Insurance started in 2008 with RS. 10000/ Premium, I haven't paid any other premium till August 2010 as this policy is Reliance Wealth + Health Plan which I can withdrow after 3 years, but in August the manager contacted me and insisted to pay another Rs.10000/ based on a personal relationship and I paid the same on 7th August. I have recieved the premium paid reciept but the amount Rs.10000/ is not yet allocated to my policy, I have still the first premium paid is showing aginst my policy. Inspite of having multiple calls and mails to customer care, rlife.[protected]@relianceada.com, rlife.[protected]@relianceada.com and the officials in the branch still this amount is not allocated. Reliance is holding my money with out giving me any value for the same. Please help in this to get the money refunded or allocated to my policy ASAP. Please suggest. Thanks Rajeev M.

                                        I called the customer care again today and they have updated me the issue is resolved yesterday (09/09/2010) and the units are also bought for my policy but it will take 3-4 working days to update in the system.
