I have closed my connection & submitted router &wirings to relince executive staff shukla ji on 26 may 2017 & intimated them about closing of my bb connection. I tried many times to call on customer care no. But they never picked up any call, & i also tried call to local office at bcm heights, a. B. Road, indore also no one picks call at their office, very poor customer service. And i had already shifted to new address. After 1 month they again generated bill. Kindly do needful and close my account. Thanks

    Dear sir,

    Today i contacted your secretariate to find out the status of my representation with you on 20th june, copied below.

    I got a response form mr. Kiran, who told me that there is no complaint registered at all. When i told him about the email to you, he said you were out of station and that he is not aware of any email. He said since there is no complaint atll, he is registering a fresh complaint on 27 june with reference number as[protected]. He refused to give me any other number for escalating and said that he was the final contact point.

    I am very very unhappy if this is the quality of the response and follow up a client gets form the appellate authority of reliance.

    It suffices to say that i continue with zero connectivity - 24 hours - from 17th june - for 10 days now.

    I look forward to quality redressal from reliance appellate authority.

    From the beginning of last month (2nd may 2017), i have been taking up with reliance communications that my roaming number is getting zero connectivity.

    Though partial connectivity was restored during the last week of may and first week of june, from 17th june 2017, i am experiencing once again zero connectivity while using the phone from my registered home address. Connectivity when i am on the road or roaming is ok.

    I was told in may that the problem was because you were optimizing the connectivity services in my area. I fail to understand that you require such a long time (More than 45 days!) to optimise services and to restore connectivity.

    Since i am a senior citizen and my wife is bed ridden after a craniotomy, i need immediate access to her doctor and also need to make online financial transactions since i cannot leave her and go out. I hope you will understand the serious difficulties you are causing me by persisting with zero and near zero connectivity. I can neither receive nor make calls. I cannot send sms and cannot make any online financial transaction since otp generated is not getting transmitted to me.

    My i hope that reliance is as much committed to quality service to its clients as to increasing its client and revenue base. May i look to prompt redressal of my grievance.

      Hi reliance team,

      I am a reliance prepaid user from bihar mobile number : [protected] and on date 12th may 2017 rs. 21 was deducted for bwoodmaniasub21 subscription without my knowledge and without my consent.
      I never opted for this [censored] service and want it to get deactivated and money to be credited back into my account asap

      Also you guys are deducting Rs 5/- on weekly basis for hanuman chalisa which i have never ever opted for

      Reliance is deducting the amount from the prepaid balance by just activating useless services every now and then. Please stop this and refund my money back .
      I would prefer to go to some other n/w if these things will contnue

            I had requasted to port my number with jio two time 1st on 13 may 17 complaint no is rz491976 that was not sortout than again i submit new port request on 7 june 17 request number is rz543518 and that code also valid till 22 june but not respond from your side

Since last 4-5 days there has been no signal because of which i am unable to get otps for bank transaction and other transactions. I have recharged on 27th june 2017 but it is not getting recharged and npp trai operator says the service as not registered and deactivation date as[protected].

              Kindly provide an immediate solution to this problem.

                      Sir,
                      M/s. Reliance communications ltd, 5th floor, umiya suntech 7b & 7c, sadarmangala indl. Estate off itpl, whitefield road, bangalore - 560 048. (Hereinafter referred to as “ our client”) have instructed us to issue the following notice:

                      Our client is engaged in the business of providing telecommunication services to its subscribers. You had approached our client for availing the services provided by our client and on the basis of the information furnished by you and on execution of the requisite documents containing the terms and conditions, our client had issued you the mobile phone service by issuing a reliance rim bearing no.[protected] with corresponding account no.[protected]

                      One of the important conditions specified by our client for providing the service was the payment of the bills raised by our client by the indicated date in the statement of account/bill in respect of the services availed by you. That towards the value of the services received by you from my client, you are liable to pay a sum of rs.689/- to our client. However, having availed the services, you have not paid the said amount to our client and thus the said amounts continue to remain due and outstanding from you to our client. Our client has provided the rim services to you on the assurances given by you that the bills would be promptly paid by you in respect of the services availed and that on the basis of such representation our client was induced into providing the mobile phone services, in respect of which the bills have been raised by our client.

                      That your action of availing the services by misrepresentation and the fact that you have not paid the amounts due despite the various demands made by our client clearly discloses an intent on your part at the inception to defraud our client.

                      That your action of availing the services provided by our client on inducement by misrepresentation and your further action of non-payment of the said charges / dues payable to our client amounts to an offence of criminal breach of trust under sections 415-e and 417 of indian penal code.

                      Please take notice that if you do not pay the said sum of rs.689/ - to my client within three (3) days from the receipt of this notice, our client would be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings, both civil and criminal against you by holding you responsible for the costs and consequences thereof.

                          Hi complaints team,

                          My name is ritesh shaw and i have been using reliance services ([protected]) for more than 10 years, however these past few months the network fluctuated quite a lot and i had to use a different service provider for my communication and internet services even though i was paying for a service to rcom which i did not receive.

                          Firstly, stating the obvious matters to the customer service team about network problems did not help. Henceforth, regretfully i had to decide on switching providers.

                          So, i opted for a number port. Finally reliance took a notice and i received a call from anjan on 28/05/2017 probably from the retention team.
                          He assured that in the next 7 days the network problem would be sorted and he also offered me a new package which would reduce the billing amount from 399 +tax (Jalsa plan) to a plan which would increase the benefits alongside decreasing the rental to 250 or such including tax.

                          The one thing that was never explained to me on that call was that i had to pay 4 months in advance later on i got a bill which crossed my credit limit on the 30/05/2017 naturally i had concerns so i did not pay as i was amused about the absurd charges.

                          I called again and spoke to a guy named ashis, i tried to get it escalated but no manager was available as per him and he told me to call back which i did and asked for a complaint to be logged on the account so that someone could get in touch with me however no one did.

                          I have been passed around like a football with no real detail of what was happening and my number got blocked and i could not contact the customer services no matter how hard i tried.

                          Later on my number ceased now i don't get any incoming or outgoing, all i get are messages.

                          I want my number to be restored as it is the permanent number i use for my family and business requirements and if this issue is not resolved as soon as possible i promise to take all legal actions possible.

                            I take this opportunity to inform you that my broadband wireline internet installed at my residence has
                            Not been functioning for the last three-four days. Despite my trying to contact your toll free numbers
                            And mumbai numbers, on saturday night during 8 to 9 pm, they could not be reached.

                            Again, i have already lodged a complaint about non-functioning of internet by email but no response
                            From your side. Today morning also, after a lot of efforts and hard work, i could your toll free number
                            And after lodging the complaint, i have received sms from 52811 giving me the service request number

                            Today in the morning 15 10.30 a. M., i also went to your prahladnagar office, ahmedabad in person and
                            After a lot of trouble, and after waiting for some time in the waiting time, one mr. Harshal parmar
                            Attended me and told me in the clear cut and certain terms that it would take at least three-four days
                            To resolve the issue as most of the staff has been removed and only one engineer has to attend to
                            Complaints of various areas. He also advised me to keep one more alternative internet facility ready.
                            If this is so, why should i continue the services of your company?

                            Even the person/officer sitting on the reception desk told me that because of non-payment by the
                            Company to the maintenance looking contractors, they have stopped their services resulting in
                            Disconnection of internet services.

                            Adding fuel to the burning, i was called from your company side asking me to pre-pay for the next
                            Quarter as my earlier pre-paid charges will expire on 29th of june 2017. Accordingly, i have paid
                            Rs.1800/- by credit card on saturday the 24th of june 2017 in the afternoon.

                            This all proves that despite knowing the fact that your company is not in a position to provide
                            Services to its consumers, it blindly accepts prepaid charges by fooling and looting its consumers.

                            Under the circumstances, why should i not file a complaint against your company before the appropriate
                            Consumer forum for redressing this grievance and deficiency in services from your side?

                              Why the hell you people deduct balance unnecessarily. Not once, twice or thrice but several times . And your customer care number is also not valid. Please fix this problem as soon as possible otherwise I will strictly post my number to any other mobile network.

                                Reliance communication has send legal notice for recovery of rs. 1163/-. Whereas i have not asked to activate sim.in case sim was not activated reliance communication has generated fake bill of 1163/- which is not legal.

                                This is complete matter of mental harassment and fake.
                                Secondly they are giving warning to take legal action against me the addressees before the concerned police station and /or the concerned court of metropolitan magistrate for registration of fir for the criminal offence of calculated fraud committed by you apart from taking further civil remedy for the recovery of above stated amount due and payable by you to my client. You are hereby further called upon to pay a sum of rs.5500/- (Rupees five thousand five hundred only) toward this notice charges.

                                  Reliance customer service people called and given the offer for porting numbers, after porting and paid the amount rs. 300per no. Told that the plan is of 399/- for as a special offer we are giving you for 299/-m for a year. Plan details is - 1gb data and unlimited calls to any numbers. But got is different limited calls and only around 300mb data, when i raised the complaint about this in jan 2017 till feb 2017 end issue was not resolved. Whenever i use to call to check about my complaint they use to tell me our team will call you. After many followups, none of them called. Then i removed the sim itself. Later i got the bill of rs. 956/- when i called to the customer care again about this, they are telling we are getting invalid no. So we cannot help on this you contact their stores.
                                  Now receiving msgs that summons is sent to your address?
                                  Kindly help me on this, what can be done.

                                    I have been facing a very weird issue now a days with my connection. I am a jio prime customer and supposed to get 1 gb data every day. It is showing that i am getting 1 gb data every day but the problem is that i am not using net that much and every day in the evening when i am checking the data it shows 100-200 mb left.

                                    On checking the data usage in my account section of my jio app, i found on numerous occasion that the data around 500-600 mb is used on few days. Please check it in your system as i am able to see only two days history. This huge data is showing being used in my no around 5 am - 6 am. But i want to make it clear that everyday i wake up around 7 am. I kp my phone swtch off at night. I dont use net at 5 am.

                                    When i said the same things to one of your executive megha gupta (Please check in my call history and hear the recording for the correct name of the executive as i am not sure about her last name), she started arguing that i have used. Being an unsatisfied customer i have all the right to ask your representative to raise a complaint but she denied and i had to write this email to you by taking out my valuable time.

                                    It is the case of either it issues or may be not giving the customers the qty of data as promised.

                                    Look into the matter otherwise i will have to escalate to trai.

                                        My brother lives on a farm in the palani hills.
                                        He has a reliance telecom number : [protected].
                                        He had recharged his phone for rs. 100. Later in the day, he found his balance had come down to just rs. 3/- though he had not used his phone at all.

                                        Then he found the following two messages on the phone:

                                        You have been successfully subscribed to shotforbiscsub60 service for 30 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 4036 to 155223 (Toll free).

                                        You have been successfully subscribed to anchalvideowsub service for 7 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 4069 to 155223 (Toll free).

                                        Both of which he had not subscribed to. Highly unethical practises by reliance telecom.

                                        Could you please initiate action against the company and stop such practises.

                                        Kindly let me know what action has been taken please.

                                        Here is an even uglier twist to the tale. Within minutes of posting a complaint with an on line consumer forum, I get a call from Reliance customer care asking for my bank account / credit card saying that they would immediately transfer the Rs.100 /- So (surprised by just how quickly they got back to me) I gave him my credit card number and then found that my card was being debited for Rs, 6 248/- Fortunately since my card is protected with a one time otp I was able to stop this. So obviously there is a nexus between the on-line consumer complaint forum and whoever was trying to phish me. The number ON THE PHONE WAS: [protected].

                                        And the transaction was on Wibmo PayZapp for Rs. 6, 648/-
