Bad words used by reliance call centre guys

hi,

Such bad experience from reliance company . i got a call saying that you will get 250 % of bonus on current policy. i said i don't want policy and i cut the phone. again i got call from Delhi call center using bad words.
words are tere baap ka maal hai kya , teri maa ki.. etc...
i want you to sack that call center. and i need apologize letter from the company within 2 days.

I got sms on my mobile on 12th dec 2009 that the welcome kit of my RLIC policy no[protected] has been dispatched on 8th dec 2009. corier name:speed post. AWB No. L21144775. But still i didn't received the respective kit. kindly follow up the above mention courier details and update me the same....

this is really disgusting ..reliance life insurance is good but the sales officer is truly cunning n fraud ..he cheated me he mis cummit the policy ...wenever i askd for the premiums that it is regular or 1 time investment he said it is 1 time n now it come to know that the policy is regular n one shuld need to pay for 24 years is trurly cheating n disgusting never blive the policies like this n the sales officer cheater lier n u can say...

Cheque not received ut ECS recovered

My poicy amount recovered through ECS from my bank account and I received a letter from Rreliance comany that my cheque is dishonoured.. When I contact Tiruchy Branch Ms. Jothi said that the cerk gone for lunch and at few seconds later she told that the same clerk is on leave for long time When I contacted in person, it was informed that this happens every month due to their technical problems..
