Hi reliance,

I have already clear all my payment for mobile no [protected]. (Even paid extra) as i have done mobile number portability to other network. As i was told that you have to clear all bill even pay 100 extra to done mnp smoothly. I have done that as well.

4 month after mnp done. Why you guys are sending me threating message like legal action will be taken if bill not paid of amount 393. Here i do not understand the bill as you have given permission to other network for mnp as i must have clear all payment.
Do not harass me by sending message like legal or court or any threatening content.

    I am m. Venkat maheswar, i have payed my bill of rs.450/- last month, and rec. Confirmation in my email, still my service is bared saying that my chq is bounced where i did not give chq and in this mnt. I have rec. Bill in which u have added chq bounce charge and late payment, i had to pay 550/- for my service, this month and i am going to consumer fourm, so please do the needful before i do so.

          I port in reliance at 1/6-2017
          since then my out going stop two times
          i visit reliance store and reliance corporate house four times but no result found very very bad customer service
          there is also connectivity problem
          i used vodaphone servise seens last 10 years then also i didnt show vodaphone house no single problem seens then
          very bad experiance in 1 month
          very bad customer care service
          no 1 answer properly
          1 again very bad
          please give me port i didnot want to join reliance any more

            And i received call from your side person name is abhishek mishra, employee id is afum[protected], mobile no. Is [protected], he asked me my debit card details he said you can only refund my money in my account why i never heard this thing... Please look in to matter and resolve my problem.

              From 6 th june our set up box[protected] is not working after giving several complaints no response is coming only excuses we are facing a lot of problems due to no service. This type of service your department giving to customer it's very bad should be wind up soon if they can't do work. Spoiled your reputation in my family and we will never buy any reliance products for sure.

                I was having two mobile connection with reliance communication ([protected] and [protected]) last week i was trying to port my connection to other service provider due to bad service from reliance and i got the port code for both the numbers and then i got a call from reliance and they offer a package of 897 for 4 month bill and offer discount late payment fees of both connection rs 100 /bill and i asked for the billing details they clearly told that bill will come monthly and for months put together need to pay 897 they not mentioned that it was an advance rental plan and after some time my one connection got disconnected and next day i approached customer care then i came to know that it was an advance rental plan and i need to pay first then only i can use the connection then i asked to cancel the plan but they denied because they said that if i cancel the plan also need to pay full 4 months rent and they said that if they cancell also will get activate in bill cycle only then i asked how they activate this plan in a date other than bill cycle they said they dont know and i need to approach retention team to know the reason and then i approch retention team thalso said not possible to change the plan the said my previous plan (299) slot is not available only option is to continue this plan and then today i approach customer care in the evening for bill details then they said site is down please call after 1 hour the around 8 oclock i approached customer care executive and asked about the details then i came to know that the offer given for retaining my connection was fake no late payment veiver request was given and in 897 plan i need to pay 1022 in advance to continue the service and they are threatening me to pay the bill and i asked for the bill they said will generate only on 11th july but i need to pay this now for resuming service in [protected] then i requested for registering a complaint he said that it is not possible and he said that he will transfer the call to a senior executive from that time my call was put on hold and i am waiting for the call (From more than 1 hour)
                Now for the last two hours i am waiting to get conneted to a senior executive where the executive has taken prior concent to connect my call i am sure that it is an intentional insult

                      Last month may-17my ported my number [protected] from docomo to reliance. Uttrahalli banglore reliance people commited me that my plan 299 i agree and ported the reliance network.in show poeple did not tell me i have to pay one month extra rential. Not even 10 to 15 day of activation your collection people are calling me ask for the payment of rs466. Why i have to advance rent to you people. And i made the payment. Of rs 466 through paytm.
                      If this issue do not slove i am going to port this number to other network. Now i going put this in facebook and other social netwok. I record your call center angent voice they spoken to me in proper way and i am will go to loacal media tooo.
                      I want call back with in 48 hrs of this posting.

                        This is the umpteenth time i am complaining about my ported out numbers
                        [protected] and [protected]
                        Yesterday from your side there was a phone call when then said it was rectified and i said i was in vapi and will check once i return to mumbai. I find the same problem persisting, ie., no net work and the called party cannot hear me. Even if the call originates from my side they cannot hear me. Under the circumstances there is no point in continuing with you.

                          Kindly take my complain about issuing a false intimation cum demand letter via rcom.
                          They are demanding from me a sum of rs.327 which is not a legal tender.

                          I have surrendered this connection and paid all dues with respect two rears back at reliance store on satara road.

                          But now they are sending me some intimation cum demand letter and illegally threatening me to deposit the money.

                          Is this the way they treat their customer.

                          I request you to kindly take notice of it and do the needful for me.

                            Broadband internet service is not working since[protected]. The local lineman says that there's some fault in the network box of our locality.

                              Hi team,

                              This is santosh kumar very old customer of “reliance communications” from 2014 with number [protected]. Now i feel this company and there employee are just bluffing, giving wrong information, wasting customer time. I have decided to close this number very soon. But before that company have to know why there customers are leaving there services.

                              Issue: - on 10th june 2017 i visited one of reliance outlet in chennai (Adyar world, kasturibai nagar, near ambika applam dipo store, chennai - 600020). To change my existing plan from rg_freepaid396 to 299 plan. Outlet employee (Two women) advised me this is not possible as this number issued in trivandrum (Kerala) and you want to change the plan in chennai (Tamil nadu).

                              They advise me again, first change your circle from kerala to tamil nadu then only your plan we can change for that on above outlet i submitted my passport xerox with photo and filled the form. On form they mention for 299 plan need to activate once circle change. These all formalities i done on 10th june 2017 and they provided me new sim and charged rs 25/- for that. On 17th june 2017 my old sim deactivated so i put new sim and done tele verification and activated. Now after 14 day still my circle and plan not yet changed. When i called customer care they hold me more than 50 mint three times and get to resolution like we have not yet received any document from above outlet for your request. They again escalated as per my request this issue but yet not resolved.

                              Customer care advised me why not i visit that outlet again as only that outlet give me resolution. So sir, that outlet is almost 35 km far from my office and home. So if i already submitted my document once then why customer suffer the problem. If your employee are not doing their job properly then why customer pay the bill. I called many times to customer care in 14 days but no solution. This is too much its very worst service i used. I will never use reliance services in future.

                              “reliance communications” have un professional employee, they are just wasting customer time to put on hold more then 50 mint. Better to take same service from other service provider.

                                  With reference to the above complaint which we made it on 20.06.2017
                                  But till date our internet is not working.

                                  Now we came to understand that reliance have not paid rental amount to the customer karthikeyan who is holding the server equipment.

                                  Hence the server holding person has switched off the server. Now we are affected as we are not getting the service who use to pay the bill till date promptly.
                                  We don’t know who gave the rights to mr. Karthikeyan to switch off the server???
                                  If reliance has not paid the rental amount they have to deal it with reliance not with us by switching off the server.
                                  Its we who are facing the problems
                                  Regarding this we have already spoke to reliance person office at nungambakkam –[protected] yesterday
                                  These follow ups itself a mental torture to us as the response from the other side is zero.
                                  Stating this we have again complained to reliance cc, they as usual gave the readymade answer that they will escalate the issue.

                                  Kindly take necessary action on both reliance and the server holding person mr. Karthikeyan and resolve our problem

                                  Reliance is neither capable to resolve the technica lor paymjent issue not it has guts to tell the customer their inability to serve the customer.

                                  However they are only capable of issuing the bills regularly. And their

                                    Sir, ihad taken rcom datacaed with 2g service in 2012. I was paying all the bills timely everymonth. On 25/05/2016 rcom stopped 2g service & offered to buy thgeir 4g datacard, i had not bought their 4g datacard & i had gone for bsnl datacard instead.
                                    I paid the bill of rs. 367/- for may 2016 on 10/06/2016 as per the invoice.
                                    After stopping the 2g service also rcom was sending me the bills, i sent 9 emails since august 2016 asking clarification that how rcom is sending the bills even after stopping the service of 2g. But rcom did not reply to this point uptoday.
                                    Rcom is asking to pay rs. 1314/- or they will go to court.
                                    But they did not clarify how this amount of rs. 1314/- has come.

                                    Every alternate day somebody is asking on phone to pay the bills but they are not clarifying my points raised i. E. How theay are raising the bills even after stopping the 2g service. (I have not bought their 4g datacard.

                                    stating that there is nothing due to me from RCOM & I need not pay Rs.1314/- to RCOMM.
                                    With thanks to RCOM Irequested to the caller from RCOM to send a msg to this effect that nothing is due so that I can send it to RCOM Pune office (Mhlegal dept.) who are now & then aski g to pay the unjustified amount of Rs. 1314/-.

                                      My compliant regarding privacy issues is not resolved by the company, even though issue was raised to the appellate team they simply rebuked it saying there is no such issues but i strongly believe that there is breach of privacy which is done with involvement of there staff as my call details are shared for which i too have proof. If not resolved to satisfaction will take up legally.

                                        My reliance number is [protected].

                                        I have made the payment for 4 months and i have took this new connection.

                                        After few days one person came to my house it seems and contacted me over call saying that he has come from reliance for address verification.

                                        I have informed that i was at office and told him he should have informed prior before coming for address verification as i can’t sit at home all the time.

                                        I do not know what happened. After few days services got disconnected. When i called the customer care, they said there’s some problem with my address and they asked me to submit address proofs once again at reliance store.

                                        So i went to the store and they said they will write an e-mail to you and it will be activated, which never happened. I tried it several times and today when i went to the store to check it, they said my number got terminated.

                                        I paid almost 1000 rupees for 4 months and in case if you are unable to provide me the services, please refund me or activate the services.

                                        If this doesn’t happen i will need to file a complaint against this. Please reply me at the earliest possible.
