My no. is [protected]. I recharged my mobile no. [protected] on 02/07/2017 at 20:13 via paytm and got talktime of 81.75. At around 21:hrs. reliance deducted my Rs. 80 in the name of various service activation, i tried calling on 198 but could'd speak to CCE. after at around 22:00 hrs i called on [protected] and got my balance refunded. After some time they again deducted my balance, again i called [protected] and got my balance refunded and CCE told me we have deactivated all services on my number and now onwards your balance will not get deducted again. But when i woke up in the Morning i saw a massage on my phone showing the time at 00:32 hrs. that you have subscribed GamesONSub45 and my Rs. 45 got Deducted again. From morning i am tring to call 198, *333 but call is not getting through CCE, and the number [protected] on which i spoke to CCE last night is now showing the number does not exist please check the number and try again. In afternoon rs. 50 also got deducted. Dear Sir, Please do the needful at the earliest. Thanking you in anticipation

    Totally waste network and unnecessary annoying customers by giving continuous splash messages on screen which is forcing customer to either select OK or Exit but in hurry customer most of the times press OK which results in deducting minimum 10 or more than charges. This service and network should be stopped. I hate this network which is making customer fool and earning money by this way. They have deducted approx 500 rs by this services and their customer care team is also making customer fool and really it is very difficult to get connected to customer care as well . Now they are making fool by Reliance JIO.

      I pay 50rs for new SIM, still my number is not active. 4 time i visit for same issue.

But the Insurance Provider Needs Sim Barring Form Duly Singed & Stamp By the Service Provider but the serivice provider is not helping in any manner for the same. For the Above issue My Insurance Provider is not approving my Claim. Please Help me in this regard.

          My mobile number is [protected].I register a complain regarding net connectivity on 16th june 2017, complain number[protected], they promised to ressolve the problem within 3days.But till 26th june my problem was not been solved.Then I register a complain aggain on 26th june and 28th june.But till now as date 03th july my problem has not been solved.

          Actually my problem is, I can not acces my internet connectivity I have a net pack of 3g for 70 days validity.When I called to customer care they always told to wait wait and wait.But from 14th june I am waiting .How many days they take to solve my problem.I realise that they cheat me.Out of 70day of net pack 20days is over .When my problem will ssolve and how many days can I use this net pack???????????? Answer me Reliance.

          You are a very fraud company.

          Reliance customer care said network team will reach to your house to solve your problem.But they didn't reach me.

          What's the hell?????????????????????????????????/////////////////

          What the hell will I do with your 2g speed, just deactivate my plan and refund my amount. I have also raised a complaint in reliance iCare and there is no response till now from there executive, is this the way you resolve your customer services?

          Tommorow at 7:37pm I received a call from reliance ([protected]).He took an another complain regarding my issue, complain number is[protected].Wherre it was wrote that Your request will be resolved in next 6hrs.But after 12hrs my problem is same.Here I attached the screenshot of this massege.Thank you.

          Reliance comunication centers and Customercare center people worst maintanince to solve problems. I never ever seen these type of response.even i can't reach customer people second time for issues .please upgrade your performance for your future.
          I call Reliance customer care executive not answer my query. My mobile number is[protected]. I have a network issue in my mobile so please support me your customer care executive is not support me.
          Reliance is the biggest fraud company don't ever opt for reliance.
          Worst customer service, they don't even have knowledge on what services they provide. Bloody looters the worst ever network. Fraud reliance. They just need money.
          I have raised the complaint almost 7 days back and till now nobody is providing the solution.

Rs.299/- ka plane hai. 25/4/2017 ko ek exicutive aaya aur rs. 300/- le geya aur ek reliance ki sim de geya. Receipt bhi de geya. Magar sim aaj 2/7/2017 tak bhi challu nahi huva.                 I have received 1GB PER DAY 3G DATA for 28 days on 20/06/2017 after recharging as per your tarip but sorry to say till date i could not use any data due to not connecting to my pc through modem.showing configuration on handset only but I have no android phone, previously i used this sim through modem several times now what can i do.today i tried to contact your service
                operator through dialing 198.they advised to dial *355 but my phone is responding this facility is not available.please give modem facility from current date otherwise returned money.phone no-[protected].[protected]@rediffmail.com

                  In the month of december 2015 i purchased a dongle mdn [protected]
                  After seeing their website that the speed of download is 3.1 mbps and made a payment of rs. 1500 for dongle and rs. 1369.15 to their salesman mr. Amar
                  Who came to my house and gauranted the download speed of 3.1 mbps.
                  Mr. Amar installed the dongle and went giving the assurance that the dongle
                  Will be activated soon and it was activated the same night.
                  But i am sorry to say that the speed of download was never above 1 mbps
                  With the result that the dongle was useless for me.
                  Again they charged me rent for the speed of 3.1 mbps whereas the speed
                  Of download was only 32% of 3.1 mbps.
                  I have sent them more than 300 emails to netconnect. [protected]@
                  Relianceada.com but they have stopped sending any response.

                    I done the recharge on my phone no. [protected] with net pack of rs. 154 for 28 gb data for 28 days on dated 23.06.17 and roaming pack rs. 29 + full talk-time pack of rs. 120 on dated 24.06.17.

                    But benefits of both the packs (Net pack & full talk time pack) are not received.
                    I m reliance customer with my number from last 10 years.

                    But if this problem not resolved i will port my no. Into other service, so please support me and provide my data and talk-time.

                    So that i enjoying your services like last tenure.

                      I purchased a new rel GSM postpaid connection online @ INR 239/- + Taxes. Facility offered was Unlimited calls to all network in india, free incoming calls in roaming, 6 gb data, for 4g handset. 100 STD SMS Free for 30 days.

                      The above offer was effective only if a customer buys it online "it is clearly mentioned on your website rcom-eshop.com. Hence I bought and paid accordingly assuming my monthly bill would show around Rs.239/- +taxes but unfortunately I have received a bill of amount 574 approx. I tried calling reliance customer care executives but 99% of time I was answered that the server is down for almost 15 days. one day when I stated that I will port my number to another network mr kulvinder your customer service executive responded that the plan I am being charged is @ Rs.450/- + taxes. Why there is differences in my plan? Whom you received approval to allot this high charge plan to me? I have never ordered for this plan, what is the reason I am getting bill of 450/- or 500/-????

                      I am struggling to connect your customer care but sadly your server hasn't allowed to your executives to respond my queries since last 12-15 days and that's a great example of worst services! Today I somehow connected and started talking about MNP then your CC Executive responded positively but during the call he (Mr Gulvinder) disconnected my call. That's again another SOS Services by any network I have been ever experienced. SAD!

                      Would appreciate a call back from your end to resolve my query / concern immediately, or else I will have to understand "Reliance can not maintain their customers" it is said and truly not a myth.

                      Looking forward a sincere resolution!

                            On 5th may due to service issues I wrote a mail to reliance customer care to disconnect my services.
                            Got a reply saying that there is a payment pending, upon payment, within 7 days the services will be discontinued. so I paid 3197.25.

                            On 10th may they say I have to pay Rs. 250.80 as final payment and then within 7 days the service will be disconnected. I pay the same day.

                            On 19th may they say thank you for Rs. 250.80, now I have to pay 511.66 and within 7 days the service will be disconnected.

                            I was being taken for a ride so I did not pay this time . I want the service to be disconnected which is still active . Can anyone intervene and get it resolved.

                            Reliance is such a big name but service levels pathetic. They think by replying to a mail they have done their bit of service.

                            I have lost faith in any post paid service from Relinace. I do not recommend it to anyone else.

                              Hi I have been using your broadband service for almost 7 years and whenever the internet service stops it takes at-least 10 days to fix and due to the bad behaviour of the local team that fixes the complaint I have decided to surrender my connection this time details of the scenario.

                              Internet stopped working on 15/june/2017
                              complaint registered on 16/junr/2017 complaint no:[protected]
                              on repeated follow ups and calls to local team and customer care i decided to close my connection on 20/june/2017 with complaint Id:25727536

                              The complaint for closure of the account was closed automatically without any confirmation.

                              When I called again to customer service on 01/july/2017 they told me that the complaint was closed as I confirmed to continue with the services, however to my surprise I never received any call. they are saying they have called on my registered mobile no([protected]). which is inactive for a long time you may try calling on this no and it says please check the no you have dailed I wonder how did they manage to call that no to take conformation.
                              Hense I have filed a fresh complaint This time with complaint no[protected] giving my existing no for contact.

                              Really a pathetic experience for a customer you used your service for 7 years

                                  I have received a sms on my no. [protected] saying "FINAL CHANCE to pay Rs. 268/- to avoid legal proceedings by Mr. Kareem [protected]".

                                  I have called more than 10 times on this number and no one is picking the call or responding on the same. So I want to know is it some kind of mental torture and harassment you are intending to give to me as a customer. Then I welcome you for legal proceedings.

                                  Otherwise, If this is a genuine message ask your representatives to respond otherwise do NOT dare to send such sms to me.

                                  Further even if I wish to pay the amount asked Rs. 268/- (which I am not supposed to pay and communicated many times to the company representatives but I am ready to pay just to avoid your harassment) I am unable to to do so. Error screen shot attached for your reference. Also I would like to have a working or computation of the amount and my usage details for the amount asked for as a supporting to justify the amount.

                                  i am getting same types of message on to pay 1776 rs and call Mr. kareem for avoid legal proceedings. I am writing a mail to reliance communication but no one answers and no one ready to explain how bill has been made without our confirmation of the change of plan.

                                  This is mental harassment by reliance communication. no doubt they are going to dead company soon. unethical company can not survive.

                                    I got a phone call from reliance communication as an offer for me. Executive said that if i wish to port my current no. to reliance then i will get same no. along with free unlimited calling to any landline, mobile local or std along with free messages and 15 GB 4G data and after that unlimited data on low speed only by paying Rs.399 monthly rental. when i refuse he said you can take new connection also with similar no. and you will get the same benefits. You have to pay only Rs.300 security which is refundable and also adjusted in your coming bills. Monthly rent remain same Rs. 399.
                                    I agree with new number then he arranged the call from his manager and manger had given me the no. and said he is sending the field executive at my place to deliver the sim and i need to fill the form and submit the required documents. He gave me the similar no that is [protected]. After couple of hr i received the call and i have received the sim. I sign the form on which he has mention my new no as well as my plan that is 399 rental.
                                    the sim has been activated on 21st of June.

                                    Yesterday evening i have received the bill and i got shocked. My bill was more than Rs 600. I called to the customer care and confirmed and i got the answer that my monthly plan is 499 rental instead of 399. Customer care executive said that i have received joint bill from 21 to 26 June & 26 to 26 July. which i have to pay in advance.

                                    I said i need to talk to anyone on senior post so she transfer me to one of the floor manager his name was Mr. Jagtar Singh. He was not ready to listen me, he was not speaking in a professional manner. and not agree to give me the resolution on this although this is not my fault. He was very rude to me over the call said " ji payment to aap ko karni hi pade gi, hum to advance hi lete hai, na to hoi discount milega aur na he koi wave off, na to no. band hoga payment to har haal me advance hi karni padegi...

                                    I am very upset with the service and your policies, this is my first & worst experience with you. I need the resolution as soon as possible. because if i will not get the resolution i won't continue with your network.

                                      I was postpaid customer but i changed my connection to prepaid.so they have taken extra charge on my postpaid connection saying it was advance rental.as my bill generated on 25 june . They should revert me back my extra money.but from them there is no call nothing.they told me after your bill generated we will refund you but they didnt.this telecom doesn't provide customer satisfaction.
