Regarding billing issue I'm contacting your customer care people from last 2 month, they are not at all solving my problem. they speak nonsense. they are providing falls information's and when I call, they does not treat me well. they speak rude.they disconnect the calls when I'm speaking. please do the correction in your customer care peoples behavior....

This is Bhavana Sharma and I bought the reliance 4G internet device called as Wi-Pod.

Since the day I have bought this device; we are facing problem with the connectivity. I have contacted the customer representative Mr. Anand Soni (Mobile No: [protected]) on daily basis. Reliance Mobile Network Tower has been settled in a residential area which is there by creating health hazards for the residents.
Area :- Lal Quarter, Govind Nagar, Kanpur - 208006
Its been 10 years since the tower is fixed here.
Kindly take actions to remove this tower from the locality.

I have been using reliance 3g for long time . recently i sold my phone so i was using internet over pc using micromax dongle (mmx 377G) . i recharged with 157 rs which gives 5 gb around 3G data which i used with proper speed.but after that i recharged with latest offer of yours which is 193 for 1GB/day 3G data for month.now speed has dropped to below 2g ...sites cant ever load properly. Downloading is out of question....

I have subscribed to Reliance GSM data recharge offer of Rs.154/- in GSM No.+91 [protected] which promises per day 1 GB 3G Data upto 28 days in Odisha Circle. But fact is that their data connection is not properly available. Sometimes data connection enables sometime not. For last 3/4 days I never been able to use it for this cause. So, is it a false promise ? If their complaint no.198 is contacted it is saying various options but no complaint...

I have been a customer with Reliance Communications since the last 8 years and I have been extremely cooperative with them. I have always paid all my bills on time. There have been many instances where their connections were not working for many days and even months but I still cooperated with Reliance.But now I am highly disappointed with them.

Totally waste network and unnecessary annoying customers by giving continuous splash messages on screen which is forcing customer to either select OK or Exit but in hurry customer most of the times press OK which results in deducting minimum 10 or more than charges. This service and network should be stopped. I hate this network which is making customer fool and earning money by this way. They have deducted approx 500 rs by this services...

Try to reactivate my old postpaid no.( [protected]) from reliance gallery ( ambadi road, vasai west) since 26/6/2017.
