Dear Sir/Madam,

I Chandra shekhar Boddula S/o. Rajalingam residence of Parkal, Dist Warangal Andhra Pradesh. I had a policy in Reliance Life insurance Co. vide policy No. 11557648 for that i had submitted Medi Claim documents at Hyderabad TTK office instead of Mediassist mistakenly. I have requested to return the same at Hyd office but they had confirmed that they had already despatched the same to Mumbai TTK office vide POD No. 739130 in July Month.

Now I request you to kindly return the documents to below Reliance Office and confirm.

Reliance Insurance — Return

Hi,

Reliance company isurance service is pathetic and useless.
i had one policy when i confirmed the maturity of return with there
useless staff they said me there would be a deduction of 4thousand
per lakh and there is loss in a market so u will be get half of the paid amt.

    Hi,

    I had purchased 2 policies from Reliance Life Insurance last year for myself and my wife.

    1. Subhash Chander Puri - Policy number[protected] for Rs 300,000 (Compliant number - [protected])
    2. Kusum Puri - Policy number[protected] for Rs 1,50,000 (Complaint number - [protected])

    On receipt of first policy document, we found that our Date of Birth has been tampered with - on photo copy of PAN Card. And the second policy had different options than what we had opted for.

    We demanded the amount to be refunded and registered a complaint with Reliance, Dwarka, Sec 5, Delhi branch in Sep 09 followed by a written and e mail complaint with Reliance Customer care, Mumbai on 26 Nov 09.

    However, even after repeated meetings and assurances from Reliance people, we haven't got our money back. Instead of being apologetic, Reliance had forced us to follow up daily but to no avail.

    Immediately call the IRDA HELP LINE NUMEBR: 155255 inform them, complaint to Reliance Life Inusrance Company in writing. As per the FREELOOK PERIOD, you can cancel the policy within 15 Days, once you receive. In tyour case, as 15 Days period is over, but you take strong follow up and also send your details to CNBC TV Channel as they have helped one person to get the refund after 1 Year also.

    Send your email to Aaj Tak and CNBC TV and also inform lcoal news papaers. I was also cheated by the agent, first Reliance Life Insurance Company ahs rejected my Request and then after complaining to IRDA and Ombudsman, Reliance Life Insurance has returend by Money.       Dear Sir,

      I purchased a Reliance Insurance Policy No: 11505423, Client Id: 03263876 Issued On: 13/02/08 In the name of Ashish Saxena. I had purchased this policy from RLife Sr Sr Sales Manager, Reliance Life Insurance(Paschim Vihar Near Peeragarhi, New Delhi 110063). At the time of renewal of this policy in feb-2009 I made a payment of 25000/- Rs via Cheque to Mr Varun Anand. But after a few days I got a parcel from Reliance Life Insurance containing the policy papers of a new Policy (No: 13718384 Client ID : 03263876 Issued on 9/02/2009) in my name.

      I contacted Customer care at Reliance Life Insurance to cancel the new policy as I have never bought it and I had paid the premium against my existing policy. But I was told by them to contact Mr Varun Anand for it. I was in constant touch with Mr Varun and he kept on telling me that he simply invested my amount to different Funds & it’s not a new policy so I need not to worry about it.

      I also made a written complaint about the same on November 7th, 2009 at Sector-18 Noida Branch ast Reliance Head office. Even From there I did not get any solution to my problem.

      Rather I got a letter from Reliance in reference to Complaint no – [protected]/1 stating that my previous policy has lapsed and I have to pay premium for the second policy, which I had never bought. Moreover the Letter also states that my first policy has lapsed as I did not pay premium on time. Now I am being forced by the customer care at RIl to carry forward the second policy.

      I followed the Grievance process of Reliance & send communications in below manner -

      1) rlife.[protected]@relianceada.com on 13 Dec 2009
      2) A follow-up email on 16 dec to the above address
      3) After no communication from cust care I sent my Complaint to rlife.[protected]@relianceada.com on 27 Dec 2009
      4) Still no response from any unit of RIL so sent a communication to rlife.[protected]@relianceada.com & waiting for the response.

      Please advice for next course of action to sort out this matter.

        hi,

        Such bad experience from reliance company . i got a call saying that you will get 250 % of bonus on current policy. i said i don't want policy and i cut the phone. again i got call from Delhi call center using bad words.
        words are tere baap ka maal hai kya , teri maa ki.. etc...
        i want you to sack that call center. and i need apologize letter from the company within 2 days.

        I got call from reliance . the guy was descripbing about some reliance plan . after listing few lines I said I dont have scope for investment . Then guy replied badly . I want some action against such calls . Phone number from which i got call is [protected] .

            mis selling by the sales officer of reliance LI

            this is really disgusting ..reliance life insurance is good but the sales officer is truly cunning n fraud ..he cheated me he mis cummit the policy ...wenever i askd for the premiums that it is regular or 1 time investment he said it is 1 time n now it come to know that the policy is regular n one shuld need to pay for 24 years is trurly cheating n disgusting never blive the policies like this n the sales officer cheater lier n u can say...

            My name is B.Kannan from Erode, Tamilnadu. I have taken a policy for my kid. I have been told that I have not paid the initial premium after I have paid the 3rd renewal premium. Several times i proved that i have paid. But all in vain. and I have been tortured and miscommunicated by Erode Main Branch. I launched a complaint in District Consumer Forum and WON the case and I got the compensation. But during the case also about 1 year the company did not respond properly. Now also the branch behaves in the same manner and did not obeying the court order. Now also I am thinking to go once again to the court. These people will never learn lessons.

            THINK BEFORE TO CHOOSE RELIANCE LIFE INSURANCE. YOUR LIFE WILL BECOME UNINSURED.
            This is very ture... They are never clear of their own procedures and policies. You would get 10 different answers from their 10 agents if you ask same question. A BIG fraud company.

            Bakwaas. reliance people will never take action against frauds become they themselfs are part of the team. They actually will protect them if you want to take action against those frauds. Its customer care will reply reply more than that we are taking action whereas no action will be taken. Sab mil ke loot te hain. The only solution is spread the real picture of this company so that people don't go to reliance for any Insurance.

                  My poicy amount recovered through ECS from my bank account and I received a letter from Rreliance comany that my cheque is dishonoured.. When I contact Tiruchy Branch Ms. Jothi said that the cerk gone for lunch and at few seconds later she told that the same clerk is on leave for long time When I contacted in person, it was informed that this happens every month due to their technical problems.. If such is the case just imagine how customers wll suffer in future to receive the amount

                      I had joined as an Advisor of Reliance Life Insurance on 25.05.2006.
                      NAME : FOUZAN SHAHID
                      LICENCE NO. :[protected]
                      ADVISOR CODE : 20033563

                      I had matured one Market Return Plan policy during November 2006 (Policy contract No.[protected]. As per agreed terms, I was supposed to get a commission of 9.51% & thereafter 3.81% in subsequent years.But till date I have not received the commission amount to my HDFC Bank account.

                      Though I understand that my Advisor Licence had expired on 24.05.2009, but I should have got all my previous commissions before the validity of my card. I had called-up Customer Care & also sent several emails, but there is no proper reply.

                      Hence, you are requested to arrange all the commissions to my HDFC Account.

                        The above letter has been written to reliance customer care the same letter i have attached to let you know the case.

                        Subject : Cancellation of above policy due to wrong information provided by advisor

                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                        With reference to above I would like bring to your notice that I received a promotional call from one of your advisor Mr. Kabir Ali – Cell no.+[protected]- Landline no.[protected]) the person said that we are lauching a plan for few premier customer on trial basis , as per the plan we would have to pay 3 year premium of Rs. 50,000/- per year after completion of 3 Years we will get gurantee Rs.2.35.000/- out of which I can withdraw Rs. 2,10,000/- and balance amount I can keep with reliance for 5 year or 10 years against which I will get RS.3000/- pension quarterly from beginning of this plan for example if I take this plan in month of October 2009 then I will start getting pension of Rs.3000/- quarterly from month of Jan. 2009, also I will get insurance cover of Rs. 5 Lacs and a accident rider of Rs. 2 Lacs extra , plus medical insurance upto 75000 per year , for all this I will get written documents. But when we received the bond it came to my notice that whatever the advisor had told not a single thing was mentioned in that , when I called the advisor he said that , as per IRDA we cant give with policy but within 15 days you will get separate document for above benefit directly from reliance company, also I asked the representative that why the company is offering such high returns he told that company will use this fund for there sister concern instead of borrowing from others.

                        Also I called Reliance customer care to know the details of this offer the answer I got was negative so I again called Mr. Kabir ali but he assured me that as its is promotional and launching product our customer care don’t have information when this product will be lauched official at that time customercare will get information.










                        I would like to request your to please take action against the advisor immediately.

                        Also issue my amount without debiting any charges or cutting any charges from my sum , because its a 420 case giving some wrong information and misleding the customer , if any charges are charged to me I will have to take legal action against this .

                        Also from pune office Mr. Sharad had come to me to collect document his cell no.[protected],

                        Also we were told that its direct policy from reliance but when I read the bond I came to notice that it is thro some broker Vignahartha as the person had take my personal document and taken signature on blank form for which no copy was issued

                        Please look into this matter at earliest as its not good on part of reliance

But I have not received my policy document till now.I went the local post office in search of this document but they could not be able to inform me about that. I frequently requested my agent to take infomation about this, but this is of no use.                         Now i am a policy Holder from 31.01.2011, but till now i have not received my Policy document (Policy Bond).                         I request you to take this issue seriously otherwise you gonna lose your respect from market just because of such people/Employee.

                              I have applied for free look cancellation on 13Oct2009 and till today there is no response from the reliance people.

                              I am calling customer care everyday and they say it is in progress.

                              I was cheated on this policy by the SM.He told me one policy and assigned me another policy so i asked for freelook cancellation.

                              This is my hard earned money and i want it back.Please refund my money immediately.Since this is a case of gross cheating.

                              this fellows are well educated cheaters i had made an insurance but i did not get the bond for 2 months when i asked them they said to wait for more then 3 weeks .so i asked them to pay back my amount . when ever i am contacting them they are saying our manager is in leave or else our staff is in leave for or else my dog is sick
                              they are repeatedly saying the same for 2 months
                              Immediately call the IRDA HELP LINE NUMEBR: 155255 inform them, complaint to Reliance Life Inusrance Company in writing. As per the FREELOOK PERIOD, you can cancel the policy within 15 Days, once you receive. In tyour case, as 15 Days period is over, but you take strong follow up and also send your details to CNBC TV Channel as they have helped one person to get the refund after 1 Year also.

                              Send your email to Aaj Tak and CNBC TV and also inform lcoal news papaers. I was also cheated by the agent, first Reliance Life Insurance Company ahs rejected my Request and then after complaining to IRDA and Ombudsman, Reliance Life Insurance has returend by Money.                                 I have purchases Regular Endowment Plan , from Reliance Insurance ltd, bearing my Insurance plan no Policy no 10139813, my premimum charges is Rs. 5384/- per Annum. But now I have received a reminder from them to pay Rs. 5517/-, when I took up matter with their customer care, first they told me that as per IRDA guidelines, services tax has been added, when I asked for noticification of IRDA, they told me that compnay has imposed the service tax.

                                When no other insurance companies, is not imposing any service tax, at what basis, Reliance life Insurance is charging extra amount. I just feel cheated by company

                                I request the forum to take up the matter with Reliance Life insurance in this regards

                                    On[protected], I talked with RLI executives and decided to take the life insurance policy with Reliance super investassure plan. I gave the Post dated cheque of Rs. 15000/- to their representative. I also signed on the application form at the places mentioned by their represntative. I received the policy on[protected] and was shocked to see that the policy was for reliance money guarantee plan. It had the xerox copy of the form on which I had signed, but the plan selected was reliance money guarantee plan. It also had one page wherein information about Reliance money guarantee plan was there with my forged signature below. I clearly remember not signing on any of such document specific to money guarantee plan. Now, I want to withraw the policy as well as take strict action against this forged signature.

                                    I really feel bad because of Reliance Life Insurance service. I invested my money and they guys cheated me very well. I don’t know how this company is running? - by making people fool or eating up other people’s money. I will suggest every one who will read this line that plz plz plz plz do not even try to think to take service from Reliance Life insurance… as it is a big cheater company who will definitely cheat you up. I am also requesting to Government of India to please take necessary action against this company and save others life from threat. I also request to Delhi police and other judgmental people that please do something against this company. We should not left this company like this to make other people fool… Please do something against RELIANCE LIFE EATER INSURANCE COMPANY.
                                    Please remove this company (Reliance Life insurance) from the market for humanity.

                                      With due respect, myself Shakti Singh Sharma S/o Sh. Tulsi Ram, R/o Krishna Colony, Samalkha, Panipat, Aged 59 years, want to attract your attention to CHEATING, FRAUD, and continous HARRASSMENT done by Reliance Life Insurance Co. Ltd.

                                      Sir, in the month of january 2009, I got a call from Reliance Life insurance Company Ltd. regarding an Insurance Plan. The calling person took appointment from me to send their marketing manager to visit my home and to explain me some plans for investment in Life Insurance policies. On 21.01.2009, some Mr. Sanjay Sharma ( mobile no. [protected]) accompanied with Mr. Harish Chugh (Mobile No. [protected]) from Reliance Life insuarance Co. Ltd.'s delhi office , as told to me, visited our home and explained an investment plan. According to the plan explained, i will have to pay a premium of Rs. 30000/- ( Rupees Thirty Thousand only ) only once, and can get my money back any time with interest after a period of three years. When I received policy documents ( POLICY CONTRACT NO. 13579254 and PROPOSAL NO. A1966766 ) I was shocked to see that it was not a Single Premium Policy, it was a policy in which i have to pay premium continously for policy term.

                                      Employees of Reliance Life Insurance Co. deceives me. On 12.02.2009 i raised the matter before Reliance Life Insurance Co. Ltd. vide their customer care email id , but nothing done by them. They replied on 17.02.2009 that i should contact Reliance Life Insurance Co. Ltd.'s Branch office at Panipat, and to submit a written request for cancellation of policy. When i contacted Company's branch office at Panipat, their executive Mr. Sumit Batra refused to accept my policy for cancellation. Then i sent a mail to Grievance cell of Reliance Life Insurance Company, but they also do not take any interest in my complaint. I also mail my problem to the mail id of CEO i.e. ( rlife.[protected]@relianceada.com ) , but they do not have any time to look into the problems of their customer.

                                      On 18.03.2009, Mr. Harish Chugh contacted me and told me that the matter has been resolved and my money will be refunded alongwith interest before 31st march, 2009, but to grave shock he was just making fool of me. He was just passing time. Now nobody from Reliance Life Insurance Co. Ltd. is answering my problem, nobody has time to look into the matter.

                                      So, Through this letter i request you to look into the matter, and to do something for return of my hard earned money , and also to take appropriate action against both of the company executives who decieves me.

                                      I am writing this complaint because I faced a fraud to sell reliance policy and complete wrong way use to sell reliance policy.
                                      This people make call and confirm that purchase the reliance policy and you will get the maturity against this policy within next 30 days against my existing Policy No.16972063
                                      The people who involve to make this fraud is giving below:

                                      They gave me their personal number as above, to make sure that they are not making any kind of fraud.
                                      They also told to not disclose any details with anyone else as other agents will ask for commission if I disclose my discussion with them.
                                      They just advise to do the documentation for reliance insurance policy & get the policy & wait for further confirmation from reliance on maturity amount.
                                      I have also logged this complaint to reliance on 9th Oct2013.
                                      I have paid 45, 000 (for converting the existing policy) & 30, 000 (NOC for maturity) INR and below are the policy details.

                                      As the agent, who sold me this policy, gave all the wrong information, I have been badly cheated by this fraud offer.
                                      I have some urgent medical problem in family & need my refund of 75000 Rs. ASAP. So please help me to cancel this policy and to arrange the refund of 1st premium which is paid by me (75K).
                                      If there are any cancellation charges then please also advise me on this & help me in arranging the refund of remaining amount accordingly.
                                      Please take my Request for Policy Cancellation and help me in processing it further for refund and cancel the ECS also.
                                      Please suggest the time line to get refund amount as I need it urgently due to some financial crises.
                                      I am having severe financial problem in my family so can’t bear the 75K premium of this insurance policy and not able to pay this premium in future also.
                                      I also logged a written complaint in reliance life insurance office with SR number – [protected]/5 dtd.09.10.2013.

                                      After that i have submit an written application at local branch office of Reliance Life Insurance Co on 17.10.2013.
                                      But til date i have not received any confirmation from branch office.

                                      Please help me.
