Respected sir there is incoming call in reliance gsm sim which is prepaid but outgoing calls r ok since last month. Sir im very upset for this. I have informed many times to customer care but the did not pay interest to my complaint. Sir i shall be very pleased if you kindly solve the problem. After unsubscribe the scheme my balance is cutting again and again after 1 week with 22 rupee.

If you take an action immediately then its better to you otherwise i will complaint in trai as well as in consumer forum.

I have complaint longed in this site today and some day's er-liar also but after the longed our complaint's some fraud guys called me on my mobile no. And told me give your card detail's and we are refund your money in your debit card only. So please find them and punish also his mobile no. Is [protected], [protected], [protected] please find this type of kaamchor person's who steal other's money.

Reliance communication has send legal notice for recovery of rs. 1163/-. Whereas i have not asked to activate sim.in case sim was not activated reliance communication has generated fake bill of 1163/- which is not legal.

This is complete matter of mental harassment and fake.
Secondly they are giving warning to take legal action against me the addressees before the concerned police station and /or the concerned court...

Reliance customer service people called and given the offer for porting numbers, after porting and paid the amount rs. 300per no. Told that the plan is of 399/- for as a special offer we are giving you for 299/-m for a year. Plan details is - 1gb data and unlimited calls to any numbers. But got is different limited calls and only around 300mb data, when i raised the complaint about this in jan 2017 till feb 2017 end issue was not resolved....

I have been facing a very weird issue now a days with my connection. I am a jio prime customer and supposed to get 1 gb data every day. It is showing that i am getting 1 gb data every day but the problem is that i am not using net that much and every day in the evening when i am checking the data it shows 100-200 mb left.

On checking the data usage in my account section of my jio app, i found on numerous occasion that the data...

My brother lives on a farm in the palani hills.
He has a reliance telecom number : [protected].
He had recharged his phone for rs. 100. Later in the day, he found his balance had come down to just rs. 3/- though he had not used his phone at all.

Then he found the following two messages on the phone:

I've recharged with 154rs. & they said ypu will get 1gb per day for 28 days,, on frst day was data working & next day my data was not working it always gets disconnected,,, i've called them many times but no response,,, such a # service,, i am very disappointed i wasted my 154rs. I have brought a reliance gsm 3g sim card ([protected]) offering 1gb 3g data/day. But from 14th june i can not acces internet. I complained (Complain number[protected] to the customer care on 16th june. They promise to solve the problem within 72hrs. But till now my problem has not been solved. When i called again to the customer care they replied wait sir network team will solve this problem as soon as possible but till now has not been solved....

My mobile number is [protected]. Auto deduction of balance taking place. So not recharging the number in fact scared of recharging. Such cheating is unexpected from a company like this. Please give me last 5 balance deduction details or tell me to shift to other network provider i will do that. Customer care no. Not working from this number. Very poor service dissatisfied....

I am from bangalore. One day i got call from reliance sell representative.
They told they are giving sim after payment of rs.50 where first month 15 gb data free. And next month onward you can continue.. If you like the speed... But once the sim get activate. The speed was very very bad... After 3 days i requested many time to terminate the no.. But they told wait for some days.. And now after 7day use of that sim they...

I received an email from reliance stating that it till be done within 45-60 days.
