Communication has been disrupted completely at Sahibganj in Jharkhand for the last 15 days. Will be the service of Tele Communication resume as earlier ? Or have to port in another tele communicatin. Only displays " Emergency" on Mobile Screen. Every customers are suffering from this problems. Please solve this problems immediately otherwise we shall be compelled to port in another company.

    I took a postpaid connection ([protected]) 2 months ago, I paid Rs. 300 as a security deposit.
    After one month, when I receive the first bill it was including one-month advance rent. Bill was 416, then I raise a request to customer care.
    Reliance customer care is not showing any interest to help the customer and they always saying this is not in our hand, Please visit the nearest store.
    then I visit my nearest store the representative were very rude she told as we have lac of customer if we loose one or two this would not going to hamper our work.
    I raised so many requests to adjust the bill amount.
    They are the big cheater, I hope this company will not last a long time as they are already in loss due to their customer relationship like this.
    It would be appreciated if any official can help us in this?

      My reliance post paid number is [protected] and i took 299 plan. My last month bill was generated on 27 may 2017 and i paid bill on 07/06/2017(before due date) but on my current month bill, you have charged late payment fees plus outstanding amount of last month. If i have paid my bill on time, why are you charging late payment fees plus outstanding amount on my current month bill.
      I called customer care([protected]), couple of times, person listens my problem and put my phone on hold.
      I am using Reliance services for last couple of year but last couple of the months, i am facing bill related, data usage and call disconnected related issues quite frequently.
      I think, you are just supporting Jio customers and forget about your existing customers who were using your paid services instead o[censored]sing free jio services. Can you please look into this matter.

        Hello.
        My Reliance post paid data card no [protected], which was terminated as it was migrated to 4G, 2 months prior to this happened i had requested for the services to be cancelled as the internet was not at its best. i made several calls to reliance customer care who kept saying that this will be resolved which was never done till the last date. but they continued charging me the monthly rental.
        during the last month before reliance was going to migrate to 4g they called me to buy a new data card which was going to cost me nearly 3000, but i was not prepared to do this & asked to cancel my services asap. had a tough conversation with one of the agents in the call center he said i will not be billed anymore as i am up to date with my bills so i stopped using the dongle as i already had my new provider active at home. the dongle was automatically terminated. but there after i have had lot calls from reliance asking me to pay the final bill. initially they said its 2 months bill & it is 1400. i should be paying no more for that subscription. due to the fact that i was up to date. & it was never my mistake.
        now they say that it was their mistake that they said the amount is 1400 but it is 670.
        they have passed to people in delhi who keep calling so many times a day & using abusive language.
        one thing i have understood is that i should have no more services from reliance. i have another reliance postpaid number which i am looking to cancel & they keep saying that i have to go to nearest reliance outlet which i did, but the people in the outlet also say they cannot cancel it.. what should i do. is this my mistake?
        please help me with all this.

            I made a call to the customercare (29/06/2017, 6.57pm) toll free no 198 and attended by ur customercare representative named ANJU /as she told.Please arrange an enquire against her she Behave like a ##### I asked something about my network issues &my plan changing requests she simply tell im not responsible for ur complaints i[censored] know anything just go to ur near outlet after that i just told wats ur job and the answer become "Thats none o[censored]r business"u do anything im not bother abt that...So im leaving from ur network pl enquire her otherwise u loose so many good customers

              Hiiii this poornanand sai i am from visakhapatnam sir i paid the bill in my paytm account but the bill was not generated upto now and the next day they called us u should pay the amount and they have send the message to my phone and on that day we paid an amount to them and we paid our bill as double amount but we have told to but they were not responding our complaints is this way to talk with the customers this is the not correct way responding to the customer and please send back my money to my account

                I have changed my no from prepaid to postpaid...because of a call by your call centre employee.she tell me about the benefits you give to your postpaid customer. I was told that the monthly rental is rs 399, & i was told to pay 300 in advance, which will be adjusted from my firat bill. now only in 7 days, My bill is generated. That is of rs 685.& my rental is rs 595.Also rs 300 is not adjusted. Even while calling that customer care girl, she is still saying that my monthly rental is 399. Earlier, just 2 days back i got a message from reliance, that thanks for choosing reliance, your rental will be rs 499.i called that lady after that.but she was saying that you will get your rental 399, rs 100 will be your discount. Sir, please look at thi matter at the earliest or i have to take some immediate action.for your enqiry i am providing my reliance postpaid no, ie [protected].

                  You fake people are reallly cheapest..Today i recharged 93rs..becuz they sent me a message that i will get 1gb data daily for 28 days but after recharging i got only validity of 5 days instead of 28 days...you are realllly useless...i have treid calling you many times but CC are drunk people...they are reallly worthless people...Reliance give my money back...now

                    Is there any concerned authorities or responsible personalities, who can put light on the above mentioned subject?

                    Refer to the complaints posted from 18/06/17 till the date. Is there anybody who shall take responsibilities of such complaints. Or gone with the founder late Mr Dhirubhai Ambani ji. As it shall be understood that no any concerned person is there to look after the consumers complaints except collecting Revenue.

                    I humbly request to look into the matter & do the needful asap for the betterment of society n Nations proud.

                      I am using a Reliance Jalsa Plan on mobile No [protected], a post paid connection since Jan 2016. This Jun 2016 is bill wrong and customer care Mr Rajesh Singh (Spoke on 29/06/2017 at 5PM) is saying that you have taken any services (SAM Movies) of Rs 60/- whereas i didn't applied. Neither the service provider send any message to me. Already Reliance current plan is too costly in comparasion with other services providers and getting only 1 GB data 3G monthly whereas paying Rs 688/- monthly on due dates regularly.

                      Pl check and do the needful.

                        As i discussed with customer care, they are saying to submit the document to there office, but till now i have submitted the documents in there office 4 times. It's a shame that reliance such a big brand cannot securely keep its customer's documents and they have employed such careless people for this job. I am fed up of such attitude and i really don't want to give the same documents for the 5th time. If this issue is not resolved asap, i will start looking for other options.

                        I never thought that something like this will happen with reliance. How dare you disconnect my phone without even intimating me or giving me a chance to explain what i have been going through? I am really pissed off right now and didn't want to start my day like this.

                        As they discontinue my service without informing me, due to that i have suffered a huge loss because i couldn't receive calls on my number and i want reliance communication to pay for my loss else i am going to the consumer court.

                              This is a issue regarding ECS and Payment. My number is 7666******.

                              I am continuously following with RCOM team since last 1 year.Below is the issue summary :

                              I had payment my post paid bill through online (PAYTM) and my ECS (automatic deduction from accounts) service was activated on my number.

                              Reliance team has charged again 1000 rs from my bank account. So reliance has charged my postpaid bill two time for month of bill July 2016.

                              since July i am following with them and they are making me foolish everytime. Each time i got same response over call and mail that we have raised your query to concern department.

                              currently i have ported out this number but still didnt receive my money. it has been more than year.

                                Without solution I won't pay the bill. Regarding the matter I spoke to the Reliance customer service representative on which I got the reply very rudely.

                                  Matter most urgent and expecting a strong and quick action.

                                    My number is [protected]. I had recharged with the Rs. 241 pack two or three days ago which promised me 1GB data per day. The previous day's data gets over at 12:00 A.M. but the next day's data does not start at midnight. Because of this, my balance which was around 220 then has fallen to 120 now and I realised this only yesterday. This is also not the first time that I have lost balance due to the poor data management system of yours. In the past also, I have lost around Rs. 500 which is why I had to stop recharging my talktime balance and buy the services of some other network operator.

                                      I am sending message "PORT " from reliance to 1900.
                                      In response I am getting message from +1901 the message is "Insufficient balance. Please recharge to avail the service".
                                      I have more then 20 rs as main balance.
                                      I register around 10 complaint with Reliance. I got the message from Reliance that "Dear Reliance Customer error has been rectified now. Send SMS for UDC".

                                      I tried again but same result.
                                      I am very frustrated with reliance.

                                      Please take necessary action to resolve the issue.

                                      When I made the complaint to reliance (complaint number- C1614409)

                                      Some Aashish mehta (His reliance emp id is 1214592) called me from reliance immediately. His mobile number is [protected].
                                      He told me that 10 rs will be charged from my mobile. for this He needs debit card number expiry date and CVV. the payment of rs 10 has been made.
                                      But after 2-3 minutes i received 3 more message for rs. 10000, rs 3000 and rs 2500.
                                      He told me that it was because of server issue.
                                      This is all happened because of reliance communication If my problem got resolved with 1-2 days then i should not face the money loss.

                                      Refund my money ASAP.
