I had a connection of a Reliance Mobile bearing No: [protected], reliance people didnot provide service for almost 45 days even i complaint many time but no response i got from them, there were busy in sending bills only when i denied pay bill they raise Pre-Litigation Case (PLC no : 120819/2017 ), they called me at CCH 12, 2nd Floor Conference hall, City Civil Court, Behind Cauvery Bhavan, Bangalore – 560 009 on 02 /3/2017 sitting No.63/2017...

Bill of rs.2139 rs was being generated, relationship no.[protected], datacard no. [protected], following issue is not yet solved after raising repetative complains and closing them without prior information to customer.

1. 1100 rs. For 5 gb for unlimited without informing to customer. As per customer care a mail was sent to customer regarding conversion of plan on 16 july, no such communication is received to customer via...

I discountinue my broadband a year ago but still they send me bills o[censored]nreasonable amouts (Dont know how they calculate it)

Now they start calling me and sending me threatning sms.

"i am advocate calling from hazaribag high court and about to file a criminal case against you. Pay the bill within an hour or i will send police to your home."

"you need to appear in so so district court on this date"br...

I am a student I will take my mobile phone at my tuition's they will do a lot of calls b/w 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and I am disturbed from my studies plz do something and not do any calls on my no.from customer care without any reason... And my mobile vibrate then my tuition teachers dictates me a lot plz take any action against these unsolicited phone calls on my number without any reason for harresse me I will do complaint on costumer care but...

Just after making the complaint here we use to receive the call from Reliance saying that they are they will resolve the problem but not...

On 3rd July 2017 at morning my data suddenly closed. I contacted reliance customer care. They said 'You can't use daily offer data. You'll have to recharge normal pack'. Then I complain again they said 'your problem will be solve till 6 July 2017'. But still the problem has not got solved and they blocked my number so I can't contact Reliance customer care again. My friend is already using the offer data from 1 month without any issue.br...

I was holding mobile connection said company as [protected] which was disconnected on 27/1/2017 as per my request. The said company is liable to return my deposit of 1787 Rupees within 60 days from the date of disconnection as per TRAI rules of India. The said company has not returning my money and instead harassing me with telephone calls to my mom's mobile no. Kindly take action against this company for cheating public.br...

Staying in pune, using reliance broadband for many years even after lot of intermittent issues of connection going down. And at least happening couple of times each month. This time it was unbearable. On 15-may-2017 i paid my bill of rs. 897.58 even through the net was down for couple of days.

I registered complaint on 17-may about net not working with a response that your problem would be resolved permanently withing 24 hrs,...

I am having reliance landline no[protected] in y office, from date 2nd june 2017 line is completely dead.umpteen no of times lodged complaint on[protected] . no solution till date.line is still dead.very bad services.Friends if you are thinking of taking landline of reliance, dont make that mistake. I have updated my address sometime ago and since 5th of June 2017 my outgoing has been closed without any reason. I have tried calling customer care fir the same and they asked me to visit the store, then I visited the store yesterday morning and I was told it will take half an hour to restart the service and since then I have been following to the store but not getting any concrete answer and only been told that it will start in sometime....

Very poor customer service and also bad attitude all time customer care promise resolved your problem but still not done and same word you system is down kindly call after some time..

Since past 1 month i have lodged a complaint against Reliance for my Call Dropping problem but my problem has not been solved.
I am fed up with the concern department and want to port out from Reliance.
The Reliance Customer service is pathetic i cant even call them because i completed my limit of 3 calls per month to the Customer Care.
They only want their bills to be paid on time they will...

It is a very annoying practice of reliance communication to repeatedly do balance deduction for some random subscription which I never requested.many a time I have got the refund after talking to customer care but this today even after customer care akhilesh confirmation on refund, I have not received my refund. And now I am unable to reach to any customer care. Call is not going through. Please refund my money and do not repeat such a way...

I have launched a complaint on 27th June that my broadband not connecting and troubleshooter shows "DNS server not responding". I was given complaint reference number[protected]. But there is no one to take care of complaint. I keep calling since 10 days, the phone keeps disconnecting. If the service is not continued within tomorrow, please CANCEL my subscription. Once the service gets interuppted, it is very difficult to get it continued....

On 5-7-17 Rs.10 was deducted from my prepaid GSM mobile number [protected] which the customer care is not ready to refund today 6-7-17 @ 6pm since its more than 24 hours of deduction.
Earlier also I have lost almost Rs.150 in the recent past few months every time being the same reason that I didn't call within 24 hours of deduction.
Reliance Communication company is fraudulently deducting charges and looting away our hard earned...

What happened till date i didn't get my security money refund back, i think y are didn't want to refund back the money, then i have to put this matter to the court, because i waited this from last one year now it is ex termly uncountable, i waited from last one yaeras per your wording of reliance executive, to pls wait, y get the money back, but till i didnt get this one whatever is your concern call me on my no [protected].
