I am writing this after writing so many complaints to reliance for last one month, they are wrongly charging me again & again for various VAS. After that my call to 198 stop connecting and I don't have any option to raise a complaint other than mailing my problem

A few times they have refunded some balance but after that again deducted by activating some silly VAS again. They are just playing with me a game of deduction and refund for last 20/days and I have to waste 1 hour every day trying to contact them and raise a complaint. I don't know what is wrong with these people? Why they are deducting balance again after saying so many time that's it won't be repeated again. I requested them to block all my VAS services permanently, that I don't need them but no results and problem never solved. they are wasting time of people by these silly things. I[censored] don't remember your balance last night u will never know that your balance is deducted because u will never receive a message that your balance is deducted and VAS is activated, they are cheating with customers in silent way. they are stealing money of their customers without letting them know about it, please see into this cheating game and issue some strict guidelines and fine this kind of service providers.
for my last complaint it's showing my problem is resolved..
but till now I have not received my refund balance. my balance had been deducted several times .. and also refunded few times but it's not fully refunded till now, RS 92 more should be refunded..
see into matter and resolve it ASAP

    I had complaint about aircosta by giving my airlines detail on consumer complaints(your site) but I got some fake calls from aircosta and they were asking about my debit card details . Please verify these fake numbers and provide security to consumer because consumer file a complaint for their solution, not for these kind of fake calls.

      I had been using Reliance GSM network for the past 9 years, these days I am facing a regular problem of Automatic Balance Deduction without my role, when I enquired about the Same in reliance customer care the worst way that Reliance is deducting the balance is by sending flash messages, it seems as there no takers for their packs, the Reliance is doing their business in this way.
      Now when I sent PORT message, I am not getting the code. Please resolve the issue

        I owe nothing to them., i was using other net servies after requested to disconnect my service and close it. i payed bill after that and I left India in 2012 and before going I called twice to confirmed and cleared my outstanding.But they did not disconnect my connection and kept piling the bill..Now after almost 5-6 year i m getting email saying u have outstanding amt, they do not even understand why I keep internet (POOR network) modem active when I do not stay in India any longer.And now after 5-6 year they send me stupid notice over email(E-Notice Lok Adalat-).they also mentioned please reply on Rcom.[protected]@relianceada.com

        Please Resolve this ASAP. close this mess..I dont owe nothing.

              The worst network ever I have seen, fraud reliance and the worst customer service. Most of the time they don't connect us to their executives, and if they connect those fool executives doesn't even have knowledge on what service they provide, worst company, and worst executives, every executive gives contradictory statements. My issue is unresolved til now it's been a month now, and the phrase provide the proper training for your fool executives. They doesn't have the basic knowledge also, on what basis you are keeping them good knows. Provide me with the right information you looters.

                  On 30/6/2017 i recharged my gsm sim ..after 1 hr a msg came telling that 30 rs is deducted from ur main ac for some vat service.i tried to call cce, bt nobody response.On 4 /7/2017 i recharged again, after some time one call from reliance came, i attended just then another 30 rs deducted, saying u r activation for caller tune is successful.i dont even press any key.cce is not picking any call.I want to get my 60 rs back.this deduction is happening in each recharge.

                      This is Bhavana Sharma and I bought the reliance 4G internet device called as Wi-Pod.

                      Since the day I have bought this device; we are facing problem with the connectivity. I have contacted the customer representative Mr. Anand Soni (Mobile No: [protected]) on daily basis. Initially he tried to resolve the issue but couldn't do it. Later he is neither picking calls nor helping us on this matter.

                      I have spent 4100/- for this connection started from 21st June 2017 and till today I am not able to use the internet.

                      Ultimately the product is of no use and no value for money. Even I would like to share the information that I am getting message from reliance communication on every 2 minutes. I am fed up of these messages and the sales executive is very well aware but not taking any action after making multiple complaints. My connection is not working from the date of purchase and nobody is taking any step to fixing the problem.

                      I am completely frustrated with its service as the sales responsible does not pick calls and not taking care of my issue even after making several complaints, nobody came to check the issue!

                        I have ported my no in reliance in post paid but from starting my no ported i am getting a highly network issue on my no i have visited the reliance store they told me that some network issue is going in our network we will solve it as soon as possible i have used my no in bad network and in one month period i have hardly make more call when my plan was unlimited but then also i have paid my one month bill but the problem get wast i have not getting network in my handset and i have unable to make call or received any call in this case i have again visit the store the told to put sim card in other handset i have done that also in front of them but there is a same problem any it is not my handset problem because i was using another no on same handset .
                        Then they told me that they will but a complain and it will solve in 2 days but my problem is not get solve i told them also that make my no prepaid but the store person told that no cant be prepaid but when i talk to they helpline no they told that you can convert in prepaid then i have visited again to do prepaid start giving excuse that server is not working, we cant do, visit the store form where u have purchase, you will get network in 48 hr we have already complain etc etc...
                        But my problem is not get solve now i have get the bill of 850 approx
                        they have stop my no from incoming and out going my no was important no that why i have ported because i cant change my no...
                        Plz do some thing in this

                        i have mail also to reliance my they not reply to my mail i have call to complain no 198 but the person seating there not give proper ans as well not properly taking also i have a recording of that call and when i ask to transfer the call to supervisor i telling me that it is a supervisor and when i ask for its employ id no it not give me..
                        only its told its name anikat..

                                    Hello Reliance,
                                    I have been using reliance 3g for long time . recently i sold my phone so i was using internet over pc using micromax dongle (mmx 377G) . i recharged with 157 rs which gives 5 gb around 3G data which i used with proper speed.but after that i recharged with latest offer of yours which is 193 for 1GB/day 3G data for month.now speed has dropped to below 2g ...sites cant ever load properly. Downloading is out of question. please help.

                                      I have subscribed to Reliance GSM data recharge offer of Rs.154/- in GSM No.+91 [protected] which promises per day 1 GB 3G Data upto 28 days in Odisha Circle. But fact is that their data connection is not properly available. Sometimes data connection enables sometime not. For last 3/4 days I never been able to use it for this cause. So, is it a false promise ? If their complaint no.198 is contacted it is saying various options but no complaint lodging options.

                                      Somebody called me from Mobile No.+91 [protected] and said that he is calling from Reliance and further asked me about my bank account no. and bank name. I do not understand to resolve my data connection problem in mobile, how these information are required.

                                      Actually, one of Reliance Customer Care Agent called me but till date matter have not been solved fully. Presently I have subscribed another data pack of Reliance but I am facing same situation after subscribing data pack of Rs.154/- for 28 days in which I would get 1 GB 3G data per day. But net/data connectivity comes for some time and afterwards vanishes. My handset is of Samsung and well connecting other Aircel SIM and even regular Reliance data pack. But these offers are working this type. Actually I think it is a false propaganda by Reliance Telecommunications to people to raise money from subscribers offering ornamented and lucrative offer in low price but giving data connection at deteriorated standard. If I am wrong then please prove it. As of now I am not getting continuous connectivity. I can contacted on my alternative no.[protected], if needed.

                                        I have been a customer with Reliance Communications since the last 8 years and I have been extremely cooperative with them. I have always paid all my bills on time. There have been many instances where their connections were not working for many days and even months but I still cooperated with Reliance.But now I am highly disappointed with them.

                                        I have 1 internet and 1 landline connection under Subscriber ID[protected] and 1 more internet connection under Subscriber ID[protected] of Reliance.

                                        On April 7th 2017, I paid my bills online as usual. But soon after, all my connections stopped working including 2 internet and 1 landline connection.

                                        So on April 8th 2017, I emailed a connectivity complained to Reliance Broadband Customer Care. In that email I mentioned both the Subscriber ID's and I asked them to solve the issue asap as my work was suffering.

                                        Then on April 10th 2017, I got a reply back from Reliance Broadband Customer Care that they have registered my complaint under Service Request ID[protected] and it will be resolved within 24 hrs.

                                        Then on April 11th 2017, I again emailed them saying that it has been more than 24 hrs but the connectivity issue is still there.

                                        Then on April 12th 2017, Reliance again sent me a response email saying that my complaint is still registered under Service Request ID[protected] and it will be resolved at the earliest.

                                        On April 12th 2017, I again emailed them stating that my business is suffering because of the connectivity problem and why are they taking so long to solve the issue. I also said that I will not pay the bill for the days my connections don't work.

                                        So on April 14th 2017, Reliance emailed me that they have taken my complaint on priority and they will solve it at the earliest. Regarding the billing issue, I should email them after the connectivity issue is resolved.

                                        Then I again sent a complaint email on April 17th 2017, but no reply came back from Reliance.

                                        Then on April 20th 2017, I forwarded the emails to their Appellate Authority saying that it has been so many days since my original complaint but my problem has still not been resolved and now I am not even getting a reply back from the customer service.

                                        After that on April 21st 2017, the Appellate Authority replied back saying that my complaint has been escalated and it will be solved on priority.

                                        In the meantime, they kept sending me the bill. So I emailed again and said that why did you send me the bill when both my internet connections and my landline are not working and my complaint is registered with you.

                                        They again sent me that same email that the complaint is registered under Service Request ID[protected] and it will be solved at the earliest and regarding billing issue contact us once the connectivity issue is solved.

                                        During all this time, my business suffered badly because I need internet for my business and because of the connectivity issue I could not work.

                                        In the meantime, they kept calling me for bill payment and when I told them my issue on phone also, they said no need to pay the bill till your issue is resolved.

                                        Then on May 5th 2017, I emailed them again asking the status of my complaint and will they ever be able to solve the issue or not. Then I told them to cancel my connections.

                                        They emailed me again on May 8th 2017, saying that my complaint is registered and they are trying to solve it and they need my cooperation in this regard.

                                        Basically they kept stalling me again and again and again.

                                        They called me again for bill payment and the same thing happened again. I told them that my complaint is registered with them, I have not had any connections working since April and I will not pay any bill and I want to cancel my connections.

                                        So after a few days they called me again and said please don't cancel your connections we are trying to solve your problem and you will not have to pay any bill for the days you have not had your connections working.

                                        Then I said no I can't waste my time anymore with you and I want you to cancel my connections.

                                        So they said that ok we will cancel your 1 connection and we will solve the connectivity problem of the other connection.

                                        On May 23rd 2017, they said that Ok we will cancel your connection and we will send someone to your place to collect the instrument (if any) within 15 days.

                                        But no one has come to my place till date.

                                        Even after that they continued sending me bills via email and phone calls.

                                        Then on June 2nd 2017, they sent me an email saying that the problem has been solved.

                                        On June 5th 2017, I sent them another email saying that the problem has still not been resolved so why are you making false claims.

                                        On June 7th 2017, they said that we cancelled your connection on 1.6.2017 so your problem is solved.

                                        On June 8th 2017, I emailed them again saying that the other connection is still not working as you promised and you are making false claims that the problem has been solved.

                                        On June 11th 2017, they sent me another email saying that connection is not working because you have not paid the bill since April.

                                        In the meantime, they kept calling me again for bill payment.

                                        It doesn't make any sense what bill are they talking about? I have not had any connections working since April so what bill?

                                        Then on June 26th 2017, I emailed Reliance Broadband Customer Service, their head of Customer Care and their Appellate Authority regarding this issue all over again. I even forwarded them all the emails. Also, attached a screenshot of the email of my very first complaint (dated April 8th 2017).

                                        On June 28th 2017, Reliance Appellate Authority replied back with an email saying that we have registered your billing complaint under Service Request ID[protected] and it will be solved within 72 hrs.

                                        Now all of a sudden they have changed my Service Request ID.

                                        Then on July 1st 2017, I got another email from Reliance Broadband and this is what they said the billing complaint has been resolved and as per checked in our system, you have not registered any connectivity complaint on April 8th 2017.

                                        What is this?
                                        How can a giant company like Reliance deny facts so easily?
                                        I have all the email conversations with me that is a proof and they are denying it.

                                        So what does this mean, is it a regular practice of Reliance to cheat its customers?

                                        When they sent me an email stating that my complaint is registered with them under Service Request Id[protected] how can they deny it now?

                                        Do they send false emails to customers?
                                        This is clearly a Fraud and cheating.

                                        Because of their connectivity issue my business suffered and they should give me a compensation of at least Rs.50, 000/- for that.

                                        All they want is to harass the customer.

                                        They don't cancel your connections, they don't give you service but they keep asking for money.

                                        They have wasted my time, money and energy. They have frustrated me and harassed me by calling me for bill payment when my connections have not worked. So now they should give me a compensation of Rs.50, 000/-

                                        I am more than willing to present all these email conversations between me and Reliance to Consumer Court.

                                        Reliance should be scrutinized because I am sure it is a regular practice for them to not provide service to the customer and still charge payment from them. There should be an inquiry to check what they do with customer complaints. Reliance should be BLACKLISTED for cheating its customers.

                                        There are so many customer complaints against Reliance for something or the other in Customer Complaint Forum too and I even saw a newspaper report where there was a similar case like mine.

                                        Reliance is a giant company that is committing fraud at a giant level.

                                        I am attaching 3 email screenshots to confirm whatever I am saying is true and I have all other emails also with me and I can present them in the court.

                                        For privacy reasons I have hidden my email ID from the screenshots that I am uploading here but I have no issue at all in presenting those emails in court.
