I have been requesting the company to deactivate my connection since May 2017, however they have not done so yet and have been sending me outstanding amount again and again as i clear each outstanding. I have not even used the sim since May and have thrown it away.

They refuse to even suspend my services then i will always keep getting outstanding amounts and the services can never be terminated this way.

This is pure cheating and extortion.

    Dear Sir/Madam
    I am Nilkamal Chowdhury, my reliance no -[protected], is converted from prepaid to postpaid, but I am not getting the 3G speed what I got at the time of prepaid, sales person told that It will be a hassle free unlimited 3g and calling, I am not satisfied with the connection after converting from pre to post. After converting the connection my first day experience was good, but after that it is taking time to open mail, buffering in youtube, taking time to open web pages, some time session is getting time out, as far as my knowledge concern that post paid users always get better facility than prepaid, but here it is opposite, If you are unable to give that speed you should not promise to customer, I think it is the process to sell a connection to fulfill the target. To day I had to recharge my airtel no to do my work. Please resolve the issue or I will surrender my connection.

      With recharge 94..

      Actually the internet benfit was for 1 month according to that offer..

      But reliance expired my pack in one week.. Instead for one month..

      I need my pack to be for 1 month..
      Not 1 week..

      Actually 94 pack will get
      Daily 1 gb 2g net for 1 month..

      But now i got only 1 week..
      And offer expired..

      Plz provide the necessary action by reliance..

      & provide my benfit..

        My landline no[protected] which is dead from 2-6-2017.Totally fed up and frustrated to now complaint. Lost all hopes that now it will be active now.
        Over that i have recieved the bill for that month of june.Unbelievable.The company is begging money from customers for zero services.I had complaint regarding the bill and the representative told to pay the bills initially otherwise line will not be activated.How pathetic replies.
        Today on 8-7-2017 at 12.50pm i received a call from the company .Mr . Milind more, escalation desk .He didn't even care to find out first about my complaint's solution from his back office.Insted he was asking me whether my landline is working or not.He called me on my cell no.He didnt even tried my landline no..
        Its just an excuse beause the complaint was lodged with the trai.I request trai team to kick their ### to show some actions.I fired to mr. Milind because he was showing sympathy and was sorry for the bad response.Its all game.And fake .The landline wont be repaired, i know it.
        Consumer court is the only option left. The company may be thinking that who will go the consumer court to file a complaint.But i will.At least more than 50 lines are out of service in my area. As the courier person himself told that every where when i am delivering the bill, the reciever was complaining about faultyline.Courier guys are the right person to be asked ..He was actually abusing the company.

          Iam neeraja from hyderabad telangana actually my number is reliance cdma first from few months back reliance communications converted all cdma numbers to reliance 4g then for some days signal is good but from 2 months onwards showing emergency signal always, and most important point is i need that number as i have given that number to all banks and aadhaar, voter id etc.so i need that number but iam going to Reliance outlets and complaining about signal problem but they were not reacting, it was showing emergency calls most of the time plz resolve my problem as early as possible.As i need my number.and my number is [protected]

            main reliance ki service se satisfy nahi hun bo koi bhi iske bare main help nahi karte hai mere allready two no reliance ke hai main ab unhe bhi change karne ko sochh raha hun .

              My reliance number is [protected]. My problem was not solved since 1 month. So i am shutting down my number. My alternate number is [protected]. I complained for it many times but my problem was not solved.

              Thank you reliance for providing a worst service.

              Ab credit card se paisa chori karne walo call mat kar. Pahele v bohat call aa chuke. Tu logo ko v bohot thanks.

              I received a call from reliance.They said that internet can not be accesed in my area.If so then how internet is surfing from other reliance number????

              If so then why it is not said when I recharged to my number.

              Then refund me my Rupees to my bank account.

                I had a connection of a Reliance Mobile bearing No: [protected], reliance people didnot provide service for almost 45 days even i complaint many time but no response i got from them, there were busy in sending bills only when i denied pay bill they raise Pre-Litigation Case (PLC no : 120819/2017 ), they called me at CCH 12, 2nd Floor Conference hall, City Civil Court, Behind Cauvery Bhavan, Bangalore – 560 009 on 02 /3/2017 sitting No.63/2017 between 11:30am to 4:00pm.
                and i paid the amount rs800.00 as per court decision, and i am having receipt also for that which i am attaching,
                but this people always harassing me on phone that you have not paid the amount, if i am wrong then just have a look of receipt of reliance which i got in court after paying amount

                  before few days, incoming and outgoing call service has been terminated without any prior information and reason. I approached on customer care number to know the reason.but nobody is giving me proper response and I am not able to get it activated.

                  My professional work getting very effected and I am loosing my business and money both due to non communication.

                  I would request you to kindly activate my number on high priority basis.

                      Bill of rs.2139 rs was being generated, relationship no.[protected], datacard no. [protected], following issue is not yet solved after raising repetative complains and closing them without prior information to customer.

                      1. 1100 rs. For 5 gb for unlimited without informing to customer. As per customer care a mail was sent to customer regarding conversion of plan on 16 july, no such communication is received to customer via mail. During this period approximately rs. 6000 bill is being charged, on what basis, i don't know. Currently service is disconnected and it was said that you have crossed your credit limit.

                      2. Complaint reference no.[protected] regarding data plan and converting to 4g without prior intimation to customer, closed without informing to customer. Firstly customer care informed that your plan is converted into of rs.999 with 25 gb data, then said 1100 rs, with 5 gb data. When the provided information regarding 1100 rs. Plan, i have already crossed 5 gb data, in such case wrongly bill was charged.

                      3. A waiver of approximately rs. 1500 was balanced, and was to be waived off in current bill, but no such waiver was deducted from current bill. As per communication with customer care, it was conveyed that your waiver is rejected, how come that to without informing customer.

                      4. Another complain with reference no.[protected] is not yet solved regarding bill issue and 4g plan. Complain registered on 1 aug 2016, almost 5 days. Connection is disconnected and no reply came from customer care executive while taking repetitive follow up.

                      5. If a plan is deactivated on 1 aug 2016, then why a whole rental is being charged in the bill of rs. 2139. Need the breakup of the same.

                        I discountinue my broadband a year ago but still they send me bills o[censored]nreasonable amouts (Dont know how they calculate it)

                        Now they start calling me and sending me threatning sms.

                        "i am advocate calling from hazaribag high court and about to file a criminal case against you. Pay the bill within an hour or i will send police to your home."

                        "you need to appear in so so district court on this date"

                        The local manager call me and threatened that he will send goons to my home if i didnt pay the bill amount.

                        I am now planning to take action against this bankrupt comapany, please let me know if anyone else has similar experieance with this compny.

                        Looks like a naam bade darshan khote company.

                            With reference to the above complaint which we made it on 20.06.2017
                            But till date our internet is not working.

                            here too i have made the complaints repeatedly.
                            Just after making the complaint here we use to receive the call from Reliance saying that they are they will resolve the problem but not mentioning when

                            Now they are saying its commercial problem
                            We dont know what they meant by commercial problem.

                            When i called up on 03.07.2017 the customer care and spoke to the floor manager named Mr.Kiran, who said that our problem will be resolved on 06.07.2017.

                            But today its 07.07.2017.
                            But till date our internet is not working

                            We want to know whether they will resolve oru problem or else get back their service.
                            If so ask them to get back their service in writing, and also they have to give back us deposit amount.

                            For their abrupt disconnection, they have to give compensation for the loss which we are facing.

                            Kindly do the needfull.
                            Hope that atleast you will solve our problems with Reliance.

                              On 3rd July 2017 at morning my data suddenly closed. I contacted reliance customer care. They said 'You can't use daily offer data. You'll have to recharge normal pack'. Then I complain again they said 'your problem will be solve till 6 July 2017'. But still the problem has not got solved and they blocked my number so I can't contact Reliance customer care again. My friend is already using the offer data from 1 month without any issue.

                              I've also complaint to consumer affair department.
                              I request you to kindly take action against it asap and solve my data disability issue.

                              My plan already running 20 paisa per minute call and recharge 19 Rs. on 17/06/2017 and validity 28 days but after not complete a days my plan is over and take a normal charges.and other problem is my other no.send msges and balance is cut one by one sms what happen I dont know please help me as soon as possible.

                                I was holding mobile connection said company as [protected] which was disconnected on 27/1/2017 as per my request. The said company is liable to return my deposit of 1787 Rupees within 60 days from the date of disconnection as per TRAI rules of India. The said company has not returning my money and instead harassing me with telephone calls to my mom's mobile no. Kindly take action against this company for cheating public.

                                  Staying in pune, using reliance broadband for many years even after lot of intermittent issues of connection going down. And at least happening couple of times each month. This time it was unbearable. On 15-may-2017 i paid my bill of rs. 897.58 even through the net was down for couple of days.

                                  I registered complaint on 17-may about net not working with a response that your problem would be resolved permanently withing 24 hrs, as usual. However more than 2 weeks had passed and problem was not resolved. I called them few times during that period and with the wait of 30 to 45 minutes got connected with their customer care representative. I can share my mobile records to show how long they keep the customers waiting.
                                  I was so frustrated by then that i had decided to close the connection and lodge a request to close the connection and refund my money. The representative requested a lot to give them last chance but i was firm and asked him to take by request for closure. (Service id:[protected]. When asked for refund, he told that their officer would call in 48 hrs and provide the information about refund.

                                  There was no call from them so i tried calling them again, but as usual i was waiting on call for some representative to respond for more than 10 minutes and then hung up. I disconnected all the wires and got another broadband service.

                                  Now i keep getting call from them to pay the outstanding bill. They first generated bill on 23-may, i don't know how can they generate a bill when the connection is not working for a month. When i responded that i'd already closed the connection and instead of you charging me, i should be getting refund of my last bill payment i did. The lady calling was rude and when i asked to provide me the contact of senior officer she just said "aapko paise to bharne hi parenge" (You would have to pay the money) and hung up.

                                  Now again another bill is generated on 23-jun and the money payment money is doubled.

                                  I'm getting call from them to pay rs 1721.00 as final settlement and the tone of the lady is harsh and demanding. Is this how reliance treat their customers? As stated earlier, instead of i paying them rs 1721.00 for not using their service, they should refund me my money. I had to spend lot of other money to use the internet of my phone when their connection was not working, i'm not even counting that.

                                  What should i do to get the compensation for the harassment?

                                  After posting my complaint on this site i received call twice talking about this complaint and re-confirmingif I want to terminate the connection. I told that I'd already requested to terminate the connection back in May. The representative claimed that I had raised a complaint for termination on 30-May and on 06-Jun there was a call from retention department where I said to continue the connection. Why the heck would I say so. I had already got new internet connection on 27-May spending Rs 3, 000 so there is no sense in I agreeing to continue with Reliance broadband on 06-June, and that too with dead connection!. I was told to call the customer care again and re-lodge a fresh complaint for termination as the earlier one is closed. This seems to be just a trick for delaying the termination and unnecessarily raising the bills. Today I called again at customer care couple of times and after a waiting for more than 15 to 20 minutes each time i got connected to their representative. The representative repeated the same crap thing saying that my earlier request for termination is closed because I told them I want to continue with connection on 06-June, WITH THE DEAD CONNECTION!!!.
                                  I keep hearing from all the representative that it is written in their record that I told them to continue with connection on 06-Jun. When I asked them to play the recording of the call form 06-June, as they claim they have recording of all calls, they say they do not have the authority to do so. I contest to play that call recording of 06-June and prove that I agreed for continuing with the connection.
                                  My original complaint[protected] about internet and phone dead is still in resolving state and my services were suspended on 27-Jun for not paying the bill, which I believe should not have been generated in first place as I'd already requested to terminate the connection on 30-May and also the connection was dead since beginning of May.

                                  As stated earlier, the money I paid on 15-May even though the connection was not working and my initial deposit should be refunded to me instead of deceptively charging me. Now a new request has been taken today for termination and told me that I would get a call from retention department for confirmation.

                                  I don't know what your retention department would write in their record again, could be same false information.
                                  I write it here in bold, PLEASE TERMINATE THE CONNECTION and reverse the unnecessary bills you've generated for dead connection and arrange to refund me my money.

                                    I am having reliance landline no[protected] in y office, from date 2nd june 2017 line is completely dead.umpteen no of times lodged complaint on[protected] . no solution till date.line is still dead.very bad services.Friends if you are thinking of taking landline of reliance, dont make that mistake. Hopeless services.no one is bothered . they will keep sending the bills even if the line is dead.
                                    MTNL service is the best.with in two hours the line man comes to the place and solves the problem.Reliance communication chairman Mr. ANIL AMBANI, many such lines in our area is dead. Dont just sit on the chair.you have hired all useless people. follow MTNL companys services.
                                    Guys dont make the mistake of buying reliance communications landline.The company people are themselves blocking the lines .I give 100% surity that the company will shut down one day. they don't have enough funds to repair the common technical issues.
                                    They have a common reason to give that the DLC, some soare prt is stolen and company doesn have in spare.

                                      I have updated my address sometime ago and since 5th of June 2017 my outgoing has been closed without any reason. I have tried calling customer care fir the same and they asked me to visit the store, then I visited the store yesterday morning and I was told it will take half an hour to restart the service and since then I have been following to the store but not getting any concrete answer and only been told that it will start in sometime. I have been using this no from the past 3 years but now I feel should have changed the no.
                                      Kindly have a look else will have to take some serious step towards it.
