I ,Mrs Bharti A Jhaveri , holding policy no 17848296 have made my premium payment vide cheque
No 000001 drawnon Bank of Baroda dated 12/ 08/2011.
I have dropped my cheque in chowpatty branch shop , where they have Reliance phone centre.
When I went there I enquired where can I deliver my cheque for my Insurance ppolicy, the man asked me to drop it in the cheque collection box.
yesterday when I went to my Bank , I found that the amount has not been debited from my account.
Kindly PLEASE find what has happened to my cheque, I do not wish to make delay payment, so please inform me ASAP.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        while drawing your kind attention towards the subject captioned supra, I, the undersigned,have to write to submit to bring to your kind notice and knowledge that your staff members at your Bidar branch in Karnataka have played a mischief and fraud with me by way of impersonation and have got encashed my subject quoted Insurance Policy No.12054759 {AIP} under the pretext of surrender of policy {When the original bond is with me}. They opened an account in my name in the BANK OF MAHARASHTRA, Branch Bidar, by winning over the undue favour of the concerned official of the bank who is behind the episode. The culprits have illegally drawn Rs. 83,930.09 Through the said account. Since more than a year, such fraudulent drawings are often made and the innocent policy holders are made target. There are lots of complaints in this regard against your erring staff.

        You are, therefore requested to kindly intervence in the matter the earliest possible and do the needful.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          This is to bring to your kind notice that I, my Brother and other 5 people took policies from RELIANCE.

          Our Agent was "Adorable Marketing Services Pvt Ltd".
          Agent Code[protected].

          They started it as Chain Marketing. They promised to pay us in the below format..

          Initial Investment in Reliance Policy = Rs 5000/-
          There after the below mentioned Payout...
          1st Month = 100
          2nd Month = 200
          3rd Month = 400
          4th Month = 800
          5th Month = 1600
          6th Month = 3200
          7th Month = 6400
          8th Month = 12800
          9th Month = 25600
          10th Month = 51200
          11th Month = 102400

          so on ... Double of the Last Month.

          They never paid as committed. People of Adorable Marketing Services are now completely neglecting the promise and commitment.

          I approached RELIANCE but they completely ignored the fact. They should know how their Agents and Corporate Brokers are dealing. This is completely a case of MIS-SELLING

          Please Help me. I am not that rich to bear the loss of Rs 5000/-.

          I want JUSTICE and our hard earned Money.
          Please Help us get rid of this mess and from a CHEAT like RELIANCE LIC Ltd.

              One day I received a call from Mobile No [protected] that I am ROHIT SHARMA speaking fromRLIC'S Claim settlement Divn and directed from H.O. to settle the claim of 3- nos.policies that I have with them on SEBI's direction as too much abnormal exps. are loaded by the Co. on above policies,but at the same time I have to purchase a Policy of Rs.30000/-.
              On good faith I gave a cheque No.33359 dt. 22.10.10 drown on UCO Bank(the cheque cleared on 28.10.10) alongwith photo copies of all the 3 old policies,but I am sorry that till date I have not received any official document from the Co. Rohit Sharma is also not attending my phone call.
              Lastly I contacted to RLIC's nearest office at Budge Budge who written a letter to RLIC's Customer Services Kolkota who's reply is given below:-
              We regret to inform you that your request for policy cancellation cannot be processed,as the above policy is beyond free- look period.
              To know more about free look cancellation, please refer your policy document.
              I am wondering how a foolishness reply may be given by the persons involved with such a big house.When clearly I have mentioned in the letter that so far I have not received any paper related to the policy how I can refer policy document.
              I would therefore request you to kindly investigate why till date any official paper is not send and What action Co.is taking against such a fraud person.

                Dear Sir / Madam,

                I am having Insurance policies of your company. Your company's Agent had introduced these policies to me as one time investment Plan.

                At the beginning he advised me to take the policy of Rs. 50000/- (Date: 17 Aug 2010, Contract No.[protected], Client ID[protected], Adviser code No.[protected]**. He informed me that after four month of the Investment, my quarterly pension will start, which includes 5 lacs Insurance coverage, accident rider of 2 lacs & medical insurance of Rs.75000/-.

                With above Policy he combined two new policies i.e.
                1) Rs.50000/- (Date: 13 Sep 2010, Contract No.[protected],
                Client ID[protected], Adviser code No.[protected]**
                2) Rs.30000/- (Date: 10 Jan 2011, Contract No.[protected],
                Client ID[protected], Adviser code No.[protected]**.

                Recently in the month of July I have received call from your Delhi office that unless I take another Policy for Rs.30,000/- I will not get benefits of above 3 policies. So I have paid Rs.30,000/- vide Cheque No.424310 dt.[protected] for Rs.30,000/- (Application No.D0162568). My Medical check up formalities are not completed. So this policy is not effective. There is not Contract No. Or client ID. Since this policy is not started please refund the same amount immediately.
                As per my understanding these policies are one time investment plan. Still I have received letters for payment of premium.
                The policies term of payment are 20 years, 10 years, & 7 years, respectively.
                I am now 56 years old. If at all I have to pay premium, it will not be possible for me after my retirement. I would like to cancel all my above policies. Your Agent/employee provided me wrong information. At the age of 56 years I don't need any such policies. Please take this letter as a formal request to cancel my insurance policies and repay the amount of Rs.1,60,000/- with interest. Please make this cancellation effective as of 08/08/11. My ICICI account no. is[protected].
                I also request written confirmation of this cancellation, along with a refund for unused premiums, within 30 days of this action
                I don't need these policies for Income Tax.
                Please look into this matter at earliest as its not good on part of reliance.

                50000 - life insurance for 2 year — cancel the policy

                Dear Sir,
                with due respect,due to communication gap and your navie sales executive i applied a life insurance with a LCD tv Finance.
                As i'm regular customer of bajaj finance,your company offered me for a life insurance for 2 year with 102 rs installment per month basis but at the time of communication your sales executive told me that these installment money is refundable after 3 year. But there is no such a provision in this policy.so plz cancle immediately.

                  i have a wealth + health plan ( policy No.[protected] of Rlife. policy issue date is 10.09.2009. my wife (abhilasha pandey) had suffering from stomach pain so i had admitted them date 28.12.2009 and i just inform to S.S. manager (akhilesh dwivedi) of Rlife branch Banda U.P.. when we discharge from hospital
                  i had submitted all paper of treatment in Rlife office banda. but they had not give me any information nearabout six month. after 6 month. when i go to office then they say me that you give again all papers of treatment then i give again all paper of treatment in Rlife office banda. in the say way i had give three (3) times all paper of office . at least office say me that you give me original papers then i give.

                  To date 21.05.2011 , i received a letter , i this letter he say that As per Discharge Summary the complaints for which the patient was hosptalised have been there since 20.11.2008 whereas in discharge summary a clear date of hosptalised (28.12.2009).

                  sir . i send two registered letter (date 08.06.2011and 06.07.2011) for above mistake. but not any reply tillnow. sir now i am tired and i have mentally, economically and physically upset. please solve my problem .

                      I want to cancel my policy. because it is totally different which reliance Representative give me details about this policy. I also give cancellation request application to Main branch of ahmedabad. but he can not accept and also can not give any help or advise that what will i do for cancel this policy. also Reliance provide me all document after 1 month and 17 days of commencement date of my policy.                       My Self Yuvrajsinh N. Parmar.
                      I have taken "CASH FOR MONEY PLAN" of Reliance.
                      My Policy No : 18971372.

                      Please cancel my policy and refund the amount for the below mentioned reason.

                      My Policy is commencement on 18th may 2011. But I can not get any document since 18 June.
                      After Daily Telephonic called to Reliance Representative that she told me we don't find any status
                      of your document.So she told me that we send your document again by courier After 21th June.

                      So, I got Policy document by courier of DTDC [ No : Z4183858 ] Date on 4 July, 2011.

                      When I read all document then I found that policy is not same which details give me by reliance representative. It is totally different.

                      So, I want to cancel this policy ASAP.

                      Now,
                      When I gone to vasna branch [Gyandarshan Complex, 2nd Floor, Above Subhiksha Complex,
                      Nr. Vasna Bus - Stop,Vasna,Ahmedabad Gujarat,380007 ] Date on 7th July for cancel my policy.
                      They can not accept my cancellation application and told me that we can not do anything,
                      You have to give this application at main branch of Ahmadabad

                      When I gone to Ashram road branch [Nanalal Chambers, 2nd Floor, Block No. 1 & 5,Ashram Rd., Ahmedabad Gujarat,380009 ] Date on 8th July and submit my cancellation application
                      to miss. Komal then she told me that she can not accept my application and wait for branch manager
                      who will arrived at Ahmadabad after 14th July.

                      So, I again gone to Asharm road branch Date on 15th July and meet Mr. Gaurav Maheta.
                      Gaurav Maheta told me that this policy is really different. So now you transfer with other policy.
                      but, when i told him that i want to cancel this policy. then he used very bad language and told me that my policy is never cancel. when i told him that accept my application try first.
                      but he told me that I never accept your application, if you want cancel your policy then must
                      go to Delhi branch.

                      I m very sock with Gaurav maheta's answer. I taken this policy in Ahmadabad. I fill up my policy form in Ahmadabad. I gave check of Rs 30000 in Ahmadabad. then why i go to Delhi?

                      When I Ask to Mr. Gaurav Maheta that provide me main branch contact No or Email address.

                      But, He told me that i don't give you any service. you find it self.

                      So I fill very badly that I wrote Cancellation application and fill up Freelook Cancellation Request
                      Date on 7 July with Cancellation check, but no one single person accept my application.
                      no one give any information or help regarding my problem.

                      Dhirubhai Ambani is my Ideal. But I m very upset with Reliance Staff member and branch manager.

                      Please help me and give me your support not for money but revert back my trust on Reliance.

                                SIR, mene reliance me 2007 me insurance me invesment ki thi ek policy 50,000rs, ek policy 20,000, ek 5000, ki thi mere pas jo saving thi mene reliance comp ke executive ko policy me invest karne ke lie de di aur kha yeh apko one time pay karna hai but i was shoked when i recieve call from comp for tahe payment when i go to the comp they said sorry mam u have to pay i m salaried person how can i pay such a huge amt. please chek my case properly so that other person will not be fool from these people

                                  Today I paid the premium towards my policy number 76633609 at Kolkata.But the same has not been reflected on their website and even I haven't got any confirmation mail or SMS from their side.More over when I tried to contact their customer care on[protected], the system was saying that my policy number is incorrect.

                                  When all other insurance companies are confirming the receipts within hours through sms services or through other means, Why it is different in your case????

                                    SIR, one day Mr. Sumit jain called me and explain to me that I m calling from Reliance Life Insurance Office and this Is direct Porduct sell call.HE SAID -
                                    sir, we offring u Reliance Money Multiplier Plan with follwing benifits:
                                    1. Primium pear yer 30000/= and u have insurance of 300000 in case of your natural death, 600000 in case of your accident death and 900000 in cse of your death in accident in government vehical.
                                    2. Guaranteed sum assured after 5 yrs. when u pay premium of 30000/= pear year, u will get guaranteed 255000/= sir, he explain me that
                                    this guaranteed sum assured i will get with 1% of my sum assured return in first year, 3% return of my sum assured in 2nd year , 6% of my sum assured return in 3rd yer, 9%of my sum assred return in my 4th year nad 12% of my sum assured return in my 5th year.that total sum is 255000/= i will get in after 5 year guaranteed.
                                    3. 1 lac mediclaim of me and 2 of my family member.
                                    4.He also said that this is direct sell plan so company will provide me agent commission (20% of premium it means 6000/=) also and commited that 30of juley 2011 my commision will directly credited to my account. and every year i will get 6000/- agent commission on same date.till i pay my premium for 5 year.
                                    4. Tax benifits of 80C, 80D AND 1010D.

                                    Sir, after so meny calls and explainations by Mr,. SUMIT JAIN AND MR. ROHAN JOSHI (HE IS ALSO RELIANCE CUSTOMER PLAN ADVISOR) i conviced and I agree to take that plan.

                                    Sir, so that my home document boy Mr. VIKAS came and collect my 30000/= premium.

                                    Sir, on 23 june yesterday i received welcome call and that person explain me that my plan is for 10 year and there is not guaranteed sum assured i will get after 5 year of my premium of rs. 30000/= ( which Mr. Sumit said me that i will get 255000 guaranteed ) and there is no any commission benifits and no any medicliam benifits.
